Outstanding Wedding Transportation

Accurate Shuttles was the perfect choice for our wedding day. They made sure to pick up our guests from the hotel venue at varied times, taking them safely to the wedding venue, and then back to the hotel with times that ranged throughout the evening to accommodate our wedding. The staff was kind, shuttles were clean, and our guests felt very safe and well taken care of as well. Alfred was great throughout the set-up process. He answered all our questions quickly and accommodated all of our last-minute changes when we couldn’t quite make up our mind. We would highly recommend this service to anyone having a wedding with guests staying overnight at a hotel.

Seamless, Fun, and Reliable Wedding Shuttle Service

We used Accurate Shuttle to transport our wedding guests from the hotel block to the venue, and they were fantastic.

Leading up to the big day, Alfred was incredibly responsive—he communicated clearly and always picked up the phone when we had questions.

The drivers the night of the wedding were friendly and kept the energy going with great music even after the party ended. We decided to call the buses back a bit earlier than scheduled, and they showed up quickly and without hesitation.

Professional Services

We utilized Accurate for a limo, party bus, and passenger shuttle. All services were on time, clean, and professionally driven. It was great not having to worry about the transportation all day and just focus and enjoy the wedding. Would recommend for anyone to use.

Amazing Experience

Hey there! Just wanted to share our amazing experience with Accurate Shuttle during our wedding on July 6, 2024. They were fantastic! We used their services for both our wedding day and our rehearsal dinner, and we couldn't be happier.

For the wedding day, we rented the party bus, and it was a total hit! The bus was gorgeous, complete with champagne, water, and a killer music hookup. Plus, there was so much space that I could comfortably stand without worrying about wrinkling my dress. It was perfect for capturing some fun and memorable photos too!

As for the rehearsal dinner, we booked a 55-passenger bus which was just what we needed for our large group. The bus was super comfy, and we could even bring our own coolers on board. It also had a music hookup to keep the good vibes flowing.

Throughout both days, the drivers were amazing, friendly, and always right on time. The prices were also very fair, especially for the top-notch service and classy transportation they provided. I can't recommend Accurate Shuttle enough, and if you're thinking about using their services, definitely reach out to Alfred. He's the best!

Unforgettable Experience

I have an unforgettable experience to share from my son's wedding in May 2024. We ran into a transportation emergency on the morning of the wedding when the company we had booked cancelled due to a mechanical issue. In a state of panic, I turned to Accurate Shuttle by chance in google. Miraculously, they had a bus available, and the driver, who had been off duty, willingly took on our reservation. He exceeded all expectations with his patience, respectfulness, and delightful personality, which our guests loved. The company kept me updated on the vehicle's location, and the driver arrived punctually for both the pick-up and drop-off. I'm extremely grateful to Accurate Shuttle for accommodating us on such short notice, and the pricing was very reasonable. This company was a relief!

I just had to share my amazing experience with Alfred and accurate shuttle. Right from the first call, Alfred was incredibly nice and professional. He took the time to explain everything in detail, and I quickly realized that my initial plans for scheduling the buses were way off. With his helpful suggestions and detailed explanations, he revised the entire itinerary and pickup times, which not only saved me money but also made everything run so smoothly.

We had a blast on the party bus for my bridal party – it was clean and the driver was super polite. And the two motor coach buses I booked for my 100 guests were also fantastic – they were on time, friendly, and all my guests had wonderful things to say about their rides.

At the end of the night, the coach buses made multiple trips to ensure that nobody was left behind. It was such a complete service, and Alfred made me feel like he was my personal wedding planner with his support over the phone. That level of care really put me at ease on my big day.

I can't wait to recommend this company to all my friends and family – they truly made my wedding day so special!

I found Accurate Shuttle on the knot and they had such good reviews. I can say those reviews stand true. Not only were they on time, but they were early and prepared. They texted me earlier in the day to let me know they were lined up at the hotels and ready to roll. They got all my guests there on time and safely. It is always s little nerve wrecking trusting someone with your time and guests on your wedding day, but they followed through, kept constant communication, worked well with my coordinator, and made they day flow so easily. I highly recommend Accurate Shuttle to anyone.

