Very professional!

Alisa and James along with their team were so amazing on our wedding day!! I love how when we were getting ready I didn’t even feel as if they were there as they were getting all our candid shots!! They are such a friendly team and know exactly what they are doing! If you are looking for photography and videography definitely go with Stilwell!

We're lucky and had the opportunity to work with Alisa and James twice, for our home wedding (due to COVID) and our "big" wedding. And if we had a 3rd wedding I would book them again! Not only are they incredibly professional, patient and organized to ensure things are running smoothly but they're just such wonderful people that you want to be around. They know how to make you feel calm, comfortable and natural. Alisa has a great vision and an incredible focus on detail, which made for truly beautiful photos. Thank you Alisa, James and team for everything!

So helpful!!

Alisa and James were so wonderful on our wedding day! They arrived early, collaborated with each other to ensure a smooth day and kept us all right on schedule! We loved having both the photographer and videographer from the same company and would recommend them in a heartbeat. We also really appreciated the calmness of both Alisa and James, as well as their two other workers. Can't wait to see our photos and videos :)

The Absolute Best.

Alisa and James were incredible from the first day we spoke and helped us plan and visualize every detail of our wedding photography, including Trophy Point! Alisa was especially generous with her time, guidance and I always felt taken care of and surrounded by true professionals. I wish we were getting married again so we could work with Alisa and James on another event! They are amazing and we are so excited to see our photos and video!

Alisa & James are the DREAM team!

Alisa was amazing! She made us feel comfortable the whole time, starting with the engagement photo shoot, which was a great way to get ready for the wedding. We were able to be ourselves and she captured so many incredible moments. The album came out incredible and we couldn't be happier!

My husband and I used Stilwell Photography and Films for our engagement and wedding photographs and videos. We could not be happier with the experience we had working with Alisa and James. She was always flexible with meeting with us and answering all of our questions. James did an amazing job on our film capturing the highlights of our day. On our wedding day Alisa and her team were amazing. They were everywhere capturing the moments of our wedding we'll never forget. Steve and I commented on many of our wedding photos that we didn't even know Alisa was around for the moments she captured. She does a great job of capturing the moment while not interfering with it. She lets the wedding come to her and doesn't "create" moments by asking for certain poses or actions. The natural look and feel of our wedding photos is exactly what we wanted and we are so happy we picked Stilwell Photography to be our wedding photographer. Outside of being an awesome photographer, Alisa and James and the entire crew are amazing people with amazing personalities. By far one of the best investments we made for our wedding day. You won’t go wrong with Stilwell Photography and Films.

Alisa was the best! Our engagement photos and wedding photos were totally "us" and Alisa works hard to make sure everything is better than even expected. She is so talented, and we were lucky to have her as our wedding photographer!

We used Alisa Stilwell Photography & Films for our September 4th wedding film. We were not able to take advantage of their photography services as we already had another photographer booked prior to discovering Stilwell Photography and Films, however Alisa was still extremely friendly, professional, and responsive to emails. Alisa and James both made the planning process extremely easy and we were able to capture all of our important details. The day of the wedding everything ran smoothly and you wouldn't even notice James and his team were there. They were very unobtrusive throughout the wedding day, however were still able to capture incredible moments. We received our short film today and absolutely love how it turned out! The creativity and artistry that goes into making a cinematic film is worth every penny. We would definitely recommend James from Alisa Stilwell Photography and Films to capture your wedding day memories!

My husband and I are so happy we chose Alisa as our wedding photographer. After seeing her photos online I knew she would be the right photographer for us. Our engagement session further cemented this. Alisa put us at ease and gave us instructions on how to pose. Everyone who saw our pictures complimented us and trust me we are no models. Our wedding photographs came out just as good. Alisa was able to capture every moment of the day. She has such an eye for arranging photographs, but is also able to get those unexpected moments and emotions. She is also just a joy to work with. The day of our wedding we had some weather issues and Alisa was such a calming presence. When it did start to rain, she came up with some impromptu shots inside a building that were some of our favorites. I should also mention her assistant, Dana, was wonderful. She had to deal with the groomsmen and got so many good photographs of them it was hard to choose only a few when putting our album together. I would not hesitate to recommend Alisa Stilwell photography to anyone.

Alisa is such a beautiful photographer. She has talent beyond measure. We are so thankful we chose her company to photograph our special day! They captured it in a way we could never imagined! My husband and I used Alisa Stilwell Photography and Films for our engagement pictures and our wedding! From the first time we met Alisa, she was amazing to work with. She made us both feel so comfortable. Our pictures turned out amazing and our films were amazing as well. The cinematography is unlike anything I have ever seen. It truly is a work of art. Alisa, James, and their team did a wonderful job capturing the greatest night of our lives. I am so glad we chose to work with this company, as we have beautiful photographs and films to look back on for the rest of our lives. They truly did a wonderful job capturing all of the special and important moments of the night!

Alisa was so helpful and calm about all advice and decisions when it came to out special day. We had a lot of family/friends we wanted in pictures and she made sure everyone was in the pictures in a timely manor. She was efficient and VERY hard working on our wedding day, we were so thrilled! Alisa was amazing!! She made us both feel so comfortable from the moment we spoke to her. While taking our engagement photos she kept us laughing and feeling natural and relaxed. Her photos are gorgeous and she is a very talented photographer who knows what she is doing. We chose Wishtree studios for our May 1st, wedding, and SO lucky that we did!!! From the moment I met Alisa, I liked her right away and felt comfortable around her! We were in constant contact with her over the year for engagement photos, and to plan for our wedding day. Alisa was beyond accommodating and we got all the pictures we wanted on our wedding day. Every request we had was made, and even better, we received our short film video from our wedding in 2 weeks, and our full feature film not even 4 weeks later. I felt like I was watching a movie watching it! They did an incredible job, I highly recommend Wishtree studios for your wedding day photos and videography...you WILL NOT be disappointed. So happy to have beautiful photos and video to look back on!! Thank you Alisa and James!!!!

