I received my baby shower invitations today and I am super happy with them! I couldn’t not have paid for a better experience. Alexandria has perfected her process and usually answers messages right away.

I did make a mistake in my proof reading and Alexandria caught it and resent my files to double check and I completely missed the error. Preggers brain I guess.

Many thanks again Alexandria and the thank you cards where a nice surprise. Better than grabbing some at the store and these match my invitations. Yah!!

When it comes to custom invitations, Alexandria is the best to ever do it! She created the most beautiful invitations for my daughter's princess birthday party. In fact, they were so beautiful that I received many compliments from the invitees parents, and my daughter herself (age 3) said "mommy, this is so pretty"! Alexandria was extremely accommodating, my order arrived on time, and I couldn't be happier with the finished product. Additionally, her sister company, Posh Girly Girls, created the cutest spa/princess party favors, custom spa robes, and sugar scrub so that the princesses could be pampered and given the royal treatment. I could go on and on about how pleased I was working with Alexandria! She went above and beyond to help make my daughter's party special, and I am so grateful. I will continue to work with her.

I would recommend Alexandria to anyone. Sge did an amazing job with my daughter's Sweet Sixteen invitations. I gave her the theme and made her handle everything. Got my invitations in the mail today and words can not even express how elegant and stunning they are!!!!! I was hesitant to go with an online invitation company, but this company photos where breathtaking and I couldn't find anything else like Alexandria's and at the price they where. Alexandria is absolutely awesome to work with! She custom designed my Save the Dates and we got so many text messages wanting to know who did them. We are now in the process of doing our custom invitations. I decided to do a review early on Alexandria because I see the reviews she has gotten and to say the least, this is absolutely NOT her personality. Alexandria has been very responsive and answers all my emails within 72hrs that she has posted. Even though I am extremely picky, she takes her time to actually listen and is very professional. She is actually more than professional. She's so down to earth unlike others I've met. I'm truly looking forward to continuing to work with her and hope that you read this review and understand that she is AMAZING! I wish the thousand of clients that she has had would write reviews to drown the negative reviews because it isn't fair to her at all and some brides can be bitter. I'm going to force her to reach out to her other clients to give her all the RAVES she and her team deserves! After invitations, I will come back and leave another review!

When I was in search of someone to design my invitations, Alexandria's name was given to me. I knew when I spoke with her on the phone, she was going to be my invitation designer. I could feel her enthusiasm, her passion, throughout our conversation and she was able to quickly grasp my vision. Whenever I needed to communicate with her, she was extremely patient with all my requests. She returned my phone calls promptly and never complained about my sometimes "over the top" requests. She was just as excited about my wedding as I. The invitations were exquisite and beyond what I could even imagine. Her taste is impeccable and her creativity transcends all others. Anyone who is needing a "unique, customized, and exclusively for you" invitation, Alexandria Lindo is the one. She has an "eye" for design that is paramount and second to none. I will be forever grateful to the person that gave me her name. You cannot go wrong is Alexandria.

I purchased save the dates for my wedding from Alexandria. We needed the half of the wording to be in Spanish and the other half in English and Alexandria did not have a problem accommodating us for no additional charge. She even offered us 10% because we are going to order several items from the company. I'm very excited to return back to get our wedding invitations. All in all, we give her 5 stars because she was so easy to work with.

I was extremely impressed with The services provided by the Alexandria Lindo Team. I purchased invitations from the company as well as hired them to design my wedding. The invitations were everything I expected and more. The detailing was very meticulous and the design was original and beautiful. I was so impressed with my invitations that I hired the company to design my wedding. When I say they were consummate professionals, I truly mean it. Alexandria not only designed and executed my special day perfectly, but she was also very attentive to my needs. Alexandria created a beautiful boxed invitation for my daughter's baptism that still has guests talking! She was quick, professional, responsive and very easy to work with. Customization was not a problem, very easy to make an invitation your own or work an existing design to fit your event. I would definitely recommend Alexandria for anyone looking for a unique, high end invitation that will set the tone for their special event.

