I can’t recommend Aimee Peterson enough as your florist! She creates gorgeous arrangements and captures your vision perfectly all while staying respectfully inside your budget. She was kind enough to come meet us in person at the venue ahead of time and discuss it all. And when we needed to add and change things (which often happens) she was very conscienctous on how to do it and keep it inside the budget. I can’t say enough good things!💕

The absolute BEST florist.
Aime was an absolute treasure. She took our colors, theme, reference pictures, and venue aesthetic and gave us gorgeous flowers and decor that meshed the elegance of a starry night theme and the rustic quality of Brick & Beam. She got our special flower of choice, blue orchids, into EVERYTHING and the secondary flowers only enhanced how wonderful they looked. She was also offered wonderful support through a covid postponement and last-minute venue change when our original canceled on us. Highly recommend.

First let me say Aimee is SO talented! She can see your vision and then adds her expertise to it! She always replied, answered ALL our questions anytime but most of all, she was so kind and easy to work with ! Her creativity in the table arrangements, choice of types of flowers, her amazing and efficient team made our daughters wedding just beautiful!! There is not one thing that I could say Aimee did not cover! She went above and beyond even with table number cards with little paper flowers, decorating a fountain and cross, to the bouquets and beautiful centerpieces. Aime was an absolute joy to work with! I would highly recommend using her for any and all events. Her floral work was absolutely beautiful, it completely transformed the room. Aime truly goes above and beyond for her clients. I was an out-of-town bride. In lieu of that she made several trips to my venue in preparation for my event without me, she was my eyes when I couldn't be there leading up to wedding and she was instrumental in my design theme and decor. She put me in contact with everyone I needed to assist me with the draping, linens, furniture rentals, etc. Seeing our vision come together was truly breath taking. The florals she put together for the bouquets, the alter, the centerpieces and suspended from the chandeliers were absolutely breathtaking! I cannot emphasize how amazing Aime was to collaborate with. Not to mention, months after our wedding I still have guests complimenting the florals and decor from the big day. She truly made my bridal vision come to life.

Hands down- BEST florist in Jax!
Aime was phenomenal. She and I talked by phone and although I was unsure if she could truly capture my vision through a conversation, she exceeded my expectations when she showed up with the most stunning bouquets, boutonnières, and corsages I’ve ever seen. She even accommodated my late request to decorate our arbor and it enhanced our backdrop making it the most stunning sight while walking down the aisle. I received SO many compliments on my bouquet, even from our videographer who said he was “obsessed” with them because they were so unique yet still elegant. Aime was also so personable and easy to contact when I needed more information. She made herself available to me every time I reached out, and her professionalism and friendliness made the whole experience so enjoyable. I will absolutely be calling Aime for the next event where I need florals. She is a miracle worker and I’m so glad I found her!!

Aime Peterson is by far one of my most favorite people I’ve ever met. The moment I spoke with Aime, I felt like we had an instant connection. She very clearly knew EXACTLY what I wanted without me saying much. I valued her insights and suggestions on every part of my wedding, not just florals. She was always a text or phone call away and literally would talk to me for hours until I felt entirely comfortable. I placed my entire faith in her with the design of my wedding and never once felt concerned. I am someone who is very much a perfectionist and hates to give up control, but my gut told me to tell Aime to do whatever she wanted! Giving Aime full freedom to do her thing was the best decision ever. My expectations were blown away on my wedding day. I couldn’t have asked for a better florist for my wedding day. Aime really went above and beyond and took so much stress off of me on the day of the wedding. Magazine Wedding!
I want to thank Aime for doing such a spectacular job at our wedding in June at the Cummer Museum! Aime completely knocked it out of the park with our wedding. It looked like a beautiful Martha Stewart Weddings magazine celebrity wedding when we walked into the reception in the ballroom!! She built a gorgeous babies breath arch for the ceremony outside and she created a magical Alice in Wonderland-like suspension in the ceiling of the reception ballroom. I can’t tell you how many people thought our flowers were so incredibly gorgeous, and how many guests came up to me and continuously complemented her work all night long. Our wedding at the Jacksonville Zoo & Gardens was nothing short of perfection, and we owe a lot of that to Aime Peterson. We hired her as our florist/decorator initially and later hired her as our day-of coordinator as well. In her questionnaire she sent to get an idea of what we wanted as far as flowers and decorations, we were pretty vague because we don’t know anything about flowers, or wedding planning for that matter. Somehow she took our limited responses and crafted a beautiful proposal. Although we were confident everything would be gorgeous, nothing could have prepared us for how she transformed the zoo’s Range of the Jaguar into a fairy tale setting. The linens, bouquets, decor, centerpieces, and archway were stunning and exceeded our wildest expectations. As a coordinator, she was a god send as well. There is simply no way we could have had the wedding of our dreams without her. We did not worry about a single thing the entire day and simply enjoyed ourselves. Had we tried to coordinate ourselves, or even had a trusted family member do it, there’s no way our wedding would have been as fun and carefree as it was. We absolutely recommend her for both floral/decor design and as a coordinator.

