We got both dresses and tuxes from here and were extremely happy with our experience. They were easy to work with and knowledgeable about their tuxes and dresses. We definitely recommend them. -

I have nothing but great things to say about Alexa Claire Boutique and Tux Shop! Both staff and owner made us feel completely at home and were especially helpful to my Dad in making sure he looked his best for my wedding. And that he did! He looked very handsome! The staff was extremely helpful in getting us everything we needed through email since my husband was in Japan until right before the wedding. Everyone I was in contact with was so friendly and kind which is refreshing. The tuxes themselves were gorgeous and high quality. I would say price wise we got great prices for special order tuxes. I would recommend this shop for sure! -

Alexa Claire Boutique did an amazing job providing tuxedos for the groom, our bridal party and family members ! Claire and her team made sure that everything was perfect for our wedding day and everyone looked so handsome thanks to her !! Amazing customer service and I never stepped foot in the boutique. I live in Brooklyn NY and worked with Claire via email and phone. Claire responded quickly to all of my emails and phone calls and assured me everything

The ladies there have been great!!! We were able to get my fiancés tux for free with the purchase of 5... AND we got both bridesmaid dresses there! They have been super flexible after I moved from there area and had to work things out over the phone. -

I had groomsmen from four different states so obviously not everyone could just stop in and get measured. In fact, my father-in-law and another groomsman weren't able to get their tuxedos until the morning of. One of the ladies in the store came into the store early that morning to make sure they got everything and everything fit. After all was said and done everybody's tux fit and looked great! -

We were very happy with Alexa Clare, they were super flexible regarding my brother who was deployed and who we didn't know until the last minute whether he would need the tux. They also gave us a good discount for having such a large wedding party and were very friendly and professional. -

The girls that Claire has working at Alexa Claire are absolutely wonderful, as is Claire. They were so flexible and kind with some of the hurdles thrown our way throughout the wedding. Such as one of my bridesmaids finding out she was pregnant. They knew exactly what to do and helped us all with great care and professionalism. They are very busy, and I found emailing them worked best if it were not an urgent matter. Either means of communication with them was always professional. Love these gals! -

I thought initially that the taxes were too expensive however by the end of the time with the shirt upgrade the shoes upgrade the pants upgrade and a little money off it was a good value. She was very very helpful to me and my party she was very attentive and really easy to talk to you and calmed my nerves a number of times. -

Alexa Claire Boutique & Tux shop was a great place to find all of the menswear for our bridal party! At the fitting appointment we were able to see the different styles, and we even allowed to change the mannequins around to get a good idea of what we liked best. The tuxes themselves were a little pricey but the guys looked perfect! We picked the more fitted option, and we very happy with the choice.
My mom (mother of the bride) found the perfect dress there as well!
Everyone that works there is very helpful & professional. We would definitely recommend this formal wear boutique to any bridal party in the area! -

We got all the tuxes for our wedding at Alexa Claire Boutique. Everyone looked very nice! We had a few snags in getting everything the right size, so word to the wise make sure to speak up if something doesn't seem to fit just right. Don't be shy because I'm sure they would try to help as long as you say something beforehand. -

Overall, I think Alexa Claire was a good choice for us. My biggest complaint was that my groomsmen, couldn't submit measurements online. They each told me of struggles they had. However, everything turned out wonderfully. We were able to get everything and the shop made sure that everyone was fitted and adjusted properly for my big day. They were very helpful and responded quickly to all concerns. If I had it to do over again, I would still choose Alexa Claire again. They are very hard to beat for service in the St. Joseph/Benton Harbor area. -

Good job on fixing mix up. A couple shirts vests and shoes were too small. The issue was corrected in plenty of time. -

I just say make sure u go back a week early and make sure the measurements are correct my ring bearers suit was extremely big and so was my grooms jacket and they tried on suits twice there. So I love the business just make sure the measurements are accurate -

The suits we rented were ok, a bit expensive for a coat but they were what we ordered.
The flexibility I scored low because we had our guys order the suits really a head of schedule and they told us they still couldn't get us the suits until the day before the wedding. In the end It was all fine though. -

Be sure to ask questions about cancellations. For example.. If you or your party paid for your rental in full and something happens and a person of your party is not able to come to the event? What happens to the rental that is already paid for? it never left the boutique so are you entitled to any money back? Anything can happen ...you never know. -

Overall my experience was good, except there were times when a couple of my bridesmaids were spoken to rudely by one of the workers and that same worker had promised to call me back with information and never did I had to call back. -

Eventually got what I needed, but the original tux they provided to me had a shirt, vest, and jacket that were all too big, even though they measured me right there in that very store! Some staff members (mainly the younger ones) were very helpful and professional, but the older woman wasn't very helpful or professional. It would behoove her to more readily offer to help get things perfect, rather than making the customer repeatedly ask to get what they want. -

When I went in initially I was told if we rented 5 tuxes the 6th was free. We had 5 groomsman plus the groom. No ones was free. But that's besides the point. They weren't ready until the very last minute and all sizes where taken months before. One of the groomsmans sizes were lost. One had different pants and they told me that 2 days before. -
