Jay Rivas and his wife stepped in to save the day when our original DJ canceled at the last minute, and I couldn't be more grateful! They are an incredible team—super knowledgeable and professional. After our initial conversation, my now husband and I were fully confident that Jay was the perfect choice for our wedding.
Jay took control of the evening and ensured everything ran smoothly, perfectly allocating time for each event throughout the night. One of the convenient features he offers is an app that lets you customize your playlists and song preferences for every part of the event. This was a perfect for us since we were really particular about the music for certain moments. Thanks to Jay, we knew all of our favorite songs would be played.
Jay didn’t just handle the music—he practically coordinated the night! From announcing dinner to keeping guests informed about the schedule of events, he made everything flow seamlessly and added so much fun to the night. Our wedding was absolutely perfect, and Jay from All In One Events played a huge part in that.

DJ Jay and Evie made our wedding day an incredible success! Their professionalism, care and communication leading up to our wedding day helped us know we would be taken care of.
My husband and I hired Evie as our day-of coordinator. She is a natural, and she is multi-talented! It’s impressive to see what she could coordinate and handle so easily. Every time I look back on the day, I feel grateful because it was through her help that my husband and I had a great time. She does full-on event planning as well, so if I hadn’t started planning on my own, I would have hired her for this, because there is a LOT that goes into wedding planning that my husband and I were not aware of, but Evie is well-versed in it all.
DJ Jay was wonderful as our emcee and DJ. We and our guests had a GREAT time! Our event flowed beautifully and there was never a dull or awkward moment. Jay handled it all with ease.
My husband and I even saw Jay and Evie handle a miscommunication with our venue. They handled it very well and professionally.
After working with them both, it’s clear to me that they aren’t just doing a job. They are doing more than that! They are serving their clients with their care, attention and talents.

Jay from All in 1 Events is an amazing Las Vegas event DJ and host. Super professional and truly went above and beyond.
He didn’t just DJ and MC, he helped run the entire reception, kept everything on track, and even made sure vendors had breaks. We didn’t have a set exit plan and he created a great send-off for us on the spot.
He was flexible with timing and pricing, did follow-up calls, and has an easy-to-use planning app that kept everything organized. The energy stayed up the whole time. Hands down the MVP of our reception. -

Fabulous wedding
Jay helped us have an amazing day. The platform allowed us to easily add music choices for the ceremony and reception, and communicate everything we wanted (and didn’t want) for our wedding. He was friendly and responsive from the minute we booked him. Being bilingual allowed our entire families to feel included and he knew how to match every mood and vibe during the nuptials. This is a DJ/host/emcee/video/music/photobooth combination that is an incredible value and truly cares about making an event special. We highly recommend!! -

We had Jay DJ our wedding April 2025. From the beginning he had good communication. He reached out almost immediately after inquiring. The event went smoothly he checked in with our coordinator and us constantly He’s also bilingual which was huge for us. From the very beginning, Jay was a pleasure to work with, maintaining clear and consistent communication throughout the entire process. His app made selecting our special songs (such as the first dance, entrance music, and cake cutting) a breeze. We provided him with a list of our favorite songs, and he absolutely nailed the playlist! Jay’s personable nature and vibrant energy made him the perfect choice to take the mic and keep the energy up. Additionally, his familiarity with the venue (The Doyle) and its lighting setup meant that his extra lighting perfectly complemented the atmosphere, enhancing the overall vibe. His wife was also fantastic throughout the night, making sure we were well taken care of—whether it was adjusting the bride’s bustle, ensuring we had a moment to eat, or helping with the flow of the evening. We are so thrilled we chose All in 1 Events and highly recommend their services to anyone in need of a responsive, energetic, and collaborative DJ team. -

Jay and the All in 1 Events team are awesome. They delivered a great dance floor atmosphere from the music to the lighting. Everyone commented on how fun the music and the dancefloor was. Jay is super responsive over the phone and the app they use to plan out the music for the evening is super easy to use. Makes the day of the wedding go super smoothly. Jay is very communicative and wants to make sure that your wedding day goes 100% exactly how you want it to go. He went above and beyond for us! 10/10 experience thank you! -

