    Linda at Afflair was extremely helpful to both me (MOB) and my daughter. In addition, I felt she was fairly priced and worked with us in terms of budget options for using her. She was a lifesaver at coordinating with vendors and great at making sure everything was smoothly handled on the day of the wedding as well as leading up to it. I never hesitated to email her with questions and she always was prompt at responding. She was also very easy to get along with. I would highly recommend Linda as a wedding planner.

    Linda Simunov from Afflair Events was an Angel sent from God to make my day perfect! She took care of all the details I wouldn't have thought about and worked with all my vendors to coordinate every minute of my wedding. Her team was on point when setting everything up the way I imagined it and they made sure everything went smoothly and according to what I had envisioned. My wedding day was a very relaxed and enjoyable day for me from beginning to end thanks to Afflair Events!

    I am immensely grateful to Kameron McConnell at Afflair, who planned our wedding with amazing amounts of professionalism, responsiveness, and poise; incredible FUN and impeccable organization. Kameron had the task of helping me plan a wedding in Wilmington, DE while I lived full-time in Boston, my now husband lived full-time in Chicago, and my mom lived about an hour from Wilmington. Anyone who heard that thought we were crazy to plan that way. On top of that, I had a ton of ideas/special touches that were important to me & it was a huge undertaking. Kameron made every wish possible and honestly made the distance irrelevant. She responded to every email, call, question, & plea for help with seemingly impossible speed and professionalism. Though I didn't meet Kameron in person until the wedding due to my schedule and living so far away, I quickly came to feel like I was talking to a close family member or friend over email. She was SO invested, dedicated, and excited about my wedding. It amped up my own excitement and joy and always made me feel like I could trust her with each detail. When I did see her in person on wedding weekend, I was immediately calmed by her presence. Her professionalism is like no one else I've ever known. She managed lots of different personalities, rules, and vendors all to run a seamless event. She was the exact personality and presence you want at your wedding taking care of everything. While lots of brides complain about the stress associated with wedding planning, I can truthfully say that it was a joy from start to finish and ridiculous amounts of fun because of Kameron. I actually very much miss getting to talk to her all the time and am looking for another event for her to plan for me asap :).

    Linda and her team were everything and more than what you would have expected. Linda was responsive with each and every call, task and follow up. Her team were all extremely professional and made us all feel that we were in great capable hands. Highly recommended!

    Linda was great to work with! She provided lots of ideas to make our party a great success. She also had a number of vendors to provide us with quotes for each service we wanted. I would highly recommend her for anyone planning a party or wedding.

    We cannot begin to express our gratitude towards Linda Simunov. Her patience, professionalism and help throughout the planning of our daughter’s wedding was priceless. It turned out to be a lot more work for everyone than we could have imagined, but what a great wedding it was! Linda went over and above her duties many times, and was so gracious under pressure. We cannot thank Linda enough for all that she did to make the day so lovely and the process so pleasurable. Her experience, resourcefulness and smile were invaluable along the way.

Kameron keeps everyone calm & is on top of every detail - even the ones you never thought of. She coordinates with all your vendors & prepares a detailed timeline for your review, so that you know ahead of time all the "who, what, where & whens" of the days leading up to the wedding & the day of. Kameron has terrific people skills, extraordinary attention to detail and limitless energy. She exceeded all the MOB/MOG's expectations and we were VERY happy to have had the benefit of her services for our big day!

    Kameron helped me with my wedding this April and she was absolutely amazing and there are not enough good things I could say about her! I am very concentrated on details and I can get stressed pretty easily and I knew when it came to planning and my wedding day I was going to need someone to take my stress away and she was nothing short of amazing! Leading up to my wedding day she handled all the emails and scheduling the week of and the day of she was there for anything I needed! My fairytale wedding was more perfect than I could have imagined because of Kameron! She was there for the whole bridal party and helped make sure everything ran as smooth as possible, the day of I had not one thing to worry about and didn't stress at all because everything turned out exactly how I imagined! If you need help to make sure your wedding day goes perfect, definitely call her!