Alfred and his team at Accurate Shuttle were so helpful during our wedding planning. First, Alfred was the only transportation company who I inquired with to call me and talk through our wedding needs and their different services. He really understood what we were looking for before quoting us any price or service. Read what I'm going to write! You won't regret it!

Honestly, I called maybe 8 companies when I was looking to book the transportation for my daughters wedding, and BY FAR, this people was just incredible with the customer service, all the information that they provided and advises and tips, just when I was calling for a rate, they gave so much valuable information in such a short amount of time that immediately it clicked, these people really know what they are doing! I remember on the first call, Alfred (who I believe is the manager) told me "Regardless if you go with us or with anybody else, this is how you should do it..." and then he went on telling me everything that was going to happen and breaking down all possible scenarios of amount of people, traffic, accidents, etc. I was amazed of how ignorant I was regarding the transportation business but he really made me understand that they were prepared and ready to rock!
My Daughters wedding was amazing, big and everything went great.

Bus driver was amazing and the bus itself was great! Couldn't be happier! Thank you very much for everything guys!!

Me and my wife are extremely happy regarding their service! The buses were very nice, drivers were great and the customer service was 24/7 and always ready to help and very proactive.
My wife is Brazilian and they even had Portuguese customer service which i found very impressive.

These guys are AMAZING!

Everything was excellent! Nice drivers, the buses were very clean and nice but the best part about this company is the customer service, they were very helpful at the moment of making the reservation and super helpful as well when at the last minute we had to make some changes in the reservation, they took care of everything with not problem, you can tell they have experience! Thank you and I will recommend you!!

Amazing service from beginning to end

From the moment we started to communicate with them over the phone, i knew everything was going to go perfectly, their customer service is unbelievable, and then the buses and drivers were excellent! on time and friendly! i couldn't ask for more!

Shuttle service for my wedding

I used accurate shuttle for my guest from hotel to venue and back again at the end of the night. They were there on time and the shuttle van was really nice and really clean. Would definitely use this company again.

Accurate Shuttle is great for your wedding needs!

I booked Accurate Shuttle this past weekend for my wedding in Jersey City. Between the bridal party, family, and guests they had to make 5 trips back and forth before the ceremony started and all the pick ups and drop off were on time! They planned for any city traffic/parking issues, and I was impressed with their professionalism. They were communicative, transportation was clean, and the drivers were very friendly. End to end it was a great & professional experience and I would definitely recommend using them for your wedding transportation needs!

I was very impressed with Accurate Shuttle! They were able to help me with wedding transportation on a rather last-minute basis. They provided me with everything I needed for bridal party and guest transportation and made it very seamless!

Great Wedding Shuttle

We hired Accurate Shuttle to provide transportation for our guests from the hotel to the venue for our wedding and they did an excellent job. We had one shuttle bus that did two laps to transport our 100-ish passengers back and forth before the wedding and after. Everything was very smoothly run the shuttle was on time and reliable. Glad we went with Accurate Shuttle!

Texas Wedding

As a bride, the best review you can give a vendor is that you don't think about them once on your big day. This is exactly how our experience was! Our guests got to and from our hotel (15 minutes apart) with no issues that we know of.

I simply got on the shuttle to go home from this perfect day! They let us connect our music (keep the party going!) on the ride home and my husband was a big fan of that!! Communication and payment was quick and easy. It was a wonderful experience and I would use them again if I could pick my vendors in hindsight.

Professional and timely wedding transportation services

We used Alfred and the Accurate Shuttle team for our wedding in April '22 in North Jersey. They were great - responsive and transparent through the planning process and flexible with our schedule as it changed over the course of the months leading up. On the day, the team was on time, efficient, and professional. The vehicles were clean and stocked with water. The bridal party vans even had a little iPad for you to pick songs to play over the A/V system, which was a nice touch. Thanks Accurate Shuttle for making our special day run smoothly!

