We had the pleasure of working with Ace Photography, and we couldn’t be more thrilled with how everything turned out. From the very beginning, they were incredibly warm, kind, and easy to work with, making us feel completely comfortable. It was clear they genuinely cared about capturing the best moments of our day. Our photos came out absolutely stunning — they perfectly captured the emotion and beauty of every moment. What we appreciated most was how efficient they were; we didn’t have to spend hours taking photos and missing out on our reception. Instead, we were able to enjoy every moment with our guests, knowing the photographer was getting the best shots without taking up too much time. Sheesh where to start! We've know the couple who make up Ace photography for a little over 2 years now. They've done multiple projects with us including holiday photos, family photos, engagement photos, and wedding day photos. They have a wonderful gift of making you feel super comfortable during the whole session and thats important to me because I don't have the highest confidence levels in front of the camera. Another amazing quality they have as being just great humans is that they are amazingly flexible and really care. We were supposed to have our wedding back in March of this year but a tornado hitting us and Covid completely derailed all of our plans. In a moment of pure chaos Tiffany came up with an amazing plan B for us and our day came later this year and was so much more than we ever could've hoped for. So besides being completely amazing humans they are equally amazing at their passion/profession. We've never had a project we were unhappy with as far as the quality of the photos and the direction given during the session. They are ver committed to each client and want them to have the best experience possible. I feel we've naturally become good friends with them just because they are so easy to work with and genuine people. If you need something changed, they will work with you. They're the definition of customer service and kindness while delivering a great product. Highly recommend!! -

Ace Photography was a service suggested to my husband and me when we were searching for the perfect photographer for our big day! Tiffany and Miles (the photographers) really know how to make you feel good about yourself! It is always hard to be comfortable in front of people you don't know, especially when they are pointing a camera at you, but they make you feel completely at ease. My husband and I are still getting compliments on how beautiful the pictures they captured were! I would recommend them 100x over for your special day, engagement photos, or whatever the occasion! -

The whole team at Ace knew exactly what they were doing with an intuitive skill set that clearly comes with a lot of experience and ability to truly listen to people’s wants and needs. Alexandra Sent on 09/30/2017My now husband and I had the pleasure of working with Tiffany and Miles for our engagement and wedding photography shoots and, from the outset, were blown away by them. Their work certainly speaks for itself if you check out any past photography on their website or social media platforms, but it was their working style that impressed us the most. From the beginning, we felt comfortable around them - which we have come to learn is so important because it lets you be naturally yourself with your significant other - they have a lovely way of guiding movement and positioning (while capturing amazing light and background elements) while letting you be yourself and add your own "unique couple flair" to your pictures. As the romantic I am, I also loved that a couple of high school sweethearts who had been together for 10+ years were capturing our love story - it just felt right that their partnership would know how to strike the balance between professional quality and emotional essence. 10/10 would recommend them to anyone looking for any kind of pictures - we certainly will keep them at the top of our list for any special event that warrants photography (and may be stretching the definition of "special events" if only to have the chance to work with them again soon). Their photography is second to none - book with them NOW!

Nick Sent on 12/22/2017Our photos turned out incredible! Tiffany and Miles took amazing photos for our engagement session and for our wedding. We couldn't be happier with the quality of their photos and how easy they were to work with. They did a great job of setting and managing expectations from the time we signed our contact to our wedding day to delivery of the photos. The day of the wedding I felt like they were the most on top of everything and keeping us in the loop. Sure there are photographers out there that will cost less, but in my opinion it was more than worth the money we spent. Our photos turned out so good that we ended up being featured in a local wedding magazine here in Nashville. Plus they have different photo packages that will work with most budgets. We keep the photo book of our wedding photos that we received from them and we look through it every week. The photos captured the moments of the day perfectly and when we look through them it takes us right back to the day making us smile. Choosing Tiffany and Miles at Ace was one of the best decisions we made for our wedding day, I would encourage anyone to highly consider them for their wedding as well!

Ace photography shot my wedding in Oct 2025, and I love them all! They are great at being there without being in the way, I even forgot they were there at times which is a good thing! I was able to enjoy my day without being hustled around everywhere. They have good posed images and great in the moment shots so you get the best of both worlds. Tiffany and Miles have been shooting together since they were teenagers and it shows in their teamwork. I got married in the busiest month for wedding vendors, and they were still able to get my images to me within 8 weeks, which is a quick turn arounf time! A lot of us are spoiled on digital and think they can have them ready in 2 days, thats not fesible when you shoot over 2000 images in 4 hours! The download process is super easy and you dont have to worry about ordering different prints since they give you the high res images to do what you want with! Of course they will design an album for those who dont want to DIY but its really easy and simple once they are ready! They both have been doing weddings so long that even if you dont hear from them everyday they 100% know what needs to be done, and how its to be done. Just get them a list of group shots you want and specifiy any particular couple shots and they will happily accommodate you! -

Ace Photography was nothing short of AMAZING! Tiffany and her husband are talented and in sync. They give fantastic direction, especially since my husband and I tend to get stiff when it comes to taking photos. They made us comfortable and confident. Day of the wedding they were so organized and hands on! Even more so than my actual wedding planners! I have only had a chance to see the sneak peek photos and they were so well done. The quality is fantastic! I also had my bridal portraits done by them and they were able to take so many photos in just an hour! They are speedy which is great when you have limited time. Tiffany also photographed my boudoir shoot and it was so much fun! I went to the farm house they have in Goodlettsville. The whole day was nerve wrecking, but when I got there I became immediately comfortable! She gave great direction for me to look the most flattering in the photos. Thank you THANK YOU Ace Photography! You all are professional, upbeat, talented, and fantastic! -