    Linda from Afflair Events helped me plan my wedding in 6 weeks for 140 people in 2004. I turned to her for a private party we were having this past summer- Angelo's Taste of Italy! It was amazing and Linda was key to it's success and our happiness! We had over 200 people to our home to celebrate my husband Angelo's backyard kitchen including an incredible huge pizza oven that Angelo built with the guts imported from Italy. Linda came up with the idea to use her vendor - Smile Snap Share from PA- (Green Screen Photo Booth)- we used background scenes from Italy- Venice, St Mark's Square, Gondola's and everyone got the pictures taken including group pics and Elvis was alive too! Linda helped coordinate tents, tables (50+), umbrellas, Italian Quartet- bass, mandolin, keyboard and guitar to open, a DJ and an appearance by Elvis who got the crowds jumpin! There was a food tent, bar tents, many different sitting area, many tents to keep cool, servers dressed as gondoliers and 3 guys cooking wood fired pizzas all night! It was crazy fun and I can say that because I could count on Linda to help coordinate everything and be on hand all night to refill, replenish, point to port-o-potty (her idea which was great), direct the servers for apps, then dinner, then desserts! Cheers to Linda- thank you so very much! From weddings to backyard bashes - your the best and your smile makes everyone happy and have a great time!

    We had Kameron McConnell as our wedding planner and we couldn't be happier! My daughter's wedding was October 17th, 2015 at the Sofitel Hotel in Philadelphia. She arrived at 1:30 to the bridal suite in time to help the bride get dressed. She helped manage 165 gusts as well as the band, photographer and videographer, cocktail hour, and dinner to ensure that everything ran smoothly. She also made sure everything was secure in the bridal suite after the wedding was over at 12:30am. As mother of the bride I did not have to worry about any timelines or details during the affair. Kameron even went with the bridal party and the photographer around the city for pictures always with my daughter making sure her dress did not drag!! She always responded to our emails and phone calls and was especially valuable "the day of" the wedding. She orchestrated the practice of the rehearsal as well as the entire timeline for the day of the wedding and made sure it was followed. There were three families she needed to handle and I can honestly say did with a firm hand and was very tactful. There were a lot of strong personalities in the families that she was able to control because she also has a very dominate personality. I would highly recommend her for future weddings!!!!!

    Kameron was amazing! We hired Kameron as our day-of planner. Throughout the entire process, Kameron was extremely helpful. Her timeline was extremely thorough and she kept everyone calm and on time throughout the day. Our wedding day went flawlessly and we have Kameron to thank for that! Thank you Kameron!!

    Our wedding would not have been a lot of what it was without Kameron being right by our sides. From that first phone conversation –since we lived in San Diego and her in Delaware and the wedding in Pennsylvania – it was magic and an automatic connection. When we first met Kameron face to face for the venue tours, it was like meeting a friend we hadn’t seen in a while – again instant connection. She was SO amazingly helpful in everything that she did for us and with our vendors and WHAT a negotiator!! On the day of the wedding, she brought all of the positivity in the world to the room and had everything under control, no question. We even forgot some things back at the hotel the day after and she went back for us (driving 5 hours round trip) so that we could enjoy our last few days with family without having to worry about the items we had left behind. Kameron was truly a gift to us and completely exceeded our expectations and there is no way we could have done it without her!!

    Afflair Events provided day-of coordination services for all-day Hindu and Christian ceremonies and receptions on May 9th. The day started at 5am and ended at midnight.

    I chose Linda after initially speaking with her briefly on the phone because she had a calm and gentle presence. She reassured me as to her attention to the details that would help make our wedding day enjoyable for everyone...and it was a HUGE success!

    Prior to the event, she was easily accessible and responsive by phone and email. Since we went through the day's timeline thoroughly, we knew no stone would be left unturned...and there wasn't any detail missed. She had a great team of assistants as well, which allowed us to truly sit back and enjoy our wedding!! Most importantly, it was fun working with her...I would hire her to help me in any future events without reservation.

    If you want the best--a great person and a talented coordinator, then give her a call.

    I had Linda Simunov as my wedding planner for our wedding on 9/19/14. Linda was wonderful!! From start to finish Linda was extremely helpful with the entire planning process. Linda is very professional, friendly, easy to talk to and very efficient and thorough in her work. From the suggestions of vendors, tips on how to stay within a budget, to the "day of" timeline planning-- Linda was fantastic!
    I can truly say that on my wedding day I woke up with not one worry on my mind. I felt so relaxed in knowing that Linda and her assistant, Stephanie ( who was also wonderful!) had everything under control. The two of them did such an amazing job at keeping all of the bridal party and the other vendors on schedule and in communication all day long, so everything went smoothly.

