Great Service

The ladies at All About Events were super friendly and helpful even though I had to change my order a number of times. The delivery guys were also friendly and on times. Items were exactly what we wanted . Highly recommend this place!

Amazing through the entire process!

AAE provided all of our rentals for our April wedding. We started the process by choosing our linens and dinnerware from a really large inventory in their warehouse. This was really helpful to pull the vision of the reception together- and over months of planning they were really helpful and flexible as we added and subtracted things from our order. I think the results were stunning and exactly matched our vision for the day. Not only did the team show up very early for a smooth set up (and they were so nice!!) but they also went above and beyond on the actual day. Our coordinator let me know post-wedding that we had ordered the incorrect sized tables were ordered for our head table, which would mean they did not match our linens. AAE was able to handle this completely without any interruption to the day! I didn't even know until after the wedding.

Intimate Wedding

We used All About Events for an intimate wedding at a private home. We rented a tent, tables, chairs, linens and plates/glasses/flatware. Everything was as promised. The delivery team of Anthony and Xavier were great to work with. Highly receommend them!

All About Enjoyment!

All About Events was a fantastic company to work with! William, Jeff and the whole team went above and beyond to make our wedding perfect! We loved absolutely everything. The clear top tent was a dream. All of the things we rented for the wedding day matched perfectly with our boho theme. Prices were the best

Rented all my wedding tables, chairs, linens, market lights and arch from All About Events. Prices were the best I could find. William helped me through everything and I would definitely use them again.

These people are SO NICE and so accommodating!

These people are SO NICE and so accommodating! We had an event on Saturday, but left right after until Wednesday. They worked with us to get the items back and accommodated our schedule. The prices are some of the best in Jacksonville, too. Thank you, All About Events and William!

It was very accommodating and friendly

I had a rehearsal dinner at my house. I had to order tables and chairs. Everyone I felt with was very accommodating and friendly. They delivered on time and prices were competitive.

Excellent service at every step of the process from booking to the technical service from William during the event.

We had to change our plans mid event and William was very helpful and flexible - he even helped to tow the ice cream van when it got stuck in the mud!

Jeff from All about Events is amazing! He is very quick to respond to emails and ensures everything goes smoothly for your big day. We rented an arch, tables, and easels for our big day. These items really brought our wedding together and I couldn’t have been happier with the quality of everything. They are also very reasonable compared to a lot of other rental vendors.

Great service!

We rented linens for our wedding reception. They gave us the right amount, color, and sizes for the linens. They were lenient on when we could pick up and drop off our linens. Overall great service and will be using them again in the future.

Perfect Day!

All About Events got everything perfect, even when we changed our quantities 3 days prior to our wedding. We used them for our ceremony arch, sweetheart table, all of our linens and napkins.

I used All About Events for my table and chair rental for my wedding. I also rented a light up curtain.
The delivery men were nice and set up my curtain, which I must say was gorgeous. Everyone commented how beautiful it was.
I had an issue with 1 table, the leg was broke. I called and it was after hours and I was put thru to a voicemail in which I left a message explaining how I needed it fixed by the next day for my wedding.
Someone immediately got back to me and we agreed to have them come in the morning to swap it out.
They rectified the situation that next morning like they promised. I recommend this company.

Great Experience

Tori at All About Events was helpful and quick to respond to emails. I had to make changes to and she fixed the invoice for me and resent it. We picked up the table and chairs on Friday so we could set up for the wedding on Saturday. We took them back on Monday and it quick and easy. Payments were online so everything was easy to do.

I rented 85 chair covers for my daughter's wedding. The price was fair, the service was excellent and professional, and the quality of the covers was top-notch. They were understanding and accommodating when my daughter's wedding had to be cancelled and rescheduled due to Hurricane Irma. The pickup and delivery of the covers was effortless. I'd highly recommend them.

Great company to work with! We rented chair covers and sashes for our wedding. We changed the number of guests after booking with them, and they were very accommodating to change the number of chair covers. We chose to pick up the items at their location rather than to have them delivered in order to save some money. The pick up process was fast and simple, as was the drop off process. I shopped the prices before using them and they were pretty comparable with most other companies, if not slightly cheaper.

All About Events handled the tents for our June wedding. They made the rental process easy and as stress free as possible. I never felt that they were trying to push us into spending more on the event but they did provide suggestions for lighting, floor and other options when I asked for feedback. Phone calls were always answered or returned promptly and pricing was reasonable.

