I chose Jully and Alex to take my engagement and wedding photos and it was definitely the best decision I could have made. At first, I saw their work on Instagram and I was in love. When my husband and I took our engagement photos I knew it was going to be amazing just with the care, detail and patience that they had in every shot. When I got the photos I had no doubts that we needed them to take our wedding photos. They are very professional, accommodating, careful and they made our shots very comfortable and fun. My wedding photos are absolutely perfect and I wouldn’t change a thing. They captured every detail, every emotion and it makes me relive that day again every time I look at our photos. -

I couldn’t ask for another photographers to do my photoshoot with my boyfriend in nyc, Jully and Alex are the best, they make you feel so comfortable, they give you tips since you get a package with them until the big day that you have to do the pictures. I had done a photoshoot with them before, and I loved so I decided to do it with my boyfriend. I’m sure we are going to have another big moments, and I’m going to choose July and Alex again, they are the best. -

Alex and Jully are the best photographers and videographers hands on!! Starting with the first meeting we could feel that they were listening to us and understanding what we wanted. We did our engagement session with them, and after seeing the results we knew that they would be essential for our special day.
Jully was extremely helpful with everything, showing me options and styles that I could choose from, because honestly I was a little lost. She thought of every detail, and they made sure that we were happy and enjoying our day. They were punctual and went above and beyond! They are extremely talented and have an amazing eye to capture the details on every moment. I absolutely recommend them! -

From the moment we met Alex and Jully, we knew we were in excellent hands. Their warm, personal approach immediately made us feel at ease, and their ability to make us feel comfortable in front of the camera was truly remarkable. It was like having two close friends capturing one of the most special days of our lives.The morning of the wedding they did a great job of helping to calm nerves as well.

Never felt so comfortable in front of the cameras
I could not be more impressed! Having pictures taken of me is not my natural habitat- I am uneasy in front of the camera and it shows. Choosing Jully and Alex as our wedding photographers was the best decision we made for our wedding. From the engagement shoot to the wedding and in between, working with them was wonderful. They made my husband and I feel comfortable, and we had a lot of fun with them! They even sent us a beautiful gift after we booked with them. Many people have said that my wedding photos look amazing and that clearly my photographers know how to work with light. The absolutely BEST!!!
LONG REVIEW, but they are AMAZING!!!!
Working with Alex and Jully was so great and easy from start to finish. They were so flexible throughout the planning process as we had to change our venue multiple times because of Covid-19.
Their communication was top notch and we really appreciated that they scheduled a few calls with us before the date to make sure we were all on the same page. They even gave us recommendations on where to have our ceremony (we got married in Central Park).
Day of, Alex was our photographer. We did not have a wedding planner, but Alex was so great in helping us establish our schedule. He was right on time and helped us move along our schedule perfectly. I honestly cannot express how amazing it was to have his professional experience there throughout the entire day.
While everyone was celebrating and all over the place, he helped manage us and keep us all in order. I was a little bit nervous being in front of the camera all day, but he made me, my husband, and all of our guests so confident and comfortable.
Alex knew exactly what creative angles and poses would work and was really encouraging throughout the whole process. Throughout the day, our families and guests kept telling me what a great job he was doing. Honestly I did not stress at all on the day and I know much of that is because of him. THANK YOU!!!
One of the best parts was they gave us around 20 photos the NEXT DAY that we were able to share with our loved ones. Most people don’t see any photos for at least a month. We were expecting to wait another 4-6 weeks to get the rest, but it took only 2 WEEKS! We got around 400-500 photos in total. I was so overwhelmed with how beautiful they all were - from the photography to the editing. I have received so many compliments on how breath taking the photos are.
Needless to say, planning and executing a wedding at all is really hard, let alone during a pandemic. Working with Alex and Jully was one of the best decisions we made. We are so grateful. Thank you thank you!!! -

I loved Alex and Jully's work from when I reviewed their portfolios on their website. I also appreciated that they have diverse clientele, which was really important for us.
My husband and I had a great rapport with them from our first zoom conversation. I had been fiercely against an engagement shoot because I didn't want anything cheesy or too dramatic and serious. Alex and Jully convinced us to have a session, which we did in Central Park, and it was great. We got to know them better and we got comfortable with what to expect at the wedding. We also used these engagement photos everywhere...on our website, our invitation, on tables at the rehearsal lunch and in the slide show during cocktail hour.
On the day of the wedding, Alex and Jully were everywhere, but in an unobtrusive way. Jully was so helpful to me. She helped fix my dress, poured champagne for my girls, and carried my train when needed. They arrived early and captured detail shots with our flowers, decor, accessories, etc. After that, they got candid moments between our family and guests, and key moments at the ceremony and reception.
They delivered the full gallery to us and took the time to photoshop some unsightly background items out. When I look at all the photos they captured I marvel at the angle of some of their shots because I honestly didn't notice they were there…and that's what you want. If you're distracted by your photographers, especially during your ceremony, that's a problem.
I think Alex and Jully have an eye for both portraits and posed group shots, and for snapping those spontaneous moments that will arrive.
They are such a sweet and fun couple and you won’t regret working with them. -