    As a bride, you want to feel like a princess on that day and you hope to feel nothing but happiness and excitement with not a care in the world-- I was given this opportunity on my wedding day and I thank Linda and Stephanie for helping to make that possible!

    Afflair Events couldn't have been a better choice for our wedding. I had some serious ideas that required a ton of work and detail and Linda & team executed them flawlessly. Linda was booked as "day of" coordination but she truthfully worked with me for the entire month and completely ensured she understood my vision prior to the day-of. She was on-hand for any incidents that may have arisen and handled all vendor relations. She also created the most detailed timeline my friends and family have ever seen so everyone knew where to be when. Stephanie was by my side the entire day - from getting ready until the end of the night. Their team truly spoils a bride and groom by making sure they have drinks in their hands at all times and that they're as happy and laid back as can be. I appreciate everything Afflair Events did for our day and it couldn't have been more perfect thanks to them!!!

    I can't express in words how truly awesome of an experience working with Afflair was! Kameron was beyond amazing - planning and confirming every detail up until the event and then making sure everything was running perfectly smoothly the day of (or that any little things that came up were taken care of). The last couple of weeks before the wedding, we decided we wanted to create a lounge area at our reception but thought it might be too late. Kameron pulled out all the stops and worked tirelessly to make it happen and it turned out FLAWLESSLY! Some friends and family were a little skeptical when they heard I got a wedding planner but when they met Kameron and saw everything she did for us and how the day turned out, all they could say was "thank god for Kameron." I could not agree more. I credit Kameron and Afflair for making my wedding day a success and allowing me to relax and enjoy every single moment!

    My daughter who lives in Philadlephia and decided to get married in Philadelphia had no time to plan her wedding. She was counting on me, her mother, to help plan the entire event. Because I live in California, I knew I needed help in finding the best vendors in the area. A friend of mine recommended Linda Simunou with Afflair Events. Linda, who is easy to reach and easy to talk to started me off with a wedding checklist and a local shop to buy "the dress ". She recommended all my wonderful vendors and organized the timeline so the day of the wedding went smoothly. My daughter loved every moment of her wedding and wished she could do it all over again. I highly recommend contacting Linda Simunou to help you plan the perfect wedding.

    The best thing I can say about Kameron's services: When I first told my mom that I got a wedding planner she thought I was nuts. She thought it was a waste of money for something I could handle myself. The one thing she keeps saying after the wedding, "I was so wrong, Kameron was a lifesaver."

    I used the day of planning service and it was everything we every needed. From recommending our venue (The Baldwin School) based on what we were looking for, to safety pinning my bustle up when it fell apart as we tried to put it together (Bijou Bridal) and everything in between. Kameron was so pleasant, made sure we had every think taken care of, made sure the wedding flowed exactly as Nick and I saw it and went so far above and beyond anything we ever expected.

    She had planned a few of my friends weddings in the past and I would so highly recommend her to anyone that asked. The day was more beautiful than anything I could have ever imagined and that was a great credit to her planning.

    Although I was hesitant about hiring a wedding planner at first (thinking I could do everything myself!) I was so glad I did!! I did all the planning beforehand and just hired Stephanie for the day of planning/coordination. I met with her a couple times before the wedding to go over everything - she was so organized with putting together the entire timeline, and asked many detailed questions that I had never even considered! The day of my wedding, I knew that she was going to make sure everything ran smoothly and any issue that came up - I knew she would take care of it. I could truly relax and enjoy my wedding thanks to Stephanie and Afflair!!

    I had the pleasure of working with Kameron of Afflair Events on my wedding which we had just a few weeks ago on November 10. I was reluctant at first to have a sizable wedding (160 people) and thought we should just elope or do a small destination affair but that would have been a huge mistake. I never daydreamed to much about my wedding details like some but Kameron managed to give me my dream wedding and I loved every minute of it. It truly was the most fun I have ever had!

    Over the last year, Kameron was an integral part of our lives. In addition to her superior professionalism, work ethic and responsiveness, she was vigilant in ensuring that my husband and I were happy and enjoying the process. Wedding planning is stressful; Kameron made it an experience - not a "to do" item - and she made it fun.

    Kam was with us every step of the way not to mention every second on the day of the wedding! She anticipated when I needed a sip of water, was by my side with a safety pin when I needed her to refasten the unruly strap on my dress (and it never showed of course) and quietly pulled me aside to help me change out of my heels and into dancing shoes. She directed the wedding party, MOG, FOG, MOB and FOB in a warm and genuine manner. She did all of these things with grace and ease and patience. And that’s just a few of the wonderful things she does that we are appreciative of! From the save the dates to appetizer selection to the bouquet toss, she made things look elegant and effortless. She made them feel that way too!

