Tasty and fresh

Planning was easy and stress free. Kelsey was able to send over a few options for menus based on what we were looking for and made changes if there were things we wanted to add or didn't need. She was very prompt. Payment was hassle free as well. They were very professional on our wedding day and got the food set up and served efficiently. They also cut and served our cake. They made sure we ate (bride and groom) and came to check if we wanted seconds! They cleaned up seamlessly. The food was lovely and we had many compliments. We would use them again for an event in the future.

Outstanding Service and Food

My daughter was married on September 30, 2023, and I cannot praise All Occasions Catering enough! The food was absolutely fantastic, and the service was exceptional. I would recommend these guys and gals to anyone. Thank you for helping make my daughter's day so special

Amazing food

The only negative we have is they only allow you to sample two of each course when choosing your menu and they don’t put a ton of effort into that. We went in blind on one meal because we didn’t like the other at our sampling, but the food turned out AMAZING!!!!! I wish we could eat it again and again.

Stress-free perfection.

All occasions was perfect for our big day from start to finish. Any and all questions and emails beforehand were answered immediately and clearly. They provided everything and service was fantastic. I did not have to worry about anything related to food or drinks from the moment we hired them. And the stations were so fun and provided great variety for our guests! Strongly recommend!

Helped make our day perfect!

AOC was wonderful to work with. Our coordinator through the company was very responsive and patient with all of my questions. She gave us great suggestions to help fit our budget and also the style of our wedding. Everyone who worked the wedding day-of were very helpful to keep things running smoothly. Also were a huge help in cleaning up! The food was wonderful, service was top-notch, and overall I couldn't have asked for a better experience.

Delicious Food and Incredible Staff

We booked All Occasions Catering for our rehearsal dinner and wedding reception dinner and both meals were AMAZING! Our guests were blown away by the quality of the food and the amazing service staff. For both days they arrived early to set up and served fresh, delicious food to us and our guests. One of my favorite small details was that one of the servers brought a small plate of appetizers to me and my husband while we were taking photos and and otherwise missing out on cocktail hour. We didn't even have to ask! It's those tiny things that really make such a difference. The owners, Neal and Susan, really go the extra mile to make sure everything is perfect and they're providing only the best service. I would 100% recommend All Occasions!

Delicious Food

For my wedding we had food stations with mini burgers, pasta, and shrimp and grits. All were fantastic and our guests kept coming back for more. We also had crab cake bites and anti pasta skewers which were both big hits! The bartending service was also great. Kelsey was my contact and she was fantastic! Very responsive, thorough, and professional!

Top-notch service!

All Occasion Catering went above and beyond to help make my daughter's wedding day worry-free and smooth as silk. Everything was prepared to perfection, and was absolutely delicious! Our guests raved about the food, the service, and the bartender! They were very reasonably priced, and extremely helpful! They even cut the wedding cake for us. They are a pleasure to work with. I highly recommend hiring them for your event! 5 stars! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

Outstanding work!!

My husband and I got married at Castleton Farms in Loudon Tennessee. Everyone loved the food and had an amazing time!! Literally everyone raved over the Mac and cheese with lobster! Thank you so much for everything ❤️

Delicious food

All Occasions was provided through our venue, and to be honest, the idea of not getting to pick my own caterer made me a bit nervous. After our tasting, I was thrilled with the services and food that would be provided. We had such a hard time deciding which items to choose for our menu because everything was amazing. Highly recommend hiring AO for your catering needs.

We were so excited to secure send terminal and all occasions catering for my daughter's wedding. Jackson terminal had the urban atmosphere we were looking for with the brick walls, exposed beams and pipes, concrete floors, and open space. The whiskey barrels, wooden/metal bars, the vintage rolling shelves, etc. allowed us to create the urban/rustic chic feel we like. Also, having the separate space for the ceremony allowed a smooth transition from ceremony to cocktail/reception.
We have received numerous compliments about the food and set up! We had the tables preset with linens, flatware, glassware, and the salads with the remainder of the food from a buffet. This gave a casual, less expensive way for our guests to dine without sacrificing the formal look and presentation of a served dinner. Again, our friends and family really enjoyed the flavor, presentation, and variety of the menu we chose. Many were surprised at the high quality of the dinner due to the number of guests and food options! We believe things went so smoothly because of Wendi Love. In fact, she is one of the main reasons we chose Jackson Terminal. Although, Jackson Terminal was one of our top choices, after meeting with Wendi and touring the facility, we knew this was the perfect fit. She was so personable, knowledgeable, and professional. We were ready to sign up on the spot, but knew that we needed to meet with the other venues to be sure. None of the other venues compared, mainly because they do not have Wendi on their staff. She spent the following 11 months meeting with us to discuss menus, decor, set up, and ideas on how to make this day so special for Kendall and Patrick! She was incredibly accommodating and resourceful. 6weeks later, we are still getting compliments for the wedding; and how smoothly everything went. Even a couple of hiccups here and there went unnoticed because Wendi was on top of making sure everything was taken care of. We highly recommend AOC and Wendi!

