    Maria is great! The day of your wedding is so much less stressful with her there because she takes care of everything! You don't have to worry about a thing!

    Maria made my day so perfect! She was so much help!! She did our flowers and they were beyond what I ever expected! My bouquet was so beautiful!!! Our day definitely would not have been as great as it was without her!! She took so much stress off of our shoulders and handled everything with such ease. Especially during the rehearsal and ceremony! She is full of great ideas and suggestions as to how to save $$!!!

    Every detail was absolutely perfect!! She worked so well with our coordinator, and together they made the night just stunning!! What a wonderful person doing beautiful work!

    Maria was absolutely amazing! She was our day of coordinator and my husband and I were so extremely pleased with the services she provided! Maria went above and beyond to make our day run smoothly from start to finish and it was clear that she cared as much about our wedding day as we did. She is very professional and a lot of fun to work with at the same time. We also rented linens from her as well and they were just stunning! Thank you, Thank you, Thank you to Maria! We will recommend her services to any couple we know getting married in the future!

    We planned our wedding remotely from out of state and we very reliant on emails and phone calls to plan our wedding. Maria put us at ease throughout the process and guided us in all aspects including site selection, invitations, flowers, decorations, photographer, musicians, cake.... yes, everything! On the day of our wedding everything was just as we imagined and we could not be happier. Maria was there to coordinate the vendors and stayed on site throughout the event making sure everything went without a hitch. We could not imagine a more enjoyable evening, and our guests had a wonderful time. We would highly recommend Maria to anyone without hesitation. She was a true pleasure to work with.

    I LOVE Maria!!! She made all the planning, decorating, and floral decisions so much easier leading up to the wedding, and made my wedding day go so smoothly. She took care of any issues that arose and only involved me if it was absolutely necessary. She even called a local decorator to decorate the ceiling of the venue for me a week before the wedding (because I hadn't gotten a chance to), and secured their services. She and her staff decorated the venue beautifully, and the flowers came out even better than I imagined! I couldn't have asked for a better wedding planner/decorator/florist! She's a lot of fun, too!

    Maria was absolutely wonderful to work with! She went above and beyond for us. I was very overwhelmed at first and had no idea what I needed to do but her budget and checklists she provided for us were very helpful I don't think I would have remembered half of the things I needed to do if I didn't keep refering back to them. She also helped us pick out our invitations which she has many books to look through to find the perfect ones and wording. I also had her do all my wedding flowers from bouquets and pew flowers to centerpieces at the reception and I was extremely happy with them they were all gorgeous! If you are thinking that you don't need to spend the extra money on a planner like I was at first I highly recommend it because she helped me so much throughout all the planning but when it came to the week before and she was contacting all the vendors to make sure everything was set and the actual wedding day when she made sure everything was running smoothly it was absolutely worth it!!

    Maria did an excellent job coordinating the event for our open house. All of the guests had a great time. I would definitely recommend her service. Would absolutely work with her again!

    Maria was INCREDIBLE! My wedding was just days after the rain storm that left Binghamton and surrounding areas completely flooded. Despite the fact that everything was shut down, including the highways, Maria made sure that she was able to come to the wedding. We were on the phone for days trying to figure out everything out. She was so incredibly helpful and made sure that she was there in an IMPOSSIBLE time. It is nice to see someone who is so dedicated to their work.

    The wedding day turned out amazing. I didn't have to worry about a single thing. Maria and her assistant took care of everything. They did all the decorating and cleaning up. My only job was to have a good time : ) Also, the flowers, linens, decorations - everything looked amazing and was exactly what I wanted. She took my ideas and executed them perfectly. I can't not thank her enough! She was absolutely amazing and I would strongly recommend her!!!

    Maria helped us throw "The Party" of 2011! Hands down. Family members are still talking about it to this day.

    For a couple from Philadelphia, PA to plan a successful event in Greene, NY we needed someone who knew "the players" in area. Maria was able to introduce us to the right people & keep us in budget!! We had lots of family support, however we did not want to bother them all the details (plus we wanted some surprise element) - Maria was the perfect resource!

    We have an uncle who owns his own florist shop & even he could not stop raving about the fantastic styling she did with our floral arrangements. The next day, we donated the arrangements to the Oxford VA home. They brighten up their community lounge; just like they did for our wedding.

    Now that I look back on our wedding pictures, I know we could not have done it with out Maria.

    Maria was very helpful! I loved that I didn't have to worry about anything on my wedding day. If there was a problem, my answer that day was, "go ask Maria." It took all of the stress away from me and my day was perfect!

    Maria and her staff did an amazing job with our wedding. She helped design, put together, deliver and take down our centerpieces and our invitations. She also came up with a fantastic idea for our place card table and our guests are still talking about it! She was professional and responsive to our needs, as well as reasonably priced! Thank you, Maria for all you did for us!

