This was my 5th rental with Ali Baba they are the best they did my wedding, my son's prom now my daughter prom and they never disappoint. Always early and professional and accommodating. Thank you so much and as always I'll be calling back soon

Thank u for coming through with the Rolls Royce for my daughter last minute after getting a call saying the RR I rented was in an accident.
Thank u Peter for pulling up in that Rolls Royce for my daughters prom May 18th. That made her night to get what she wanted after getting the news of the one I rented was in an accident the night before. Not sure how true that was but I want to thank Ali for coming through last minute to make her day even more special. -

You made my sons day with your surprise upgrade,
My son coming from big surgery he had done in Chicago
We had a limited budget to get him a limo taking him from the airport to home after 3 -4 weeks stuck in ICU making him feel welcome back home,
Mr. Ali not only surprised him sending my son his favorite "Great and beautiful Maserati" double surprise him with no charge at all.:o
We love you Mr. Ali

We used Ali Baba for our wedding and were impressed with the service from start to finish! Ali was friendly, informative, and helped us find the right vehicle for our wedding shuttle. The pricing was also very reasonable. Our driver Martin was awesome! He was super friendly and made sure our guests had a great time and a safe ride. The best part about using Ali Baba was there were no worries. He even called my mom himself the day before to confirm our pick up times which ensured us that he was reliable and truly cared about providing great service. Overall we are so happy we chose Ali Baba and will recommend to any family and friends we have getting married! -

Nicole Sent on 12/22/2017!!!! OUTSTANDING SERVICE!!!! I contacted Ali Baba Limo from all of the great reviews on GOOGLE & Event/Wedding wire. All I can say is that Ali was amazing from start to finish. I called him & had to wait to get my CEO'S approval for our day out. When I called him back he remembered me & the quote he gave me. He advised that gratuity is separate. He advised me to email him with our conversation and I did. He advised me to call the day before to get driver name & phone number. He had sooooo many amazing choices for us! I think this company is family run & I support small businesses. The limo I chose was a stretch Infinity with suicide doors. It was sooooo cool! The lights were flashing inside & the driver Martin played great holiday music!!!!! He popped our bottles & assisted in carrying things when we arrived at Koco Nail Salon. The limo was immaculate inside & out! Ali, thank you so much for such an amazing day out for Village Care Family Services!!!!! ALI YOU ARE THE BEST!!!!

Cashae Sent on 03/26/2014My moms always raves about Ali Baba being such a great man with a great company and after my fairy tale wedding I have to concur. I recently got married March 15, 2014 . My mom went to Ali Babi with a plan to surprise with a great limo, Ali said he wanted to give us his best , and his best is what we got .Thanks to Ali Baba's I pulled up in a Rolls Royce Phantom #theghost and it was beautiful, 2 weeks later were still receiving calls on how beautiful everything was.
The customer service was excellent, not only that he must have sent one of his best drivers, he was also awesome and willing to take us anywhere and everywhere we wanted to go with patience, all of these factors played such a aggrandize part in such a beautiful day . I'd recommend this company a million times over. -
Eric Sent on 12/29/2017I've always heard great review about Alibaba Limo! Last week I had a Bd and my wife wanted us to get a limo. We spoke to Mr Alibaba and he advised us on what will be suitable for us. We went ahead and it the Maserati Limo. We thought it will cost us a lot of more than expected but the price was very very good!On the day of the event, the driver was on time very professional, the car was very clean and the ride amazing.
We rented limo service all the time, but the service provided by Alibaba Limo service was one of a kind. We will be definitely using his service in 2018.

Working with the owner was a little bit weird. He seemed unorganized, and he needs a lesson on making customers comfortable. He did offer us a good deal, which I was very happy with!
Our driver was the total opposite. He was very professional and prompt. He was wonderful, and our wedding day went on without a flaw!
I would add that my husband was pushing for a party bus, but I really wanted a limo. We had 14 total in our bridal party and used the Mercedes Limo. It was a squeeze! In retrospect, I think a party bus would have been a lot more comfortable! -

Lauren Sent on 06/15/2010Overall everything turned out okay with them however we had to give directions to the driver becasue he had no clue where he was going. We also had 2 issues where we had made payments over the phone and they supposedly had no record of them. We ended up having to fax over our bank statements and get it all cleared up. They did show up on time on the day of however the closer it got to the end of our 3 hours the more ancy and impatient the driver got. The best man ended up throwing him a pretty hefty tip to shut him up. -

Priya Sent on 11/01/2011We signed with them months before our wedding. The copy of the contract that they gave us was very hard to read. We called them about two weeks before the wedding to figure out which limos we were getting. When we booked, we ordered four limos total. Once we were ready to pick the exact limos we wanted, they were giving us just three and the three were small then the ones we had booked in the first place. At the end of everything, we had to pay an extra $1500 to get what we wanted but still only received three limos. The drivers were on time and very professional. They knew how to get to the church and reception. But the owners cheat you out of money- promise you one thing, deliver something else. I would try to avoid using them. -

Jen Sent on 11/28/2011Could not be more disappointed with Ali Baba and our limo the day of our wedding. The limo driver showed up on time to pick up my fiance at our apartment. Before he and the groomsmen were able to leave, he told my fiance that while our balance was paid in full....he still needed his $210 tip before they left. That's right, BEFORE, he even started. My fiance called me, asking what he should do, I told him to tell the limo driver that I would take care of it later.
The limo driver dropped the guys off at the church, then came to pick up the bridesmaids and myself at the hotel we were preparing at. We came out to the limo, and while the limo was out front, he was nowhere to be found. We finally let ourselves in the limo to wait, and he came out a few minutes later...maybe in the bathroom??
When we arrived at the church, we waited in the limo for the straggler guests to get inside. The driver chose this moment, BEFORE I went in to get married, to open the back door, not only exposing me to the guest before my "big entrance" but to say that we owed him a $210 tip, and he wanted it. I told him he'd needed to wait, as I was about to go into the church to get married. I was completely shocked that he thought that was an appropriate moment to ask for money...
When we exited the church, he refused to allow the bridal party to enter the limo until his Tip was paid so that he could drive us to the reception.
I was so disappointed to have this moment, just before and just after the actual ceremony, tainted by my LIMO driver....Please do yourself a favor, find someone else for your important day.