Cant beat it.
You could not find a better value for your wedding floral. To start, I was an out of town bride. That stress alone had me very nervous since I knew I would be doing most of the planning remotely. I was only able to come to Jacksonville a few times during the planning process, and Aime was just so accommodating. We did a lot through email, including discussing vision, contract revisions, and slews of other things. It was wonderful to feel that we were getting somewhere with the planning even though I was states away. Secondly, her work was beautiful. I wanted a heavy greenery presence, and all white blooms if any, and she delivered. Lastly, she was very realistic and helpful with my budget. We discussed priorities, made a plan, and reinvested any part of the budget that was freed up to enhance what we had in our plans already. What resulted was my vision coming to life, and my anxiety lessened since I wasn't thousands over budget. Look through the photos. I think you'll agree that they are perfect.

Aime was so wonderful to work with. She was quick to respond to my initial email and deliver a florals proposal based off the survey I filled out. She brought my dreams to life before I even knew exactly what I wanted. The week of I even changed two tables from round to rectangular and she magically provided garland for us. I couldn't believe how beautiful it was. Florals were important to me, but not the priority. My venue wouldn't have looked the same without Aime's eye and intuition for a brides vision. Not to mention she's affordable (!!!!). That is huge for this industry. I just can't speak highly enough.

I never write online reviews for anything, but I had to make sure I gave credit where credit was due for my wedding vendors! Aime and her team did such a wonderful job on the florals for our wedding! She couldn't have made the whole process any easier for us from beginning to end. After our first phone call I felt like she truly listened and understood the exact look I was going for. Not only was the first draft of her proposal the most detailed I had received, it was also the most reasonable in cost. Being from out of town, I was never able to meet face to face with Aime prior to the day of the wedding, but between her responsiveness and attention to detail never once did I feel worried about the floral decor. And then when I saw her the day of, I felt like her and I went way back. I would highly recommend Aime!

Dream Florals
Since I was little, my favorite part of any wedding, and the part that I knew I wanted to be PERFECT on my wedding day has always been the florals. I had spoken to a few florists before I found Aime and NONE of them were as detail oriented and thorough as Aime has been. She listened to my views and was completely honest with me about my florals and completely knocked my florals out of the park. I was worried about burgundy/maroon being one of my colors and the colors clashing and Aime took charge and helped a girl who is terrible at letting go of control and gave me the most GORGEOUS bouquets. Every single person both at my wedding and in my wedding kept telling me how gorgeous my flowers were and how unique they all looked. If you are looking for someone who understands your wants and needs and who will do anything to execute your dream for your florals then I 100% recommend Aime Peterson for your wedding day. She is so caring and sweet and very quick to respond and was an absolute dream to work with. Couldn’t thank her enough!

