The best choice we ever made!

Alex was an amazing DJ who made our night so special. Not only were the music choices amazing, but she did an incredible job helping the reception go smoothly so we could enjoy ourselves! I highly recommend her!!

Incredible time

Alex was a blast to work with. She kept everything organized, helped keep the flow of the wedding, and was just so amazing to work with. She kept the party energizing and going, helped give and organize the perfect ceremony, and was just a joy to talk to. I would recommend her over and wouldn’t change a thing about my experience with her. She’s personable and will help with decisions and always has ideas if you find yourself stuck.

Awesome wedding DJ

Alex O’Neal did an outstanding job as the DJ at my daughter’s reception! She helped plan the schedule of events and successfully followed through. She is very interactive with the crowd. Everyone had a blast!

Fun and Exciting

Alex is wonderful. I've been in a few weddings that had Alex as their DJ and I knew I wanted her for our wedding. Not only is she great to work with she helps you every step of the way. She did the music for our ceremony, cocktail hour and reception. She was wonderful during the reception and kept things going smoothly. Everyone danced the entire evening and had a great time. She did awesome keeping the music fun and made the reception exceptional.

AMAZING experience!

Extremely fun, fit our personalities to a tee with our music selections. The dance floor was packed all night and made our wedding the most memorable day of our lives. Engaging with the crowd and very professional.

Experienced, Professional, and SO FUN!

Alex was seriously incredible! She kept everything on time and organized. Even if you are the most type A bride in the world, once the day comes around you will be running around like a chicken with your head cut off. Alex made sure to give me notices that an important moment was coming up and that it all ran smoothly. From the first meeting where we planned all the important songs and schedule to the last moment of the wedding where she explained to our wedding guests how to do the sparkler exit, she killed it. I couldn't have asked for a better DJ! Highle recommend!

Our DJ Alex

Alex was awesome - she worked with us to get all the songs we wanted for the ceremony and reception! All the song transitions and intro music was perfect and exactly what we wanted. Alex met with us over FaceTime and went through a whole schedule and really knows how to bring a party to a wedding and has lots of experience. She was awesome, fun, and very professional! I would highly recommend her for your wedding . The only negative I would say is she doesn’t have Bluetooth for non electric ceremony locations but we were able to run a couple 100 foot extension cords, so it was all perfect! She even took pics at the ceremony and reception and posted them for us to see! Thanks so much.

Alex did a wonderful job! She was an absolute pleasure to work with and she made the planning process extremely easy. Our reception ended up running behind due to weather and she was able to get everything back on track and keep the reception flowing without anyone even noticing. The music and energy were amazing! I would definitely recommend her for any wedding or special event!

Alex listened to every little desire of our little wedding hearts. She kept the jams going which kept the party going—exactly what we wanted. Loved seeing her breaking it down on the dance floor with us a few times as well! Highly recommend Alex; she’s just phenomenal.

Alex was AMAZING! She made sure there were always people on the dance floor having a good time! Alex also made sure the night ran smoothly and I couldn't have asked for a better DJ to have for my wedding. DJ Alex O'Neal was the DJ at my August 2017 wedding reception, and she was absolutely wonderful! She met with us in the months leading up to the wedding and helped us pick the perfect songs for the night. She was always quick to answer a text, and was full of fun and unique ideas for our reception. For every Type A personality bride, she's also super awesome and provides you and your bridal party with a typed schedule of when dances are occurring, bouquet toss, etc, and was great with giving my husband and I a five-minute heads-up before she announced the next event. We had so many compliments on our music and the atmosphere, and 100% of the credit goes to Alex. She kept our reception rocking all night long. We would highly recommend her to anyone!

Alex was AMAZING!! I wouldn't have wanted any other DJ at my wedding. She was very professional and accommodating. The week before my wedding, my harpist got sick and had to cancel and Alex took over the ceremony no problem. She is so much more than a wedding DJ- she helps with anything that needs done to keep the wedding moving. I didn't have to worry about a thing. Also, my husband and I are a little socially awkward and she made us feel completely at ease. Worth every penny!

Alex did an amazing job for our wedding. She is professional, experienced and knows how to keep the party going. She was so easy to communicate with in the months leading up to our wedding. She met us before the wedding to go over everything in detail and create a schedule for us, which she shared with our photographer and videographer. She is more than a DJ - she runs the whole show. I was so grateful to have her take care of everything. I was worry free and could just relax and enjoy the reception.

Aex (and Craig) are a Class Act!! We couldn't have asked for a better DJ!! She met with us a few days prior to the reception and we talked about music, schedule of events, etc. She showed up to the reception with her A Game on and never missed a beat. She was the Master of Ceremonies, but even stepped in to help the caterer serve food when she saw a need. All we can say is, "WOW, SHE IS AWESOME!"

