  Alba seriously makes the best cake!

  We hire Alba for our wedding cake and cupcakes. We started with a cake tasting box and requested custom flavors and she made it happen for us. When we did our taste test, there was not a single crumb left. Her baking skills are on point.
  When it came time to order our cake, she was a breeze to work with. She made the contract process very easy, she proactively followed up prior to our wedding to see if we had any change requests to our design (we didn't) but we did add delivery at that moment.
  She was also very flexible with us. We live in Nebraska and our wedding was in Austin, TX and on top of that, it was extremely small with immediate family only. We originally planned to have our cake delivered to our Airbnb but changed plans last minute for our after-ceremony celebration. She worked with us when we changed our location and time for delivery. I could not be happier with Alba and we will be happy to order from her again for any sweet treats next time we are in the Austin area!

  One of the best decisions we could have made. Cake means a lot to me and my family- I love it, it's brings together our family, and is always a focal point for us. So, when I started looking at cake vendors...I just wasn't happy- I we went to 3 tastings before we decided to set up an appointment with Alba. From the samples she displayed, to the examples of her work and technique- we knew we were going to be in great hands. The cake tasting was amazing and we ultimately picked 2 flavors. Alba was easy to work with, professional and very detail oriented. The cake the day of was phenomenal- exactly what we wanted and described...but better. I had a number of people tell me it was the best cake they have ever eaten! Could not be happier

  My wedding cake was even better than i expected.. i love their job and what i liked the most was the taste of the cake, delicious! I also ordered chocolates as favors and everyone was delighted!

  My experience was great!!
  Very responsive from day one. They were able to accommodate all my needs, and even gave me suggestions about things that I didn't even think of. Their work was beautiful, and delicious, but almost equally important their punctuality on the delivery. They made my wedding cake and cater all of the sweets for my wedding.
  I'm rating them with five star and if I could I would give them ten. Great job and all the best!

And off course they did all my desserts for my wedding was a no brainer with so many options and flavors. They are responsible, super friendly and everything was deliver on time just like we order. We were completely satisfied with the design and taste of everything. I will recommed Alfred to couples looking for a variety of equally delicious and fresh flavors to choose from and affordable prices.
