  Great experience!

  Drayton and his team were great to work with. We used 5 of his vehicles and all of them were clean with courteous drivers who knew their way around Charleston. All of our emails were answered promptly and all vehicles were on time for our wedding. Definitely recommend!

  Very easy to work with and the transportation for our wedding night worked out great! We had two large white school buses shuttle guests from our hotel to the venue and back at the end of the night and they were on time and everyone was where they needed to be with no issues at all! We also got a getaway car (a vintage rolls royce) for our wedding night to take us from the venue to our hotel and it was wonderful! They showed up early and the car was great with a bottle of champagne for us! The driver was very nice and the drive was great! No complaints, would definitely recommend them!

  ACW Limo service was awesome. We hired them for a bridal luncheon as well as our wedding transportation and both events were excellent. They were one time, the vehicles we used were in excellent condition and they were very easy to communicate with. We used a charter bus/coach bus for the bridal luncheon, three charter/coach buses for wedding guest transportation, a trolley for the wedding party, and a vintage Rolls Royce for our getaway car at the end of the reception. All drivers and vehicles were awesome! ACW was reliable, professional, and great to work with. We're so glad we hired them for our wedding weekend transportation needs!

  My husband and I booked ACW Limo only about a month out from our wedding. David was wonderful to work with and made sure that everything was setup for our big day. We booked the Rolls Royce for our getaway car, and we are so happy we did! The driver was wonderful and it was nice to have a bit of alone time with my husband before heading back to the hotel. If you are thinking about booking ACW Limo for your transportation/getaway car services, do it! I would recommend them to anyone!!!

  We rented the Rolls Royce for our getaway car and it was phenomenal! Everyone was very impressed and it was such a treat to be able to jump in after a long night and enjoy the ride. The driver was so pleasant and gave us our privacy at the same time. Dave was very easy to work with and made everything very easy. I'd definitely recommend booking with them!

  We rented a limo for a night from 730 to 1 am.   David and his team were amazing. We used them for 4 buses to transport up to 200 guests to/from the wedding as well as our getaway car. I was impressed by the value they offered relative to their competitors - they offer a pick-up / drop-off service at a rate that was suitable to our budget. As our day solidified in the months leading up to the wedding, we made quite a few changes and they were very flexible with the details. They even were able to upgrade us last minute, based on availability, and were wonderful in communicating those changes to us. Although I didn't interact with the bus drivers transporting the guests, the wedding planner said everything was perfect. Our getaway driver was on time and very courteous. It was important to us to take care of the transportation, so that our guests could enjoy themselves with one less thing to worry about; ACW Transportation was wonderful, taking care of it as well as we could have hoped.

  I decided late I wanted transportation for our wedding party. I contacted ACW Limo within 2 weeks of our wedding, and they were able to provide us with transportation for our wedding party to and from the wedding and reception. Exactly what we needed and the drivers were so kind! They have all kinds of fun options for party buses and fancy cars. And the fact they were able to accommodate our needs so quickly, amazing!!

  We rented the Vintage Rolls-Royce for our wedding! Our only complaint is that we thought the driver could have been much friendlier/enthusiastic. Of course we were over the moon with excitement that we just got married and he seemed like he was ready to get home. We did pay him extra to drop us off at another spot not planned and still not very enthusiastic. As far as professionalism and responsiveness we had no issues! Everyone loved the car and it was such a great touch to our wedding day and pictures!

  We were looking for tan tux/suits for our ceremony and this is one of two places in teh Charleston area that provide this service. The suits looked nice and the staff was friendly.
  Unfortunately, when the gentlemen went to pick-up the suits it was as if the sizes were never called in... suits and shoes were not even close to the measurements sent. The owner did make it right, getting everything in to the shop by the day of the event- although the experience was little nerve wreaking.
  Everything looking very nice at the event but the guys complained that the suits were not of good quality and upon close examination, seam marks and various other quality issues could be seen. Again, at the event, the guys looked very sharp.
  The Black Tie was convienent to our location and friendly, but be sure to check everything out and allow plenty of time for adjustments.

  BEWARE! Charged additionally afterwards and quit responding.

