Partied all night long!

10/10 recommend Deric and Absolutely Unbelievable Entertainment! We found Deric via our reception venue as one of their preferred vendors, and we honestly couldn't have asked for anyone better! During the planning process, he was very thorough. We got together with him and went over everything we wanted to hear in music, along with additional music we didn't even think about. He was also very helpful when we had to change the original schedule we had talked about around due to timing with our photographer. We had a wedding of around 285, and he had no problem whatsoever getting the crowd dancing and KEEPING them dancing! We had people on our dance floor for 3 1/2 hours straight! He's a very talented DJ with years of experience under his belt and even does the big stuff like The Feast in Little Italy - one of the big reasons we opted to go with him. We wanted someone who would bring the party and was experienced with larger crowds. He definitely didn't disappoint. His rates were respectable and even added on a few things on the side to make sure we had the most memorable day. Do yourself a favor and book Deric and Absolutely Unbelievable Entertainment for your big day; you won't be disappointed!

Best night of our life!

Derek helped shape so much of the wedding from day one for us. We got to meet and thoroughly discuss how the night would go down to the minute... which helped not only guide us but our other vendors and family as well for the event.

The day of the wedding : everything was set up ready to go and worry free by the time we were getting ready for the ceremony taking one less stressful item off the checklist. Everything went flawlessly.

When it got to dance time Derek could realy read the room and had the party going from the first song. We had so many compliments from family and friends both old and young. The dj kept order through the night and was truly a master of ceremonies and even provided score updates in a very classy manner for the Guardians game through the night. Everyone danced the night away and we were sad when the party ended we were ready to dance until the sun came up. 10/10 5 stars 100% G R E A T DJ! and best part of all , it was a very fair price.

Highly recommend

Deric from Absolutely Unbelievable Entertainment was an excellent choice for our wedding DJ. He seamlessly handled both the ceremony music and the reception, also serving as the master of ceremonies. He guided guests through key moments like dinner seating, the cake cutting, and the first dance—all with a professional and unobtrusive presence. Throughout the night, several guests told us how impressed they were with our DJ. A few weeks before the wedding, we had a planning meeting with Deric where he walked us through song selections and helped create a detailed timeline, which made the day run smoothly.

DJ Services

Deric was a great DJ! From our first meeting a year before our wedding, to the final song of our reception, Deric was always in communication with us to make sure it was the way my wife and I wanted. He went out of his way to make sure we were happy throughout the entire planning process. Deric gives you a great detailed timeline of how the night will go, which was a big help to us. Most importantly, Deric had the entire dance floor packed all night! We had about 300 people in attendance, and all of them seemed very pleased with the music selection! We got to pick the songs we wanted him to play, but the best part was he read the crowd and kept the dance floor going all night. The photo booth was a great touch as it was another great form of entertainment that Deric offers. The props he brings are incredible! With Deric, you are getting a great, reliable DJ. 10/10 recommend!

Top Notch Seamless Entertainment

We recently had Deric DJ my daughter's wedding at the Mooreland Mansion in Kirtland. Deric was knowlegeable about the venue and what the set up would entail to create the perfect ambience. We met with him in person at length in which he planned out every minute of the evening with a detailed plan to have the night seamlessly flow without a glitch. His organization is impressive and the song selection kept the party rockin' right up until the last second. You will not be disappointed. HIghly recommended!

Amazing Dj!

Deric was AMAZING! His communication and skills really made our wedding flow so easily and made for a perfect evening. I loved having an in person meeting with him to go over the timeline of the ceremony and reception and to pick out songs to play throughout the night. His knowledge of the wedding planning made it a breeze if you are a bride that does not have a wedding planner. We couldn't have asked for a better DJ!

Absolutely Unbelievable Entertainment RAVE REVIEW :)

We used Absolutely Unbelievable Entertainment for our wedding March 2025. I have NOTHING but kind things to say about the staff and the services they provided us with. We used the Monster Plus Wedding Package, which included lighting. We also booked their photobooth and cold sparklers, which the guests absolutely LOVED. We left the night of our wedding with our pictures from the photobooth, which was great because we got to look at our pictures the next day!
From the start, owner Deric L. was super kind, helpful and thorough. He put some much time into every detail and was a HUGE help to us in creating our wedding timeline. I believe Steve was our actual MC/DJ and he was great, super friendly and definitely knew how to keep the party going! Everything was great and I would absolutely use Absolutely Unbelievable Entertainment again in the future and recommend them to any person who is seeking a DJ.

Absolutely Unbelievable!

To give a jist of this DJ they are just as the name states, Absolutely Unbelievable! For starters Deric was the most organized and detailed person in our wedding. He planned every single second of how out day would go. If you are nervous about planning a wedding without a wedding planner I highly recommend AUE because Deric will become that for you. There was no questions about when to get up and do something, it was all scheduled and planned accordingly.