Alex is a genuine, down-to-earth person whose actions show how much she cares about the reception going smoothly in every aspect. In our opinion, if we had chosen anyone else to DJ our reception, we would've missed out! LOVE, LOVE, LOVE her!!!

Alex was great to work with! We couldn't have asked for a more perfect DJ for our wedding. My husband and I have very different tastes in music, but she was able to suggest the perfect mix of music for our ceremony that made it even more special! We highly suggest hiring Alex for your wedding!

Alex was wonderful to work with. She was extremely prepared for our big day and she provided tools to us to help us plan our ceremony and reception music. Due to an unfortunate circumstance, Alex had to leave my wedding early. She had a back up plan though, and her assistant and another DJ came to the rescue to make my reception perfect. I appreciate that she had a plan in line for this emergency. Overall, I'd recommend Alex to anyone!

We knew Alex had done many weddings before, this allowed us to focus on our family and friends instead of stressing about the DJ and the Music. She performed all MC duties as well, excellent job!

Alex was amazing! My husband and I don't live in Morgantown, and she was so accommodating about meeting with us via Facetime/over the phone. She works with Lakeview (our venue) all of the time so she knew exactly how everything should go and when it would happen. I didn't do anything except enjoy my wedding day! Alex was on top of EVERYTHING! I would recommend her to anybody getting married/having an event in the Morgantown area! We loved Alex!

Alex was absolutely FANTASTIC! We received so many compliments during and after our reception on the music and dancing at our wedding. Alex was spot-on when selecting music to keep people on the dance floor and really took our preferences into account. My husband and I met at a live motown cover band show and she was sure to include all of our favorites that we love from that era along with newer music and a bit of classic rock.

She did a great job keeping our reception on track and was very helpful in developing a flexible plan for us to follow as the night went on. She was exceptionally considerate as well, even driving an hour and a half to our venue prior to the wedding day to check it out and meet with our coordinator there.

All in all, we were so so pleased with Alex's services and if we could throw our wedding again, she'd be our first call!

Hiring Alex as our DJ was one of the best decisions we made for our wedding. We originally heard about her from our venue, Stonewall Resort, who highly recommended her. As soon as I spoke with her, she answered all of my questions and was so easy to work with! All of our guests had a blast at our reception, and a lot had to do with Alex. The music she played was great for all ages and we had everyone from our friends to our grandparents on the dance floor the entire time. I also really liked how she did not stop the momentum of the reception to play a slow or cliche song. It's been two weeks since our wedding and I still have friends and family commenting on how much fun dancing they had at our wedding, and I know this is all because of Alex! She also worked with us to create the timeline of the reception including what time speeches and cake cutting was going to be which was extremely helpful. I would definitely recommend Alex to anyone who needs a DJ, she is fantastic!

My husband and I found Alex through our ceremony and reception venues' recommended vendors, and they did not disappoint. She was the only DJ that we met with before we booked, and we knew in our first meeting that we wanted her to do our wedding. She was so easygoing and fun to work with, but at the same time very professional and made sure everything was done exactly how we wanted. I loved that we could view her entire music collection online and select songs, and also the guest request service was helpful. She gave honest advice, and made sure everyone had the time of their lives. Anybody would be lucky to book her for your wedding.

Alex was the dj for my sister's wedding last year and did a great job, so when I was planning my own wedding, I knew I wanted her, too. She was great to work with during the planning process and was flexible and understanding of any concerns we may have had. It really is much more than just playing music. Our crowd didn't exactly rush to show off their moves on the floor, but Alex knew how to work them and draw them out to party. She really worked her magic and turned the wedding reception into an event. Not to mention, she seemed to have almost as much fun as us! I would definitely recommend her and would hire her again if I ever need the services for a dj again.

Alex was absolutely outstanding - can not do enough to reccomend her to everyone who reads this! Her recommendations were great, communication was above and beyond and she genuinely could not have been more helpful. Her instincts about what music to play were on point, whenever a song came on that cleared the dance floor a bit she had it filled up again easily by the next song. Our dance floor was filled from the very beginning until the very end, and even my Grandma (who my Dad said he hasn't seen dance in 55 years) was up there having a blast! Seriously, I cannot reccomend Alex enough.

Alex was really fun to work with. She was very knowledgable about music and accommodating to our requests- she played Persian music for us with no problems! She was very helpful the wedding day helping us keep the reception in track and moving, she even had a print out schedule placed on our sweet heart table so we knew what to expect.She was professionally dressed, audience involved, and very entertaining! I would highly recommend her as a DJ!

Alex was very easy to work with!! She truly made our event flow and be a success. We had time to sit down with her and go over what all we were wanting and she also helped us figure out answers we didn't know. She allowed for there to be a perfect increase in music and fun throughout the night. Alex also found a few songs for us that we really wanted played such as our first dance song that she originally did not have. Over all she was very professional, fun, and easy going which was PERFECT!! One of our friends who attended the wedding has already requested her contact info for his wedding in two years because he wants to book her now!

