Cheryl Johnson was lovely. She met with me a month or 2 before the wedding to answer a few questions via FaceTime. She arrived at the venue an hour before it started and we went over how to pronounce my name and she didn’t mess it up. She has good energy and was very funny. Her delivery was amazing. I was very pleased and highly recommend her -

Cheryl is so great to work with! She is super friendly, professional, and flexible. We originally had our wedding planned for Mt. Washington Mill Dye House, but because of COVID-19 we decided to have a small ceremony instead and postpone the party for next year. Cheryl was very flexible and even helped us come up with a location for the small ceremony! Absolutely 5/5 stars. -

Absolutely amazing
Cheryl was absolutely amazing. I originally was going to say my own little vow but was extremely nervous before the ceremony and she offered at the last minute to say the vows for me and just work it into her readings. I was incredibly thankful! Our ceremony ended up being a little late and she was very patient and understanding. All of my guest kept telling me how beautiful and touching the ceremony was and it was all thanks to her! -

Cheryl officiated our wedding in September of 2021. Our experience with her was not consistent with the very positive reviews across this and other sites. There were some lapses in professionalism (lateness, lack of preparedness) that led to a few awkward moments during the ceremony. Our event was not ruined, but we were a disappointed in the rocky start.
It was however obvious that with a little bit more preparation or an earlier arrival, that these issues would likely not have happened, as they were a function of being rushed to start. Her script itself was meaningfully tailored to our personalities.
Perhaps we were the "one-off" wedding that didn't go as planned.
