We chose Ace Bartenders as our bartending service for our October 2024 wedding, and they were absolutely fantastic! From start to finish, their communication was excellent which made the planning process so much easier! They were especially helpful when we had questions or needed recommendations.
On our big day, their bartenders were fun to work with and they kept the atmosphere lively. Our guests still can't stop raving about the drinks! Ace Bartenders truly went above and beyond to make our wedding unforgettable. Highly recommend them for any event – you won't be disappointed! -

Tepper is very thankful for the dependable service that ACE Bartenders generously provides us for our weekly student events. The students have always had pleasant interactions with the bartenders, the team is very flexible and efficient to work with. I highly recommend Anthony and his team for bartending services. Anthony is incredibly responsive, and is able to break down the necessary items for your wedding in a very simple manner. I love that there were packages available to remove any hassle on my end - I had no need to bring cups and mixers as that was a package offered. The bartenders were interactive and friendly at the wedding. I also would like to mention that there was no worry around any of his bartenders not showing up or something going wrong. Because of his professionalism and promptness, I had 100% faith that everything would go smoothly and it did. I would recommend his services to anyone! -

I hired Ace to bartend at my November 12th wedding. Since our venue didn't have their own in house team or package I felt a little overwhelmed at first, not knowing how much to buy and how to create a menu that suited our guests, without leaving out key details. Anthony was fantastic to work with in the lead up to our wedding because I could call or email at any point with questions like "how many bottles of xyz should I buy?" or "do you handle ice? how does it get to the venue and how can we store it?" and he'd respond by the next day at latest. He made us feel like a priority and assured us that we didn't need to worry because he'd handle everything. The bar itself at the wedding was setup professionally and looked like an organized, well maintained space. They stayed on top of taking care of our parents during the reception and made sure we had what we needed throughout the night, they also kept the line moving so that guests weren't stuck at the bar waiting while speeches and dancing were happening. We appreciated their level of kindness and calmness during the lead up to our event and during the wedding because it felt like we really didn't need to worry about a thing. Thank you to the Ace team!! I'd highly recommend hiring them if you are in need of a bartending service, it was one of the best choices we made! -

Anthony provided a team of two bartenders for our wedding on July 23rd at the Opera and they were so great - attentive, enthusiastic, and friendly! They served our guests efficiently and with friendly faces and chatter. It was so helpful to have them provide the ice - one less thing for us to worry about day-of! Anthony even helped talk us through our specialty cocktail and the selection of beer and seltzers we provided. The bartenders poured our specialty cocktail perfectly. And the amount of liquor he suggested was spot on - which I thought was seriously cool! hahaha. We're happy to recommend ACE Bartenders to friends & family getting married in the Pittsburgh area! -

Ace did an amazing job at our wedding reception. We hired 2 bartenders for our party of 100 people, they kept things moving and there was never once a line the entire evening! I should also mention, we had a casual party so both alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks were served at the bar only. The bartenders were friendly and professional, you really can't go wrong hiring Ace! -

Anthony with Ace Bartenders was very helpful when it came to determining how much alcohol we needed for our wedding. The two bartenders we had for our wedding day were fast and also fun and great with our guests. I apologize I can’t remember the woman’s name but we had a limited amount of tequila for the wedding and when she saw it was running low so she asked me (the bride) if she should save it for just me. Which I thought was incredibly observant and cool of her. Highly recommend. -

We provided our own beer, wine, and mixed drink ingredients for our wedding. Anthony was super helpful in the planning process, and very responsive to all my questions. We had more than enough to keep our group happy the whole reception! The line for the bar never got too long and guests commented on how they loved the bartender. I would recommend Ace Bartenders to anyone! -

I am an independent event coordinator and have been in this business for over 10 years. I have met and worked with quite a few vendors over the years so needless to say I am pretty keen on spotting the good ones! I have only had the pleasure of working with Anthony Cifelli and his team at Ace Bartending a handful of times but so far, they have not disappointed. Anthony is wonderful to work with. He is professional and quickly sends you the information you need but at the same time is extremely friendly and warm and always has the inside scoop on what’s going on in the Pittsburgh wedding scene! He also makes time to talk even if he doesn’t have it. I always felt like a priority when working with him. The staff he provides for events are wonderful as well. They are on-time, fully dressed upon arrival, knowledgeable and everything you would expect your bartender to be. In my humble opinion, if you want great, friendly and reliable service I would recommend Ace Bartending!

Anthony and the Ace Bartending team are fantastic!
Like many 2020 weddings, I had multiple changes, cancelations, on/off, venue switches, the list goes on and on. Anthony remained professional, positive, and flexible throughout the entire experience. He was extremely responsive via email and always offered his help however he could. The day before my second wedding date, our venue cancelled, forcing us to shift reception to my home. Anthony continued to reassure me his staff would deliver at a high level no matter what. And they most certainly did.
In addition to the excellent to work leading up to the wedding, the team was AMAZING at the event. We had a fully stocked bar with a Dirty Martini with Blue Cheese stuffed olives as our signature drink - not typical. Anthony secured all of the needed ingredients, made a mean martini, and served fabulous drinks to our guests all night.
Highly recommend Ace for any bartending needs! -