    Kam was our guardian angel for the last nine months and now we are honored to call her our friend too.

    Afflair Events, and Kameron in particular, were incredible to work with. We hired them for the "week-of" services, and they really did go above and beyond our expectations. I was a slightly picky and meticulous bride, and Kameron helped to calm me down throughout the whole process. Once the day began, I knew I had nothing to worry about, because Kameron and her crew were ALL over it. Even my father, who has unrealistic expectations for a lot of things, was blown away with them. I hope to find some other kind of event to plan, just so I can work with Kameron and Afflair Events again :-)

    ABSOLUTELY our best decision concerning the wedding! A recently married friend said the best decision she made was to hire Afflair Events for the "Day of" coordination, making her day as stress free as possible.

    Afflair Events offers a flexible range of services from a total package to just the "Day of." We had 6 months to go from "yes" to "I do". We choose a mid-range package and were extremely satisfied. We were blessed to have Linda Simunov as our planner. Key benefits:

We had a lot of confidence in the quality of recommendations. She also gave valuable perspective on various questions we had given the depth of her experience.

    While it was not for my wedding I felt obliged to say some words about Kameron from a driver's perspective. My name is Jeff and I work for Bucks County Trolley Company. I was given the itinerary for a wedding that took place yesterday and Kameron was listed as the main contact. I am used to contacting the brides or grooms directly to go over the details and I did not know what to expect. I emailed her first to find out when we could speak as it is sometimes very difficult to go over details at my full time job and I ave to plan ahead when to talk. She was prompt in getting back to me and I was able to speak with her shortly after. Her phone manners are impeccable and I could tell right away that she would be a joy to work with. When it came time to find out she did not dissappoint. We were able to keep in touch at various points throughout the day via texting and verything went off without a hitch. No easy task, especially in Center City Philadelphia. She even grabbed some temporary umbrellas for me from the hotel when it started to rain lightly! Kameron was a true joy to work with and a consumate professional. Hopefuly we will get a chance to work together again someday!

    We found Afflair Events through Wedding Wire. I contacted a few different vendors, and found that Kameron from Afflair Events was the best fit for our wedding.

    Our wedding would contain some traditional elements, and some that were not so standard. I was a bit worried about working with a planner due to the possibility they might turn their nose up at some of our ideas. When I spoke to Kameron on the phone and told her about some of the things we were choosing to incorporate (paper flowers at a horticulture center, non traditional music to walk down the aisle, dog pictures as table numbers) she loved every idea and kept telling me she couldn't wait to see how all the elements worked together. Her openness and excitement sold us immediately.

    Kameron was an absolute dream to work with. Every meeting we arranged, she was well prepared, able to answer every question, and was clearly keeping on top of every detail I was obsessing about. When I called or emailed her, she responded quickly. She was able to offer great insight, and provide multiples lists of options for vendors for the areas I had not yet researched. And I must say, all of her recommendations worked out fabulously.

    Kameron was able to keep me at ease through this whole planning process, and while I was initially worried about handing over the ropes, I'm unbelievably happy I did. One of the best things I got with Kameron was her ability to be the voice of calm and reason. For example, when the dress maker I had found on my own delivered an unwearable mess (who then said she would fix it), I had to make a choice whether to trust the fact she said she would fix the issue, or go with my gut to buy a back-up dress. I called Kameron asking for advice on what to do. Kameron's advised me to spend the money (only if I had it) for the piece of mind of buying a backup gown. I had asked many friends for advice and they didn't know what to tell me, but those words "for piece of mind" that Kameron delivered were priceless. The dressmaker sadly did not follow through as promised, and thankfully I had bought the backup gown and looked beautiful the day of the wedding.

    When it came to all the vendor's we had, Kameron was completely on top of things. She worked with all of them, ensuring all aspects of our big day was covered. She would send me reminders when payments were due to make sure we didn't run into any problems. When we found a hole in one of our plans (getting paper lanterns hung up) Kameron volunteered outright to do it for us. When the issue of setting up chairs popped up, again Kameron volunteered without hesitation. These are things that did not fall under the list of duties we hired her for.