The best decision we made for our engagement shoot
They were patient, extremely professional and delivered great quality photos in a timely fashion. They understood the brief and carried it out flawlessly. My hubby and I are people of color and we were a bit skeptical but the whole experience turned out great!! Unfortunately, we didn’t get married in the USA, so we couldn’t have them take our wedding photos, but everyone loved our engagement photos and video that Alex & Jully made. Looking forward to booking them again in the future!! -

From our first interaction with Alex & Jully, we felt an instant sense of kinship. My husband and I both have a lot of extended family overseas, so we knew that when it came time to have our wedding in the middle of a pandemic, a lot of our family members were not going to get to be there in person. Alex & Jully was able to relate to that, so we felt quite confident that they could capture the mood of the day. I have yet to meet a vendor who was as sweet and as excited as they were to get to work with a client. They prepared a thoughtful gift for us as soon as we signed, and helped us through the engagement shoot process. We're not a couple that takes pictures often, so this was quite out of our element, but Alex & Jully kept the whole mood of the session very light and fun, helping us feel comfortable. Over the months they started feeling more like friends, but they were also completely professional, and we knew that we trusted them to capture our stories and love for one another. I think I had the most fun with them on the day of the wedding, and they delivered on their promise with next day sneak peek edits, and boy are they stunning. They take the time to listen to what your wants are, and even go out of their way in the questionnaires to ask about questions you didn't think about! It was so amazing to get to share them with family and friends immediately, and now I'm eagerly waiting for the full gallery. Alex & Jully are the best and we are so grateful we got to book them for our day. -

Alex & Jully are nothing short of amazing!!! They are the BEST photographer and videographer out there. The best couple and professionals you will ever meet. When we met on the phone, due to living in Colorado, we knew they were the ones that needed to capture our wedding day! Even without knowing them long, you feel like you've known them for years. Due to our schedules, and distance, we were unable to do an engagement shoot with them but that did not matter one bit. They made my husband and I, and everyone involved in our wedding day feel more comfortable than ever behind the camera! Our wedding party, family and friends cannot stop talking about how personable and fun they are! They are professional, EXTREMELY fun, detail oriented, we can go on and on about them. We can’t say enough good things about our experience with Alex & Jully Photography! From the first zoom call we could tell they were such a wonderful couple who really get to know their clients. They were extremely professional throughout, while also keeping it light and fun so we were always smiling and laughing. They went above and beyond to make our photos the best they could be, whether it was going to an engagement shoot on a lake, in NY, in the middle of the winter, in 25 degree temperatures, and giving up her blanket scarf to keep me warm…to literally running in circles around us to capture all the best angles for our first dance. We are amazed that even though they had several weddings before and after ours, they still made it feel like we were their only clients.
Deciding on wedding photographers and videographers can be extremely nerve racking as you trust one of the most important days of your life to be captured perfectly, but from day one and even more after seeing the results we are beyond happy that we went with Alex and Jully. We loved that they did both our photos and our video. The video was so incredibly well done and personal. Also, the third photographer they contracted out did an amazing job as well.
Looking at the pictures and videos months later we still get all the feelings we had the day of our wedding because they were able to truly capture it all. We couldn’t be happier with the experience and quality that we received from Alex & Jully Photography. 100/10 recommend! -

Alex & Jully are simply awesome. My fiancé and I had a photoshoot with them in the freezing cold NYC beginning this January. Honestly, we didn’t even remember it was cold. The shooting was fun and very well conducted. They gave us the best directions on posing and we were laughing 100% of the time. We had the best time with them. It was just fun and engaging, thus making us feel very comfortable. Not only did we get amazingly beautiful pictures, but we collected a memorable moment.