After a long search and getting multiple quotes that were out of my budget I found Aime. She was the definition of the PERFECT wedding florist! I am so happy to have crossed paths with Aime. I knew the moment we met she'd be fabulous to work with. She worked her magic to stay within our budget, was flexible, reliable and so professional (but fun)! My daughter in law wanted a themed wedding and Aime went above and beyond to provide exactly what we were looking for. She paid meticulous attention to every detail. The flowers were GORGEOUS and she included the special requests in memory of loved ones favorites. She even helped organize the wedding party to make their entrance! The bridesmaid's bouquets, the groom and groomsmen's boutonnieres and the brides bouquet was exquisite!! Every guest mentioned how lovely the table scapes were, the brilliance in floral varieties, colors and amazing fragrances. The feasting table was incredible with every aspect of the Alice in Wonderland theme woven in great detail throughout. It was magical! I would very highly recommend her services. Her staff was fabulous as well. Behind the scenes setting up and taking down in an unobtrusive manner, so professional, careful and thoughtful with items we provided and returned with utmost care.

I can't say enough about Aime Peterson Flowers and Event Design Studios. Working with Aime was not only painless but a pleasure from the beginning of the process to the end. My daughter found her through this website, liked what she saw and asked if she was available for her wedding date. She and Aime began corresponding before I came on-scene regarding what she wanted in the way of the bouquets (hers and the bridesmaids'), the church and reception florals, all within the parameters of a budget. Aime and I met once to discuss the florals and corresponded via text and email after that (she is very responsive!). She is very accommodating and extremely easy to work with (she ended up revising our contract for me a couple of times due to changes in what we wanted and because the groom’s family offered to pay for certain florals). I had seen the photos on her website and they were lovely. With her talent for creating beautiful florals, I was confident that she would come through for us in the end. Aime knows her craft and was very helpful with suggesting specific flowers for our budget (all we knew was what color we wanted and were pretty much clueless in that department). Aime and company was also hired by the groom’s family (who lives out-of-state) to do the floral decorations for the rehearsal dinner the previous night and Aime suggested that we re-purposed the garlands for our reception (which I appreciated very much! :) ). Lastly, we had Aime do a draped ceiling treatment for the reception and it was absolutely gorgeous!!
The flowers for both events turned out beautifully and we were extremely pleased with the entire, painless process. I couldn’t be happier with my decision to hire Aime Peterson Flowers and Event Design Studios. If you’re considering hiring her for your event(s), I don’t think that you’ll be disappointed.

We were referred to Aime after our first florist fell through, and we are so happy she stepped in to save the day! I had a very loose concept of what I wanted our wedding party flowers to look like, and I loved that Aime was able to take my initial questionnaire, bridesmaid dress swatches, and floral inspo pics, and come up with something that suited us and our day perfectly. We originally planned on ordering wedding party flowers through Aime, and ordering garlands through a separate wholesaler to keep costs down for our centerpieces, but Aime's affordable pricing meant we could afford to entrust her with our centerpieces as well! I literally teared up when I read her floral proposal and beautiful description of the flowers and the reception space - it was my first real "I'm getting married!" moment.
We did not ask for a floral trial due to budget concerns, and put all our trust in Aime and her floral vision for our day. I'm an over-planner by nature, so not knowing (beyond detailed written descriptions) exactly how the flowers would look on the actual wedding day was both scary and exciting! It was nice after so much detailed planning to have one beautiful decor surprise to look forward to myself. The flowers were gorgeous and totally suited the venue and the look we wanted, and the addition of Aime's garland and wax flower lantern wreaths truly tied the whole look together at the reception.

The best thing about Aime is that she is willing to work with your budget and she can still deliver those instagram worthy flower arrangements without you having to spend a fortune. Although... if you do want to spend a fortune she will definitely make it worth your while. Aime did an amazing job coordinating our flowers for the wedding and she created beautiful centerpieces that really made the room sing. We were so pleased with how she coordinated the color palette. One last thing- when I realized at the last minute that I had over estimated number of centerpieces based on guest count, she was able to revise and give me more flowers and better centerpieces to make it work to the predetermined budget. This is my second time using Aime Peterson for an event. My son's theme was Camp Josh and she took my vision and made it a reality. The room looked amazing, from the chairs to the hanging lights, to all the signs. The best part was the camp fire area-it looked amazing. It truly resembled an outdoor, rustic feeling. Aime was more than considerate of every aspect of our wedding when planning and self-executing the floral design of our venue. She not only custom decorated every aspect agreed to within our contract, she voluntarily supervised the additional landscaping of the venue to ensure that the venue reached its full potential for our special day.

