  Helped to make the perfect Wedding!

  We were very happy with Kevin at Action Rentals. He was fun to work with, very reliable and had great ideas to help make our daughter's wedding at Hunter Barn just perfect! He was on site early to run the heaters and even acted as door man to slide open the heavy door for guests.

  Smooth communication, fulfilled a last minute request!

  Kevin was very easy to communicate with, offered fair pricing and fulfilled a last minute request without hesitation. Would use Action again!

  Kevin was attentive during the entire planning process and worked with our ever changing guest list numbers! He and his assistant set up the chairs exactly how we wanted them for the ceremony outside of the barn and the tables were a perfect size for our wedding at the Historic Penn Farm. He made our day run smoothly by setting the rentals before hand. We are happy we went with the white resin chairs we all. They really looked nice in all our photos and they were comfortable to sit on during dinner. Thank you!

  Amazing service- Kevin planned the flow of my whole event, provided the tables, chairs, linens, coffee pots and a ton of planning advice. His folks set up the tables and supplied the linens, dissappeared, then re appeared to pick up the tables, and even helped clean up. They were lightning fast and everything was exactly as I wanted it.

  Kevin was great to work with. Only once did he not respond in a timely fashion, and it was due to an event emergency. He worked with us to ensure our event was covered no matter what the situation. Since we had an outdoor tented reception, it was crucial that we had alternatives in place in case the weather turned bad. He was in constant contact the days leading up to the event in order to help us finalize any changes that needed to be made.

  Disappointed

  We hired Action Events for our wedding tent. The vendor was great to deal with .. very responsive, reasonable pricing .. worked great with our venue and caterer
  
  However the issue came in with the tent itself. It was FILTHY. Looked smeared with mud. The “clear” parts of the tent were not clear at all. I was severely disappointed with the quality. I couldn’t believe they would deliver a tent in that condition for a wedding.

  Excellent products and everything was set up in plenty of time for the wedding. The tent, lighting and table arrangement looked stunning. My only frustration was communication back and forth. Good with email, but tough to get on the phone for clarification of their different products. Absolute best prices in the area- I compared several event planners since we were renting such a large tent (200 wedding guests).

  The issue we had was with the product itself. The tent arrived *filthy*. Even the “clear” portion of the tent was caked with mud.
  
  Action set up a secondary tent for our caterer and that tent was set up poorly and started dropping before the reception even started.
  
  Weeks after the wedding I contacted the company with my feedback and had attached photos of the muddy tent. I was told that I would receive a reply from the president or owner of the company, but even after following up no one bothered to reply.
  
  Overall I was severely disappointed with the rental. Perhaps the quality would have been fine for a party, but definitely not a wedding.