The day of the wedding the crew that sat up our tent, tables, chairs, floor, lighting and fans were INCREDIBLE. They were professional, kind, and asked for feedback as they arranged the items. I loved doing business with this company and would certainly recommend them to friends.

I was very pleased with how professional everything was handled for my daughter’s wedding. The two men who came out and set up the tent were especially helpful and very patient with the change in location that had to be made due to overhead electrical wires. Everyone involved was helpful, friendly ,and took care of our needs in a timely manner. A pleasure to work with Nicole and this group as the Bride's mother I was nervous about the weather as this was a rainy week and an outdoor event. But the group helped in so many ways to make sure that everything went well with no problems. The tables, chairs, and linens that we rented were all in pristine condition. I would recommend them highly.

Constance, Nicole and the delivery men we worked with were incredibly professional and accommodating. We held a small, 35 person company party at our home the weekend before Christmas and every step of the rental and delivery process was handled with efficiency and kindness. You don't always get this type of service so close to the holidays! Not only do I recommend them, but I look forward to working with them in the future. Job well done!

Wow. They had everything I needed for my wedding. Literally, they are a one-stop shop for wedding rentals. I cannot be happier with the service and the helpfulness. They set up and cleaned up everything. Made my life so much easier.

Prices were stellar. They have the pricing on their website which makes it sooooooo much easier!! Why can't more places just do that? In this day and age, if you want my business post up your pricing.

I would definitely recommend All About Events to anyone looking for rentals. You will not regret it!

This is a first rate rental company. I went in with a list of everything i needed for a backyard wedding for 60 people. I was able to rent everything I needed from tables and chairs, linens, chafing dishes-even a dance floor and sound system. Prices were comparable . Service was excellent.

All About Events was absolutely amazing. I threw a huge 1st birthday party for my daughter and rented a tent from them. The weather was terrible but thanks to their tent, all 100 plus people enjoyed themselves comfortably and dry. The men that came to set up the tent were so nice and helpful. They went above and beyond setting up tables and chairs that was not part of their contract. I said "Oh, thank you but you don't have to do that". They responded "We are happy to help" with a smile on their face. I placed my reservation and frequently spoke via e-mail with Nicole Young and she was equally great. So helpful and very quick to respond. Incredible service. 5 stars all the way. Highly recommended.

Dealt with the Jacksonville office. Rented the wedding package with a PA system. The people in office were very friendly and helpful. The guys who set everything up and delivered were amazing. The guys who picked up the equipment was also awesome. All around a great experience.

Simply excellent. We had a GREAT experience dealing with AllAboutEvents and will not hesitate to use them again in the future.

Their prices were competitive, and I appreciated that most of the prices are posted on their website and they did not add on a lot of extra fees for setup and breakdown. The equipment was nice, the tablecloths were clean, the tents were in excellent condition and the tables and chairs were all in good repair.

Now, here is the big thing: How did AllAboutEvents responded when we had a BIG PROBLEM? They SOLVED it. Quickly. We had the tent set up two days before our event. That night it rained heavily and some of the tent stakes came loose in the saturated (sandy) soil. The tent partially collapsed and filled with water. Within a couple hours of notifying them of the problem, their installers were back and fixed the tent without problem or complaint.

I would use this company again even if there had been no hiccups, but their responsiveness when we did have an issue (and I don't see how it could have been reasonably prevented, so I don't fault them for it happening) gives me complete confidence that this company has the resources and the dedication to make it right!

They will be my first, and probably only, call next time I need a rental.

Johanna and the staff at All About Events were absolutely wonderful! They were precise on delivery and pick up times and even replaced a faulty table immediately upon us finding it's issue. I rented 30 chairs from this vendor for July 14th 2014 and it was fast and simple, we are able to pick up and drop off chairs, the staff was very nice, friendly and professional. Any time I sent an email to ask a question I would always get a reply within a few hours. I would rent from again and I would recommend this vendor to anyone looking to rent wedding supplies...Thanks !!!!!!!!!

Bring a proud Daddy, I wanted to give my daughter a nice wedding and reception and still stay in a reasonable budget. I was lucky enough to learn about All About Events in Jacksonville Florida. Jeff at All About Events was absolutely fantastic! We had a backyard wedding, and Jeff made time to come out to my parents home to help measure and "design" the backyard layout. He really worked with me to make everything I wanted work. Incredibly flexible and helpful, I really appreciated it!

We rented tents, linens, string lights, dining tables, high top tables, dance floor, chairs, tableware and glassware.