I have had nothing but wonderful experiences with All Occasion Catering and their fantastic team! I am an event planner and have used AOC as a cater for many of my events over the last 4 years. May events consist of everything from happy hour networking socials to conferences and breakfasts events. AOC has provided excellence service and great food of all types for many of them. They have a wonderfully accommodating team and can truly provide anything you need catering wise! The also run a wonderful venue, Jackson Terminal, which I have used on numerous occasions. Most recently they provided one of the most gorgeous and delicious giant charcuterie boards I have ever seen for one of my evening events! They also have some really cool options that add fun flare to any event. One of my favorites is their flaming donuts! If you are looking for a caterer for any type of event, AOC is definitely an awesome pick!

I have to give all Occasions some serious credit for my wedding. The people were really easy to work with leading up to the wedding and the food was great for the reception. My cake fell right before the reception (cake was made by another vendor NOT All Occasions) and the caterers were the first to step up and immediately try to salvage what was left of the cake before the guests arrived. No one asked them to help and it wasn't their job to help fix my cake but they went above and beyond to make sure I was happy. They were able to make the cake look really good and it was hard to tell that the cake was missing the top two layers! These guys are awesome!

I interviewed several vendors around Knoxville. All Occasions provide the best value for my wedding. The staff was helpful and patient with my bride. All Occasions responded quickly with any questions and helpful with making changes during our planning. I don't think anyone else in town could have provided a better wedding location. I still get glowing remarks from guest about the location, staff service, and food.

We LOVED working with All Occasion Catering! We planned our daughter's wedding from out-of-state, and All Occasions Catering made it such an easy, worry-free process by meeting with us and walking through everything step by step. We couldn't have asked for better results the night of the reception. People are still telling us how delicious the food was! The Jackson Terminal was a fantastic venue - just what my daughter hoped it would be! And the planning staff went above and beyond expectations, making things go so smoothly. We are so glad that All Occasion catered our wedding! Everything was delicious. We have had so many compliments about the food at our wedding. Numerous guests told us it was the best wedding food they had every had. Our favorite things were the fried mac and cheese balls, chicken quesadillas, prime rib sliders, and mashed potato bar. Everything was seasoned well and the servers were so friendly and accommodating. Kelly helped us every step of the way to make sure we had exactly what we wanted and worked through several changes with us. She was always willing to make recommendations and made our job so much easier. You will not be disappointed!!

It is so overwhelming trying to plan a perfect day....but when you work with professionals then its effortless. I got married at Crescent Bend in September and used All Occasions Caterring. I highly recommend All Occasion Catering. We hosted our son's Rehearsal Dinner for 120 guests. We were from out of town and somewhat nervous never having met in person or used their services. Wendi Love, who coordinated our event was fantastic. She offered great ideas, was always prompt in getting back to me and was very reassuring that the event would be perfect. They even customized my salad choice even though it was not on the menu. The staff for the evening couldn't have been better. They made sure we were on schedule with the meal presentation as we went through our evening of speeches, toasts, video presentation, etc... yet were not intrusive. We brought our own wine selections from NY and Wendi made sure those were all displayed and served beautifully by The Pour Guys. I can't say enough about the attention to the details. They made sure our rehearsal dinner was just as I'd hoped it would be. They are full service caterers!

AOC's food and service are always on point, and Jackson Terminal is one of the best venues in town. The space is large and uniquely elegant. There's plenty of parking, and you can't beat the proximity to the Old City and Downtown.

All Occasions was fantastic! They were friendly, organized, and very easy to work with. I had half of my food catered from an Indian restaurant and they were flexible in supporting that need, and served that food for us. The entire event with two styles of food worked seamlessly thanks to their professionalism. They also went out of their way to pack to go boxes for everyone which my guests loved!

Meet the team, have a game plan. We chose to enjoy our wedding and reception instead of stressing over it. Apparently this worked well because we had several people not only tell us our wedding was one of the best they had ever been to but the food was delicious. The servers were very attentive and even worked around the children without "stressing out"!

My Bride and I used All Occasion for our wedding. Our Reception was at the Jackson Terminal and it was perfect....and stress free with the Help of Karen and Elizabeth from Kreative Events. I highly recommend using this combo because it just was seamless. And they helped us save monies where we could and had all the right contacts. The food was perfect and the server staff was so good that you hardly even noticed them. I want someone else to get married so I can enjoy the show as a guest!

All Occasion Catering went above and beyond my expectations on my wedding day! The staff was professional, kind and helpful! They even helped out lighting all the candles when I forgot! They made sure we didn't have to do anything but enjoy our day! The food was spectacular and my guests are still talking about how delicious everything tasted! I gave them almost no instruction about how I wanted the food and beverages presented and they set everything up so nicely. Kelly was my go to person before the wedding to plan out the details and she was so accessible and helpful during the whole process! I am beyond thankful that I chose such a wonderful place to cater my special day!!!