    Our wedding day ran smoothly, without a single hitch. Or I should say, if there were problems, I was not aware! Kameron and her assistant were there to meet us when we arrived, and everything was set up exactly as we talked about. All the details came together perfectly, which I know I can thank Kameron and her assistant for.

    Kameron from Afflair Events far exceeded my expectations. Her assistance throughout the planning process and as well as the day of the wedding was worth far more than what we paid. I was a bit sad when our big day was over and we were saying goodbye to her, after all, she had done so much for the most important day of our lives.

    I would definitely recommend Kameron and Afflair Events for any couple in search of a planner. The professionalism, knowledge, and piece of mind provided are well worth the expense, and then some.

    Kameron is a super star. She planned my wedding back in 2008, so when my baby shower came up I thought who better to make this special day run perfectly. Every detail was thought out and at a time when stress is abundant- I knew I could just sit back and relax and know that Kameron would take care of everything. From the custom designed invitations to the decor, to the food, to the favors - I have been flooded with compliments about the unique touches that Kameron brought to my baby shower. Kameron really understands how important life milestones are and her expansion to other events is the only logical next step.

    Kameron McConnell was the wedding planner for our October, 2007 wedding.

    From our first meeting, we knew we could trust Kameron with our wedding planning. Trust is the most important thing that your wedding planner can offer you since we all go into this planning process blind. We were immediately comforted that we had found the right person when we met Kameron because she is the perfect combination of an organized take-charge planner and a sensitive listener. This is essential in order to get the job done, but also have the event be perfectly personalized to the couple. Our wedding was not traditional, so there was no cookie-cutter gameplan for Kameron to work with, but she certainly helped us execute every aspect of it. She handled each curveball we threw at her with grace, ease, and a smile.

    Kameron gently guided us through the entire process of planning the day on which we would start our life together. She listened carefully to all of the ideas we wanted to draw together, then helped explain the ways we could achieve these ideas. One thing that particularly stood out was her ability to explain different ways we could achieve our end-goal, and even ways we could improve on our initial vision. She is honest, thorough, and efficient - always answering each of our questions about all of our options, their costs, and potential ways we could change a small element of our wedding that would have a large effect on the overall cost. We never felt pressure to make our event more grandiose than we wanted. Instead we felt that Kameron was our ally in planning the event of our dreams - which is what we got. In addition, we appreciated her insight into the elements of flowers, space design, lighting, and sound that she knew through her experience in planning previous events and especially the recommendations based on her experience planning her own wedding. She has an artistic perception that was apparent in the ideas she helped us brainstorm in the design of our event space.

    Kameron has a take-charge attitude, but it is well-balanced such that she never felt intrusive. Instead she was always a presence there to guide us through the process - always reachable, but never demanding. She had a schedule that she helped us stick to, well laid-out so that we never felt rushed to make a decision. We also know that she is a good boss because we were impressed by the people who worked with her on the day of our wedding. Kameron's organized and calm demeanor and clear vision of our event extended to her staff. The staff kept a respectful distance as we got ready before our event, but were there to keep us on schedule and we were comforted to know that they were all in contact with each other to address any situation that could arise.
    Impressed by her recommended contacts who were professional

    Kameron has contacts in the business that are likewise professional, organized, and artistic. We were impressed by the quality and flexibility of the people Kameron recommended - the florist, designer of the space and lighting, make-up artists, and hair stylists. We had the most beautiful and personalized flower arrangements and bouquets, the most subtle yet astounding space design and lighting, and a make-up artists and hair stylist who made everyone (young and old) in the wedding party look absolutely beautiful and picture-perfect. The day of was perfection because after hearing our vision for our event Kameron selected vendors from her contact list (only an initial couple so we wouldn't be overwhelmed) who she knew would be a good match. From there she arranged multiple personal meetings with each vendor so that everyone knew the details of our big day. Kameron was there for initial meetings to help us communicate our ideas and brainstorm cost-saving or artistic choices. After that, she did not impose her presence unless we asked for her assistance. However, she did take a no-nonsense attitude when it came down to making tough decisions. She seemed to know when a vendor wasn't perfect for us and took a professional approach to saying "no thank you" when we were afraid to. Furthermore, many of the big players of the day we chose ourselves - the caterer, photographer, videographer, choir for ceremony, and reception band. We were further impressed by Kameron's professional approach in her communication and planning with these vendors - some of which she had not worked with personally before. She was not intimidated by working with these new vendors or by the fact that we had wanted to do the research and selection of these elements on our own. Everything with each vendor was well-planned and executed seamlessly.

