Exceeded Expectations

Working with Adam and his team was absolutely amazing. We were absolutely blown away but the body of work he put together for us. It captured us, our wedding and our guests so perfectly. We are so grateful to have the best day of our life documented in this way.

Amazing videographer!

Adam and his wife were our videographers for our wedding and we had such a great experience w them. They were on time, professional but not stuffy, friendly and helpful. Communicating w Adam prior to the event was smooth and timely, he worked w us and gave us all the options and explained how everything would work. We felt like we were in good hands, and we were! We got our video back so quickly and when we watched it we were just blown away. Definitely one of the most special things we have from our wedding. Highly recommend!

Simply the Best

The quality of output Adam creates is simply the best! He takes all the video footage from the wedding and tells a beautiful story that is seamless. He arrived early which is a big deal to me because most photographers/videographers are late. We had him film the rehearsal dinner which was priceless! I'm so glad we paid the extra money to include the rehearsal dinner, it's worth every penny. Thank you Adam!

We can't get enough of our video!

Adam and his team were prompt, incredibly understanding (we had to postpone twice due to COVID-19) and delivered an absolutely wonderful wedding highlight video. We were brought to tears by our video and are so thankful for the way he wove our story, loved ones, and wedding details into our video. Thank you for everything, Adam!

Great Choice!

We think that hiring Adam to take video of our wedding was a great decision! We hired him on a recommendation from our photographer, Amanda Pomilla, and it was a great idea to have those two teams working together when they clearly had a great time doing so. Another great compliment for Adam was that once we introduced ourselves and did some establishing shots...we didn't notice him for much of the rest of the day. He was always in the background, getting awesome footage. We know that he went to great lengths to get some very specific and detailed shots. And he was lovely. Thanks, Adam!

Hiring Adam to video our wedding was one of the best decisions we’ve ever made. My husband and I chose to have a very small wedding at a private compound in the Dominican Republic. When I reached out to Adam, he was super quick to respond and so agreeable to travel... after talking to him on the phone and going through everything I instantly felt so at ease. When I finally met Adam and Austin the afternoon before my wedding, I was thrilled. They are the most awesome, laid back, talented videographers ever. They coordinated all shots with my photographer and made my day so easy and carefree. 100% unbelievably grateful Adam was able to caption our wedding weekend in such a special way. The best!!!!

Very talented and knowledgable!

Adam is a very talented filmmaker who will make sure your day is captured in the highest quality possible. He's very knowledgable and I'd recommend him to anyone needing a videographer in the Texas area. As a wedding videographer myself who focuses more on highlight/ceremony videos, I find it very impressive the type of documentary edits that he creates. It's a great way to remember your wedding day for years to come- I highly recommend and endorse Adam Gumbo Films.

When he was shooting, you didn't even notice him as he was really good about blending in the background. Working with him was so pleasant. He is easygoing, and knows exactly what to do. We just filled out his questionnaire and he took care of everything else. For us, we were really serious about getting the best photo and video for our wedding. Adam was worth every penny and i would HIGHLY recommend him. I knew he would be awesome, because he shot my brother's wedding. But I had no idea he was going to deliver such a breathtaking piece of work for our day!

Adam was worth every penny. He was so easy to work with, put every one at ease, and captured our day so perfectly. The shots, the music, the editing; everything came together so well! Adam videoed our wedding, but not just the wedding itself. We had a unique wedding as we got married at DisneyWorld, so for our guests we had 4 days of park experiences incorporated. Not only did we get filming during our ceremony and reception, but only a professional of his caliber would be able to go to a park and resist the temptation to give into rides and join in the fun. He kept his focus on our party and fun to get the best footage ever. Not only that, he gave us 4 go pros to take with us on the other days too! He really is the most talented and professional individual we could think of for any of your videography needs and our high def video he edited is so amazing, we continue to watch it 2 years later and show people. He and his team really are the most amazing!!

Adam did our wedding video at Camp Lucy in Dripping Springs. I was on the fence about hiring a videographer due to last minute budget ideas. I finally saw his work and knew we had to hire him. He spent all day filming with the drone and his assistants. He sent us a teaser the next day! It was great getting to see the highlight video because he captured so much that we missed while eating or taking pictures. I have had several friends ask for his information based of our wedding video. He was great!

What a wonderful all around vendor. We love ADAM. Very down to earth, laid back but very professional, meets all of your wants and needs and captures beauty and such detail of your wedding. We couldnt imagine what we would have done without someone capturing all the things my husband and i didnt see throughout our wedding day. I wanted to share what a wonderful experience we had with Adam Grumbo! My husband and I are both working professionals in the film industry in Los Angeles, so our expectations for our wedding videographer were very high! We decided on Adam because his work was very creative, yet clean at the same time. On the day of, Adam could not have been more helpful or professional! He arrived at our venue before our coordinators (!) to set up shots and prep. I loved working with Adam because he is so friendly and easy-going. He worked really well with my photographer and other vendors, as well. I think one of the greatest things was how little he interfered or made himself noticeable during our ceremony and reception. It was almost like he wasn't even there, and my husband and I and our guests could really relax and enjoy ourselves while we celebrated. When we received the footage, I was completely blown away. It is gorgeous!! There are so many amazing moments that he captured - And, I didn't even know he was there! He also provided such a wide and interesting variety of footage. My husband is a film editor, and he wanted to make our wedding video himself. Adam was so great in working with us to achieve this. I can't wait to see what my husband creates, and we are so lucky to have worked with Adam. He's talented, professional and just such a nice person!

He worked really well with my photographer and other vendors, as well. I think one of the greatest things was how little he interfered or made himself noticeable during our ceremony and reception. It was almost like he wasn't even there, and my husband and I and our guests could really relax and enjoy ourselves while we celebrated. When we received the footage, I was completely blown away. It is gorgeous!! There are so many amazing moments that he captured - And, I didn't even know he was there! He also provided such a wide and interesting variety of footage. My husband is a film editor, and he wanted to make our wedding video himself. Adam was so great in working with us to achieve this. I can't wait to see what my husband creates, and we are so lucky to have worked with Adam. He's talented, professional and just such a nice person!

As soon as we got engaged, we set a date and hired Adam -- in that order. The most important thing to us was to have someone capture our day in a way that we would want to look back on it over and over again. We kept hearing how quickly the day goes so we knew we had to find someone with a talent for telling a couple's story and highlighting all the excitement and emotions of the day.

When we saw Adam's films on his website, we knew he was the guy we wanted to work with. After having a meeting with him and going over what all he includes in his packages -- a FULL DAY of coverage and a 2 hour documentary edit of the day -- we were sold!

Working with Adam on the day of the wedding was so easy. He showed up while my bridesmaids and I were getting ready to get a few shots of all of the nervous anticipation. Then, he headed over to Barr Mansion to get some shots of the venue and catch up with the guys as they were getting ready.

We hardly noticed Adam and his assistant videographer at all. They had cameras set up all over the venue catching so many fun moments and details we never would have noticed. Our ceremony was captured beautifully from all different angles and the sound during the ceremony and the speeches came through flawlessly on the finished product. It even rained during our reception, but the cameras he had set up outside were weather-proofed and still caught some great time lapses.

Not even a month after our wedding, Adam posted our preview online. It was more beautiful than we could have imagined and we have watched it over and over again. It was so nice to have a little snippet of the day to look back on so soon after the wedding.

About 3 months later we received the full-length version DVDs, Blu-Rays and flash drive copies in the mail. Our 15 minute video is GORGEOUS. We have probably watched it a least 15 times since we got it 2 months ago and we will definitely continue to watch it for the rest of our lives!
