Communicative
Larry Hacken is very informative, very fair in pricing and always has a response to any questions you may have. I was clueless and he was able to tell me in detail what he would be recording. Can't wait for him to record my wedding 09.15.19 -

Amazing and just perfect
Larry, what can I say he is amazing in every way and just so professional. My husband and I have become lifelong friends with him and to see a negative comment on this site is so outrageous. Larry would do anything to fix an issue if one arises. Remember everyone malfunctions happen , this life is not perfect but again Larry can do wonders. My video was more than perfect and everything I wanted. Negative review is just unreal as I Know for a fact many people take videos at weddings and guaranteed Larry could of transformed those videos into whatever malfunction happened. Also, Larry has nothing but the best quality. In our book he is a 10. -

Larry Hacken was hired to video our wedding on April 29th at Terrace on The Park and we are very pleased with his work. We received our video in 3 days! This is unheard of, but once we viewed it we were extremely pleased! Larry Hacken is very professional and took the time, many times, to explain the process to us. He captured everything we wanted and then some. We have, and will continue to recommend him to others. Keep up the good work Larry!

It was so refreshing to find this videographer/photographer after I had a bad experience with someone else. The owner-( Larry) was so helpful, patient and extremely courteous answering all my needs. He made my event better than I expected because of his help throughout the wedding. I have already recommended him to several of my family members and friends. -

Incompetent
We hired Absolute Elegance to do our daughter's wedding. 4 hours before the wedding he sent a "Text" not even a phone call to say he could not perform the Videography and would be sending a replacememt. We were shocked when we received the video that the replacement completely missed the Father and daughter dance. This clearly shows the person he sent was unprofessional and inexperienced. We can not replace the memories that were not captured. -

Don’t let this happen to you
We hired Absolute Elegance to do the Videography at our Daughters’ wedding In September 2018. Our experience was Horrible.
At 1pm before the Wedding at 6:30pm he texted us that he had hurt his back and would not be able to perform the work himself. He did not even call us. He told us he was sending us one of his best people who would do a “fantastic job” for you.
That was the beginning of our bad experience. The Videographer never introduced himself and never coordinated the filming throughout the night with the wedding party.
After we did the walk in of the bridal party we were told about an hour later we have to redo the video of the bridal party entering the reception hall because he was too far away when we did the real entrance. In the final video there are pieces of both entrances that don’t match, and it is obvious it was two pieces put together. It looks very unprofessional.
BUT THE WORST PART is, the Videographer COMPLETELY MISSED TAPING THE FATHER DAUGHTER DANCE. This is something we can no recreate. When we asked him for a refund he said that he is not responsible for camera failure.
Don’t let this happen to you since you can’t redo these memories.
