Adventure Photos and their photographers were amazing! They were not only masters behind their cameras but also true professionals. They arrived on time, maintained a friendly and approachable demeanor, and made us feel at ease throughout all our wedding photo shoots. Ivan Castelan helped us relax and made us laugh and feel comfortable, so our genuine happiness showed through in the pictures. We both do not love having our photos taken, but during our photo shoots, the photographers were able to capture so many special moments, and we are happy with ALL the photos that we received!! Our friends and family were also impressed with how professional the photography team was. We would highly recommend Adventure Photos! -

I had a photographer,photo booth, morning photo shoot and videographer for 5k USD and it was well worth it. Video came out better than imagined and photos still came out very vibrant for the rainy weather conditions. I am recommending for anyone that is getting married in Cancun to use them. They were very nice and professional. Everything was delivered faster than their promised time too so that was another plus! -

I'll be honest, my expectations of Adventure Photos were not very high. All the forums advise to seek out an independent photographer from outside the resort, but that wasn't in our budget. I was ok with standard wedding posing and shots as long as we had a wedding album. Boy did we luck out! We had a consultation meeting and were assigned Ana Lozano the head photographer at Now Sapphire. Ana was a sweetheart and has a great eye. She made us feel comfortable and was easy going. Ana captured some amazing moments and the final photo book was great quality. Not once did we feel like we sacrificed on our photos. -

The photos came out amazing! I was a little reluctant to hire a photographer for our wedding as I was afraid I wouldn't get the quality I would be paying for. BUT I'm so glad I paid that extra money! Well worth it! -

Our photographer, Dani, went above and beyond on our wedding day. She took great photos that were even better than what we could have hoped for. After the wedding, she worked hard to go through them all and get the files ready for us very quickly. Dani is a super talented photographer. We were very impressed and would recommend Adventure Photos to anyone! -

Blown away by our Photographer
Honestly, I can’t even put into words how amazing our photographer was. Emmanuel from Now Jade captured our wedding day so perfectly. I can now look back on my photos and relive those moments forever. If you plan a wedding at Now Jade Riviera Cancun, use Adventure Photos. They won’t disappoint and their prices are so reasonable! -

We had the most amazing experience with Adventure Photos! We got married at Now Sapphire last month and our photographer Ana Lozano captured the most beautiful and fun moments! I am not a big fan of posed photos, so I worked with Ana to get the classic must have couple, family and bridal party poses, but then incorporate more fun candid shots. We also asked her to just capture everyone having fun during the wedding, and the results were unbelievable. You could see the joy and fun in all of the photos! We loved all our pictures so much we ended up upgrading the package to buy them all! -

We had 50 photos & 1 hour video service with Adventure photos included in our wedding package at a Dreams hotel in Mexico June 2024. We looked into upgrading to additional photos however found that the costs were incredibly expensive compared to external vendors, and also limited. They had a cap on # of photos to 50 per hour, where others did not have any limit and had more competitive pricing. We used our package that was included for the rehearsal dinner and decided instead to have some family photos taken on the beach with grandparents, parents, etc. The session itself was quite basic, no real special poses or anything, and the end result was disappointing. I am not sure if it was because we decided not to upgrade our package and we brought in an external vendor instead for our wedding, but I did not feel like there was anything special done with our pictures or video, and it was very generic. The colours were muted and in many pictures it was like the photographer didn't even make an effort to get a good shot. Many had different peoples eyes closed or hair flying in their face, etc. We did our best to pick the '50' of what we received, but it was disappointing to say the least. I was extremely glad that I hired someone else external for the actual wedding, based on reviews on wedding wire, as they provided a high-quality professional service (Pink Balance Weddings). I would recommend to anyone to look at external vendors which provide better options and more tailored photos and video, and put in the effort to create beautiful memories. Adventure photos was a disappointment. -

Waste of money
Horrible service!! It took several emails to get our pictures back. We paid extra for drone services because we wanted to re create a specific scene. When our photos did come back, that specific scene was not included and the rest of the pictures were not edited. Wait staff and shadows in background. People were not staged. No pictures from reception. Our wedding video came back with someone else's music. There was no color correction in video or pictures. We contacted the resort, with no response. We also contacted Adventure Photos and they said theres nothing they can do because we already received the service. We paid full price for 10%service. Customer service was rude, staff at Adventure Photos were rude. Would not recommend!! Photos are nothing like website advertised. Attached is just one photo of poor editing. You can see the wait staff in background that could have easily been edited out but was not. The other is the only picture of our wedding cake. Yes there is a topper on it but he used poor lighting. We also had sparklers used during first dance but he didn't use slow resolution so they didn't turn out at all -