    I would recommend this planner to any bride who needs an extra hand planning her special day. Maria was wonderful and helped with so much along the way to my special day. She was very attentive and made sure everything was perfect.

    I would highly recommend Maria to any bride. From our first meeting, Maria was highly organized, knowledgable and genuinely determined to do the job well. She assisted me with invitations and flowers. I had an idea for my flowers and she made it happen, all the while being conscious of my budget. She also hooked me up with a tent decorator. Maria truly shined the day of the wedding. While I was getting ready for the big day, Maria was overseeing all areas of importance to me, I had no doubt that things were going to be as I envisioned with her on the job. Maria exceeded my expectations, I am so grateful and cannot imagine the day without her support.

    Maria was a pleasure to work with, she always looked out for my best interests and was very helpful. She worked with a budget given and even gave me outside help for other areas like photography and djs etc. She is the best out there!!

    Maria was so helpful the day of the wedding and at the rehersal dinner! She knew exactly what was going on and she explained everything so well to everyone. She made sure everything was going smoothly at the wedding and reception. I couldn't imagine not having her there!

    Maria did a wonderful job with our wedding. We wouldn't have been able to have such an amazing wedding without her. She is very personable and professional at the same time. We highly recommend her to anyone who needs help with their wedding planning, even if she only does the weekend of like she did for our wedding, or for the entire wedding planning process. It is well worth the price and she helps relieve a lot of stress. Our only regret is that we didn't find her sooner! :-)

    I hired All Occasions by Maria for the week of and day of my wedding and I'm SO happy I did! Maria and her team took care of all of the decorating and rentals for me - so important to me because I didn't have to lift a finger the days before my wedding and worry about pulling everything together. Maria built an itinerary for my wedding day and was the main contact for all of my vendors which was extremely helpful so myself, my husband and our families didn't have to worry about a single thing! Maria and her staff met with me several times to really understand what my vision was and understand all of the details for my day. They pulled everything together EXACTLY the way I was hoping! I HIGHLY recommend All Occasions by Maria!!

    Maria did a wonderful job setting up our centerpieces. We had some lost emails over the course of planning but nothing that couldn't get taken care of later.

    She was worried about one of the flowers during the reception not opening up. I don't think it fully did by the time dinner happened but no one noticed and I didn't care so much it still looked amazing! The linens were amazing too!!!! She said we'd get to keep the flowers after the reception from all the centerpieces but when the hotel cleaned them up I never saw them :( but that wasn't Maria's fault.

    Overall, I was not very impressed with the service. Decorations were outsourced to another vendor, and while the flowers were done by All Occasion (and turned out very nice), it was a burdensome process to get things selected. Responsiveness was not on par with other vendors we worked with, and there were several miscommunications which led to wasted time & a last minute payment (2 hours before my wedding) to said outsourced vendor because it was not communicated that I owed them money beforehand.

    However, Julie - their wedding coordinator - was fantastic. Very responsive, friendly, and great to work with. I would recommend her to anyone.

    Very disappointed with the quality of service and professionalism that All Occasions by Maria (AOBM) provides. My fiancé and I hired the vendor for decorating, coordinating and floral work in February 2014. During our relationship with AOBM, communication was difficult. Requests for items such as a full quote, receipts, and set up of the online portal were completed only after several requests. When we asked for updates on progress, we were told that everything was under control, only to find out at the end of March that a decorator had not been booked for us (the vendor does not provide in house decorating). We were then told to search for our own decorator because AOBM did not have time to do so. At that point, we decided to drop the decorating service and address our concerns with AOBM. We hoped that a second chance and face to face discussion would help to put us on the same page, but we quickly realized that nothing had changed. Shortly after, we decided to part ways with AOBM since we lacked the trust that we felt was necessary to have in a wedding coordinator and florist. While we were very happy with our decision to move on, we were frustrated with the fact that the deposit was considered nonrefundable, even though very little service had been performed. We would not recommend AOBM to any bride (and groom) looking for organization, communication and productivity.

    I, Maria, the owner, take my job and my business very seriously. Unfortunately there are times where we don't meet the expectations of a certain client. We offer three different wedding packages. In this particular situation, the Sunflower Package was picked which is weekend coordination only. Clients are to find their own vendors and AOBM coordinates everyone the weekend of. We do do our own decorating except for ceiling work which is absolutely explained in initial meetings. Because the Sunflower Package was picked, it was the clients responsibility to call and book it. All other decor and flowers were certainly decided upon, which in our opinion, was under control. After a 10 day delay in email response (on our end) we decided to meet again. After that meeting we all realized we were not on the same page and mutually had to part ways. It is unfortunate when that has to happen but that in no means states we are unprofessional. I love what I do and work very hard to please as many people as I can. It's just unfortunate it is not everyone.