Aime is absolutely fantastic! I cannot say enough fabulous things about her! Aime was incredibly flexible and attentive throughout the entire planning process and was willing to make changes up to the week before our event! Aime did everything for us and saw my vision for our vow renewal so well! She made our event so much more beautiful than I envisioned and the guests couldn't stop talking about how gorgeous everything was! THANK YOU, AIME!!!

First off To say Aime is amazing is an understatement. She is probably one of the most creative floral designers I have ever met and I would highly recommend having her be a part of your special day. She understood and executed my vision perfectly and then some. My flowers were absolutely beautiful!!! I can't say thank you enough.

I absolutely loved working with Aime. From the moment she emailed me, I knew she was the one. She looked up my pinterest board and knew exactly what I wanted and more. We also had her as our day of coordinator. She was so detailed, down to the minute. There were a few small details on the day of that needed tweaking, she fixed no problem. She makes sure the guests are taken care of, but most important the bride and groom as well. LOVE Aime :)

Aime was amazing! She not only took the time to meet with me regarding flowers but was so insightful in regards to the flow and arrangements of my wedding. She has the perfect décor that I also was able to lease from her that made everything just perfect (her custom farm tables are amazing!)! She was always available when I has questions and was always on time and courteous. The flowers were absolutely GEORGOUS and I could not have been more happy with them and the other décor that she offered.

Its hard to put into a review the amount of gratitude I have for Aime Peterson and her team. The services Aime provided were reception and ceremony decor and flowers, bridal party flowers, event design, program printing, day of planning and more. She had my wedding planned before we even had our first meeting. I felt Aime "got me." Aime knew my vision and things that were important to me. At meetings with vendors, she was there to make sure my requests were met and stood up for me to ensure the vendors were meeting my expectations. She provided a detailed schedule for the day of and no mater how many changes I sent her, she handled it calmly and professionally. I wanted my ceremony and reception in the same room with little turn over time during cocktail hour. Aime executed it perfectly. In my wedding video you can see me looking around in awe of the beautiful intimate/romantic setting she created. Prior to the wedding people asked me what my bridal bouquet and bridesmaid flowers looked like. I trusted Aime Peterson completely and gave her creative freedom. People to this day still talk about my flowers and how beautiful my wedding was. Again, words cant express my gratitude for Aime Peterson creating the wedding of my dreams.

Having Aime coordinate and plan my wedding made my special day a dream come true. Right from the beggining, she was really down to earth, and I felt like she understood the style wedding I wanted. She has been in the industry for over 11 years and so she was able to suggest some venues for me based on what I was going for. After looking at the first one, I knew it was the beautiful garden venue I was looking for. After that, we talked about flowers, and I gave her a general idea of what I liked and disliked- but I clould honestly not imagine how truly beautiful the arrangements turned out when the day finally came. Aime also designed a timeline for our wedding, which was a huge help, since I didn't have a clue, which cooridiated with the other vendors as well, so the whole day flowed seamlessly (which was a concern for me). I couldn't be happier with how my experience went, I loved working with Aime and felt her support all along the way.

Aimee did amazing job. Loved our flowers and all her details a dedication to our day. On our wedding day it ended up raining so in such a short noticed she transformed our ceremony to be indoors and made it beautiful.

