  After weighing my options and consulting several different makeup artists, I hired Katie Castellanos to do my wedding makeup. I am so happy that I did. My makeup looked amazing and Katie was great to work with. Very professional and very open to listening to what I wanted. She then took my ideas and added her expertise to create a look that I was so happy with. I received so many compliments that day on my makeup and I would definitely hire her again for any special occasion.

  I would without a doubt recommend Katie Castellanos. She did my makeup for my wedding along with the makeup of my entire bridal party. She was incredibly professional and made sure that we were completely ready to go by the time specified. The makeup looked gorgeous but natural - We all looked like better versions of ourselves. I was very happy with how long the makeup lasted. It still looked great after a 12 hour day. Last but not least, I was incredibly impressed with how well what she did photographed. Our pictures were amazing and everyone's makeup looked flawless.

  I was married in the fall of 2013. always ones for the details, my to-be husband and I planned a small, intimate wedding surrounded by twenty of our most cherished friends + family. as an untraditional bride, I longed for hair + make-up to match my navy + nude lace overlay dress; clean, classic + sophisticated.. enter Katie Castellanos. Katie took unbelievably good care of me, meeting with me prior to the wedding to discuss what exactly I was hoping for and then taking the time to figure out how we could make exactly that happen... together. Katie's professionalism is second only to her artistic abilities, she is smart, savvy + fun! and she listens to understand you not just to respond to you, which in a situation such as wedding day hair + make-up makes a world of difference. the results? well, I ended up surprising myself! my non-traditional bridal-self felt so beautiful and so 'bride' but in uniquely my own way. it's hard to put into words, but Katie helped me to create a look that tapped into my inner confidence + style, accenting my favorable features so seamlessly that I forgot about my insecurities. Katie is a gift to all who work with her, seriously she is something special- and I feel so blessed to have had her supreme talents + care with me on such a memorable occasion.