Next, Steve (who works with Deric) was our DJ for the reception. Steve was extremely fun and easy to work with. He easily hyped our crowd of people from grandparents to kids in their 20s. He kept the music flowing to what the crowd was looking for and we had a packed dance floor for the entire night (8pm-12am). Steve was receptive to everything I threw at him and made the entire wedding flow as if we have all done this before.

Lastly, Larry was our photobooth attendant. He made sure that all of our guests were active participants in the photobooth so that we could collect the photos for our guest book. He was attentive and detailed in making sure everyone had props and the photobooth ran smoothly.

My husband and I did get the BOGO, up lighting, and a photo booth from AUE. We recommend purchasing all of these. We had multiple comments from guests on how beautiful the hall looked and I credit all of that to our lighting. Also, the BOGO light up the DJ booth and was great for guests to take photos with. We highly recommend the photo booth if nothing else because this was the highlight of many guests nights!

Overall, I highly recommend Absolutely Unbelieveable Entertainment. Deric made sure that every moment of our wedding was planned perfectly and put our entire wedding on paper. We truly could not have asked for a better DJ. For all the brides and grooms looking for entertainment for your perfect night I suggest you look no further and contact AUE for you.

Danced the Night Away

I just hired Deric for my wedding in August and he was so wonderful to work with! He’s very knowledgeable about different genres of music and helped us put together a great playlist. Best DJ in town

He was very professional and was phenomenal on our wedding day. He provided services for our reception and kept things flowing nicely. In the planning process, he gave suggestions and popular music choices without being pushy and in the end everyone had an amazing evening. he also interacted with the crowd and motivated everyone to participate on a game as well as pumping up a lot of great energy.
The Photo Booth was also a big hit!
10/10 would recommend him for any event in need of a DJ. His genuine goal is to make you happy and to make sure you have a great time and that exactly what he did.

Great experience!

Deric and Mike did a wonderful job with our wedding. Puts the MASTER in Master of Ceremony!!

Let me first and foremost say, Deric and Absolutely Unbelievable Entertainment are 100 percent experienced and professional. We met with Deric and not only did efficiently design the most Absolutely perfect playlist but he also built an Unbelievably efficient and care free time line of our whole event. Absolutely unbelievable entertainment!!! Their name matches!

I met deric at my sisters wedding 10 years ago. The best wedding ecwption EVER-people are still talking about it! over the years I've had the pleasure of attending other events with them. And just a few weeks ago we had my daughter's bat mitzvah! I knew they would do great but great is an UNDERSTATEMENT! the lights and logo and enthusiasm and professionalism....and the fireworks!!!! The games and prizes and photobooth!!! All talk of the town! We will be in Celebration Magazine for party of the year...and the fireworks were the hit of the night! I'd recommend him for weddings bar and bat mitzvahs, all events. Deric you are fantastic!

Exceptional Professionalism and Expertise

You can tell Deric has been doing this a long time. He helped us craft a timeline for our ceremony and reception all remotely while we lived in Austin, TX. While he preferred to do contracts physically (a lot of folks use eSign now), everything else was able to be done remote w/o much inconvenience. He was a great MC. I highly recommend adding on the photo booth for your event. It was the best ~$600 we spent. It came with a scrapbook of all the strips, and every photograph was given digitally as well. Awesome value.

Great Experience

Our DJ John was on time, professional, and played what we asked. The owner was responsive and organized during our planning and they even had 2 versions of the bridal entrance song available to us. I would highly recommend.

Great wedding reception DJ!

Deric was the DJ for our wedding reception at Gervasi Vineyard. From the very beginning of the planning process, he was a huge help with our wedding day timeline. He was quick to respond and insightful with all questions that we had. We met with him to go through the timeline for the entire day including all our song selections for both cocktail hour and reception, name pronunciations, special dances, toasts, cake cutting… every detail. Deric’s thoroughness and organization was the reason our reception went according to plan without any confusion. His knowledge of music and understanding of what we wanted to play kept everyone dancing all night.

Deric was more than just a DJ but a MC as well. He helped our night run smoothly by sticking to our planned timeline and making announcements accordingly. He provided a microphone for speeches and toasts throughout the night. In addition to the sound equipment, we also had Deric place uplights throughout or venue which really added to our overall décor.

Absolutely Unbelievable Entertainment is affordable and well worth the investment. We would recommend to anyone in the Cleveland area. Deric is familiar with working events at Gervasi which was helpful for our reception.

We recently had our our wedding. We hired Absolutely Unbelievable Entertainment, and let me tell you, Deric is an absolute pro. We didn’t have a wedding coordinator, no worry. We met Deric at his business in Willoughby before the wedding to plan and he helped us plan a timeline for how the reception would go. He loves and knows so much music it’ll make your head spin lol, gave us plenty of recommendations. This guy can get people on the dance floor. We had a lot of compliments from our guests about the DJ, because this company can entertain. 10/10 would recommend. Not to be cliché, but this company gave us Absolutely Unbelievable Entertainment!