Very Dissatisfied

Started off great during planning, contracting, and tweaking schedule. Unfortunately execution was not so good as a driver was unprepared and unsociable. During transportation to the welcome dinner which my wife and I hosted, I had to personally help the driver find the venue. He went a long route and we were 15 min late. They did refund me a small 5% ($500) per my request.

Do not hire.

My wedding was at Battello in jersey city this past month and I hired accurate shuttle to transport my bridal party and guests to and from the hotel. The shuttle was late. Twice. First pick up for my bridal party was at 4pm. The shuttle never showed, we called them and the driver said he was at the hotel and he wasn’t. 5 minutes later he pulled up (30mins past the pick up time). Half my family including my parents pulled up to the venue in an Uber. I was mortified. At the midnight drive back to the hotel, there was no heat running in the bus. It was 10degrees that night. My guests were freezing in the bus as we waited for everyone to come out. Bad experience.

Banned from venue and ruined ceremony -do not use

HORROR STORY: Imagine standing in your wedding dress, getting ready to walk down the aisle, when you’re told your wedding shuttles which cost you $4,000+, way more than other local shuttles, had not shown up at all to pick up your wedding guests. That was my awful experience with Accurate Shuttle. They are now banned from the wedding venue we used because of this incident.

Accurate Shuttle single-handedly caused many of our guests to miss our wedding ceremony, and caused us tons of angst in the process. They were absolutely HORRIBLE and I would strongly discourage anyone from using them in the future. I wish Wedding Wire didn’t auto sort their reviews, otherwise I would have seen the other very bad review of them here. If I had seen, it we 100% would not have used them.

I could write a full page about our horrid experience, but essentially Accurate Shuttle, at its core, did not perform its function as our wedding shuttle vendor. BIG JOB to mess up on.

They did not pick up our guests on time, as they promised they would. Our guests were to be picked up at 4:30pm so our guests could be on-site at our venue around 5pm. Instead, our guests were picked up around 5:30pm and arrived to our venue at 6pm, completely missing our 5:30pm ceremony.

Not only did Accurate Shuttle lie about being at our hotels on time, they also lied to our family and wedding coordinator when they frantically called them asking where the shuttles were. Accurate said the shuttles were on their way when they were already 20 minutes late. They also hung up on our wedding coordinator and lied about having serviced the venue prior when we initially talked to them. They had never been to the venue before. Why would someone lie about that?

On the day of our wedding, they never once called back to make sure the shuttles got there, or even called us the next day to apologize. My closest friends and family missed our wedding ceremony. Everyone else that showed up on time drove themselves which meant they couldn’t drink at the wedding. Oh, they also completely botched the pick up in the evening too. Totally infuriating and mortifying. What’s so much worse, Accurate Shuttle dodged our calls when we tried to remedy this, and they only picked up when I called with a Google Voice number that had a Texas area code (we are in NYC).

We had literal security footage from the hotels, showing that they had not shown up on time and they still lied to us and said they did.

This went on for weeks. We sought a lawyer. It was a total nightmare.

Finally they agreed to pay us half of the fee back which is 100% disgusting and not acceptable by any means, but we didn’t want to spend money taking them to court so we accepted. But we were not happy or satisfied in any way about it at all, nor did we think it was fair for what they caused.

I would not recommend them unless you want to have your wedding ceremony ruined. They were the most dishonest and incompetent vendor we worked with and we are still so upset looking at our wedding photos, seeing rows of empty chairs at the ceremony because they didn’t do their job at all. HORRIBLE.

Do not hire these incompetent crooks

The bus to our wedding was 2 hours late and not a single person from Accurate Shuttle called to let us know they were behind schedule. And after reaching out multiple times for answer, we were told '15 minutes away'

Nothing like having your guests miss the ceremony because a vendor is too incompetent and greedy to leave enough time between jobs
