    Parents 50th anniversary

    Everything was perfect! The car was gorgeous and the driver Dave was awesome! They were in time and was a great company to work with :) my parents loved the white Rolls Royce.

    Such a clean limo!

    Advantage limo was on time, very clean, and the driver was great!! Couldn’t have asked for anything more for our wedding. Prices very reasonable as well! We used them for our wedding party as well as for transporting guests to and from the hotel to the venue

    Best Value & Best Service for a winter wedding!

    Dave and his team at Advantage Limo are simply the best. If you are looking for the most affordable and reliable limo service in the Buffalo area, look no further than Advantage! We hired three limos in total (regular stretch, 28 -passenger bus and Mercedes sprinter) and each driver was very kind and very helpful. They even helped carry me (the bride) out of the limo in the snow so I wouldn't get my dress wet or dirty before my ceremony! Thank you to everyone at Advantage for making my day perfect!

    We booked our 1950's Rolls Royce through Advantage Limousine, and they were fantastic! Our driver, Tony, was so professional, prompt, and helpful. The car was beautiful and really added to our whole wedding experience!! I'm so happy we booked with them!

    Advantage Limousine Service provided professional service at a fair price. David was readily available by phone to answer questions and help with arranging details. Prices were reasonable, and as cash only is paid to the driver directly the day of the even, we found our driver to be honest and fair when our time ran somewhat over the contracted time.

    My hub and I were driven by Paul at Advantage in the classic Rolls Royce Silver Cloud, and it was great! Paul was very nice and professional, and was even careful about my dress getting in and out of the limo. The car was stunning, and turned quite a few heads on the trip up Elmwood. They were easy to work with, and we were very happy with our choice.

    We reserved the Rolls Royce for our wedding as per my husband's request. The car was very nicely maintained, although our driving was veering in and out of lanes a little bit throughout the evening. They arrived as scheduled, the customer service was good the night of the wedding, and the cost was pretty good (I would imagine) for the services that we requested. It was a very unique touch that made our night extra special. The owner generally took a few days to a week to get back to me when I called, and would not take reservations until the beginning of that calendar year. Would recommend.

    Advantage Limousine provided exceptional service on our wedding day. We reserved a 21 person limo for our bridal party and a shuttle bus for our guests. Our day involved a lot of driving, as our venue was located in Varysburg, NY at Hidden Valley Animal Adventure, about a 45 minute drive from Buffalo. All trips were made successfully, without any problems. The limos were all in clean condition and ready to be used. They arrived on time for all events (picking up guys, picking up girls, leaving church, arriving at venue, and getting all guests to and from hotel in East Aurora). The day before, they let us bring drinks and ice which they loaded onto our limo for the day of the wedding - this saved time and stress on wedding day. Our limo driver Paul, was extremely thoughtful, accommodating, and went above and beyond for us. Before the guys left for church, he double checked with the best man that he had the rings, marriage license, and asked if they needed to make any stops. He also offered to run to the store for them for any last minute necessities. When he picked up the girls, he was helping us all on the limo, helped carry my dress, and even sat with me in the back of the limo while I waited to walk into the church after everyone else had left the limo. The only thing that I would agree with that other reviewers noted is the company can be hard to get in touch with. However, this still wouldn't stop me from recommending them and their services to anyone looking for a limo and shuttle service!

    Advantage seemed a little disorganized from my phone calls and emails, but the prices were incredibly reasonable and they were wonderful the day of. Our driver was amazing, patiently going along with our very scattershot plans. the limo was clean, new and comfortable. It was a traditional stretch limo but had three doors, one at the front and two in the back which made it much easier to get in and out.

    We booked with Advanced last year. It was difficult at times getting a hold of the owner to conform information. On the wedding day our driver was great. He had a great sense of humor and was very helpful with me getting in and out of the limo.

    Below Average

    Our limo driver was great and she was the only positive experience with Advantage Limousine. The owner was terrible to communicate with and was very unprofessional. They did not make it easy on us.

    Extremely Disappointing

    Would not recommend. It was a 90 degree day and the limo “air conditioning” wasn't working properly. We were sweating so bad. There were also duct taped seats, a duct taped pole and other questionable things. A part of the bus had water or something leaking out of it onto us. The morning of the wedding, they called 3 times as I was getting my makeup done asking where to pick us up after talking to them multiple times previously. Also the limo driver asked the bride “ who is gonna tip me “ as we arrived at the reception. We had called to talk to them about the problem with the air and they argued that the air was fine. Not happy with the service or limo that we received for such a special day.