    A story from our wedding day exemplifies all that we have summarized above. We got up, we got ready, we were on schedule … Ten minutes before we were to leave the hotel to go to the wedding site it was discovered that the refrigerator holding the flowers had a small leak. The small leak had ruined the boutonniere for the father of the bride. You would think that panic ensued. But no - one of Kameron's staff was there. She immediately identified the problem and called Kameron. Kameron, who had seen all of the flowers delivered earlier that day knew exactly what we needed. By the time we arrived to the wedding site a replacement had been ordered, handmade, picked up, and pinned to the father of the bride. Wow! Only we knew what had happened because the replacement matched the original so perfectly. We were impressed that Kameron could deal with this potential crisis in a timely and calm manner. Not only that, but it was obvious that she had planned ahead so that she knew local vendors who could aid her with last-minute situations. Wow! This ended up being a story, not a crisis, not a stressful event, just a story. And seriously, it was the only minor glitch in the entire day. Amazing! The rest of our day was better than we had planned for or even dreamed of. We were able to truly enjoy every element because we never had to think of any details, we were in Kameron's capable hands and we trusted her completely. She never let us down.

    Kameron is a wonderfully talented, thoughtful, and thorough individual. Not only were we impressed with Kameron's qualifications, but we heard many compliments about her from our friends and family.

    Linda was fantastic in every way, our day wouldn't have been the same without her. Her advice, knowledge, and calming influence was truly priceless. We received the most amazing compliments about our wedding. Everyone tells us how impeccable the attention to detail was and how perfectly orchestrated the day went. My husband and I, as well as our families, were able to enjoy every moment of the day, because Linda had everything under control at all times. I often hear brides say that their day went by so fast and that they were burdened with dynamics during their reception. I am glad to say this was not the case for us. Linda's expertise allowed us to soak up every moment and not worry about a thing! Do yourself a favor and hire Linda right away!

    I cannot say enough wonderful things about Linda S. at Afflair Events. She was a HUGE factor in the success of my wedding day and the months leading up to it. I understand that my review is a bit older but there is a reason. She just recently went out on her own after being in the business for so many years. I believe in Linda and her amazing skills so much I want everyone to know just how wonderful, professional and educated she is. Not only was I relaxed and calm on my wedding day, but so was my entire family. Linda handled EVERYTHING from negotiating my contracts with other vendors, to helping me get dressed, to setting up my event and even keeping the photographer on time. I don't know what brides do who do not have wedding planners...she is absolutely amazing. Nothing phases Linda, there isn't anything she hasn't seen in her 15 plus years in the wedding business and she handles every situation with ease and poise. A true professional.

    Linda was absolutely wonderful! My husband and I are still amazed at how perfect our entire wedding day went, even with the rain. We hired Linda only months before and somehow she found us the perfect venue referred us to amazing vendors, especially her suggesting a super fun DJ. We put our trust in Linda and it was the best thing we did other than pledge to marry each other.

    We planned to have an outdoor ceremony but shortly before the guests were scheduled to arrive, the sky opened up and it started to pour. Linda and her team took control of the situation and before we knew it the ceremony was set up inside. It actually ended up being so intimate with all of the candlelight and flowers they brought inside, making it look like we planned it that way. I think I actually liked it better then if we were to have done it outside. We were so grateful that Linda came up with a Plan B because it certainly came into good use.

    Linda is as sweet as she is professional. We appreciated everything she did for us from the day we hired her thru the months of planning up to our wedding day. Rain or shine, Linda shined in our books!

    Kameron McConnell is the epitome of what a wedding planner should be-the thread that sews all the wedding fabric together. At a wedding, everyone notices the wedding gown, but the thread which holds it together; giving it strength, form, and beauty, remains sight unseen. It all begins with the wedding design, the dream, then the person(s) to make it all come true. Kameron McConnell listened to our desires, offered solutions/suggestions, and most importantly, her experienced wisdom, provided support. She was responsive, professional at all times, and most importantly allowed the family to enjoy the events as guests knowing everything will be handled perfectly. She went far and above our expectations, to make the Rehearsal Dinner, the Wedding and Wedding Reception, and the Day After Wedding brunch into memories to last a lifetime. Kameron was not only our wedding planner, she became a trusted friend and will be part of many of our celebrations yet to be.

