Wedding and Reception Decor
The decor was absolutely stunning and we were very happy with how well it all came together. The decor was better than what we could have envisioned. Jyoti did a great job and was very responsiveness through the whole process. The quality of work was impressive and how beautiful it was.I would highly recommend this vendor to others. Our guests also loved the decor. -

Diwali Decoration
Jyoti helped us with Diwali decoration and it turned out to be great! It was very easy to communicate with her even though she was overseas at that time. Very responsive and had great ideas. She never pushed us to do anything we were not comfortable with. She works with your budget. It was great to reconnect with her after approx 10 years when she did decoration for our haldi ceremony.

All Event decorators created magic at our daughter’s wedding last week at Westmount Country Club on 10.02.25. Jyoti Hinduja at All Event Decorators worked within our budget and yet created a vision of beauty! Her professionalism, her eye to detail, her beautiful ideas created a magical mandap! The seamless transition from morning ceremony to evening reception was work of exemplary! The quality of work and materials used for decoration is top notch. The combination of silk flowers along with the real flowers creation was beautiful! Jyoti was very easy to work with, her patience and her understanding of our requirements was executed beyond our expectation. Thank you All Event decorators for a beautiful work of art! -

If I could give Jyoti more than 5 stars, I absolutely would! She was the creative genius behind the stunning décor at our Indian wedding, and to say she did a marvelous job would be an understatement. From the moment we met her, Jyoti exuded warmth, professionalism, and a deep understanding of traditional Indian aesthetics with a modern flair.
Our mandap was straight out of a fairytale—elegant, ethereal, and filled with beautiful florals and intricate details that took our breath away. It created the perfect sacred space for our ceremony and left our guests in awe. We had so many people come up to us and ask who designed it!
The reception backdrop was equally spectacular. Jyoti created a luxurious, romantic setting that perfectly reflected our style and vibe. The colors, textures, and lighting were balanced to perfection, and everything photographed beautifully—it looked like a magazine spread!
One of the things we appreciated most was how incredibly responsive Jyoti was throughout the entire process. No matter how big or small our question or concern, she always got back to us quickly with thoughtful answers and solutions. That kind of communication made all the difference and helped us feel completely at ease leading up to the big day.
Jyoti, thank you from the bottom of our hearts for making our wedding so magical and unforgettable. You are a true artist and an absolute joy to work with. We wholeheartedly recommend you to anyone looking for wedding décor that is not only beautiful, but meaningful. -

We worked with Jyoti for our Sikh wedding, Hindu wedding, and reception. She was incredible to work with! Jyoti was accommodating, easy to work with, and creative. Jyoti provided decorations for my Sangeet, Haldi, Wedding, and Reception and we were blown away when we saw our vision come to life. Jyoti is extremely responsive and easy to work with and we truly felt like we had her full attention and support during all of our interactions. Whenever we were stuck on a decision, she always provided examples, recommendations, and pictures to help us move forward. Jyoti did such a fantastic job on my sister’s wedding. I reached out to 6 decorators for the events we had back in august 2023. We chose her company because she was flexible, her pricing was not outrageous like other competitors, and she was easy to talk to with her responsiveness.
Many people in the wedding industry tend to be after the money but you can tell she has a true passion for what she does! We were invited to her warehouse and she did a mock set up for the wedding mandap. She will go above and beyond because she truly cares about her clients. After my sisters wedding a few of our family friends loved her work so much that they also hired her for their weddings. She doesn't have the biggest social media presence, but she has done so so so many weddings. She has been a part of the industry for a while and she knows what she is doing! It was a pleasure to work with her. -

Working with Jyoti for our Sangeet, wedding, and reception decorations was so effortless! Jyoti immediately understood my vision for all three events and executed it perfectly with her amazing team. They problem solved so many obstacles with the venue and event timings, that the groom and I had nothing to worry about. Thanks to Jyoti, we were able to encapsulate our magical day with such beautiful backdrops! Everything looked so beautiful and so elegant! 10/10 would recommend. -