Picking a wedding invitations is not easy! But as soon as my fiance and I saw the sample from Alexandria we knew we found the one and didn't have to look for more. She was flexible with pricing as I had recently lost my job and was trying to keep a certain budget. She was a pleasure to work with and would highly recommend her to anyone that wants quality, sophistication and all around personal touch to such an important part of a big day!

Alexandria Lindo's creations are what I've always invisioned for my wedding. The luxuriois details & quality were more than I could ask for. From the very beginning she was very attentive. I could message her at any time of the day with any question or input & she promptly responded. Our invitations set the tone for what to expect on our big day. & we were so please. To go along with her amazing service & work, she gifted me a seating arrangement that was also more than I could've ever wanted & expected I still have it as a keepsake & the value & craftsmanship can not be duplicated. Alexandria has done an awesome job printing my Save The Date. I am so glad that i found her. She was very accommodating, really helpful and recommended a great choice of paper. She could be able to find the exact paper that i wanted, color of paper and print size of my file.. I can't complain.

I've recieved the sample invites that I ordered. They were sent out at a later date than we agreed on, HOWEVER I recieved a personal apology and also compensation, which more than enough made up for the few days of delay. I was also provided with an explanation as to what had happened. I couldn't ask for anything more.

Through out the whole process I've been met with nothing but enthusiasm and professionalism. Fast replies to any questions and concerns.

The samples I recieved were fantastic. Colors were what I expected and the quality of the work was very nice. All in all I can't wait until the next order to see more of what our final invites will look like with our names on them etc. I have every confidence that any further dealings will be met by the same quality of service I've recieved so far.

Prior to hiring Mrs. Lindo, I worked with a different wedding consultant. About 2 weeks before the wedding, I still did not have a clear vision of what my centerpieces were going to look like, I did not have an officiant, tranportation secured, amongst a plethora of other unfinished business. I needed to find a reputable professional who was willing to take on the task of cleaning up the mess the previous consultant had left behind. I must say that after finding and hiring Mrs. Lindo, I am thoroughly pleased with the level of care and attention to detail she provided. She checked in with me several times daily, providing updates and infomation on what had been completed and what tasked were in the works. She is a plesant personality who is passionate about providing great service, meticulous in her actions, and an awesome person to boot! I would definitely recommend use of her services to anyone.

Omg, I could not believe how elegant our wedding turned out! I never thought I would be able to have the wedding I wanted. I always watch those wedding reality shows and never would have thought it was possible for me. Ms. Lindo made all my visions come to life. I'm soooo grateful for her! The baby shower Alexandria planned was nothing short of spectacular. She choose a bear theme and everything from the invitations with a bear sucker and mossy filling box to the bears wrapped around vases for center pieces declared she had it together. She used woodsy elements to create a bear environment and her personal toughes like creating a logo for the baby on candy wrappers and bottled water put this shower above all others. I loved her professionalism and artistic style so much that I am using her for my wedding!

I have nothing but amazing things to say about Mrs. Lindo and her services. She made everything spectacular at our wedding and went above and beyond our expectations. I did not go wrong at all with working with Alexandria. We are planning our mother's 80th birthday. And I fell that we should do our best for my mother. Alexandria Lindo sold us our invitations via Etsy and the photos were absolutely gorgeous. We planned ahead and contacted her with plenty of time to spare. She tooks several weeks to get back to us. I still wanted the invitations because the photos online were so gorgeous. However, she was very disrespectful and rude. She did not send out invitations in a timely manner and then when I requested that she overnight them she sent me emails insulting me and demanding that I pay for the shipping. Since it had taken her several weeks to respond to my emails I didn't think that I should have to pay for the shipping. She continued to send cruel and insulting emails to me. This was one of the most unprofessional vendors that I have ever worked with. We did receive the invitations. The envelopes themselves were gorgeous and the invitations themselves were pretty, but not as pretty as the photos. In summation even with careful advanced planning and lots of communication on my end I did not receive my invitations when they were expected without receiving rude and disrespectful service. In the end I would likely still recommend the beautiful envelopes from Alexandria Lindo, but the invitations were basic, overpriced and nothing special and with the terrible service you could likely get a better product elsewhere for a better better price with better service!