    Kameron is incredible. I 110% recommend her, you will not be disappointed.
    Initially we weren't even sure we were going to hire a wedding coordinator because they tell you everything is taken care of by the venue...but I honestly feel it was one of the best decisions I made going with Kameron. It was such a peace of mind knowing she was in charge and taking care of everything meticulously. Kameron made everything flow so flawlessly and everything look beautiful and just as I envisioned. Any event planning needs I have in the future I will be going to Kameron and I can't wait to work with her again.

    Kameron was absolutely incredible not only on the wedding day, but every bit leading up to it. The wedding turned out exactly how my husband and I were hoping, and I know that we couldn't have done it without her! Her recommendations for flowers, photographer, hair, makeup and transportation were wonderful, her timelines so precise and organized, and the little details that I would have missed or forgotten on my own, she remembered! Kameron kept everyone in line and helped the rehearsal run incredibly smoothly, and I breathed a sigh of relief when she arrived on the morning of the wedding - I knew everything was going to go smoothly, and it did! From making sure everything was organized at the reception site to giving my dress one last fluff before I walked down the aisle, from getting everyone in place for the introductions to helping me re-bustle my dress countless times throughout the night, Kameron and her wonderful assistants were always right where we needed them, going above and beyond (even if we didn't know it!)
    I thought I might want a wedding planner from day one, but definitely had moments where I questioned and thought, "maybe I could do this on my own... afterall, I'm enough of a detail-oriented person." But the truth is, I couldn't have (and wouldn't have wanted to have) done it without Kameron. There are so many things that people don't even realize go into planning a wedding, but she has it all figured out. And one of the other great things was that I really came to think of her not as a wedding planner, but as a friend. She was always there to vent to with my frustrations and help me put things in perspective by sharing her own experiences. I had fun brainstorming ideas with her and laughing at little things along the way. Kameron kept me stress free throughout the planning process and the actual wedding weekend, allowing me to really enjoy the entire process and event!

    My overall experience with these folks was top-notch. Due to some unforeseen circumstances, we were forced to practically re-plan our wedding from scratch in a short period of time, so the stress was unbelievable. But Kameron and her team were able to pull everything together. Everything was seamless! We couldn't have imagined better service! And our guests were just amazed; they're still talking about it! The whole night was just magical!!!

    Kameron McConnell from Afflair Events was a gem! From the very beginning with our vague ideas of what we wanted, Kameron was able to tease out for us the essence of our parties....we had a down-to-earth picnic wedding and an upscale formal reception which lasted all day. She was incredible! She met us in our home, brought us samples of what we could choose from and provided us with vendors who were reliable, professional and efficient. We are still (two months later) getting compliments on our wedding. WHEN we have another party, she will be the ONLY person we will need to call. Book her. You will not regret it. She is worth the investment to preserve your sanity and know that it will get done correctly.

    Kameron is amazing! We only used her for her "day of" services, but had I known how wonderful she was I would have used her services for everything. She is professional and very easily reachable for any and all issues or concerns that may arise. I know my wedding would not have been as smooth without her there. She also provided a lot of services before the big day that were invaluable, including wedding timelines and coordinating vendors; many small things I would never have thought to do!

    My now-husband and I wanted an intimate wedding of only close friends and family, so we were quite resistant to the idea of working with a wedding planner. But about 6 months before our wedding we realized it would be impossible anyone at the ceremony at the church to transport last-minute items to the reception, most importantly huge trays of homemade cookies. A friend recommended Afflairs, and Kameron set us up with Stephanie, who provided 4 hours of day-of set up. We are extremely pleased with our decision to work with Stephanie and Afflairs. Once we passed along our task list to Stephanie, we weren't pressured to add additional services, an approach we appreciated. Stephanie was extremely enthusiastic, detail-oriented, and responsive in the months leading up to the wedding. She also was flexible: I wasn't able to give her the total number of cookies until about 3 hours before the wedding, and Stephanie worked with the uncertainty. I met with Stephanie for only a few minutes in the midst of the reception, but she struck me as wonderful: courteous, eager to help, attentive without being pushy. Everything was set up as we had requested, and Stephanie even helped with a slight issue regarding the cake. The investment in day-of set up with a professional was worth the peace of mind. Thank you, Stephanie!

    We hosted an intimate family reception at our home. We contracted Linda to coordinate the entire event and to "herd" our families as necessary over the course of the event. The day went wonderfully and would not have without her help.
