Excellent customer service!

I booked the 24-person bus for my daughter’s homecoming. Advantage was very accommodating and flexible with the schedule. The driver, John, was wonderful and came back after dropping the kids off at the dance and gave my younger kids a ride around the neighborhood in the limo
Bus. It was a special night they’ll all remember! The bus was very clean, comfortable and affordable. I’d highly recommend!

Classic Rolls Royce for Wedding

We had reserved the classic 1960 Rolls Royce for our wedding and couldn't be happier with the results. The car looks incredible both in person and in our wedding photos. We were each picked up and driven to the church, followed by to the photos location, and finally to the reception. I think the price was very fair and scheduling was easy and flexible, and service was very good and on-time. Advantage Limo and the Rolls Royce played a significant role on our special day and overall, it couldn't have gone any better. I would definitely recommend Advantage Limo for your event.

Outstanding

Our driver Anthony was very patient and fun to talk to while driving us around for photos. The Rolls Royce we rented was impeccable and so beautiful in photos. They were very responsive and flexible with us.

We ended up needing a limo 2 two weeks before our wedding because our other transportation fell through and really appreciated their ability to accommodate our need! They were easy to work with, the limo was good quality, and the limo driver was friendly and kind. Thanks so much!!!

HOLY SMOKES! This place is amazing. Not only did we get a fantastic deal on the limo, our driver was AMAZING! He was so much fun. He helped us take our pictures, he made sure that my dress laid just right before walking down the aisle, he was hilarious and just made sure that we had a good time. I will be doing business with this vendor if I ever need a limo again. They were the best ever.

We used Advantage Limo for our day of transportation for the wedding day. We were very pleased with our driver who arrived and departed on time, was very polite, patient, and helpful (especially getting me in and out of the limo with my difficult dress!).

The limo arrived on time, and it was much larger than I expected. We had 20 people in our wedding party, and we could have easily fit a couple more in! The driver was very nice, and we had a lot of fun! Everything was great!

We had a slightly raining day for our wedding and our driver was sure to have the umbrella over my head and was there for us with water when right after the ceremony! He was accommodating and the car was beautiful!

The limo worked out perfectly; on time and courteous. As we were ready to finish with the limo for the night and get into the reception, the last thing we thought about was cleaning up the limo but he told us not to worry about a thing. Such a great feeling and relief! I would recommend them to anyone!

We recently booked a limo bus for our wedding day with Advantage Limo. We were so impressed with the vehicle we were provided with. Our driver was also excellent. Their services helped our day to go smoothly. I would highly recommend Advantage Limo!

We didn't have a large wedding party, so reserving a limo for the entire day wasn't necessary for us. Advantage Limo made it easy for us to reserve a car (1935 Rolls Royce Silver Cloud) that would pick us up from our hotel and take us to our ceremony, then pick us up from the reception and return us to the hotel, without charging us for all of the time in between. Their pricing was reasonable, the car was beautiful, and the drivers were friendly and pleasant. One warning: it can be very difficult to get in touch with the owner of the company. When attempting to make our final payment, we played phone tag for four days before actually speaking with him in person.

Great limo service! My husband and I were very impressed at the quality of the Limo. The limo exceeded our expectations. It was on time and drove to the correct locations. It was raining on our wedding and they went above and beyond to help myself plus all of the bridesmaids by holding huge umbrellas to protect our dresses. The only negative was that sometimes, they were difficult to get a hold of. We would send an email or call and it would take them a very long time to get back to us. I am so thankful that they helped me and I am very glad we picked this vendor!

We used ALS for our Wedding recently and were kind of disappointed.. The limo was in poor shape, kind of dirty.. The glass holders definitely had not been cleaned. They were dusty and sticky. The one seat was held together by black tape. When I went to get into the limo the first time the driver didn't even help me or give me a hand he just stood there and said hello? I was the bride! Our contract said the tip was included, then the day before they said it wasn't. The driver got us to where we wanted to go in a timely manner. But I wasn't impressed and would suggest choosing a different service for your big day.

What a TERRIBLE experience. Our limo was somewhat early to arrive at my house, but the quality of the limo was horrible. There were fruit flies flying all over the place in the limo. I made a comment to the driver after we were dropped off and church and he goes, yeah I know. So you know but still brought that disgusting limo with bugs flying all over for our wedding?! Secondly, things were dirty, broken, and it just felt like you were in a scummy limo, definitely not elegant. The driver was ok for the girls, but was stopping super hard and fast when he had the guys in the back. Unfortunately, rain ruined our photo plans so we just had him drop us off at the reception early. Then he had the nerve to come in and ask if his tip was included. He only drove us for not even 2 hours!!
Overall an awful experience and I DEFINITELY do not recommend this company. I'm highly dissatisfied with their service and limo quality.

When the limo showed up to pick up the bridal party, it reeked. I felt bad for putting my bridesmaids in short dresses and having their legs touch the seats. The whole thing needed to be Lysol-ed. Our driver was so preoccupied with when we would get his tip - he asked several groomsmen who would be taking care of his gratuity until he finally found the best man. And this was while we were still at the church! Our best man told him to relax and that he would settle up with him later in the day. Our best man gave him his tip as we were on our way to our reception venue from taking pictures. We paid $825 for 4 hours of service and tipped him $150 cash. He had the nerve to go up to our best man and tell him that gratuity should be 20%!! Our best man was shocked... was this guy really complaining about $15?! Not to mention the fact that gratuity is based on a level of service... and we were not that impressed with him or the smell of our limo. Our best man did not tell us about his interaction with the limo driver until the next day, but if I had known that day, he would have received a $50 tip instead! Save yourself the hassel and go with S & S. I've heard they are great and worth the steeper price! I'm definitely wishing I did!

Hotter than HE.L.L

We booked with Advantage Limousine for our wedding. The 10 passenger bus was the right size for our wedding party. The owner, Dave, was reasonably responsive. The bad, his driver would not run the air conditioning in the van for the bridal party while stopped. He was afraid the bus would overheat. So the bridal party baked in 80 plus degree heat. Can you say angry bride? Also, I clean my own car better than this bus. I’ve contacted with better. Think twice people.