I LOVED THIS COMPANY FOR OUR WEDDING. It was so easy to get ahold of someone, they talked us through the whole process and responded so FAST! They have a timeline app that helps you organize the songs you want and it helps give you and others an idea of what your event is going to look like! (You can add others to it too so they can also help you plan your big day!) Our DJ Aaron was not afraid to have fun, which made us all have even more fun! We got married at the Neon Museum and then had a big Halloween Costume Party at the Doyle. (We got married on Halloween) It was a long day but the reception was perfect and since it was so much fun we were able to forget the stress in an instant and just in time to have the time of our life! We live in Oregon so again I cannot express how helpful they were with communicating. I was able to do it all over the phone, app, and email. I have never needed a DJ and the cost did worry me a little but I will tell you it was well WORTH it. It is something you need to put money into because a DJ will make or break your night! -

jay the dj was amazing made my wedding reception an experience to remember with all the organization and great music he played! I’m from San Antonio Texas and had a small wedding in Vegas and he made the experience so easy and was so pleasent to work with! My guest loved him and I couldn’t be happier with the service we received from him! He made sure everything ran smoothly as well with the cake cutting, and toast! Love this service and highly recommend him! His customer service is great and he’s truly a ginuwine person who cares about your special day! -

We contacted Jay and All in 1 Events as they are one of the most recommended DJs here in Las Vegas. Not to mention, we really wanted to be sure we had a bilingual DJ for our wedding reception so that all of our family could enjoy the night. Our reception was short at 4.5 hours but Hector, our DJ from all in 1, made every moment count. He was very communicative, was super chill, and just overall awesome. I was afraid my family and friends (some of which aren't very big on dancing) would not dance or enjoy themselves but everyone did! All in 1 made it super easy to coordinate and pick the songs through their app for the according events and then the ones that Hector mixed in were perrrrrfect. We were also a tad worried here about how our music choices would go because we're kind of an 'alternative' couple and picked a bunch of songs that were alternative, but we also wanted traditional Mexican music in there and it came out awesome. Everyone complimented not only the reception but the music choices for the night. Jay, the owner of All in 1, was also transparent and super helpful the whole time. He even helped us decide a better layout for tables and DJ set up in the reception space which ended up coming out PERFECT and way better than the original layout. I will definitely be recommending them to other people here in Vegas and will be reaching back out for future events 100%. Thank you guys!!! -

All In 1 Events was a vendor at my wedding, and it was such a memorable experience. The company lives up to its name, "all in one" due to the variety of services they provide to make your event special. Jay (DJ) was very thoughtful and thorough with the entire event to ensure it went accordingly. He provided me with an app that had me place all the songs that I wanted to include in my wedding, as well as putting in the timeline of the event. Due to this system he had in place, he was aware of all changes and my expectations as a bride. Jay was very lively and ensured that everything was on schedule, and everyone was on the dance floor dancing and having a good time. Not only were there items to help organize the event, but he also provided me a direct phone number to call in case I had any changes or details that needed to be updated. He had a variety of different options from strobe lights, dancing in the clouds, accessories for guests to dance with, colored lights, personalized logos of the wedding and more. I could not express how much I enjoyed having Jay at my wedding and having him host one of the most important day of my life.
When it came to music, Jay was able to review and analyze the playlist that I chose and discover other songs as well that fit my genre of music. Unlike other DJ's where they play-out the music and there's no mix, or turned terribly, Jay was able to transition from one song to another very smoothly.All In 1 Events's reply:

Working with Jay and his wife, Evelyn, from All in One Events was an absolute DREAM! The two of them made the night flow smoothly from start to finish, Jay chose the best music and had everyone up dancing, and Evelyn was beyond helpful with anything and everything we needed. They went above and beyond to make our day perfect and were both so sweet and personable - we couldn't have been happier. We wish we could do the night all over again!! Great service all around. All in one events did a wonderful job for our wedding. From the initial call from Mr. Rivas to the final moments of our wedding we were treated wonderfully. Getting married can be stressful at times, but to be completely honest we never second guessed or even stressed about the DJ services part of our event. The service we received went way above our expectations and we are truly grateful. We set a timeline, discussed what we wanted in detail and Mr. Rivas provided us with quality input. On the evening of our reception, due to guest arriving late , our timeline was thrown off but Mr. Rivas and his staff assured us that he had it covered not to worry and our event went on as planned and we couldn't have been happier. Again we felt confident and the music and MC part of the wedding was never of any concern on our minds. Outside of getting married, we are actually in the entertainment business, and have plenty experience working with dj / music equipment / event management etc...and we can also say from our previous experiences that All in One is unique in their professionalism and attention to detail. We were made to feel special, and we felt that they cared about and wanted our wedding to be as special as possible. Professional and Amazing Duo
ALL IN ONE EVENTS DID AN AWESOME JOB AT OUR WEDDING.
Could not of asked for a more professional DJ to compliment our very hectic day. Being there early and playing music at our ceremony and then to MC our program was perfect.
