  Amazing rental company!

  All City Party Rentals was amazing! I was told that they do not travel as far as I was located but the office manager was willing to make an exception for me. I was extremely grateful as I had difficulty finding quality rentals in my area. Everything was delivered on time and with ease. This company was amazing help for my wedding and I can’t recommend them enough!

  Amazing and Convenient

  The product was beautiful. They looked really good on the tables. They were dropped off and picked up per our schedule and it was such an easy process.

  Excellent Service!

  Needed A last minute tent because of Weather Conditions. I really felt like they saved my event. Called them the day before my event and they were able to service me the next day. Excellent customer service. Their service guys were courteous and COVID ready with mask! Their delivery/service guys texted me and we were able to keep track of them since we were working with stick times. Will definitely recommend them to our friends and use them again....Great experience!

  Quick, Easy, & Professional

  My experience with All City Party Rentals was wonderful from beginning to end! They had great reviews so I went with them. The young lady that answered the phone was a pleasure to work with; she was very professional and answered all my questions. They had Beautiful farm tables and their gold chairs added elegance to our rustic dinner party. Let’s not forget their courteous delivery team that notified us before arriving. just great to work with a real professional company. Thank you for this experience- everything was perfect for our huge company dinner.

  I had a overall great experience. No The people on the phone were awesome their customer service was out of this world. And the quality of the equipment was great I was very surprised. I will definitely be using this company again!!!!

  Great Service!

  We are so please with this company. The woman that helped us on the phone was very knowledgeable. She really did guide us. We contacted them for information but she made it so easy that we booked immediately. It saved us getting a planner because we were so lost.
  Their team arrived on time, no delays they set up the tent and lights and left the tables, chairs, and linens underneath the tent. Everything turned out better than we expected.   Outstanding Service!

  From start to finish working with All City Party Rentals was a dream come true. Due to the coronavirus pandemic, we had to change from the big wedding we were planning at a venue to a small intimate, and safer backyard wedding a year after! The hard part was to make that decision. We work with Sam at All City Party Rentals and she made everything so easy! In the end we also saved a lot of money! They were very responsive and the prices were reasonable and fair. Out of 3 quotes they were the winners. We rented beautiful farm tables, gold chiavari chairs, flatware, glasses and barrels for decoration. It turned out beautiful! We highly recommend this company.

  Great service / great price

  Called during unfortunate pandemic. Originally had to cancel my event and throw it at my backyard. Less people but better this than nothing. All City schedule my event with no problems. Everything went great, chairs and tables were clean and new looking. Tent did make a big difference!! Recommend to everyone!

  They are great to work with until you send a deposit. After that they become unresponsive and seem to purposely leave out instructions that would ensure you get your safety deposit back. Delivery guys told use just to leave everything under the tent, it didn't need to be in any specific way. Their words were "As long as we can find it, that's all we need." Come to find out it's "in your contract" that everything must be "exactly as received" meaning that if the chair are perfectly stacked in the same qty that they were received that you will not get your deposit back. Oh and god help you if you had deadlines around drop off/pickup. Come to find out 2 days before the event drop off might be 2 days before instead of 1 day before and pickup might be 2-3 days after instead of 1 day after the event.

  Horrible and Terrible Rental Company Very Bad Customer Experience

  I am warning everyone in the Flowery Branch (hall) County Community Area and beyond.
  
  STAY FAR AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY DUE TO BAD BUSINESS PRACTICES!
  
  They Practice Bate and Switch techniques to lure you into a bogus theft by deception contract and what's even worse the Customer Service Experience is Horrible they never answer the phone and when they do all they do is Lie!....All Lies, Lies, and more Lies, There are better Rental Companies out there to do business with as a matter of fact we took our business elsewhere and got the same thing for half of what they were trying to push on us to rent...Terrible, Terrible, Company.. I wouldn't rent a stick a gum from them..
