    Amazing and lifesavers

    I called on very short notice needing an appointment ASAP as I accidentally ruined my dress less than 2 months before my wedding and not only did they squeeze me in on a Sunday but the whole staff was amazing from start to finish. They had dresses my size and price range ready for me when I came in and then had the best patience and attitudes as I walked through the whole store looking for as many options as I can find as I’m so indecisive. Tiffany was my stylist and was so sweet and even though I was in tears half the time due to my situation, she made me feel totally sane and cared for. I left with the most beautiful dress and little goodies which was a nice surprise! Would 100% buy from them again!!

    We ordered bridesmaid dresses and they measured us which was pointless because we all still had pay to get them altered. Please beware of Jade Rymer whom Admiring Glances referred me to. She did horrible on my ball gown wedding dress. She charged way to much $430 for 2 dresses. She doesnt have the equipment to even cut a dress straight. It look like some cut off blue jeans. Not a straight line in sight. She patched it with some lace off of a book she found. Not to mention she had it a month and half. She is not a professional. Regina's in Geneva, AL fixed her mistakes and did 3 bridesmaid dresses plus my wedding dress for $120! Hope this helps others out.

    Horrible!

    WORST EXPERIENCE I’VE EVER HAD!!!! Diane and Shelby tried to add $400 to the dress we wanted to purchase. The dress was a discontinued dress that could not be ordered. It was the last one and had snags on the tool which I would have to have fixed and it had several rhinestones missing in the front. (Which made sense why the dress had been so heavily discounted.) I wish this hadn’t been the dress we wanted!! :( Shelby ripped the “yellow discounted tag” off after we walked into the dressing room. After we wanted to buy the dress the price changed to $400 more!! The ol’ bait and switch!!! She pulled the, “I don’t know the price, I need to call my boss. It won’t let me calculate the discount in the computer.” She also pretended to look everywhere for the yellow tag. I requested several times to speak with the owner because this was very disheartening, but the manager Diane laughed and said Sue (the owner) would not be calling me. I wanted to speak with Sue before taking this online. The dress we wanted to purchase was also posted on their social media a few times in the last year for a lot less. Diane insulted me several times and said she did not care if I wrote a review. So here I am writing this to warn any brides that are looking for the perfect dress, these people are awful! Take your business elsewhere!! We have three other girls to dress for the wedding so they made a big mistake treating us so badly.