She was very quick to respond to emails and very thorough in describing/explaining her ideas. She listened to my ideas and what I wanted and created my dream wedding! Aime did the most WONDERFUL job on the flowers and event design at my wedding. I spoke with many florists before deciding to go with her, and within a few seconds of meeting her I knew that she was different than most florists. She is extremely creative, professional, and friendly (and she loves weddings and you can tell!). She was very quick to respond to any inquiry that I had and was more than willing to go the extra mile and help out with additional details. She was just fabulous. My flowers were so beautiful, the lighting was perfect (my photos turned out GREAT because of this!), and everything went so smoothly. I would gladly recommend her to anyone and everyone.

I can't say enough about Aime Peterson Flowers and Event Design Studios -- they were absolutely incredible. Before I found Aime, I went to a local florist in St. Augustine for a consultation and had a pretty terrible experience. I was worried about finding another florist who could work with my budget and my vision for my wedding but once I got in touch with Aime, I never worried about flowers again. Before my wedding, she met with my multiple times and was always full of great ideas. Aime always returned my emails and calls promptly, she stuck to my budget, and she created the most beautiful flower arrangements I've ever seen at a wedding. I couldn't have asked for a better florist. I wholeheartedly recommend Aime to anyone looking for a florist!

I have worked with Ms. Peterson on two events in the past 3 years. She is extremely professional, creative and flexible. Very helpful and supportive throughout the entire process and planning. Our outdoor event had to be moved indoors due to weather issues the day before and Aime and her team reworked the plan smoothly and beautifully. We are still getting compliments from friends and family about our event. I would highly recommend AP Flowers and Event design!

This vendor exceeded my wildest expectations. The flowers were amazing. She build us an arch to get married under, hand made of bamboo and flowers. The bouquets were the prettiest anyone had ever seen. There was variety and consistency in my 10 table arrangements. She was flexible with pricing and catered to my budget. Aimee was a joy to work with. As mother & father of the groom, we volunteered to host an open house reception in Jacksonville for our son and daughter-in-law who choose to do a destination wedding in St. Lucia. Aimee was recommended by our caterer and we were very happy to follow through with the recommendation. Once we explained to Aimee that we were in a time crunch to plan the arrangements for this event, (we had travel plans and were going to be out of town) she seeminly dropped everything to meet with us and work out a plan and an estimate for the work we were wanting done for the open house. Aimee was very professional but easy to work with and put us at ease immediately. After discussing what we thought we wanted and Aimee suggestions we were able to establish a plan that worked with our budget, floral, and decorating expectations.
Would I call upon Aimee again? I centainly would and highly recommend she be considered if you are planning an event, wedding or otherwise. I'm confident you won't be disappointed!

We were so happy with Aime's flowers and beach decor for our wedding at One Ocean this June. Her creativity and sense for beautiful design made our wedding more amazing than we could have imagined. When I first met Aime, I took her a few pictures of beach weddings and flowers that we liked and she took it from there, adding her own style and ideas. She even helped last minute with our chair covers, saving us from stressing over the little details a few days before the wedding. I interviewed several florists and designers prior to selecting Aime, and in my opinion, there is no one out there that can beat her prices, creativity and personality!

I hired Aime as my florist, decorator, and day-of coordinator for my wedding held at The Club Continental. She absolutely impressed me with her thoughtful and creative ideas for the florals and design of my wedding. There was no other vendor that came close to matching her level of creativity. I could tell she put a lot of thought into the design of the decor and flowers by taking my ideas of a theme and making it into my dream wedding.
I was so thankful to have her there as my day of coordinator. It is an absolute must for a larger wedding. She was always responsive and a great support throughout my year of planning. It also helps to have someone in the know about weddings to save you money on other expenses.
If you want perfection and someone who truly loves what they do, hire Aime Peterson. She will undoubtedly do a great job!

I was so happy with the flowers, centerpieces, and linens that Aime provided for my wedding! She was creative and worked within my budget. We got lots of compliments on our centerpieces and I had picked up some little decorations that we had hoped to use and she was able to incorporate them into our reception! I had a very very limited budget, but Aime did an amazing job and was such a professional, I would love to work with her again in the future!

I just told Aime what I like and what the overall feel of the wedding was and she was able to turn it into something beautiful.
