We used Ace to transport our wedding guests between our hotel and our venue. From the beginning when we filled out our inquiry form, their communication was fantastic. Their pricing was in line with other companies in the area but it was their customer service that sold us. It was super easy to pay them and when there was a mix-up with our invoice, they corrected the problem right away. On wedding day, our driver was easy to communicate with and was very friendly and professional. He helped us carry some of our things out of the venue at the end of the night as well, which was a big help. When we returned home the day after our wedding, we were pleasantly surprised to find a package on our doorstep containing two custom luggage tags with our names and our wedding date on them. It was so thoughtful! We would have booked them again anyway but that added touch was so special and definitely sealed the deal for us. Would work with them again!

We had a fantastic experience with Ace Limousine & Airport Service! We booked the 24-passenger shuttle for our event, and everything went smoothly from start to finish. The chauffeur was incredibly courteous and professional, making both us and our guests feel comfortable and well taken care of.
One of the biggest highlights was how easy it was for our guests to locate the shuttle. It was clearly organized and stress-free. It truly eased our minds knowing that our guests didn’t have to worry about transportation between our host hotel and the venue. We also really appreciated being able to schedule multiple loops, which ensured that all of our guests were accommodated without any issues or long wait times.

This was our easiest vendor to get in touch with - always quick to get on the phone no matter the day or time. They worked with us to come up with a reasonable transportation option for the number of guests.
Driver showed up on time, was professional, and even provided water at the end of the night. The shuttle we chose was very comfortabel and clean. We debated not using transportation for our wedding, because of how close it was, but int he end I am glad we went for it, it made the end of the night so much easier and less stressful.

So happy to have used Ace Limo!
We used Ace Limo for our wedding and they were extremely easy and responsive to work with. They answered our many questions regarding pricing and what would work best with our wedding day needs. We did a one way limo bus for our wedding party and the price and value was very reasonable for the service that we received. A week prior to the wedding, they called and reached out to us to finalize and confirm all of our details which included an additional stop at a different location for photos. The limo bus was roomy, working AC, filled with water, and we were able to connect our phone to play music in the speaker system. Calvin was our driver and he was very kind and attentive. Would definitely recommend Ace Limo for wedding transporation needs

Amazing limo ride, fabulous service!
We hired Ace limousine for our wedding day, but only used it for myself and my bridesmaids (I was the bride). Our ceremony and reception were at once place so it was only a ride from the hotel to the ceremony. I wasn't sure it was worth hiring a limo for only one ride but boy am I glad that I did! My friends and I had SO much fun and toasted with champagne! They were on time, made sure we had a good time, and were extremely safe. I would highly recommend Ace limousine!

A great experience!

Ace Limousine was exceptional! From the time I reached our final destination, they went above and beyond. Our driver Ellyne helped us way way WAY more than she needed to! She did it without question. I booked with them because everything was straightforward. They let me know before charging the rest of the bill and went over the plan. They also called one more time before the wedding and asked for someone other than my and my husband's number so they could communicate with them. They had beautiful Champagne flutes with our names engraved in them. The price for the largest party bus was amazing and the ride was as smooth as smooth! The driver arrived on time and we hung out until we were ready to head to our destinations. I could NOT recommend them more!

To The Chauffeurs and Booking staff:
I want express my sincere appreciation for the top notch quality of service we received on February 8th and 9th. Beautiful new clean vehicles and most importantly the kind and thoughtful chauffeurs for all the buses and shuttle. My mom is a victim of a stroke and needs a wheelchair for more than a few steps. All the chauffeurs were so very much kind and so patient with her getting onto the bus or shuttle and storing her wheelchair. Your daughter’s wedding becomes challenging with time schedules. Their understanding and help really relieved a lot of this stress on us transporting her to the rehearsal, church and reception.
Also, you are so thoughtful to our new Mr and Mrs giving them such a beautiful, thoughtful personalized toasting flutes to celebrate. A gift and memory to last forever.

Ace Limo was wonderful to work with! We had so much fun on our way to our venue and our guests had a wonderful experience with them as well! The Bus was clean and the seats were comfortable! They also gave us a pair of adorable champagne flutes with our names and wedding date on them as a wedding gift! Such an amazing personal touch and completely unexpected. Wedding shuttle was exactly what we needed

Excellent shuttle business
We used Ace Limousine for our wedding in Devon, PA this past weekend. It all went down without a hitch and the guests all felt taken care of. They safely and efficiently transported our guests from the hotel to the venue and back again in a 24 person shuttle bus. I also experienced quick responses and reliable communication with the office leading up to the day, as well as a follow up email to see how they did. Very professional and well run business!