    Disappointed

    Our daughter "dreamed" of being driven to her wedding in a white rolls. Her father and I wanted her dream to come true. Arrangements for the car to pick up and drop off her grandmother to the church before picking up the bride/her father were made providing no less than 5 stores/malls/streets to assist the driver in the pick up. I had the drivers name and number-called an hour before pick up time to confirm-no answer, called 10 minutes after the pick up time-they were in another city 20 minutes from grandmas location!....There would not be time to pick up gramma, drop to church, pick up bride/father and get them to the church on time.... To say the least, the last minute stress and telephone calls to get gramma to the church was absolutely crazy and was a significant "ask" for the family members who had to go out of their way to pick her up. So we paid a significant amount of money to primarily drive the bride/father to the church and have some photos with a rolls....

    We really thought this was going to run smoothly, multiple calls/text messages to ensure this prior to the event. All we received was the message "Wish I could drive all cars!! Talked to him he's aware of the situation. So sorry, I'll check in with him soon" However, they never checked in with us again. Would not recommend this limo service, I thought we'd receive at least a follow-up within two days of the event. Nothing!! Just take the money and run. So disappointed.

    Theft of goods

    Had my purse stolen by driver Alyssa whom disappeared for 30 minutes on my wedding day 8/20/22 & now their giving me the run around so I'll see them in court.

    Horrible, don't waste your money.

    If you're looking for a decent limo service, this isn't it. I was in a wedding party this summer and the limo's air conditioning was out -- something that could have been checked ahead of time -- and this was on the hottest day last summer. What's more, when we confronted the driver about it, he assured us the compressor would kick over once we got moving. It didn't. The driver also locked the windows on us a few times so we couldn't roll all 2 of them down and started to ignore us. Every last groomsman sweat through his tux and every bridesmaid's makeup got ruin. Simply put, we endured a 3-hour ride in hell, and there was not even so much as an apology.

    I had an awful time with this company. I booked them back in March(date on our back and forth emails) , gave my card info over phone and was told I’d be getting paperwork in the mail shortly. I finally got ahold of Dave after a month of trying to randomly call, leaving messages and emailing in April through May time, because I never received the paperwork. He had no info(name,phone#,address)or my reservation down for my date. He never took my deposit, blamed it on some girl that no longer works there. I offered to stop in to fill out paperwork since I was in town at the time but he said no, I’ll just send it. Waited....waited....Eventually Got ahold of him again. At this point we were almost two to three weeks from my wedding date. Finally got the paperwork, I priority mailed it back. Which I then was suppose to receive a call(per Dave) to finalize things. I had my stepdad call in the meantime to make final payment, Dave couldn’t take info because he wasn’t at office. Stepdad called several times after that, finally got ahold of Dave. The week of the wedding, I called Dave again because I still hadn’t heard anything from him, I got him on the phone that time but Dave said he was going to call me at 5 pm that day, to “finalize things”. Never did. My daughter ended up grabbing my phone and calling him a few times by accident, he Finally texted me we were all set and he would text me drivers Info. Day of my wedding, I had to text him to get drivers info, which he didn’t even have my contact info saved still and asked who I was�, limo came with the air conditioning barely working, on a 90 degree day. We were all so overheated and feeling sick. I basically texted Dave this was ridiculous trying to work with their company, & then to have the limo with barely working air conditioning. Dave told us he was going to call for a refund Monday July 2nd. It is now July 14th. And no response. Shocker. I’m not the only one this happened to, unfortunately.

    What a TERRIBLE experience. Our limo was somewhat early to arrive at my house, but the quality of the limo was horrible. There were fruit flies flying all over the place in the limo. I made a comment to the driver after we were dropped off and church and he goes, yeah I know. So you know but still brought that disgusting limo with bugs flying all over for our wedding?! Secondly, things were dirty, broken, and it just felt like you were in a scummy limo, definitely not elegant. The driver was ok for the girls, but was stopping super hard and fast when he had the guys in the back. Unfortunately, rain ruined our photo plans so we just had him drop us off at the reception early. Then he had the nerve to come in and ask if his tip was included. He only drove us for not even 2 hours!!
    Overall an awful experience and I DEFINITELY do not recommend this company. I'm highly dissatisfied with their service and limo quality.