Let me first start off my writing, both my mandap and reception stage was just WOW! Jyoti and her team were on time, had their set up way before and I had lots of time prior to event to see my venue's glow with her decor. She has been extremely professional, approachable, friendly and a lovely person to work with. She gave us good suggestions but never pushed us to only go with what she already had for decor. In comparison to well known decorators known in NJ's asian wedding market, All event Decorators stood out to me because of their attention to detail, Jyoti's enthusiasm and being very very budget friendly. Any major event in my life thus far, certainly Jyoti and her team would be my go to. To sum it up, Jyoti is indeed a decor Ninja, women with a vision and super express speedy work. -

Unnati Sent on 09/20/2012My husband and I worked with Jyoti from All Event Decorators for our outdoor Indian/Italian wedding. Jyoti was very helpful to us when deciding on how to decorate our mandap at The Valley Regency. The greatest challenge was how to incorporate a round outdoor gazebo into our mandap as our ceremony was a Hindu ceremony. As a team, Jyoti, my husband, and myself, came up with a design to set up a mandap area in front of the gazebo without blocking it. As the wedding day approached, I still was unsure of how the whole mandap area was going to look as I do not have a decorator's vision. However, we put all of our faith in Jyoti to execute the design. And, I would love to say that Jyoti did a phenomenal job with decorating the gazebo on the day of the wedding ceremony. Everything looked beautiful. Jyoti also did a great job with our centerpieces for the reception. I had a clear vision as to what I wanted for the centerpieces and Jyoti perfected it! I would recommend All Event Decorators to any couple that is looking to have a beautiful setup for their event. -

Jyoti and her team did a wonderful job executing the decor for both our wedding and reception. I was overwhelmed with the amount of options and didn’t know where to begin and she was extremely patient and once I decided on a vision, very helpful in guiding me. She was also upfront about cost and budget which was very helpful when deciding between vendors and what I wanted. She was very responsive throughout the entire process and always free for a phone call. She has a creative eye to assist your vision come to life and ensure everything is cohesive. Two days before my ceremony she messaged me with an adjustment she thought would look better, I trusted her judgement and I couldn’t have asked for a better mandap. Her team was on time for both set up and breakdown which was a bonus to not have to worry about them. Would definitely recommend ! -

Jyoti was such a pleasure to work with! I’ve always envisioned a simple but elegant wedding and Jyoti made sure that happened! I was absolutely blown away when I saw the decor for the first time. My whole entire family raves about how beautiful it was to this day. We had a few unique requests in terms of timeline and Jyoti accommodated to us with no problem. I highly recommend! -

Jyoti did a wonderful job! she did three events decorating for me and my husband: jaggo night, gurudwara ceremony and our reception night. the best days were the jaggo and reception nights. I didn’t have a specific vision but she understood my concepts that I communicated to her. I gave her basically free range and she came through with a very unique decoration for both, I was so satisfied with it and everyone complimented the decor for both nights. the gurudwara ceremony was a bit plain, but I was still happy with it. pricing is also reasonable for what you need from her and her professionalism is top-notch. thank you for your help and vision, Jyoti! i’ve already recommended her to a few people! -

We were quoted a specific price for the decorations for our reception but were nickeled and dimed for every single last change we wanted to make. There is no concept of personalization. As previous reviewer mentioned, Jyoti was nice at first but things quickly fell apart after she had all the money, which she demanded all in advance. DO NOT PAY FULL AMOUNT IN ADVANCE. She did not show up on the day of the reception. Half the decor was missing, the other half was tacky, the floor was peeling, couches had holes in them, flower vases were missing. Called Jyoti on the day of reception but she did not come to fix the issues. Then she declined phone calls for the rest of the night and left us scrambling to find decorations last minute. We had to borrow decorations from another reception that had taken place earlier in the same hall to fill in all she had left out. It was humiliating. Please AVOID AT ALL COSTS. -