Dj Deric and his team are second to none.. he did an amazing job leading up to the wedding with all of the preparation and made sure it was exactly what we wanted for music and timelines. Many of our guests came up to us after the reception and asked how we found our DJ cause they were shocked and stated he was the best they had ever seen. Also They offer a photo booth service that we used as our Guest Book and that was a hit too!

We couldn't be happier picking Deric for our wedding! He knew how to read the crowd, was super helpful with planning our music playlist and was very professional. We Trusted Deric from the Very Start!

Absolutely Unbelievable Entertainment's Deric Langton was the DJ for our wedding, and he did a fabulous job.

I was put at ease from the moment that I began my communications with Deric. He responded to my inquiry right away, emailed with me, talked with me on the phone, and gave me a great deal on a package for our wedding, explaining it in depth.

Deric was incredibly responsive any time that I reached out, and he spent two hours sitting down with us to finalize details shortly before our wedding. He is knowledgeable, entertaining, and pleasant. He has a great voice for the many introductions and such that come along with a wedding, and he kept us right on track, pretty much building our wedding-day timeline for us! His expereince in the industry is clear, and we trusted him from the very start.

I absolutely recommend that you hire Absolutely Unbelievable Entertainment. We had Deric Langton, but, having seen his professionalism and standards, I would have high expectations for any of their DJs.

Best DJ in the Land!

Deric and the Absolutely Unbelievable Entertainment team was the best decision we made for our wedding! Do not waste your time with other DJs when the answer is right here with Absolutely Unbelievable Entertainment!

From day one Deric was willing to work with us and made sure we were getting everything we wanted for our special night. He sat down with us, showed us his options, and told us what would work best at our venue. His experience and knowledge of the wedding receptions and venues made the process for us much easier. He recommended certain glow lights, firework displays, photo-booth for the guests, and gobo lights to ensure that we had the classiest event ever! Trust me you are going to want to go with his recommendations. Just ask him for some pictures and he will show you what he is capable of!

One thing we loved of what he did was sit down and talk through the timeline of the entire wedding with us. This helped us so much in understanding the importance of staying on track, helping the other vendors know when things where happening, and getting the most out of our reception and maximizing dancing time! Please know that he is more than just a DJ, he is the MC for the night and he holds that responsibility with pride and honor. He takes every extra measure possible by doing things like reviewing the song list, phonetic pronunciation of the names, helping you choose music for entrances, helping with the oldest couple dance, and just making you feel like you’re getting the wedding that you deserve! He does a very great job to make sure that guest are where they need to be, that your party is staying on track, and more importantly that everyone is having fun!

Deric was also very considerate of the type of music we wanted to play at our wedding. He sat down with us and ran through all the genres to ensure everyone felt like they had something to dance to. My side of the family had a lot Latin/Hispanic music that was requested to be played and trust me, he had his work cut out for him with having two different cultures and genres of music that needed to be played, but he killed it! He definitely knew what type of music to play and how to get people on the dance floor. Our only regret was that we ran out of time dancing! Time flew by and we wanted to keep the party going, but we were constricted with our wedding venue hours. Deric and his team make sure they squeeze every second of dancing and partying that they can get!

Deric and the team helped give us our wedding of our dreams. We are so grateful of everything he gave us for our wedding. Do no hesitate and reach out to the team. Would recommend Absolutely Unbelievable Entertainment in a heartbeat!

Absolutely Unbelievable Entertainment is the best!! Every aspect of working with this company was phenomenal. My partner and I could not get over how much attention they put into every detail of our wedding. Our reception was incredible due to Absolutely Unbelievable Entertainment curating an incredible evening of music and flawlessly MC-ing through the events of the night. Absolutely unbelievable!

Derrick was amazing! Not only did he do my sisters wedding and I knew I needed to have him for mine! But he remembered my sister and dad from their father daughter dance 7 years ago!!!! Everyone said that our wedding was the best wedding they had been to in a long time !!! I had a blast ! Thank you so much for everything ! The photo book from the photobooth is absolutely amazing ! And I’m so happy I have that to remember all of my guests , especially the ones I didn’t get to stop and talk to! If you are looking for a DJ for your wedding you NEED TO book with this company ESPECIALLY if you want everyone dancing all night long!