Working with Alexandria has been a total "NIGHTMARE"!!! My save the dates finally arrived over 2 months late. We went back and forth between 86 emails to finally get my order delivered. First she claims she sent me an email through Etsy in October stating that the laser cut foil that was needed for my save the dates was on back order and was causing delays and since she had not heard from me she thought I was ok with it. Complete lie! I order from Etsy on a weekly basis and she never once emailed me. I explained to her that these were LATE and we needed them to arrive before Thanksgiving. She advised that she would make my save the dates top priority and promised to deliver before Thanksgiving. A couple of days before thanksgiving I emailed requesting an update but would not return my emails. I called the office several times and left voicemails and no one ever answered or returned my calls. I didn't know what else to do so I messaged her on Instagram to please contact me that my order was very, very late... Within minutes of the public social media message she emailed me irate telling me that I was being unprofessional and my message wasn't very nice!!! I could not believe the attitude she was giving me. Then she tells me that the vendor that supplied the laser cut foil had somehow cancelled her order so I was now going to have to wait another week for my order. At this point I was checking on my order daily. She began speaking to me very rudely and at one point called me "hot headed" due to my persistency. She stated she would have the foil by Wednesday, personally work on my order and ship it Thursday. When i requested tracking she supplied an invalid number and started claiming USPS had lost my order. When I asked her to refund me and cancel my order she asked me to give her till Friday. My order arrived today 12/10. Some envelopes were damaged and they were made on plain paper rather than the design I had approved. VERY DISAPPOINTED!

I will start with a positive note - my invitations were beautiful, and the quality of the paper is excellent.

However, there was a MONTH delay in my order. She never gave me an updated date of when they would be complete. And beware.....she will not answer emails, she will not give you updates on your order, and your parts of your order will be missing. She will not send you the missing items, but she will issue a refund. A refund I have not yet received. Iff there is a slight delay, she will blame you for it. In fact, if there is any issue with your order, she will blame YOU. SO BEWARE!!!!!!
Here was my issue - My wording was submitted on- time, in fact it was submitted a few days early. When I didn’t receive confirmation or the first drafts after a few days, it was I who had to reach out to confirm they received my wording. AL searched her inbox but then indicated that my email was sorted to her SPAM folder instead of her inbox. I don’t believe that the delay was a fault of my own. I am not in charge of filtering her email. Even if my email was found a few days after, AL never communicated the extent of the delay even after I asked numerous times when I could expect my order to be fulfilled. I understood a slight delay would occur for the misplacement of my email but a month is more than a minor delay. About 3 weeks before my order finally shipped, she confessed she was running behind as she lost one of her assistants. I wrote her another review, very nice but honest, and she responded very rudely by saying it was my fault, and maybe I would of got them in time if I followed the deadline. I am very disappointed at this shop. If I would of known this was how the shop treats their clients, I would of never ordered here in the first place.