Alex O'Neal is a phenomenal DJ and was integral in making our reception and wedding day so special. She exemplifies professionalism but is also very approachable and easy to work with. She met with us prior to our wedding date to find out more about us and our music interests and was also very flexible with us, allowing us to change bridal party entrance songs up until the day before the wedding. Alex seamlessly kept our reception organized and on time while creating an environment that all of our friends and family were able to have a great time. She was always conscious of the mood of the room and always brought the focus back to me and my husband at the appropriate times. I would recommend Alex O'Neal to any bride and groom who desires a professional, organized, and super fun DJ.

Using Alex was probably one of the single best decisions I made for my wedding. She was very professional and made me feel comfortable from the start. She helped me with picking songs when I had no clue what to do. The day of she truly ran the whole reception, making sure that my husband and I knew what to do, as well as making sure everything ran seamlessly with the event center workers. There was a never a stop in the flow and she created a wonderful atmosphere. Most importantly, she was a killer DJ. The music was great, people danced, and had the best time. I couldn't have asked for more! I definitely would recommend her to anyone!

Alex was fantastic! We received so many compliments about the DJ at our wedding, but she was so much more than just a DJ. She helped everything run smoothly throughout the evening. The reception was a blast, the music selection was right on point with our tastes (and we had some strange requests). We live 5 hrs away from where we had our wedding, so it was nice to find someone who would do the music for the ceremony and reception, and also work with us over phone and email to work out the details. We were beyond pleased.

Alex was wonderful to work with. She was very flexible with our busy schedule. At our preliminary meeting, she took the time to get to know us and our tastes. She then crafted a wedding reception around our likes and style, as well as taking into consideration our guest's tastes. She met us at the reception site and organized the wedding party. Everything went smoothly throughout the reception. She provided us with a detailed itinerary so we would know what was coming next, and also gave us discreet reminders throughout the evening. The dinner music was perfect- we have gotten so many compliments on the unique choices. The music was perfect- she had the dance floor hopping all night long! Everyone was on the dance floor at some point, from ages 1 to 85!! One of our guests told us that he only danced at 2 weddings, his own and ours! I think that is a great compliment to Alex and the amazing services she provided us! We would choose her again without a moment's hesitation! Thank you, thank you, thank you!

Alex did a wonderful job at our wedding reception! She is so interactive and made it so much fun. The event flowed smoothly from beginning to end thanks to her. The music selection perfect and I didn't give her much to go off of. All I said was to keep people dancing. I didn't leave the dance floor the entire night! She really MADE the night. My husband and I hired Alex as the DJ/Master of Ceremonies for our wedding in July, and we could not be more pleased with the quality of service that was provided.

Alex did the music for our slightly off-beat garden ceremony as well as the music for our reception. For our ceremony, we chose non-traditional song selections rather than the typical wedding music, and Alex helped us to choose songs that sounded cohesive together so that the ceremony music blended nicely.

At the reception Alex took charge and kept the many events of the night organized and flowing very smoothly, giving us cues all along the way so that we knew what to do when (Ex: first dance, cutting of the cake, etc.). And when all the formalities of the evening were finished, Alex got the party started by playing a great mix of music that kept the energy up and kept us and our guests dancing well into the night. Everyone was having such a great time, that we ended up paying her for an additional hour just so we could keep the party going.

I should also mention how much I loved the online event-planner that Alex uses. Clients get access to a personal online event-planner on her website where you can organize your wedding and reception details and make song selections from an online music library. I had so much fun with the online event-planner throughout the wedding-planning process. Alex also creates a time-line of your event that she posts in the event-planner, which helped me to feel more prepared for the wedding day.

Alex is a true professional and very talented at what she does. She is organized and tactful and has a great, laid-back personality (not like some DJs who domineer the event with cheesy, cliche comments all night). We truly enjoyed working with her.

Alex did a phenomenal job at our wedding reception. When you hire Alex you're doing a lot more than choosing who will play the music for your event. She's a reception coordinator, master of ceremonies, lighting specialist, and entertainment center for your guests to enjoy on your special day. Alex supports her bride & groom in whatever choices they want for their special day. She worked with my husband and I to make sure the night went the way we wanted it to, even when it put her in the "line of fire" with suggestions from family members or guests before and during our wedding. We have had so many compliments on our reception and I know all the credit goes to Alex! A sure choice for your wedding.

We absolutely LOVED Alex! We had a country wedding and wanted alot of country music played... she had a wonderful mix of our favorites along with current hits that kept our guests dancing all night! She also did an edit of "Little White Church" for our grand entrance song which fit us perfectly. We couldn't have been happier with her services! Alex made our ceremony very memorable - in addition to meeting with us prior to our wedding to work out details in person, her website is an excellent tool for picking and choosing your music. She also emceed our ceremony, introducing the wedding party, calling attention to the important dances and cake cutting - all in a friendly and engaging way.