All Occasion Catering blew my husband and I away at our rehearsal brunch! It was everything we hoped for and more! Their staff is friendly, professional, helpful and punctual. AOC was absolutely wonderful! They catered both our rehearsal dinner, as well as the wedding reception! There were absolutely no complaints about the quality of food! Everything was delicious! We had steaks and salmon at the reception! Both were wonderful! My favorite was the baby bakers as the side! For the reception we had chicken kiev and steak tips with peppers and onions!! Wonderful!!! And the corn soufflé was fabulous!! We had flaming donuts at the rehearsal dinner for dessert which were incredible! Would definitely recommend them to our couples looking for a catering company for their wedding!!

I worked closely with Kelly Webster with AOC. She was amazing and helped answer my millions of questions in a timely manner. Even with me planning from across the country she calmed my nerves and made it seem easy to get everything together. We showed her a few pictures of what we wanted in our cake and food and she quickly arranged it and made sure I was on top of everything else. We loved working with All Occasion for our wedding. As an out of town bride, I greatly appreciated how easy Kelly and her team was to work with during the planning process. The food was delicious and we were able to accommodate everyone (even our vegetarians and gluten free guests). Wonderful experience. Kelly made picking the menu so easy. Once we got to the date, the staff set up the buffet and served all the guests quickly. The passed appetizers were a big hit while the bridal party finished pictures. The staff was very professional and friendly.

Kelly and crew were wonderful. They appeared, set up, fed everyone and quietly disappeared without me even having to blink. The passed appetizers were a huge hit while the guests waited for the bridal party to finish pictures and make their grand entrance. The staff at All Occasion Catering were fantastic! They went out of their way to personalize the wedding by including a family recipe. They saved the table settings at the rehearsal dinner by jumping on the sprinklers when they accidently went off. All Occasion did an amazing job both organizing and executing the catering for my wedding. Kelly Webster was kind, understanding, and accommodating during the planning process (even after I changed my mind about an appetizer at the last minute). The day of the event was spectacular, and the All Occasion team went above and beyond. I can't tell you how many compliments I received on the attentiveness and kindness of the wait staff. I can't say enough about All Occasions Catering and our sales rep Kelly. From the time we went for our tasting to the day of the wedding they were very helpful. I had so many people come up to me during the wedding and compliment me on the food. I was a little worried it wasn't going to be hot enough because we were in a pavilion at Castleton Farms. The food was fresh, delicious and piping hot. (I am a stickler about food being hot). We had stations (which I highly recommend) and not only were the tables displayed beautifully, but the plate presentation was wonderful! I would definitely recommend All Occasions Catering.

AOC was the absolute best caterer I could have ever asked for. I am gluten intolerant and they made sure that all of the food was gluten free and safe for me to eat in the taste testing and at the wedding. All of my guests had nothing but amazing things to say about the food. I had stations at my wedding and they were careful to customize anything for anyone! For example I have one friend who hates onions. She simply asked if they could scoop her a new bowl of shrimp and grits without the onions and they were more than happy to. I worked with Kelley and she was wonderful! She mad sure that we were working within my budget and helped us change the count for the number of guests until it was perfect. They are simply the best.

And the guests went on and on about how delicious the food was. The wait staff, chef and team leader (Miles Davis) were perfect! If you are planning a wedding, you might be able to find some tasty food from a caterer who might charge less, but you will NOT be getting the experience level of this team. They literally took care of everything. Neither I (the mother of the bride) nor our wedding coordinator had to tell them anything. All the stuff I didn't know about a wedding, they did. They know exactly what to do and how to do it. They cleaned up EVERYTHING. It was perfection. I would NEVER use another caterer in town for an event this important! And Kelly, who helped us with all the planning, was the nicest, easiest person to work with. I couldn't imagine this process having been any smoother.

Food for a wedding is a huge decision and one of the hardest. Out of all the weddings we have been at we can only truly say food wise a few stuck out. We where hard on our Caters to begin with because we wanted our wedding food to be that for our guest the one that sticks out. We were blown away with what they accomplished the food was by far the best food we have had for a wedding. Everyone was talking about how good the food was and still are. We can not thank Neil and Kelly enough for making our reception dinner experience perfect. They make the best meatballs we personally ever had, so if you choose them make sure to try them. Your guest will love you for it. Huge thanks to all the chefs and all the staff. Highly recommend using All Occasions Catering Knoxville TN.

They are so wonderful to work with. When setting up and taking down, they take care of everything. They're service is exceptional! The food is so delicious and there are so many choices! We used them for my sister's wedding also. No complaints here and our guests loved the food!

I've never had wedding food that tasted so good! And looked classy to boot. They were so accommodating to what we wanted. Such nice people too!