Alex & Jully made my husband and I feel so comfortable on our Wedding day. ‘Comfortable’ because we knew that they would not only get the job done (punctual, professional, great quality, etc.) but comfortable in the sense that we were working with true artists. We felt at such peace working with them prior to our big day because they walked us through everything step-by-step and we always felt freedom because they wanted what we wanted. We feel like it is rare today to find professionals with true heart and talent behind every inch of their work. Alex and Jully were amazing to work with- they captured every beautiful moment of our wedding day and I’ll never go anywhere else after experiencing what they can do.
Alex and Jully also took our engagement pictures in October 2019 and it was a chilly afternoon with beautiful sunset in NYC and the pictures all turned out amazing. They had so many great ideas of different styles for the pictures and also let us do anything we wanted as well. The suggestion of a location was perfect and they provided us with hundreds of photos that are wonderful memories for years to come!
Alex and Jully are so talented, kind, and fun to work with. We had a wonderful experience and absolutely love all of the photos! -

Amazing amazing
Me and my now husband hired Alex and Jully to do both our engagement and wedding photography this year. We loved them so much that we even added on videography last minute and they didn’t hesitate to say yes at all! Not only are both Alex and Jully talented, they both are so passionate about their work (and their clients) that they make posing for photos such a breeze and such a fun experience. They captured all the portraits and group shots we wanted and even added their own fun twists. We brag about their work all the time that one of our friends even booked them for their own shoot!
I would like to say that even though we were their clients, we truly found a friendship with the both of them; like Jully says, chatting with them is almost like being on a double date! Our conversations could never stay on track because they were both just so fun to talk to and be around. Almost everyone at our wedding stopped to explicitly tell us that our photographers were so down to earth and amazing.
I could write a whole essay about Alex and Jully but see for yourself and book them ASAP! -

The absolute BEST!!!!!! We had Alex and Jully for our wedding in September and it was probably one of the best decisions we made during our wedding planning process. From the very first video call with them, they made us feel extremely comfortable and relaxed during the stressful wedding planning chaos. We knew right away we wanted to have them there for our wedding day. The months leading up to the wedding they would check in on the planning and wedding day timeline and even provided insight on overall flow of the day which was extremely helpful. On our actual wedding day having them there just felt like 2 of our good friends were there. Throughout the evening they would check in on us to see how we were feeling, Jully fixed my hair multiple times, and even held a fan under my dress for me when I got too sweaty on the dance floor LOL. When they were taking video and pictures of us we did not feel stiff or uncomfortable at all and it truly showed in all of our photos.
If you feel like you are having a difficult time picking a photographer and videographer during your planning process, I HIGHLY recommend you end your search here and go with Alex and Jully. You truly will not regret it and your wedding day will feel complete with them there. They captured our special day in the most authentic way possible and we will cherish our photos and video forever.

Quality Service!!
Alex & Jully did a phenomenal job on our engagement photos. I was a little nervous bc I didn't know how the photos would turn out. But they were so gracious, accommodating and kind. They were very familiar with the Brooklyn Bridge venue where we took our photos, and had tons of ideas for posed. The photos came back timely and looked so good. Alex and Jully are phenomenal photographers. I thought doing an engagement photo-shoot would be awkward but Jully made us feel really comfortable. Stunning photographs by amazing people
Alex & Jully were absolutely amazing. They met up with us beforehand and made us so comfortable and we got along great. On the day of the wedding they arrived early and got to know the venue before starting their shots and they came out amazing! They blended in so well with the parties there was no stress and they got amazing shots because of it.
Every shot we got from them was gorgeous and I cant say enough about that. The big things to know are they captured all the moments we wanted and were so efficient with the family portraits we got to eat and relax during cocktail hour and even get to mingle. They also grabbed us at the prefect time to get shots at golden hour which came out amazing.
I can not recommend them enough and all my friends and family agree. So much so that my best man booked them for his wedding next year. If they are available book them! -

The Best NJ Photographers - Hands Down!
My husband and I could not have asked for a better team to record our wedding forever. They did a phenomenal job with our pictures, again. We had our wedding by the beach under cloudy + windy weather and they came up with a super-efficient backup plan to capture the best shots of us. The pictures look simply stunning and the wind ended up making everything perfect. As usual, we shared great laughs and were silly the whole day hanging out with them. Their creativity and personality are what stood out the most to us during both times we worked together. They were punctual, gracious, and extremely helpful. Alex and Jully were absolutely the MVPS of our wedding weekend. Not only did Alex attend our welcome party night for 2 hours to capture some nice footage of my husband and I in a cool vintage bar setting, but he was able to capture amazing pictures of our families and friends that I will cherish forever. During wedding day, Alex and Jully CRUSHED the video and photo game all day and night - they were commanding in enforcing timelines, ensuring we got all of the pictures we asked for / wanted and sent us back edited sneak peaks within 12 hours which was INSANE the photos were absolutely incredible. They are so wildly in love and such amazing people to be around.
