We loved working with Eric at all around Raleigh dj company! He was so awesome at making sure the night ran smoothly and making sure our guests had a great time. We loved how he made the night interactive with our guests! He also provided fun lights as well and met with us through out the process to get a clear image of our expectations and all of this was at an affordable price! I highly recommend choosing all around Raleigh dj as your dj vendor for you wedding! He is a pleasure to work with and you will be completly satisfied with the service he provides!

Top Notch DJ Company

Brian and Erik were extremely professional and amazing to work with during prior to and during our event! Brian was our DJ and he was referred to us by our venue and we could not have been more pleased. Would highly recommend!!!

My husband and I hired All Around Raleigh DJ and worked with Eric. To say that he went above and beyond for us is an understatement! The professionalism was outstanding, the quality day-of was more than we had anticipated and throughout the entire process, Eric was quickly able to handle any changes we threw at him and always treated us more like friends then clients. He made sure that our day was as important to him as it was to us and it showed through the days leading up to our wedding and the day of the event. He also included our daughter, allowing her to "DJ" for a bit during the reception. It was all she could talk about for days after! Highly, highly recommend their services!!!

Michael was our DJ, and I can't say enough nice things about him. First off, he made us feel so special from our very initial meeting. He took the time to ask us questions beyond music and really learn who we are. During the wedding, he read the group like a pro, and kept our dance floor packed. He acted not only as MC and DJ but also as a friend - especially to my nervous husband who was alone in a giant ballroom pre-wedding ceremony when he found Michael. Sincere and talented, we are so glad we found Michael.

All Around Raleigh DJ kept our dance floor packed all night - book them!

All Around Raleigh DJ managed to keep our dance floor packed all night long. Eric played every song I requested and followed my suggestions of the type of music I wanted to play to a tee. He was responsive to all of my questions and requests and made planning a breeze. My guests are still raving about how our dance floor was one of the most fun they've seen - and this is all thanks to Eric and All Round Raleigh DJ!

We could not have asked for a better DJ than Eric.

I'm someone who can be a little control freakish when it comes what music plays at my events, and Eric gave me full reign to be as picky as I wanted.

I gave him a list of "must play" songs and a long list of songs that if he was able to work them in, great. Well, I can barely think of a song on either list that he didn't play. Plus, the few times he went off the board were all high quality and similar to the genre we had requested.

Plus, I had a lengthy and strict "do not play" list. And despite pressure from the bridesmaids, he stuck to his guns and honored the list.

I had people who told me it was the best music at a wedding reception they had ever heard, and we have Eric to thank. He kept the party going with smooth transitions and understated yet appropriate work on the microphone when necessary.

If anyone ever asks me whether to hire a band or DJ for their reception, without question, I would suggest they stop fretting over it and just hire Eric.

Eric was very involved and responsive throughout the entire process. He met with us twice and frequently updated us via email. He arrived a little earlier than agreed, executed every single stage of the reception the way we had requested, and took requests from the floor by our guests. It was a fabulous reception and he moved things along flawlessly. Would use him or recommend him again any time.

All Around Raleigh DJ Company came highly recommended to us by a couple that had just gotten married. We were thrilled with the service and quality we received from this company!!! Eric was very professional, organized, and did a wonderful job of catering to all our needs both before the wedding and during the wedding ceremony/reception, not to mention, our guests were THRILLED with him. I would highly recommended this company and Eric for any event as he truly made wedding planning and our big day stress free and wonderful!!!

Thank you Eric for everything you and Michael did to make Meghan and Scott's wedding day perfect. We appreciate it more than you will ever know! Michael was awesome! The music he played was exactly what Meghan and Scott wanted. The lighting he put up was beautiful and he was SOOO helpful and calming when Meghan was freaking out the last couple of days. He was very responsive every time we had a question and he was professional and courteous at the reception. I will ALWAYS recommend All Around Raleigh DJ, when asked for a referral.

My husband and I recently got married and used All Around Raleigh DJ Company for the DJ at our reception. We worked with Eric and was very professional and made our reception a hit! Eric was available to answer any questions that we had and was flexible in meeting with us before the wedding, as we were planning the wedding from out of state. Eric checked in with us several times during the reception to make sure we were ready for the next part of the night and to see if there were any other songs we wanted to be played. He had our friends and family on the dance floor the entire night and we would recommend All Around Raleigh DJ to anyone who wants to have a fun and easy DJ experience.

Eric and All Around Raleigh DJ was exceptional! From the ceremony music to the final dance, Eric kept the dance floor full, fun and energized! Eric was recommended to us and we are thrilled with the job he did. I've never been to a wedding were the dance floor was full the whole night long! He played family favorites, special songs to the bride and dance favorites that everyone loved. He was the perfect master of ceremony for toasts and first dances. Just perfect "All Around"!

My wife and I hired Eric from All Around Raleigh as our wedding DJ. He was awesome. First and foremost, he was totally professional. He worked with us well in advance of the wedding to get a list of important songs to play at different times, including a song that I edited for our first dance. When he arrived day-of, he had all of them prepared and hit all of the necessary cues perfectly. When he needed to make announcements, he was funny and kept everyone in a good mood, but didn't talk too much or try to control the room or anything like that. During the reception, he did a great job of playing most of our suggested songs, but also keeping the party going. When someone requested a song that we didn't want played (because no thank you, electric slide), he was really good at evading it politely. At the end of the day, all of our guests danced and had a good time.

Two other things to note: In addition to DJ services, Eric rents out a photo booth, which was super fun at the reception. Also, for toasts and such, he has a really cool, vintage-y microphone that people can use, which makes for fantastic photos. These aren't totally essential, but they're very nice touches.