If you are looking through at her page and hoping to get an incredible product, think again. You are about to read a lot of good reviews and your going to to think "she must be good", please think again! Her service is horrible. I have never had a vendor treat customers with such disrespect. She is unprofessional in every way possible. To start your product will not be done on time. She will make up anything to extend the deadline. And oh, don't try to keep her on schedule. you will get nothing but sass from her. She will start off nice, but once you pay her...your service goes down the drain. She wont communicate with you so you wont even know when your items are done. And oh...she's great at ignoring emails. Words can not describe how frustrating it has been to work with her. Her "no refund policy" makes you feel stuck so you cant even ask for your money back and go to a better vendor. Before you go with her, please ask her if she even has your product in stock. 9 times out of 10 she doesn't and she will tell you after you have paid that you need to pick something else. She will blame you for everything. Nothing is ever her fault. The cards are nice, but only if your willing to be treated like less than nothing. Then by all means...please go ahead and use her service. Also please keep in mind that SHE DOES NOT MAKE HER CARDS, SHE HAS A TEAM THAT MAKES IT. WHICH SHE HAS A POOR HANDLE ON. She will tell you that her team is on it, then the day before you are supposed to receive your product, she will tell you that her team has not finished. Just expect the worse with her. If your okay with that, then you've found the right vendor.

If you are considering buying from this seller, PLEASE do yourself a favor and read this to see what you would be getting yourself into - an absolute nightmare. My emails were never returned, questions and requests never answered. I sent a very detailed layout of exactly what I wanted which AL approved. When I received the first proofs back, they were nothing like I requested. There were countless spelling errors as well as content errors. Unacceptable. I will say that I am very picky and detail-oriented; however, I paid close to $1000 for my invitations so they should be PERFECT. I called AL multiple times and when she did decide to answer, she blamed her unresponsiveness on her assistant. Never apologized. Also, in an email that she did decide to respond to, she said that my negative attitude is not appreciated. I’m sorry but if I paid you all this money, your deadline was several weeks ago, and you’re not responding, then my attitude will be negative. I never once insulted them even though that’s what she kept saying to me! The customer service was a joke. I will also say that I did make several changes along the way HOWEVER a simple thing such as capitalizing a letter took them several days to a week to change. I just want to be clear that had they responded in a timely manner, my changes were not significant enough to warrant being so behind. Then, after I finally approved everything, the invitations were shipped to me –a MONTH after the date they were supposed to be finished by. I had to change my RSVP date because they took so long. When they finally arrived, I was missing all of the reception cards and had to wait for those to be delivered. ALSO, the gold liner on the envelope looked nothing like the sample or what was pictured online. I was then told that none of her other customers complained so basically she didn’t care. I was very upset and angry to be honest, and they finally sent plain ones. The invites looked nice but def not worth working w/her.

TERRIBLE SERVICE!! she was rude, antagonistic and disrespectful. I order a frame for my wedding a month a half before the event but I received it the monday after the wedding and it arrived BROKEN. I kept constant comunication with her but she never did what she said. I asked her constantly for a tracking number for my order over a week and when she finally sent it out, did it too late (3 days before my wedding) so I asked her for a refund so that the frame ordered would arrived too late and obviously it won't serve no purpose to me at all but she told me NO in a very disrepectfull way. I'm so disappointed and do not recommend her.

BUYER BEWARE! I am not sure if other users can see my reviews of Etsy shops, but I have NEVER given a bad review. Over the past two years, I have had great experiences with each and every Etsy shop/ seller I have worked with. I had a terrible experience with Alexandria’s shop. After my invitations arrived two weeks late, they were incorrect. I had received a proof from Alexandria, and made a correction. I was told that the correction was taken care of, but my final product was in fact incorrect. When approached with the mistake, Alexandria was apologetic, but also blaming me for the mistake. She said she typically sends out a final proof, but I did not ask for it. As a customer, I put faith in her process, word, and product. As a bride and groom, my future husband and I were extremely disappointed. Because the invitations were two weeks late, we had no time to send back the invites to be “fixed.” She did not have the materials stock to make the corrections immediately. Therefore, we are sending the invitations with the incorrect wording.

I should have seen the signs from the beginning of the process. For example, when sending our Custom Listing for the invitation deposit, it had the incorrect name, color of invitations, and color of ribbon. She quickly fixed it, but this was just a sign of carelessness and the errors to come.

Alexandria says she takes pride in her customer service, but I experienced nothing but miscommunication and lack of follow through on her end. Mind you this all happened after receiving over $1,000 from me.
