Mukund and his team are truly a dream team!! They made our wedding day so memorable and completely stress free.
We booked their service for day-of coordination on the Wedding Day. From the first planning call to the day of the wedding, the entire Affinity Events team was kind, thoughtful, organized, and truly on top of every detail. After Mukund asked for our final vendors list during our call a few weeks prior and after we laid out how we wanted our day to be, he fully took care of the execution for the day of. He even accompanied us to our site visit and made sure every vendor’s question was answered, while tactfully advocating for our needs to the venue. It never felt like we were in this process alone.
When it came time for the big day, before I even got to the venue at 3:00 AM to get my hair and makeup done, Mukund, along with my Hair and Makeup Artist, were there ready to get the day started. In fact, the person that opened the door for me at the venue at 2:45 AM in a full suit was Mukund. He even called my sister an hour before to make sure we were all awake and on our way.
This spirit of making our day feel special trickled down to Mukund’s entire team. Shivani and Dhruv were assigned to us (the bride and groom) for the whole duration of the wedding. Shivani truly made sure I not only looked my best, but I also stayed hydrated and ate. She taught me how to hold my flower bouquet and walk down the aisle (you would think I would’ve thought about this before the morning of my wedding!), and she even remembered to grab the lip shade from my makeup artist to touch up. She walked around with a handy kit and made sure to fix my hair in-between pictures. For the groom, Dhruv ran around and saved the day on multiple occasions. When the Bride and Groom forgot a few props for their first-look photos, or when the Groom forgot his sunglasses before the Baraat, or when the Groom desperately needed hydration in the Baraat, Dhruv was the first on the scene, swiftly jumping into action before even being asked.
Even more impressive was just how seamless the event went, due to the tireless efforts of the Affinity Events team, often in the background. Shivani made sure to keep the Bride and Groom on schedule the whole day, from the first look, to family portraits, to the event itself - she was on top of every second. So on top of things that we were actually ahead of schedule the entire day, which we honestly did not even think was possible. But beyond the results themselves, never once did they make us feel rushed or stressed. If anything, they made the whole event more enjoyable for the bride, groom, and all others involved.
In the background, Mukund made sure that the vendors arrived on time to set up, that the vendors who needed to be paid in cash were made whole, that the vendors performed as promised, that food was served to all guests right on time (and stopped for when the Bride walked down), that all photo groups were lined up in the right order, and that all guests were accommodated for. There are so many other things that Mukund and his team did in the background that we do not even know about, but that we are sure made the day that much more seamless.
Overall, the team truly made sure all the details of our day were perfect. What amazed me the most was that you never really spotted the team in the scene of the wedding, but they were always working their hardest. Hands down, they were our quickest yes and our first booked vendor, and we would be just as fast to book them again if we had to do this all again. We could not recommend them enough. -

My husband and I hired Affinity Events as the Day Of Coordinators for our 2-day South Asian Hindu Wedding on July 4th and 5th, 2025, and I couldn't be happier that we did. Our team from Affinity consisted of Mukund, as the lead, with Mausmi and Dhruv. All three team members were excellent.
My husband and I worked with Mukund to ensure that they had all they would need to help us in the weeks leading up to the event. We felt that he was knowledgeable and we were confident that he would be able to help manage our vendors, as well as our 340 guests. When our big weekend arrived, we met the rest of our team and had an amazing experience. My husband and I each had an attendant. We really appreciated having help when getting ready and how they made sure that we stayed on schedule. I appreciated how they helped me with anything and everything, from understanding tradition (I'm Puerto Rican, hubby is Indian) to fixing my earrings. From helping with vendor communication to keeping guests out of the ballroom before it's open, they handled it all.
I'm so happy we decided to trust Affinity Events to help run our special days. If we ever have an event of this magnitude, it would be a no-brainer to hire them again. Affinity Events, thank you for your contribution to our event! -