My husband and I had a great experience for our wedding this December! There was great communication with us and we felt like we knew what was going on every step of the way! The bus was spacious and clean and the driver was so friendly and helpful. They even gifted us a beautiful set of personalized champagne glasses! We would absolutely use Ace again in the future!

The best service
We used ace for our wedding in Oct. Hellen was our driver and she was amazing. She went above and beyond. She helped my dad hold my dress and veil as I walking and helping with loading/unloading the car. She was just so kind and friendly. We are so happy that we chose ace and had her as our driver! Rehearsal Dinner and Wedding
Drove elderly mother to rehearsal dinner. Driver was extremely compassionate and helpful. She moved slow, so it took a while at the end of the night. The driver was very patient with her.
Party bus for the wedding was great. Fully stocked with Ice and water bottles. Had a few cases of champagne glasses for our us as well. Sound-system was great.
We will definitely use Ace again.

Smooth and professional transportation
Ace was fantastic on our wedding day! We had 2 school buses picking up guests at multiple locations and a 12 pax sprinter limo for the bridal parties. They were flexible as we worked out our #s and routes, and were able to adapt night of and do an extra loop when had more people than expected attend our after party. From what I heard from our guests, transportation was smooth and clean, and drivers were professional!

Stress Free Transportation
One of favorite moments from our wedding was the bus ride to our reception venue!! Ace limo made the day so fun and stress free. We had a bus for the wedding party and a bus to act as a shuttle.
We did have a little mishap in the beginning where our AC was not working on the bus ride to our ceremony. Ace fixed this right way and ordered a new bus for our ride to the reception. I would highly recommend Ace if you are looking for a transportation company that cares about what they provide and want you to have the best day possible. Thank you!!!

Ace limousine is top notch for your wedding! I was recently married 6/16/23 and Ace got us to and from the venue with style! Calvin our driver, gave us complimentary engraved champagne glasses for the wedding! Nice unexpected touch there! Calvin, also helped us pack up the wedding decorations at the the last minute! He jumped right in to offer assistance to this frazzled bride, who was not expecting to have to take the decorations home that night! I am forever grateful to Ace Limousine and especially, Calvin our driver! Customer for life here!

First Class service from Ace Limousine
We have used Ace Limousine for years and relied on them for our son's wedding too. We used them to shuttle guests for Rehearsal dinner and the driver was very gracious and flexible. The Party Bus driver was equally kind and great fun was had by the Bridal Party on the way to the reception. I cannot say enough good things about Ace! We hired three buses for our wedding - one party bus for the wedding party and two large coach buses for shuttles. They were responsive, helpful, organized, and kind leading up to the wedding date. The cost of each vehicle and service was very reasonable, too. On the day of the wedding, each driver was on time, friendly, flexible, helpful, and patient. The company even helped my mom find a bag that was left on one of the buses the next morning! I would highly recommend them to anyone looking for transportation services.

My husband and I agree that Ace Limousine service was an excellent choice for transporting our bridal party and guests around downtown Philadelphia during our wedding day! They were a pleasure to work. They were wonderfully attentive on how to get people in-between the hotel and venue safely and efficiently. The Ace Limousine drivers were wonderful as they dealt with the challenges of terrible city drivers and the commotion of the Naked Philly Bike Ride. The party bus was very clean and roomy. The interior lighting of the party bus perfectly set the mood for our bombastic wedding!

I reserved busses for my rehearsal dinner (limo bus) and wedding (party bus), and I can't thank ACE enough for their efforts and hospitality setting up and executing both reservations. The reservations team is quick to respond and very helpful. Both of our drivers were pleasant, professional, and helpful when it came to getting us on and off the bus at the various locations. We received nothing but compliments on the comforts and cleanliness of the busses we had, how easy it was to connect via Bluetooth to play music, and just the overall experience. The prices were more than reasonable, and personally, we appreciated having gratuity included in the billing – it’s one less thing to worry about during a crazy wedding weekend! Should my family or friends need any limo / transportation services in the area down the road, Ace is going to be considered first.

