From the moment we toured the venue with Lisa, we knew it was the one. She took the time to listen to everything we imagined and walked us through every step with patience, care, and so much knowledge. Throughout the entire planning process, Lisa made us feel supported and at ease nothing ever felt stressful.
On our wedding day, everything was absolutely PERFECT. The staff was attentive, the setup was beautiful, and every detail came together even better than we dreamed. Our guests couldn’t stop talking about how gorgeous the venue was and how smoothly everything ran.
We are so grateful to Lisa and the entire team for making our day unforgettable. We truly couldn’t have asked for a better experience.

April 6, 2025 was a delightful day to remember for us as we had our wedding at Aberdeen Manor. The results were amazing and the staff was prepared and ready to go when we arrived. The assistance we received from Megan, Trey & staff was priceless. Megan helped with bridal needs like bustling and ceremony assistance too. They did an incredible job in the ballroom with ceiling decor, pinspots & lighting to make the decor shine. We are still getting compliments about this from guests. The food was hot, delicious & a hit with our guests! The staff at Aberdeen knocked it out of the park with a grand slam!

My husband and I worked with Kara at Aberdeen Manor for a wedding planned in only 7 months. She was incredibly nice and consistently in touch with us and quick to respond despite my hectic work schedule. She was great with any suggestions and making sure that we were meeting minimums and making sure we understood expectations of the day. We had our wedding in the off season, which comes with deals and exclusives like a snow machine for your first dance. Note they also keep all Christmas decorations up, so there are trees and garlands up from November to the end of December. We had ceremony in the chapel and reception in the ballroom and everything was gorgeous. They are also flexible with personal touches like centerpieces. Bride and Groom suites are in chapel and look amazing, with smaller rooms for bride and groom only as well in ballroom.

From the minute my husband and I met with Kara to tour Aberdeen, we knew this was the place we wanted to get married & also the person we wanted to help us get married. We immediately bonded with Kara over our love for Disney! We just recently got married there a few weeks ago and it was nothing but perfect. from every meeting we had with Kara, she helped guide us without being overbearing or opinionated. She also made suggestions when we were lost because we have never done this before and she was the expert in this. When it came to the rehearsal she was nothing short of wonderful, directing us and helping with timing of the music when i walked down the aisle. When i needed someone to talk to, she was comforting and kind. Our wedding day was nothing short of perfection, and Kara was one of the main people to make it that way. I could not recommend Aberdeen Manor or Kara enough to all upcoming brides looking for a venue to get married. The rest of the staff the night of the wedding, along with Christian were absolutely amazing. the bartenders were fun and the staff was extremely attentive and kind. Don’t wait, and go book with them and request Kara as your coordinator. I promise you will not be disappointed!!!!

Had my wedding at Aberdeen Manor on October 26th and the entire process from the planning to the day of went smoothly. Kara was an amazing coordinator with excellent communication and the night was everything we could ask for and more! The food and drinks were great and the way everything was run was completely on point. All of the staff there are top notch. Highly recommend Aberdeen Manor to anyone looking to host a wedding/reception!

My husband and I had our wedding reception at Aberdeen, and we had a blast! Our wedding coordinator, Lisa, was so easy to work with and made the entire planning process as stress free as possible. Everything was perfect, and we had no problems. Any hiccups were handled quickly and subtly. We would HIGHLY recommend Aberdeen for anyone's wedding and/or reception. The ballroom is lovely, the decoration options are beautiful, and the staff are detail-oriented, friendly, and dedicated to making your dream wedding a reality. The food was delicious, the drinks were tasty, and all of our guests keep telling us what a great time they had at our reception. Partway through the night, we received a framed photo of our first dance. It was so cute, and we were so surprised! We're so grateful to Aberdeen for making our wedding a beautiful night and a wonderful experience!

We absolutely loved our experience at Aberdeen! Kara and the entire team were so helpful throughout our process. We used their brand new bridal suite to get ready which is beautiful and VERY spacious (we had 15 women getting ready together). They also had a grooms suite available. They were able to accommodate our timeline, provided delicious breakfast and drinks while we got ready.

For the ceremony, we chose the outdoor garden that was stunning and the team helped out with all our questions and prep day of as well as rehearsal. They even allowed a welcome drink station for our guests. You can definitely feel the family owned business in how personal and thoughtful they are - we felt very take of at aberdeen. Thank you!!

We had our reception at Aberdeen Manor and loved every second of it! The garden area was beautiful and the ballroom was large enough to hold all our guests (236). The venue includes a day of coordinator (we had Kara and she was amazing and so responsive) and also includes set up and clean up. As long as you provide specific instructions for where the items go, the team will make your vision come to life. We would 100% choose this venue again if we were to relive our wedding day!

We had our wedding at Aberdeen Manor and they made our experience amazing! Kara (our assigned Event Coordinator) made the planning process as easy as possible for us and was always there to answer our questions. The wedding ceremony and reception was beautiful and we had an amazing time. :)

We had an off-season wedding here and it was absolutely amazing. Our guests loved the amenities, decor, bar, food and so much more. Place was super convenient for us and our guests. Church was in the same lot as the venue, so no one had to drive from place to place. They left the chapel and went straight into the cocktail hour at the venue. Also had our suit rentals through their bridal shop and allowed us to leave the suit with them at the end of the night. No worrying about dropping off at a separate location the next day, which was super convenient.

Overall, we had planned this wedding for over 2 years and working with Lisa during that time was a breeze. She made the whole process as smooth as possible. She was constantly available to us even though it was so far out from the date.

Highly recommend this place. Food and service was incredible. Well worth the cost.

