Look no further! I would give 10/5 stars if I could. I called Alena with an S.O.S. situation less than a week before my wedding. From our first conversation, she was calming, encouraging and incredibly knowledgable. Not only did she provide a better solution to the fit issue than any other seamstress in town, but she had it done in less than 48 hours **and** charged half of what others were quoting me. I am blown away. I could not be happier with this experience —Alena and Olga are incredibly talented and true professionals! The fit is even better than I could've imagined. -

My sisters didn’t wear my moms dress & I preferred something else. I brought Alena my moms dress in hopes to use her beautiful train as my veil. A seam almost ruined this idea, but not for Alena. She offered to use the lace from my mothers trim for a veil. After approval from my mom and sisters I brought her a veil and my moms dress. Oh my are the results stunning!!! What a way to create a family heirloom. Alena I did not pickup and see you. However, I cannot thank you enough. It was breathtaking!! -

I contacted Alena because I wanted to wear my mother's wedding dress for my own wedding, however my mother wore a 16W and I wear a 5, so I was worried this would not be possible to alter without completely changing the look of the dress. She was very responsive, professional, and she was able to alter the dress down to my size and it looks exactly the same! I could not have been happier with the results. She was extremely reasonably priced, she got the job done quickly (without sacrificing the quality of her amazing work), she helped me try on my dress, showed me how to properly lace the corset in the back, and offered her services on any future alterations, questions, or fixes before the wedding. Alena is amazing and I can honestly say, if you need anything done for your dress, whether repairs, alterations, recreations, ANYTHING, this is the woman you need to see! -

I had a fantastic experience with Alena. She removed a layer of netting material that I did not like from the bust area of my dress, and took in the lace back straps (they were too loose on me). She also added a bustle, complimentary! She was by far the most affordable alterations I was able to find in the Charleston area. No appointment fee, no tricks. She simply wants to help brides look their best in their dress. Not to mention she was very quick! She took less than a week to make my dress flawless. She truly seems to LOVE what she does. 10/10 recommend -

Alena is incredible! I bought a sample size dress (2 sizes too big) and Alena worked her magic. I was so nervous in the beginning because the dress needed to basically be taken apart and put back together in order to fit me properly. Alena answered every crazy question I had and was so patient with me. From all the late night texts I sent her to the last minute changes I made, she was outstanding. In the end my dress fit so perfect, it was even better than I had imagined. Thank you, Alena! -

Alena did a fabulous job altering and tweaking my wedding dress. She was very professional and sweet! I needed my dress done fairly quickly and she made it happen! She also made me a custom veil which went perfectly with my gown! She is very talented and I would recommend to everyone! Her work is beautiful and she is very responsive and makes everything work! -

Alena was so wonderful to work with and was a crucial part of my wedding! She beautifully altered my ceremony and reception dresses. She also reworked my mother's dress and handled a last minute bridesmaid dress issue. Her work is flawless and she is a true master of her craft. Additionally, she is such a warm, friendly person and I always left her studio with a smile on my face. I am so grateful I found her and would strongly recommend her to any bride! -
Cydney Sent on 08/20/2018Alena was awesssommmeee! She did a great job on a dress that was wayyyyy too big! Initially I was nervous that it would be noticeable that a lot was taken in but not at all. She was even able to add the topper as requested and it fit perfectly. She was timely, affordable, and very pleasant to work with. I loved her studio as well!

Christine Sent on 04/22/2018I called Alena on a Sunday, after getting my wedding dress back from being messed up by another alterations lady. Thank goodness she answered! I was leaving to get married that Thursday so I needed my dress to be fixed quickly. Alena completely fixed my dress, gave me a bustle (that the other woman said couldn't be done), and hemmed my dress (which the other lady couldn't do either), all winthin 3 days! And she was extremely affordable! Thank you, Elena, for making my dress gorgorous again. You were a life saver!

Alena did an amazing job on my dress. Just a little hiccup in with an appointment (which has happened to all of us at least once) but then she drove my dress two hours to me and did any last minute alterations in the hotel and it turned out beautiful! Loved it and everyone commented on the color (pale blue). It was perfect. -
