  Amazing!!!

  I can’t recommend Alison highly enough for wedding photography. She and Lee are so easy to work with and bring great energy and talent as photographers to the wedding day. They did an amazing job getting all of the shots we wanted while not spending hours and hours taking posed photos. They also seamlessly floated in the background and were able to capture so many amazing candid photos. I knew Alison was the right choice for photographer when she told us ‘Life is too short to miss your own cocktail hour’. We were able to get all of the family photos and bridal party photos that we wanted without missing our own cocktail hour due to Alison and Lee’s organization and professionalism! In addition to the amazing shots that Alison and Lee captured, she also was able to touch up and send us a selection of photos THE VERY NEXT DAY! We’ve heard of so many friends, who weeks and months later are still waiting to see wedding photos and she got us a sampling of amazing photos in less than 24 hours so we could share professional photos with friends and family and on social media. I would choose Alison again in a heartbeat and would absolutely recommend her to anyone looking for a professional, experienced wedding photographer.

  I get a little teary thinking about how awesome Alison (and her husband) is. From the first time we met them at a bridal show, we knew we wanted her to shoot our wedding.
  
  Alison comes with the eye of a photojournalist and the warmth of a mother, a sister. She brings such a welcoming presence and worked with us from early on, customizing packages for us. She was extremely flexible. Both she and her husband did our engagement shots, "getting-ready" photos on wedding day, and 4 hours at the ceremony and reception. They are really beautiful people.
  
  Her photos are incredibly touching. She brings out something in her subjects that even her subjects do not realize they possess. On a two-hour engagement photo shoot, she and her husband entertained our ideas, traveling with us to 3 sites for really great shots. On the night of our wedding, she sent us over 20 shots at 2am. Her commitment and dedication to our special day was really very endearing.
  
  She's so great, we want to work with her again. We hope to hire Alison in the future for baby photos, when the time comes!

  Alison is just the best. She is warm and professional and great at taking pictures! She was around for the entire wedding day, documenting each moment perfectly, but she was not abrasive or pushy in the way that friends' wedding photographers have been. She was a positive presence the entire time, and everyone wanted to smile at her. For example, just before I walked down the aisle, there were a few minutes where I was alone with Alison. She gave me a big hug and helped calm my nerves. I remember that moment as one of my favorites of the day--the calm before such a big moment and busy evening. And of course, we love our photos, and the albums she prepared for us. I cannot recommend her highly enough.

  She's a photojournalist who also creates beautiful portraits and captures creative candids.
  I had a destination wedding; Alison had no problem traveling with her equipment and assistant.
  She met my every expectation, producing a gorgeous shot-by-shot depiction of my day. She didn't miss a moment, photographing even the smallest touches and little noticed moments that proved so touching to see.
  My in-laws were so thrilled with the result that they ordered an album of their own.
  My husband and I have enjoyed working with her so much that we continue to hire her to shoot annual family photos.

  Alison has that unique ability to capture genuine emotions in a photo. Her eye caught candid moments I didn't even know happened! She was also so easy to work with! Weddings aren't easy to shoot, but Alison loves it! And because of her background in print journalism, her attention to detail is second to none. Her patience & sweet personality make her a joy to have at your most important day! So glad we chose her.