  Booking with ACW Transport was all very pleasant and easy. The person we had contact with, Drayton, would answer promptly and all seemed smooth. Come the day of all went well so as it seemed, a little confusion as far as where the transportation was going and how many times (runs, capacity of the trolley vs. guests) causing things to run late (strange as this was clarified two runs beforehand). Also, after the reception, we found out that the trolley driver got lost when dropping guests off after, eventually one of the guest had to use personal phone and google maps to help driver, therefore extra time was used. Again, the exact pick-up and drop-off were confirmed beforehand. A week later we all of a sudden received an extra charge on our card and when trying to contact ACW about this charge have not been able to have a full conversation or explanation. The only explanation given so far is that the trolley was used 1.5h longer as the contract states… but when inquiring further have not received any reply. The strange thing is, is that all guest where at the drop-off location within the end-time of contract and therefore an explanation is the least they can do. It has been extremely frustrating especially when they were so prompt at answering before and now that we are asking questions about an additional charge cannot be bothered to answer and is not that we do not want to pay what is owed, very simply want to know why there is a significant extra charge. Very unprofessional and takes away from their great rides and beautiful trolley. Definitely do not book them if you do not want to spend more than your budget and agreed contract.

  Please do not use this company. I hired four coach buses to use the day of our wedding. Unbeknownst to me- the day of they switched one of the buses out to a trolley, even though I had paid for the coach bus. None of the buses had fully working air conditioning, which was the reason I wanted them in the first place. As if that wasn't bad enough for my guests on our hot wedding day- two of the buses got LOST! I don't even know how that happens this day and age! They arrived literally five minutes before our ceremony and all the guests were hot, sweaty, and frustrated. When I contacted David after the event, I got the rudest response I have ever gotten. He made no apologies nor have a reason explaining how the buses got lost or admitting to it. I was really appalled by his response back to me. I had been so upset the day of our wedding to hear about the bus situation and was even more upset after getting his response back. Please do not use this company. Their vehicles are not what they say and the customer service was TERRIBLE.

The driver told me it had a mechanical issue that morning but they sent it anyway. 2nd limo was late. Also dirty. dirt and grass all over floor, lipstick on dirty glasses, opened water bottles, empty water bottles, old bottle cap, other assorted trash. A/C not on, took a while to cool. All sweating by then including bride. Late for ceremony, missed photo ops. Bride so upset feeling rushed that she broke down and cried after the ceremony, missing even more photos. Owner's response? ZERO compensation, no offer for future credit, nothing except an unprofessional response telling me that if I didn't stop writing him and telling him about my issues and asking for (highly deserved) compensation that he was going to reach out to his legal team! Terrible experience, terrible owner. Will be reporting to BBB not only for terrible business practices but for health issues due to unsanitary limo. Do not walk...RUN from this business!

If you're looking for a friendly, patient, easy to work with vendor when it comes to transportation in Charleston there's plenty to find and this guy is NOT one of them, based on my experience. I'm very happy we chose to go in another direction. Coastal Limo and Charleston Downtown Limo were way better!

  This is absolutely the worst company to work with! DO NOT use these guys! We had a wedding planned and hired this company to provide transportation for my wife and her parents from our home to the wedding site. We thought the Rolls Royce with champaign and 1 hour service would be perfect. Our wedding was performed in a park downtown which meant that we had a smaller window. We requested the limo arrive at 2pm and drop off no earlier than 3pm. The wedding would start precisely at 3:15.
  The limo arrived approximately 20 minutes early and waited as the bride finished up. Upon entering the limo the temperature was extremely hot! It was 85 degrees outside that day. They were informed by the driver that the AC was broken and that one of the windows was stuck in the up position! He said that he didn't want to be late so he opted not to go exchange the vehicle! What? He arrived 20 minutes early!
  
  What was supposed to be a relaxing 1 hour drive around the city sipping champaign became a sweat box for all three passengers!
  
  Since my wife and her parents were cooking in the back of the limo they asked to be taken directly to the wedding. They had to wait on the sidewalk outside the park for nearly a half hour prior to the service starting!
  
  When I contacted David a few days later he was defensive and tried to put it all back on my family stating that the driver had offered to switch out the vehicle (which he did not!) and that my family had accepted the vehicle. Of course they did! What were the options at that point? Seriously?
  
  ACW provided a substandard vehicle and as such substandard service. David at ACW made no overtures to compensate us in any way and, in fact, never even offered so much as an apology.
  This company clearly does no care about you or your special event. They are unreliable and do not know the meaning of customer service. Run fast and far from these guys unless you're really into gambling with your special event/day!