Alisa did an amazing job capturing our wedding. She told a story with her photos, just like she said would, and her pictures help us relive our wedding day. She captured every detail that was put into the wedding, and so much more. She communicated with us throughout the night, and we could see how hard she was working to capture all the memories. We love that not only the moments between us were taken, but between all of our guests! Thank you so much Alisa- our wedding pictures were incredible, and looking at them has brought happy tears and big smiles! Our pictures are timeless, elegant, and more than we thought they would be. I had the pleasure of meeting Alisa at a bridal show (an happened to win a gift certificate) and I'm so glad I did. Initially, I went with an online photographer as i was so early on in the planning process that inwas afraid we wouldn't be able to afford WishTree Studios. BIG MISTAKE! Over the course of a month or two, I realized we would NEVER receive the attention to detail and level of service that we did from WishTree. From our engagement pictures to the wedding itself, we had nothing but a fantastic experience. The packages that you have to choose from are amazing. We chose the mid-level package which included our engagement pictures, 8 hours of event photography with 2 photographers, save-the-dates or thank you cards, an 11x14 fine art print, an album with lay-flat pages, plus a slideshow on DVD of our day set to our wedding song. They even drove all the way down to Long Island for the wedding. I just received my link to my online gallery and I started crying all over again. I am beyond thrilled with how our poctures came out. My mother was worried that they had missed so much because she barely saw them, but they got everything (mom's a happy camper now). Thank you so much to Alisa and her assistant for making our day perfect!

It was so nice to have Aliss as our photographer. She is a wonderful person to work with. So full of life. Our wedding photos are just perfect I love every single one of them.
James our cinematographer was also just fantastic. They caught the perfect moments of our day and when I play it back its like watching a princess get her happily ever after. Its nothing short of amazing!

My husband and I were married on June 28th 2014 and we couldn't be more happier with our engagement and wedding photos. Alisa was fantastic and a pleasure to work with. She was very professional and accomodating to our needs and wants. We wanted our engagement photos taken on my husband's family's farm/ property in the Catskills and Alisa couldn' t have been more excited. She was on time and had our pictures ready to view within a few weeks. Our wedding pictures are absolutely gorgeous, Alisa captured every special moment and much more. My husband and I chose WishTree Studio for our August 22, 2014 wedding. This was, without a doubt, the best decision we made for our big day. James, the lead cinematographer, was extremely professional, kind, and went above and beyond to ensure that our day was special and went smoothly, making any of the day's minor hiccups disappear. Julie and Zach were also such a pleasure to work with, making sure to capture every special moment. Within 2 weeks, my husband and I received the highlight video which blew us away- it was absolutely INCREDIBLE. If you're looking for unmatched service and professionalism, WishTree Studio is the way to go. We definitely recommend them for your upcoming event!

We loved working with Alisa from Wishtree Photography. We signed up with her after meeting her and winning a door prize at a local bridal show. She just gave us a great feeling and I was immediately comfortable with her. She was very responsive and worked with us throughout the planning process - from shooting our engagement photos to creating our wedding album. She paid a lot of attention to detail and made sure to learn what pictures were most important to us on our wedding day. Everyone who sees our pictures is impressed by the style of her photography and the quality of her work, yet she was much more affordable than similar photographers I spoke with. The photographs were not your traditional studio photos and I loved that. Half of the time I barely noticed that the photographers were there and I recieved amazing pictures from that!! Thank you Alisa!!

It has been over a year since my wedding and I am STILL obsessed with my photos! They are so beautiful and really portrayed the style, the beauty and precious moments of the day. Alisa caught every special moment and every detail without me ever noticing her. She made a venue with no special backdrops look like a wonderland. My friends and family raved about the photos as well and one of them even booked her for their wedding! Just amazing, talented and so nice! Alisa met every expectation I had and more. We worked with Alisa for our engagement and wedding photography for our wedding which was September 6, 2016. We had a great experience and got some amazing photos. She was very responsive and we got our pictures and albums back very quickly for what I was anticipating.

We also worked with James for our cinematography. We are beyond in love with our videos.
All are such a great reminder of our perfect wedding day!

Alisa was pleasant to work with - it is easy to see the pride that she takes in her work and that she is equally passionate about her photography. She has a way of making everyone feel comfortable and at ease. The moments that Alisa captured during our engagement session and wedding ceremony/reception are precious. In addition to being fully satisfied with our engagement and wedding photography, I must also note that her cinematographer is also very talented. Wishtree photography aims to tell your story, and they certainly do in a beautiful way!

The entire staff from WishTree Studio were absolutely amazing. We were on the fence about whether or not to hire a cinematographer and in the end we are so glad we did.

Alisa and James were a pleasure to deal with. On the day of the wedding they were prompt, professional and we can't forget to mention once the ceremony started we hardly knew they were there.

Last and most importantly their films are second to none. We just received our trailer and were completely blown away and very much look forward to the arrival of our film.

If you're in search of a quality vendor or contemplating any of their services we would highly recommend WishTree Studios... When it's all said and done You Won't Regret It!!!

The photographers were helpful during the photos, such as directing people where to go and what groups of pics to take. It helps to have someone try and keep order when the guests are going wherever. The engagement photos came out nice. I'm still waiting for my wedding photos...but I have a feeling they are going to be just as nice. Thank you!