Amazing DJ experience

This DJ company was literally absolutely unbelievable. They were so patient, gave us nice suggestions, they even went to my wedding venue to help us set everything us. Over was s just so helpful and very nice. I’d definitely recommend especially a wedding (like I did) it turned out beautiful

AUE best choice for Dj

David and I were blessed to have Deric with AUE as our DJ for our wedding. We cannot say enough great things about him. He was very responsive to any questions we had prior to. Deric helped with a timeline for the night and we stayed right on track. Deric provided great music and fun for the entire evening and kept the dance floor alive. We had so many people tell us after our wedding that our DJ was awesome. If you are undecided on picking a DJ look no more. Deric with AUE is who you need.

Great Experience, Would Recommend!!

Great experience working with AUE! Deric was very responsive and detailed in the planning of our timeline and music menu. He takes the time to go through every detail and song to make sure things are perfect for the big day. John did a great job DJing for our wedding and even tried to help out with keeping up on track when our coordinator was slacking. We didn't have much of a dancing crowd, but people still loved the music that was played. Christina also did a great job running the photobooth - which was a huge hit throughout the night! I love the photobook and flash drive we get from the photobooth too. Would highly recommend this company for any future brides and event planners!

Had a great time!

I first met Deric and his wife at a bridal convention where hundreds of vendors try to sell you their services. Seeing Deric's energy, I instantly that they were the best choice for us! The day was planned out accordingly and I didn't have to worry about anything because Deric was very organized. My wedding guests were pumped at the end of the night EVERYONE was on the dance floor. Deric was able to play music throughout the night that was appropriate. As soon as all the elders left, Deric had a blast playing music for the guests my age. It was great! The photo booth was great too. It was so nice to see all the photobooth photos after the wedding and see how much fun all the guests were having.

Our Wedding 9-9-22

I first met Deric when he was providing karaoke nights at a bar that I worked at, and it was always top notch.
From the point we hired Absolutely Unbelievable Entertainment for our wedding, Deric was always 100% with us. The attention to our needs and his experience with filling in the blanks on what my wife and I couldn't decide on is non-comparable.
We could not have asked for a better DJ to make our night truly beautiful.
Our wedding was a small wedding, but Deric's upbeat tempo was able to make a small wedding feel like a city-wide party!
I would truly recommend to anyone looking for a great service and perfect experience.

Absolutely unbelievable

Our experience with absolutely unbelievable entertainment was exactly that! I would definitely recommend. Deric (owner) did a great job organizing and communicating everything for our big night and was quick to communicate with us on any questions. He sat down with us and went over a timeline and song list which made everything nice and stress free. Nice add on options such as up lights and “go bo” One of his DJs (John) did our wedding and it couldn’t have gone better. Our dance floor never stopped once from the time music started til the end of the night and people were saying how it was such a great party! Couldn’t thank these guys enough!

Perfect DJ!

Not only was Deric a great DJ, but having him as our MC took away a substantial amount of stress at the reception. He is to thank for everything running smoothly and on time! It was perfect to not need to have any worries aside from having a great time! I’ve never seen so many people dancing at a reception and the music was so much more than we could have asked for. Best dj ever!

Absolutely Unbelievable Entertainment (DJ Deric) was our DJ for our wedding at The Barn at Hart’s Grove and made our music dreams come true! From start to finish he went above and beyond to make sure our wedding ceremony, cocktail hour & reception was perfect! He was organized, attentive, professional, and experienced. We appreciated him taking time getting to know us and going through each detail of the event very thoroughly. Deric gave us good suggestions for our wedding timeline and music selections. The DJ ultimately really sets the vibe for the whole wedding, and I can say we DEFINITELY had a party! He did a great job keeping the dance floor packed the entire night! The photo booth that came in our package was a BIG hit! GREAT PROPS! They even made us a guestbook that was signed by our guests with all the picture slides that were taken in the photobooth throughout the night. We will have these memories forever! We received a TON of compliments on him the night of and the days following our wedding. He was worth every penny we paid! Because of Deric, our wedding was a dream come true! We would highly recommend him and his staff for any wedding or event where you want to have a GREAT time!!

Professional

Deric was very professional and is passionate about his work. We sent playlist of all the songs we wanted him to use. He spent time to make sure he had the exact version we wanted. We had an outdoor ceremony where he set up his system as well as the large set up for the reception.
He was timely and had plenty of time to do all of his setup. Lighting was great and he kept the order and flow moving along really well. We have a lively, dancing family and even Deric commented that it was a fantastic night all around!
Many people commented on what a great job he did.

Amazing experience

Working with these guys was amazing.
I was engaged for 4 years and rescheduled our wedding TWICE and they worked with me through everything. Steve our DJ for the night was super cool and everyone loved him. They played my father in laws recorded music that had passed away in June for us for ceremony and cocktail hour. Everything was perfect. Huge shout out to Derek too he is awesome. Really loved them!!