*****If you’re a future bride and reading this, I strongly strongly recommend you go with someone else. There are so many amazing photographers in Nashville and you shouldn’t have to go through the pain that we went through.*****
When my husband and I were first looking at photographers for our wedding we were attracted to Ace photography because their style of photography and their pricing was within our budget. But if it sounds too good to be true then it probably is. We should have known that when Tiffany kept putting off our initial meeting it meant something wasn’t right or it was a red flag. But ignoring the red flag we continued on with Ace photography and booked them for our wedding.
However, when our wedding day came and once the wedding reception started we didn’t really see our photographers too much. A few of my bridesmaid mentioned to us that they had to constantly ask our photographer to come and take pictures of special moments. Unfortunately, due to Covid-19 our wedding ended early and Tiffany told us that per our contract we would not get a refund but rather a $250 credit to use towards photos/canvas prints which we were completely okay with. Once we did out final send off we spoke with Tiffany about the timeline of our photos and when we could expect the sneak peeks and final photos. Tiffany stated that it would be 2-3 weeks for the sneak peeks and then 4-6 weeks for the rest of the photo album. At the time we didn’t think much of it and were excited to see the photos in the coming weeks. We were eagerly waiting on the sneak peeks but once 3 weeks had passed and we hadn’t gotten any photos we emailed Tiffany to check in with her. Several days passed and we received the sneak peeks. At this point we though nothing of the delay and the sneak peek photos looked great.
As time went on we patiently waited for the 6 week mark from our wedding day but the photos never came and Tiffany never made contact with us on the status of them. So after 6 weeks we emailed Tiffany asking about the status of our photos because it was at this point it was December and we were hoping to mail out wedding photos for Christmas. However, 2 weeks went by and on December 15th we still hadn’t received a reply from Tiffany. So we sent Tiffany another follow up email to check in on the status of our photos. Tiffany emailed back and stated that our photos would start to upload the coming Friday and blamed the delay on a Covid-19 scare. My husband and I were understanding due to the seriousness of Covid and we waited for Friday to come. However, that Friday came and went and there were no photos uploaded. So on December 28th, Feeling heartbroken that no photos were sent out for Christmas we sent Tiffany another follow up email checking on the status of our wedding photos since we were at 11 weeks post wedding.
Surprisingly, Tiffany emails back saying that our photos were looking wonderful and that due to the bomb blast in Nashville she was working on them by using her phone’s internet. Tiffany told us that our photos would be uploaded as soon as their internet was restored. Trying to still be understanding and reasonable, My husband and I waited again. Once January 8th came around, we sent an email to Tiffany saying that we understood there has been a lot going on (Covid/Bomb Scare) but we were requesting a date of when to expect our photos. When Tiffany emailed us back she stated that they would be uploading “tomorrow” and she would email us when they start to upload. After several days go by and finally on January 12th we start to see some photos upload. At this point it has been 13 weeks since our wedding and now that the photos FINALLY are uploading we realize that there is yet another problem. Only 7 out of the 15 photo sections for our wedding album had uploaded.
As we looked through the sections of photos that had uploaded, we realized that the quality of work was not near as great as the sneak peeks. At this point we felt almost defeated with the photos due to the timeline, the quality, and the poor communication by Tiffany. The photos seemed to have a large amount of peoples eyes closed/half open or unflattering. We couldn’t help but think that yes there will be some unpleasant photos but not so many.
After another two weeks go by (15 weeks since the wedding) on January 27th we sent Tiffany a follow up email asking when the rest of the sections would upload. When Tiffany got around to emailing us back she said that she would check and make sure they would upload “tomorrow”. But to no surprise, tomorrow came but the photos didn’t. So on February 4th, 4 MONTHS since our wedding, we emailed Tiffany letting her know that there still is a lot of the photo sections that have not uploaded and that we want a date of when they all will upload. At this point, Tiffany just did not respond, AT ALL. My husband and I sent another follow up email February 14th checking in about the album. Tiffany yet again ignores us and does not respond AT ALL. Then on February 26th we again requested a date of when the photos would be completely uploaded and to our surprise Tiffany actually responded and said that the rest of the photos should upload over the weekend. In addition, she stated that our credited print/canvas should take about 9 -15 days ordered and shipped to us.
So if you care to know what My husband and I did at this point, well we waited. On March 2nd, we were just done with the photo issues and communication issues that we almost didn’t care to deal with Tiffany anymore. But since we paid for a product/service, we wanted it and so we emailed Tiffany where the rest of the album is. At this point, as usual we got no response from Tiffany. But then suddenly on March 5th we notice that the rest of our photos were uploaded. FINALLY, it only took 5 months since our wedding day, but finally we had our photos.
As of April 26th, we STILL have not received our print/canvas that we ordered for our credit. Nor has Tiffany respond to any of our emails, she simply ignores us. Honestly, we will probably never get the print/canvas or the $250 credit at this point.
From this bride, Tiffany at Ace Photography single handedly caused me to have a distressing memory of my wedding wedding because of the headache I’ve been/STILL going through.
OVERALL: I felt like a forgotten bride. I felt like Tiffany from Ace Photography took advantage of us and didn’t care about our wedding or our photos. I feel irritated that if I was not following up with her via email then we would probably not have received our photos. My husband and I are extremely upset at her lack of communication, excuses, and overall ignoring us when she claimed she would do something and it never happened. When I spoke to other photographers about the situation they told me that it was unacceptable and unprofessional. Save yourself the stress and heartache and find someone else to capture your magical day who will give you the time of day and make sure their product fully reflects how awesome/amazing your day is.
