Alfredo took family pictures for us on October 11, and was so wonderful shooting pictures of our kids (age 4 and 1). What I really appreciated the most was how quickly he was able to send me the pictures. It is always exciting to get pictures so quickly and they looked perfect. Thanks Alfredo!

Alfredo is a great photographer and a great person. He captured moments for us at an important work event, and really put my mind at ease - could tell he was getting great shots, and I was right! He took the time to make sure he knew important people to get into shots, as well as to do still-shots, etc. Turnaround time was incredibly fast. Will definitely be using him for our future events.

Excellent photographer and all-around nice guy! He was very easy to work with and when the big day came, he did absolutely everything I asked. He is more of an event photographer/photojournalist than a traditional wedding photographer, so you will have to be specific about all of the portrait-type shots you want (e.g., close-up of bouquet, different poses of each group, etc.). To be fair, I did not request any of the photos that I feel are missing from what he delivered, and he probably would have gotten more had I not rushed the session. It was so hot outside that I could not wait to go indoors.

His action shots and candids are far better than I could have asked for. I am obsessed with the pictures he got of our first dance! And he really managed to capture the good vibes in the room; all the guests looked so happy and beautiful. I am thrilled and super excited about making the album.

I give Alfredo my highest recommendation. We have actually hired him for two events. I first met him from his great work with Washington Life and other publications in D.C.; their employment of him gave me confidence I had made the right choice. Alfredo is especially gifted at understanding lighting; he has the right equipment to capture a party scene is banquet rooms that are often not brightly lit. He is a joy to work with; I think everyone would be very pleased with the results.

My name is Phil Tran and I am a photojournalist and real estate agent in the DC metropolitan area. I first met Alfredo when we were working the same event many years ago. Alfredo and I would work the same events from time to time. These events included nightclub events, non-profit fundraisers, and major galas featuring A-list celebrities. Alfredo is able to navigate and capture the event with ease, professionalism, and friendliness. He works well with others and understands that success in business is all about cooperation instead of competition. As a fellow photojournalist, I certainly enjoy working the same events with Alfredo.

Alfredo also helped me with my official headshot for my real estate business and we had a great time with the session. He is very responsive, enjoys his job, and runs an efficient business. Yes, I would and I have recommended Alfredo to a friend.

Alfredo is the hardest working photographer in DC. His photos are evidence of his level of skill and professionalism. I would use him for any event that required the help of a photographer.

Alfredo is awesome! He not only quoted us the best price but he remained flexible and professional even when we changed our location and dates several times. We had two locations for photos (during courthouse ceremony & at the top of Newseum) and Alfredo joined our group of crazies and gave us some excellent memories! Not to mention, we established arrangements, pricing, and timing without ever talking on the phone or meeting prior! He's just that awesome...we will be using Alfredo again for our upcoming graduation parties! I highly recommend him.

Alfredo is a top-notch photographer and true professional. He did not photograph my wedding, but several of my organization's annual events. The photographs were beautiful and captivating. In fact, we continue to use his photographs to introduce people to our work and get them involved in our events. He communicated well with us before and after events and has always been reliable. Alfredo was great to work with and offered an excellent price and product! He was very flexible in arranging surprise photography for when I popped the question. I ultimately asked in the wrong spot, but he had no problem sprinting over and capturing the moment! He is very flexible and fun to work with. We have already put our engagement photos on Christmas cards and they are a big hit. Highly recommend!

Alfredo made our special day a truly memorable one. He was friendly, efficient, and so easy to work with. Some of our family thought he had a twin because it seemed like he was everywhere! Anytime there was a greeting or a moment shared, he was there to capture it. And he provided us with a wonderful assortment of pictures for our special day. Alfredo did not shoot my wedding, but he's shot just about every other important social, cultural, and charitable event in my life. He has a skilled eye for beauty, lighting, and composition that are always magazine quality. I thoroughly trust him to take, create, and publish only the most flattering photographs. The only problem is he's so easy going, warm, and authentic that we want him to pose with us in the photos too!

Alfredo has photographed three special events for the National Kidney Foundation to date and has done an outstanding job! The events included the DC Chili Cook-Off, Casino Night, and Kidney Walk. His photography is gorgeous, and he is very easy to work with -- unassuming, flexible, responsive. And he worked within our budget. I would highly recommend him!

Alfredo has been a contracted photographer for numerous of my client's events and he is always 100% professional and easily reachable. The biggest concern I have with contractors is the necessity of communication and Alfredo never misses a call or email - services always done in a timey manner. Alfredo photographed my annual work function in November 2013 and the pictures came out great! Over the past couple years I've put on/attended a lot of events in DC - weddings, charity galas, concerts, parties. Alfredo is omnipresent at these events. More than an idle observer, he's a social catalyst. He's not just adept at capturing the scene, but also at creating it. That is, he has this way of making fun happen, of getting people to interact in ways that make for photo-worthy moments. I'm not at all surprised when I see his work in DC's most well-regarded lifestyle publications.

I absolutely endorse Alfredo's photography -- I have had the pleasure of using him for several years to cover the many charity events and black tie galas for which I hold Board positions. Most recently, he covered the annual Capital City Ball in November of 2013. Each and every time, he has exhibited an easy-going, professional style and has been most willing to accomodate my interests that he particularly cover certain VIP guests in the course of shooting the event. He has always delivered great results that have made the guests feel special and the photographs well-composed, stylish and highly professional.

Alfredo took our surprise engagement photos! Since I had no idea it was happening, it was wonderful to have a capable photographer capture this moment. Alfredo took excellent shots of us while our engagement was happening and then took excellent portraits and candids. We would recommend him for capturing anyone's special moment!

To be clear, this was for a special event (not a wedding) with a lot of moving parts and very demanding guests (so maybe like some weddings in that regard), and Alfredo was on point the whole time. The pictures came out very well. Besides this, I have worked with and seen Alfredo's work all over town; it is top level and he is great to work with. I strongly recommend for weddings, parties, receptions, etc.

I book photographers for events, and it has been a pleasure watching his skills and professionalism grow. He is great at getting the right shots and people, and has covered hundreds of events (including weddings) over the last year. Alfredo is a fantastic and professional photographer who needs little to no direction on getting the right shots.

I have hired Alfredo several times for high profile special events and each time his photos have landed in national regional media publications. He is able to identify what group, individual, posed, candid and atmospheric shots are important for inclusion.

He is quick to respond and does an excellent and fast turn around on editing. Definitely a professional!

Alfredo is one of the busiest event photographers in the D.C. area, working on assignment for everyone from Washington Life to Bisnow. Alfredo photographed the Capital Club's 22nd Annual Santa Soiree and did a terrific job. He has photographed other events for us as well, and we are always happy with his work ethic, professionalism, and cost. Alfredo is simply one of the best! He's also very sincere and passionate about his picture. I love that he always wants his subjects to be comfortable.. and will take as many photos as needed to get the shot you want!