We almost didn’t have boutonnieres due to a flower mix up, and our driver was on it! She was ready to make boutonnières for us out of extra flowers in the girls bouquets and save the day. All in all, transportation from Ace could not have been better. On time, helpful, and made sure we enjoyed our day. Can’t recommend them enough!!

Great experience & service
We were extremely happy with Ace Limousine Transportation. They worked so well with our family to set up the transportation for my son’s wedding. We had several situations where we had to make changes. It was never a problem. They worked with us to resolve our issues. I was extremely pleased with the staff and service. The day of the wedding everything was great! I would highly recommend them!

Ace was great!
Ace was great. They were easy to book with, helpful on the phone, and were on time and professional. We were making changes to our schedule days leading up to the wedding and they were able to make the needed adjustments with us. We booked three separate busses for all of our guests to get to the venue and back and they did a great job of getting everyone there on time!

Use Ace Limousine!
I would definitely recommend Ace Limousine! They were easy to communicate with and responded promptly to my emails. They were very accommodating when I pushed my wedding date back due to Covid. Ace Limousine did an excellent job of getting all of my guests from the hotel to the venue and back home safely after the wedding. They helped me decide on appropriate shuttle times to get all guests there on time for the ceremony and sent me a text message when they started picking up guests. The shuttle driver at the end of the night even helped to load our stuff onto the shuttle from the wedding.

Best transportation service
Everything was perfect. Our driver was punctual, professional, fun and just made everything so seamless and enjoyable. We were incredibly impressed by his work and everyone came up to me saying how nice the van was, how thoughtful our champagne glasses were from you all and just how great the overall experience was. He took all of our belongings and stored it carefully in the back of the van. He helped us get in and out of the van and the company really thought of all the details. We were so happy with the service provided. We are so happy we booked with them!

Great transportation!
Ace Limousine was perfect for our wedding transportation! The bus we used was very clean with working air conditioning and spacious seats. The bus driver was nice to our guests and on-time for our entire schedule! Great wedding shuttle & limo services
My son got married recently in Philadelphia and we engaged Ace to provide two 30+ shuttle buses for guests and the stretch for the bridal party and close family. We couldn’t have been happier with them from booking over the phone with real live people, the fleet looked to be brand new or excellent shape, drivers were experienced, considerate and knew the territory and it was so easy to make changes or communicate with ace by text, email or phone. If you are looking for a stress free way to book your wedding transportation then Ace Limousine is the way to go.

Easy to work with

Wonderful experience with Ace! I got married in mid-May and arranged transportation later than I intended. Three and a half weeks out, I found Ace on WeddingWire and called. From the very first phone call, I knew immediately that I could trust them with a somewhat complicated plan and my only regret is not calling sooner. Stephanie told me what was available and what the pricing was within minutes and I booked that afternoon. With other companies, it was difficult to speak to a representative on the phone but Ace has fantastic customer service. They also have a wide selection of vehicles, and the prices are more than reasonable for the quality of service that they provide. 24 hours out they confirm your reservation and itinerary, and I had full trust that they would execute the plan flawlessly. I booked a 44-person bus for 10-hours, but they have time blocks and vehicles to fit any need. The bus was extremely clean and the driver was punctual, smooth, and safe. After the initial trips, the bus was staged where we requested all night and the driver followed the itinerary perfectly. Many other companies that I researched had reviews accusing drivers of leaving early or not following directions, but Ace drivers are committed to doing what you hired them for (even if it’s waiting outside the venue for hours in case guests need to leave early). Hiring Ace gave us peace-of-mind on our wedding day, and I will use them for future events. Ace is a reliable, customer-focused company that will make your wedding day (or other event), stress-free!

Nice and efficient
We just had our wedding this past weekend and the traffic was horrible. It was during a university graduation with the president in town and on Memorial Day weekend, but our driver Mike Kushner was still efficient. He made great timing to and from our venue and was on time for the first pick up. He was super nice and I will definitely refer ace Limousine to my friends! We were also upgraded from a 27 to a 32 passenger van for free.

Very happy with my transportation experience
As a planner sometimes there can be a lot of red tape when it comes to communication. With Ace they were excellent! I was always kept in the loop, and they were available for questions, and on the day of, they took care of everything as expected.