Awesome DJ

WOW! Deric absolutely exceeded our expectations. We hired him to do our entire wedding, everything from our ceremony, to our cocktail hour to our reception. Until you plan a wedding, you have no idea how much the DJ does to ensure the entire day and schedule run accordingly. Deric was responsive and very easy to work with. Not only was his music awesome, he is also very reasonably priced. Our wedding day was absolutely perfect and we were pleased with Absolutely Unbelievable Entertainment. We love love love Deric!

Deric was THE best!! We’d had a brief meeting prior to the wedding to discuss timeline and playlist requests. 100% professional and easy communication. We decided to have a small wedding, just over 30 ppl. The dance floor was never empty. I wish I could’ve danced to all the songs, but brides have other responsibilities :) He made everyone feel comfortable and have a great time. His entertainment was absolutely unbelievable! If we ever have another event requiring a DJ, he’ll be our first call.

Deric is the best!!

I am so thankful that we found Deric for our wedding. He made our day so special and perfected everything. He sits down with you and goes through every detail to make your day exactly what you want. We found out about Absolutely Unbelievable Entertainment at a local bridal show and Deric was fun to talk to and the games to win trips to take as a couple paired with the price being something we could definitely fit in our budget made choosing easy. The night was so much fun !

Deric is a blast!!!

Absolutely unbelievable entertainment made it a party from the day we started, we purchased the ultimate jam which included a plethora of entertainment devices and everything that I guess we need to party! there wasn’t a moment the dance floor was empty, from the time we arrive to the time we left! I would recommend them to everyone! I would recommend the ultimate jam and above all everybody look into those floor fireworks they were definitely a showstopper for the evening!!! Deric even brought props to match out theme for the stage and the photo booth!!

Hands Down..... Fabulous!!!

I can't thank Absolutely Unbelievable Ent. enough for the spectacular job they did for my wedding. Derek was fantastic. He has a very professional approach to the whole process and my outline was impeccable. He is knowledgeable in the business and my day wouldn't have been as amazing without him. The prices were fantastic with top notch service. The Photobooth was a hit and the pictures from them are amazing! So glad we opted for it. Highly recommend this vendor! Had a small guest list and due to covid19, had guests cancel, and it was still a blast. Only 39 ppl attended and I am still amazed and overwhelmed by the joy I had and still feel from that day. Don't pass this vendor up!

Absolutely AMAZING!!!!!!!!!

Deric had our dance floor packed all night long. Our guest enjoyed the photo booth and all the fun it provided aswell. And the photo album with a copy of our guest in the photo booth with a little message will be one of my favorite keepsakes of the night.

Absolutely unbelievable!

If you want a seemless, carefree, perfect wedding, then my guy Deric over at Absolutely Unbelievable Entertainment is the call you need to make. From our very first meeting to the very last, Deric was so knowledgeable and hulpfull through the entire process. From going over sound and lighting options to song selection to coordinating the wedding ceremony and reception. It's an impossible value going with this gentleman as you get so much more than a DJ. It was almost as if he was our wedding planner as well as he had the entire wedding planned down to the minute as far as the event/entertainment was concerned. He spent over 2 hours a few weeks before the wedding sitting down and chatting with us about each song and different recomendations. The day of the wedding we didnt have to think about a thing and could just focus on each other. He made the whole day just so effortless and stress free for us. I never realized how important it is to have a good DJ at your wedding. I'd argue that Deric is the reason the day was as perfect as it was. I've already recommended Deric to 2 of my friends that are getting married and will continue to do so going forward.

Made our wedding day

I met Deric at the Cleveland Bridal Show (pre Covid-19) and instantly decided I wanted to hire him. He was experienced and engaging and clearly a pro at what he does. As the date of our September wedding got close, I was worried about safety and also whether anyone would actually dance, but I shouldn't have been concerned! Deric was so accommodating of the huge change in our guest count, and he kept the dance floor alive. He played all the music I asked for and those who chose to dance had a great time! He also brought his photo booth, which was a huge hit for everyone who wasn't comfortable dancing, and we got great photo keepsakes. I highly recommend him and would absolutely hire him again.

absolutely amazing!! So Helpful! highly recommend!

Deric was so very helpful and kind when it came to planning our wedding music and outline. We were what they call a COVID wedding and between date changes, venue changes, guest list uncertainty and everything in between Deric helped us through the way and helped make our night unforgettable. DJ Mike was amazingly helpful between everything that was going askew. He even gave us the cue for my Dad and I to walk down because one of our flower girls was very shy. We got many compliments saying that we had the most amazing mix of music at a wedding that people have ever heard. This was because Deric will help you make an entire "music menu" and really get what you like. I cannot stress enough how helpful these gentlemen were through one of the most stressful times of our life. They truly helped us make an absolutely unbelievable wedding :) I also wanted to add that our venue we ended up landing on was new to them and us and everything turned out perfect. Thank you Deric and Mike I will always recommend y'all!