Jeff at All About Events was so great in assisting me with my rentals for my 70s Birthday Party! Every time I had a question, he was so prompt with his response. (I had plenty of questions too!) He was so fleixible with getting me what I needed and his crew delivered everything right on time. They were efficient, polite, fast and a pleasure to work with!
Everyone at my party thanked me for having such a great, big tent becuase it turned out to be one of the windiest nights we had in Florida and they were all protected outside. I would highly recommend All About Events to any of my friends!

I could not have asked for a better experience with this rental company. Jeff was wonderful, professional and very helpful. He answers any questions/emails within minutes. I changed my order probably 5 or 6 times before our event and he never minded and was always courteous and helpful! I will and HAVE recommended him to several people and will continue to do so.

Jeff was such a great help during the whole process. This rental company is the best in Jacksonville and also the most reasonably priced. All About Events did a fabulous job helping us plan for a wedding at our home. Jeff was very friendly and came out and spent about an hour helping me find the best arrangement for tables and making recommendations for lighting, set up, etc. With a December wedding, it was hard to predict the weather so he spent even more time trying to come up with the best and least expensive way to set up tents. Fortunately we didn't need them! His team was not the friendliest bunch but they worked very hard and were focused. After the delivery I realized I needed more dance floor and an extra heater. They responded in plenty of time. I called many companies and All About Events had the very best prices on everything from chairs to linens..... by far!! We highly recommend them!

All about events was wonderful! They made sure we were happy. They set up the tent before the wedding and did so very quickly. They told us that we didn't even have to be there when they came back to get it.

I thought that all about events did an awesome job. The bar that they provided was the perfect size, as well as the dance floor. The set-up crew was extremely polite and professional and Jeff always made sure to get back to my inquiries immediately. I would absolutely refer this company to others and plan on using their services for upcoming events.

Jeffrey Crotto was super to work with! We had a miscommunication involving the tent that I wanted, and the day before the tent was being delivered, he was calling his friends in the rental business to get the second tent delivered at the same time. I checked all around, and since I live in a rural area, delivery prices were out of this world, but not with All About Events. He is very quick to respond to phone calls and email. Would definitely use his services again...for different occasion, of course!

Jeff and his team from All About Events were such a pleasure to work with! I changed, added, and took away rentals a million times up until the week of the wedding and never got any flack. He was very helpful assisting me in getting exactly what I needed and made the rental process a breeze. Not to mention my reception was on top of a two story building with only staircase entry (spiral staircases to be exact)! Jeff and his team hauled everything up there without any issues... And just when I thought that there was no way they would be able to get nine HUGE peices of dance floor up on the roof, they hoisted them up the side! AMAZING!! Incredible service topped with the best prices in town I would give AAE a huge recommendation! THANKS!!

Worked with me in order to get linens within our budget. Very happy with their service. He also allowed us to drop everything off two days after our wedding which helped out a lot since we did most everything ourselves.

After contacting two other local event companies in St. Augustine many months in advance notice, getting no response, then minimal responses--then more excuses and eventually over-priced estimates, my fiance found All About Events from Jacksonville. The owner, Jeff, was AWESOME! He called us back after our first contact request, gave us a very reasonable initial quote, went down to the wedding site in downtown historic St. Augustine, solidified the quote (still far better than both companies before)--and then continued to maintain contact with us all the way through the long-distance wedding planning that we had to do. He also connected us with a great electrician and surprisingly talented site decorator, Jimmy, who helped with lighting and hanging a ton of my hand-made decorations--very patiently! The day before the wedding, ALL the equipment arrived--pleasantly new in appearance and clean! We had chairs and tables at a wedding site and a tent, chairs, tables, bar, bar tables, --even a refridgerator! It was all coordinated by Jeff, the owner. And his crew was really nice and respectful--to guests, me, my fiance, family, and the 1700's B&B who hosted our reception. Clean up was timely the next day and the process was such a relief after practically begging both of the other companies to even call us back months before we discovered Jeff and All About Events. My husband and I planned for a year, buying pieces of the wedding throughout the year, paying off one thing, then the next. The rentals were a source of financial fear originally, but All About Events was much less than their competition, charging less for some things and much less for other things, and not overcharging for every single fee that these other companies were adding to their quotes. The process with Jeff was friendly and he his on top of his game! He makes you feel appreciated for the hard earned money that you are devoting to such an important event--be it a wedding or any other important moment for your gathering! And, I made a ton of hand-made flower balls and garlands, plus all the lights, lanterns, and other decor that I envisioned making the experience for our guests so special. I am thrilled to have my husband, but I had a blast planning the party and the decorations. All About Events made my vision a reality and the memories are priceless! Thanks again!
