Out of everyone we worked with for our wedding — planners, vendors, you name it — Alex and his team were the absolute best. Photo + video — they nailed it. No stress, no chaos, just smooth, calm, confident professionals who clearly love what they do.
Before the wedding, they didn’t waste our time. They asked smart, specific questions, gave helpful advice, and were super organized. We didn’t have to guide them — they knew exactly what they were doing and just took care of everything.
On the wedding day, they showed up early, were fully prepared, and worked like a dream. No one needed to chase them, explain things, or double-check anything. They were always in the right place at the right time — like they could read the room.
Our guests kept coming up to us during the wedding asking, “Who are these guys? They’re amazing!” And now that we’ve seen the photos and video — we couldn’t agree more. Everything turned out STUNNING.

Alex and his team absolutely crushed it. we’re obsessed with our wedding photos and video — like actually obsessed. everything feels so real and alive, not posed or fake. you can literally feel the energy of the day in every shot.
we keep watching the video over and over and it hits us in the feels every single time.
also — the price?? insanely fair for the level of quality and service we got.
10/10 would do it all over again (well… maybe not the planning part, just the part with alex haha). -

We first saw Alex and his team in action at our friends’ wedding, and we were absolutely amazed by their photos! So when it was time to plan our own wedding, we didn’t even consider anyone else – we booked them right away. The best part? They offer both photography and videography, which made everything so much easier for us. We didn’t have to coordinate different vendors – everything was handled by one team, working seamlessly together.
We had two photographers and two videographers, which made a huge difference. They captured our wedding from multiple angles, ensuring that no moment was missed. Their teamwork was incredible – they never got in each other’s way, and every shot was perfectly planned.
From our very first call, it was clear that we were dealing with true professionals. They took the time to discuss every detail with us, made excellent suggestions, and even came up with ideas we hadn’t thought of ourselves. On the wedding day, they arrived early to scout the venue, set up their equipment, and ensure the lighting was perfect – and it showed in the final results.

We chose Shevchik production for our wedding after a long search. After a FaceTime call and several emails, I shared the website with my husband (then still fiancée) and photographer friends, and we were all impressed by the brightness, professionalism, and natural quality of the images on Alex’s website. Alex’s work was exactly what we were looking for!
Natural and professional, with a documentary style that captured the essence of a wedding - love.
Alex assured us that we did not have to worry about anything and was well-prepared with the shotlist we provided for the wedding.
From the moment we picked Alex up from our venue (Duke’s Malibu) on our wedding day, and took him to the first look location, he showed expertise and professionalism and made sure that we got the perfect shot and no detail of our wedding remained undocumented.
Alex is a perfectionist and talented photographer. We had paid an extra fee for a sneak peek of our photos and Alex delivered the pictures about 12 hours after the wedding.
Alex made us cry when we saw the photographs of the most beautiful and perfect day in our lives so far. 🩵🌊🐚
The passion to capture the perfect image and to honor our wishes and needs is apparent in every shot. Many times during the wedding, Alex pulled out his phone and showed us the shot from our shotlist he was envisioning next. It was remarkable that he remembered my veil (I had completely forgotten to put it on during the ceremony), and thanks to him, we now have pictures with my veil and my groom and bridesmaids.
We thank Alex from the bottom of our hearts for his commitment and passion to capture our wedding in the most beautiful way. Alex worked hand in hand with our videographer (a friend) who gifted us video coverage of our wedding.
We can’t wait to see the rest of our photographs and recommend Alex completely. We would book him again instantly for a special event in our lives!
Thank you so much, Alex, you are the best and we can only imagine how beautiful the rest of our photographs will turn out to be.

All of our wedding photos and the movie are stunning! There are no words to describe how satisfied we are! We received a fantastic film and photos earlier than promised, and the result exceeded all our expectations! We love it! We ordered prints directly from our gallery, and received superb prints and a huge canvas larger than 3 feet which now adorns our living room. All our friends are also thrilled! Shevchik production so far has been a great choice for our wedding photographers! My fiancé and I found them through Zola and so far they are amazing.
We had complimentary engagement photo shoot with our package and the team was so responsive to all our questions leading up to that. The day of, Alex was super sweet, patient and an overall great personality which made the experience way more relaxing that I had expected (as this was my first time doing a photo shoot).
Super excited for this team to capture more precious memories on our wedding day! Would absolute recommend this team! -

Shevchik Production’s work speaks for itself! Jordan and I are beyond pleased with our all of our wedding videos. We originally only ordered a short film to be edited, but loved their work so much that we ended up adding on our ceremony, reception and a highlight video to our personal website!!! We are so lucky and grateful that we choose to work with them and friends and family continue to comment on the videos that were taken on our wedding day. They were the perfect match to helping us meet our vision, they also fit perfectly with our fun and spunky personalities, and they were 100% professional throughout our entire wedding journey. Best Decision Ever!
We cannot rave enough about what a blessing it was to get to work with Alex. It takes a master of photography to be a wedding photographer because you only have one chance to capture a moment before it is gone. A lot of photographers will advertise the two photos out of hundreds that turned out well, not Alex. Every single photo of the over 600 photos that he took of our wedding turned out beautifully. He captured every moment in premium quality and editing. 10/10 would hire again. -

Alex, thank you so much for your amazing work! I searched tons of instagrams and web pages for a photographer. It was extremely important for us to find a photographer that can capture so important moments of our life! We are so lucky that we found Alex. Alex is the best and now we can easily say that he is our family photographer! We liked everything - the preparatory stage when he advised us what to wear ( I sent him hundreds of pics and he was so helpful and spent lots of time with us) and the attention that he gave to us during the photoshoot. We firstly asked Alex for our engagement photo session in Central park. We were amazed with the fabulous photos. So we knew for sure who was our wedding photographer.