Wedding 9/19/20

Absolutely unbelievable entertainment was truly unbelievable. Guests danced the entire evening and didn't stop until our wedding was over. No one wanted the reception to end ! We received compliments all evening on the music and the DJ. The music was fun, "dancey" , and enjoyable for guests of all ages. Highly recommend them for a wedding reception or any event that you are looking for your guests to dance the entire night away!

Everything went flawless

Coronavirus bride here, which was stressful enough, but mid way through our wedding planning we moved 3 hours away. Deric, the owner, was more than willing to make it all work, he is quick to respond and very knowledgeable. We used absolutely Unbelievable Entertainment for both ceremony and reception and they both went beautifully. It's been 2 weeks and people are still commenting on the DJ's voice, he definitely is in the right business! He played all our songs, and found a remix to our garter removal that I actually liked better than the original picked. The uplighting was very well done and would choose that part of the package over again hands down . We booked Deric from a bridal show and I would not hesitate to do it again!

Amazing DJ!

Unbelievable

With drastic changes in our wedding plans due to Covid-19, Deric was able to accommodate short notice plans. We went through an incredibly thorough checklist and he thought of things I never would’ve. He made sure we had all of our requests even to the point of queuing songs to a specific spot we wanted. They were incredible to work with from start to finish. The dance floor was crowded all night long! They played so much stuff that kept people dancing and mixed up the order so it never got boring. They truly made us feel so special on our big day. Deric was quick to respond to all my calls and answered all my questions. The in person meeting a few weeks before the wedding cannot be overvalued. He even knew the venue and made lighting recommendations based on his experience. That helped so much. It made us so much more comfortable knowing the timeline and that our music preferences were being considered. The price was sooo much lower than we expected for the quality! We got so many compliments about the music. They kept people out on the dance floor until the very last song. Thanks for the perfect celebration!

He had us straight away with his personality.

We meet with him to go over every minute of the night and pick out all of our music,
Deric will work with you and play what you want but will strongly advise you with what will keep people on the dance floor

Long stretches with at least 50 dancers. At no point was the dance floor close to empty

Absolutely Unbelievable!!

Just like their name- this company was Absolutely Unbelievable every step of the way! I knew Deric because he was the DJ for two of my best friends weddings. I knew he would be perfect for mine! After contacting him he had us come in and view/experience his equipment. This was great because we knew exactly what we were getting. We saw the lights, heard the quality of the sound equipment and saw the props for the Photobooth. Deric gave us a great deal and we picked out our gobo (name in lights), purple uplights, music package, and photo booth. He had worked at our chosen venue several times before so he knew exactly which music package would be best without overpowering the room. We met with him again to choose songs and he knew what music was popular to play but also took down our requests. The day of our wedding he was there early to set up the room. He played music for our ceremony, played music at cocktail hour, and had the best announcer voice for our basketball-theme entrance. The photobooth had quality items from his travels around the nation and included authentic Disney props. Everyone loved the Photobooth and that was a big hit seeing all of the photos our guests took that were collected for us in a scrapbook. He expertly and professionally led the entire evening and we didn't have to worry about a thing. I have never been to a wedding where the dance floor was packed all night and that was exactly what happened at our wedding! When I was dancing he played my favorite songs and everyone was having the best time!! After the wedding many people raved about the experience, the music, the DJ and I would recommend him to everyone who wants to keep the party going and people dancing all night! You won't forget it!!

The best night!

A quality DJ that helped make our day special

I have only good things to say about our experience with Deric from Absolutely Unbelievable Entertainment! We first experienced Deric's talent at LaVera Party Center New Years Eve and later on at a friends wedding. When it was time to look for a DJ we knew Deric would be a great fit because we already knew how good he was! Deric is very organized and really helped with the timeline of the ceremony and reception to keep things running smoothly. Two weeks before the wedding we had a meeting to really customize our playlist and to establish a do not play list. Deric has a great selection of music from all genres that gets people out on the dance floor and keeps them there. Deric has an amazing announcers voice that really made for an awesome grand entrance. The package my husband and I got included uplighting and a light show and it made the venue look awesome once the house lights were turned down! I also recommend getting the photobooth, our guests really had a great time taking fun pictures with friends and family. At the end of the night Deric had the photobooth album ready as digital files for us to take home and enjoy. We strongly recommend Deric and his company for a fun, professional, and truly awesome party!