Eric was awesome. We received a suggestion about Eric and allaroundraleighdj from one of our wedding vendors. My fiance (now wife) and I met with him and were so impressed with his orginization, flexibility and demeanor, we signed up on the spot. He made the planning process seamless and simple. He DJ'd all parts of our wedding and we could not have been happier with his work. Eric was SPOT ON with the music. He was so helpful throughout the evening and exceeded every expectation we had. We would reccommend Eric to anyone and for any occasion. A DJ can make or break and event, and he definitely made our night.

Awesome DJ!

We had such a wonderful time at our wedding and Michael was a big part of that! We had several conversations with Michael in the months and days leading up to our wedding and he was always easy to talk to, organized, and had some great ideas. Other than several specific song selections, we let Michael select the majority of the music and we are so glad that we did. He utilized different genres of music at different parts of the wedding ceremony and reception which really helped things flow nicely and kept everyone happy and having fun. Our day was better than we would have ever anticipated and are so grateful that Michael was a part of it.

All Around Raleigh DJ was absolutely fabulous! The DJ (Jim Unger) played all the songs that we liked and was able to read the crowd to determine the perfect next song. The dance floor was packed the entire night and the DJ helped to make it an amazing wedding.

The most fun!

We had the best time with Eric. He was responsive, communicative, and so attentive to our needs. He took the time to get to know us and what we liked (as well as what we didn't!). The music was SUCH a highlight of our wedding day. It was so easy to trust him to play not only our requests, but music in our style and that we would dance to! I don't think the dance floor was ever still. He also kept our reception running smoothly with such joy and humor. The mic was an excellent touch for our toasts! He was absolutely on it for our ceremony music as well - from start to finish, can't recommend All Around Raleigh enough!

Eric was the DJ for our wedding, and he did an amazing job! He was so helpful in helping us prepare for our wedding, meeting with us twice to get a sense of who we are and suggestions for songs we were interested in having played. He was always professional but also relaxed and fun to meet with, and he was willing to go the extra mile to dig up obscure songs that we wanted played--even finding the Bolivian folkloric song we wanted for our first dance. He DJ'd an amazing dance party that kept all generations out on the dance floor until the end of the night, and we're so appreciative of his work and good attitude!

Eric was phenomenal to work with. He provided his MC and DJ services during our wedding reception.

Planning: We planned our wedding from a long-distance, so we primarily met with over the phone. It was amazing how he read our tastes in music from our discussion. My fiance (now husband) and I were a challenging couple in that we didn't really have a great idea about what we wanted in music, timing, etc until VERY late in the planning the process. Eric was very flexible-- never pushy, but provided great suggestions and planning tools that helped us better articulate what we were looking for!

During the Reception: Eric was a great MC-- he was never cheesy or intrusive, but very clearly communicated everything. He coordinated with all our vendors on the timing of all the events-- gave us warnings on upcoming toasts and decisions that were coming up so that we wouldn't be caught by surprise! For instance, when we were running a little behind, he gave us the head's up that the photographer would be leaving so that we could extend our photographer's time and start the events like cake cutting and speeches! He set a great pace for the night, and everyone had a great time.

The music was a good mix of everything-- there was something for everyone. Our guests had so many compliments on the music selection! The music was so fun-- we danced all night! Once the music started, the dance floor was always full-- it was blast.

Our venue was slightly challenging from an acoustics standpoint-- there were several rooms, and Eric set up speakers so that each room had a speaker and that everyone could hear. Many of our guests had been to wedding receptions at our venue before and had previously been challenged to hear the toasts and speeches, but we heard many comments and compliments on the work that Eric did to make sure that everyone felt included.

Eric made our wedding reception a great time for everyone, especially us.

We absolutely loved working with Eric! He was our DJ for our wedding (pre-wedding through reception). From the very beginning, he was professional, responsive, and fun to work with. He was great with song suggestions and always willing to help. We all had a blast dancing the night away and have Eric to thank! I highly recommend Eric for your wedding!

Eric was fantastic through our whole wedding planning and the actual event! He kept our crowd moving, was right on cue with the timing for events throughout the reception (cake cutting, garter toss, ect). He was so accessible, and made my experience planning so much easier. Any question, thought, concern I had, he was there to answer and helped guide us through the whole process. What I thought was going to be impossible to plan, seemingly fell together. Any future brides that need a dj, Eric would be the only recommendation I ever give!

I believe that the success of a wedding is largely dependent on the performance of the vendors. All Around Raleigh DJ had a big part in making our event a success. We started planning the wedding over a year before the event and at that time reached out to several vendors, All Around Raleigh DJ being one of them. We then bought a house and got a little distracted from planning. Eric at All Around Raleigh DJ checked in frequently to see how plans were progressing and even offered his assistance with questions without ever being pushy. When we finally got around to signing a contract, he put us in touch with his DJ, Michael (as Eric was already booked). Michael was awesome to work with. He met us at a convenient location for us several times throughout the planning process. From the first meeting, we were confident in Michael's ability to make sure the music at our wedding was exactly what we envisioned. He was accommodating with our unusual song requests and was enthusiastic throughout the whole process. He was very responsive and helpful. During the event, he kept us on track with the timeline he planned out for us so that I didn't have to worry about the time - this was especially helpful because I did not have a wedding planner. The dance floor was full all night and he was able to assess the crowd and play music that would keep people dancing. I will recommend him and All Around Raleigh DJ to my friends and family. He and Eric were an absolute pleasure to work with!

Eric is so much fun!! He made our big day so special!! I would reccomend him to any bride!! He is very responsive to the brides requests and is really nice and caring!!
