Working with the venue manager Jayme was such a seamless experience. She ensured every aspect of the event was taken car of. Also, the staff was amazing as they made sure everyone was constantly taken care of providing food and keep things neat and tidy the entire night. I also love the modern and upbeat vibe of the venue! Five stars! -

We were looking for a space that had the best of both worlds for our wedding reception space and we hit the jackpot with The AC Hotel! So many guests used our hotel block and were able to go back to their rooms from our reception space at their rooftop restaurant. The decor was exactly what we envisioned from the start and we have guests still rave about everything. From the food, to the cake and the amazing coordination team, this truly was the best day ever. -

The perfect experience
My husband and I decided to use the secret garden and jasmine room to have our brunch themed wedding. I couldn’t have asked for a better experience! Jayme was very professional, responsive via email and thorough with all details throughout the entire process. Because the venue is through Marriot, we had to use their catering services. However, we were not disappointed! The food was delicious & our guest are still talking about it. It was a beautiful occasion and seamless planning process. -

We planned a rehearsal dinner turn welcome party for Spring 2023 with the help of Jayme and team. Seamless and professional through the entire process, Jayme made sure we didn't miss a singe detail. The space is gorgeous, from the wall of mirrors on the patio to the details of the ceiling inside. Not to mention the proximity of the AC to main street and all of downtown Greenville. You must check out the AC for their space and hotel blocks! -

The AC Hotel responded back the same day I reached out to them. The price I paid for the ceremony, reception, and rehearsal dinner was extremely reasonable and the venue was beautiful!! The staff was super helpful and they went above and beyond what I asked of them. Someone was always there to supervise the events and make sure it was running smoothly. The food tasting was a wonderful experience, too. I didn't have to worry about a thing on my wedding day! -

I wish there were enough nice things to say about the spectacular spread and experience of renting this room. For starters the esthetic of the room is perfect, we utilized it for our wedding as a place the groomsmen could meet up and have lunch. The hotel catered in a beautiful display, it made the entire day much more special. On top of all that, customer service was top notch and a refund for beverages not consumed was in our bank account the same day. 100% would recommend to anyone, if we did the day again we would have rented an additional space at this hotel for the bridesmaids! -

Our wedding was perfect. Hannah did a great job taking care of all the details, and the food was delicious. We had to use our rain back up plan, and the staff handled the change beautifully. Service during the wedding (bar, passed hors d’oeuvres) was top notch. The rooftop views, even in the rain, can’t be beat! -

We had a wonderful wedding here in their secret garden rooftop. It was beautiful. The team was amazing and so incredibly helpful. The food was so good, not your typical “banquet “ food. So glad we chose to have our wedding here. -

The AC Hotel is a beautiful location! We had our wedding in the secret garden. I booked this hotel before its opening so I will be honest there was a rocky beginning with things being offered and then later told they couldn't be done. BUT once Morgan came on as the even coordinator she did an AMAZING job with answering questions, responding to emails and getting all the things that were promised to us. She went above and beyond to make sure that our day was PERFECT. In addition Matt and the event staff attended to our every need during our cocktail hour and reception! They were kind, efficient and checked in on us often simply put they were AMAZING! -