Could not be happier with our experience with Absolutely Unbelievable Entertainment! Our dance floor was hopping all night - he played all the songs we had discussed and the lights were so much fun. It was an absolute blast. Deric sits down with you a few weeks before your wedding and goes through every genre of music and you pick which songs you want played - he makes great suggestions from his years of experience in the industry. We played a wide variety of music, starting with oldies for the older crowd (but still songs that young people love too) and then eventually moved our way into the top 40s, rap, etc for the young crowd. Deric is also an experienced MC and was so helpful at planning the timeline of our reception and was great at moving things along to keep the night on pace. Wedding Dj/ Photobooth

Deric and his wife did our wedding! They did our entertainment, uplighting, bogo logo, and photo-booth! Let me tell you they did not fall short of expectations! If anything they exceeded them! He kept the wedding going all night! Everyone was dancing and laughing the entire evening and I have deric to thank for that! His wife ran our photo-booth and she was amazing as well! They accommodated all of our guest crazy needs and crowds that flocked her all night! For this we thank you both And highly recommend them for your wedding needs! Great price, great service and extremely helpful with set up for our song list to our schedule they helped do it all! Awesome packages! His equipment was amazing something out of a movie! Above and beyond! Kept the party going!

Deric was amazing! He truly went above and beyond for us. We met with him to review every song that would be played. He was super flexible and accommodating with the other entertainment (I had gotten a small band to play during the dinner hour). He truly made the night go so smoothly, both as a master of ceremonies and as a DJ. He was also very willing for me to share some specific Slovenian songs on a CD that he played at the perfect time! Our night was a blast! He got the crowds attention when needed, really "played the crowd" in the sense that people were on the dace floor ALL NIGHT. In fact, we decided to extend the party another half hour, and Deric, our DJ, said he was having such a good time he didn't even hesitate to stay and keep the party going. It was like a little extra wedding gift for him to willingly stay and keep the party going to almost 1 AM! The whole experience was amazing. The photo booth we used was a big hit! Our guests loved the authenticity of the props, and ended up having a 20 page scrap book! We were given this at the end of the night so we could look at it in the morning. We really appreciate everything he did for us. He was organized, professional, responsive, and made the night fun, elegant, and a party scene all at once! I highly recommend!

Amazing!!! Class Act All The Way!!! Highly Recommend!!!

We checked out quite a few different DJ's and photo booth options for our wedding, and ultimately chose Deric and Absolutely Unbelieveable Entertainment for both. We were impressed with the time and effort that went into his work, and really appreciated the process and rationale behind how he helped curate the schedule for the evening as well as the playlist. The whole process he had for putting everything together showed that he has been doing this for a long time and has mastered his craft well. His suggestions and recommendations regarding scheduling helped us feel confident in not paying extra $ for a wedding planner/day-of coordinator, and we were not disappointed! We were uncertain if we wanted to have lazers/lights on our dance floor and were prepared to ask to have them turned off if we did not like them, but they were awesome, and we were very happy that they were provided as part of our package. The uplights that they provided were wonderful and helped add a special touch to our already amazing venue (Windows on the River- City View Room).
*We had also been to other weddings where the DJ booth looked like a giant advertisement for the DJ company, and were very happy to see that he only had a small modest sign off to the side. Enough to provide information for those that wanted it, but nothing that would attract attention or take away from our special day.

We also wanted a high-quality picture booth that had both color and black & white options and also printed in traditional strips instead of 4×6 photo sheets like many do nowadays. After checking out many others, this was the highest resolution image we were able to find anywhere, with a huge selection of (high quality) props and accessories to go along with it. After our wedding it was so fun to look through the beautiful album they provided that contained a copy of every single photo strip taken, along with the personalized comments each of our guests wrote to us. We also like that they provided a thumb drive of all the pictures, so we can share them digitally.

All in all, we were extremely happy that we entrusted Deric and Absolutely Unbelieveable Entertainment to play such a large and important role in our wedding. It ended up being the single happiest day in my entire life, and we could not be happier with our choice!

Above and beyond DJ

Our night was truly unforgettable and Derric with absolutely unbelievable entertainment was a major factor in that. He not only knows what it takes to be a great DJ but he has the experience that makes him truly unique. We sat with him and broke down our whole reception hour by hour and chose songs that we wanted as well as some that he recommended. He is professional, courteous, and an all around good guy. Amazing wedding DJ!

I have only good things to say about our experience with Deric from Absolutely Unbelievable Entertainment! He was recommended by several coworkers. We spoke over the phone a couple times and met in his office twice before the wedding. Deric is very organized and really helped the timeline of the wedding to go smoothly and stay on track. We used him for our ceremony music as well as reception and we loved the turnout. In our meeting he really helped pick out songs that were in our genres as well as being dance-able. I had several atypical instrumentals picked out for the ceremony that I was surprised he found and it was such a nice surprise to hear them as we were moments from the big processional! Deric has a great voice that really made the grand entrances and entire evening more grand, as well as the uplights and music-synced lighting. Our venue has really high ceilings (Hyatt Regency at the Arcade) and Deric had the right speakers to work well in that space. The photobooth was a lot of fun for our guests, and Deric gave us a wedding album book of the printouts as well as digital files. Our guests loved the music played and he really kept the party going! My wedding was Oct 6th and our DJ was Steve. He was very professional and wonderful DJ. By the end of the night Steve was just like family, he was kind and helpful. He also always did what me and my husband wanted to do. Thank you again for the wonderful night and excellent DJ. I had a wonderful time

Deric and his team were amazing from start to finish! The planning process was so easy and I felt confident that they understood exactly what I was looking for. They turned our reception into the best party and for that we are thankful. I couldn't imagine anyone else building the sound track for our special day.

My name is Kayla and I actually met the DJ for our wedding at a Bridal Show and I loved him instantly! I won 2 services from him and after reading reviews, we knew we found our DJ. Deric was amazing with communication, promptness, flexibility, and any other questions I had. He helped us with song selections, added games, even my secret dance for my husband at the reception. He played all song requests we had and offered to stay an extra half hour to keep the party going! He had amazing charisma and voice for our reception, he kept a clean schedule for our day and we did not feel rushed what so ever... Our day wouldn't have been complete without A. U. E. and I highly recommend this company for any wedding!

This past Saturday, July 14th, I had my wedding at Pine Ridge Country Club. I was very particular when deciding on which DJ service to go with. I came across Absolutely Unbelievable Entertainment at a wedding event in the area and I knew right away how great he was. Right off the bat, I won a trip to multiple different locations within the U.S. and free uplighting to use at my ceremony. Deric was very flexible and offered me and my husband a great package for a great value! He sat down with us and went over every specific detail for our ceremony, cocktail hour and reception. He stuck with the music that we decided on and got everyone onto the dance floor! It was unbelievable how great he was! He was very professional and reliable. I highly recommend anyone who wants to have a nice smooth ceremony, cocktail hour, and reception to select him for your wedding. You won't be disappointed!!!

We booked them for our wedding that was 2 weekends ago. Mike was such a great DJ and made our day that much better, even through the heat he got everyone on the dance floor. THANK YOU GUYS!

Deric's organization alone makes it 100% worth booking him for your wedding. He made my wedding flow seamlessly so I could actually enjoy myself! I didn't have to worry about when we were going to cut the cake, when we were going to do the first dance, when we would do the garter routine, etc... He sat down with me for 2 hours before my wedding and planned every detail out minute by minute, from ceremony music to the reception!!!! He is an amazing DJ and knows how to please the crowd. He can read whether he needs to change up a genre if things aren't going well. He got my guests up and dancing from the first to last song he played!!! He is very experienced and well worth the price, which I found to be reasonable. He will also sit with you to map out songs you would like to have played at the reception, genre by genre. Everything was planned with such thought and precision, and my guests couldn't stop talking about how great the DJ was!! We had a photo booth which was excellent as well. You get a scrapbook at the end with all the pictures printed for you and your partner (guests get a copy of the photos too), along with a flash drive of the pictures to look back on! Worked great as favors for our guests! The grand entrance was great too - he really makes you feel like a celebrity with a spotlight and grand introduction for your family and friends! If you want a reception that is memorable for all the right reasons, choose Absolutely Unbelievable Entertainment!

My wedding was the best day of my life for several reasons, most importantly because I married my best friend. On the top of that list would be my extreme satisfaction with our DJ - Derec. I was so impressed with the quality of service, from the music we requested during dinner, to the last song at the reception, everyone loved the entertainment! Derec made sure the crowd was dancing from beginning to end, reading the energy level, and alternating slow and fast songs. All of my family and friends were on the dance floor enjoying themselves, and several people my husband and I expected to leave early, stayed until the end because they were having such a great time. I never had a better night, dancing, even singing one song, in all of my life. Derec's energy and voice made my reception experience, as well as my guest's experience so WONDERFUL!!! I also liked how he was sure to have a detailed meeting with my husband and I about how the night was going to progress, going through all genres of songs, and took the time to know our specific taste. I highly recommend Derec.

OUTSTANDING!!! Great music, bride and groom are able to chose music to be played, sound was not too loud, up lighting was really a nice touch, photobooth was another fun choice! So happy to have this vendor as our DJ! Also, sound quality was excellent

This company is amazing! We had issues with the weather and the owner was very flexible about taking his equipment outside. He also has a two hour meeting with you to make sure he has down to the minute how the schedule will go and what music you must have. He did a great job!

Derick was terrific to work with for the past few months. Great recommendations, great equipment, dance floor was always full with enthusiastic dancers. Sad to see 11 PM come sooo quickly. Our guests did not want to leave. Thanks for making my daughter's wedding reception awesome.

When first meeting Deric you could tell that he was the right fit for a company we looked for. We knew from the moment we booked AUE that we made the right choice. Deric had a prior commitment and was not able to DJ our function. We had Larry as our DJ and he kept our reception rocking. Deric helped make our day special and for that we can not recommend Absolutely Unbelievable Entertainment enough to our friends.