Aberdeen was an AMAZING venue for our wedding! The staff is so helpful during the planning process and attentive the night of the wedding! All our guests were complimenting on how nice of a venue it is. Lisa was our wedding coordinator and she was WONDERFUL! If anyone is looking for a wedding venue, definitely consider Aberdeen!

I had my wedding in August 2022. Aberdeen was beautiful and the perfect choice for us. They do a lot of things "in house" such as catering, decor, and suits for the groom/groomsmen. This was huge for us as I was at school out of state and we were able to do a lot directly through them. (no renting tables/chair/linens) They will do all of the set-up/tear-down which was another thing we were looking for. They were also very communicative and easy to work with, with multiple "check-ins" and meetings. Our coordinator, Megan, was very kind and easy to work with. She answered all of my questions quickly and helped to walk me through every part of the process! They can get busy during certain times of the year with multiple weddings per weekend or even 2 on the same day. We still felt special by Megan and the entire staff. It all depends on what you are looking for and what is important to you! Overall I highly recommend Aberdeen to anyone looking in the NWI area!

Our experience with Aberdeen was everything we could have hoped for and more. Lisa was incredibly detailed during the entire planning process and she helped create our dream wedding day that flowed smoothly and flawlessly. We loved that Aberdeen was practically all inclusive and affordable. Many upgrades for most venues were standard and included. We also loved that it was a family own and run business. They made sure everything was taken care of so the day of the wedding, all we had to do was show up. The "snowfall" first dance was a memory we won't ever forget. The food was also amazing.

I could go on all day about how wonderful our experience was with Aberdeen Manor. From the moment we stepped into look at the Venue, we knew that it was the perfect place for our wedding. The garden and chapel are absolutely beautiful. The ballroom is extremely elegant. Every single member of the staff is amazing! Renee was truly such a lifesaver in the planning process. She was so helpful and always there when I needed anything! She gave the best advice and truly helped our wedding come to life, every last detail! It was such a relief to have a one stop shop for everything! The staff treated us like family and made us feel like home. The food was DELICIOUS! Our day was beyond anything we could have ever imagined..magical, beautiful, and full of so much love. We couldn’t have done it without the Aberdeen Team!

We absolutely LOVED having our wedding at the Aberdeen Manor & Ballroom! Lisa, Megan, and the entire staff at the Aberdeen are so fantastic! Lisa was our planner and she made the entire process so easy and manageable for us. Lisa is so incredibly kind, knowledgeable, professional, and she has a wonderful sense of humor! Wedding planning can be very stressful but Lisa put our worries at ease from our first meeting. She is so organized, detailed, responsive and answered any question we had. The Aberdeen truly is a one stop shop – they printed our invitations and menus for us, provided the suits and shoes for the groom, groomsmen, ring bearers, and bride’s father, plus day of coordination. They offer so many options for centerpieces, décor, and give you lots of ideas to make your wedding exactly how you want it! The facilities are beautiful and so well-maintained. The food is delicious, the service is excellent, and everyone is so nice! Everything on the day of our wedding went so smoothly thanks to the Aberdeen staff, we were so happy with how everything turned out. I felt like I didn't have to worry because we were in such good hands! We could not be happier with the Aberdeen and Lisa! We HIGHLY recommend the Aberdeen for your wedding!

The Aberdeen staff are so helpful and friendly! Lisa, our coordinator, was so amazing! She went above and beyond to help organize all of the little details and was always available via email for questions. I loved how Aberdeen set up and took down our decorations we had. I was relieved that my family and I didn’t have to do that the night before. The taste testing was also a great experience! Their food is very flavorful. The groom and groomsmen rented their tuxes through them. They are very reliable and flexible if something doesn’t fit, they can rush a tux/suit the next day. Really is a peace of mind knowing they could handle that part for us too. We also got our invitations through them and got a discount off our total. It’s almost a one stop shop (except the brides dress)! The waitresses and bartenders were also amazing from what I’ve heard from my guests and what we experienced. I don’t have anything negative to say! We were so happy to have our wedding at Aberdeen Manor it was such a beautiful day! One I’ll cherish forever!

Aberdeen was a phenomenal venue to have a wedding. We were originally going to just have our reception there but due to Covid we ended up having our ceremony as well and they were so accommodating to all our needs. Everything went off without a hitch. Our coordinator Lisa was such a rock star. But the thing I like most is that everyone was willing to help. Food was amazing. Decor was just like I imagined. Our wedding day was a dream come true!

Aberdeen was AMAZING and BEAUTIFUL! I didn't even know about Aberdeen until I got engaged, when one of my close friends told me about it. From day 1 they were very accommodating, very prompt with their responses, easy and fun to work with. Our coordinator Kelsey was the BEST! She was hilarious and easy going, she kept in touch with us frequently (even while she was out of town), she helped me make sure everything was done and kept me on my toes. Our wedding was supposed to be in March, the day before Indiana shut down due to COVID. When I got the call from Megan, I was completely devastated because I had no idea what we were going to do. Megan made the process super easy and a little less stressful. We were able to change our date easily and on October 4th, we said I DO! The day was perfect!! Thank you to Kelsey, Renee, Megan, and Trey, we were able to have our Disney Fairytale wedding. We still have guests commenting on how beautiful the venue was, how delicious the food was, and how friendly the staff was. To be honest, I'd choose Aberdeen over and over again. It was the best experience we've ever had.

We could not be happier with Aberdeen Manor!! My husband and I got married there on August 15, 2020. They were amazing to work with!! Our coordinator, Kelsea, was the BEST!!!! From the start, she was so great, helpful, fun, energetic, and so so kind!! After touring Aberdeen, we knew we needed to have our wedding there not only because we loved the venue, but we loved Kelsea! We got married in the chapel and had our reception in the ballroom. They made it exactly how we envisioned our big day! We talk about our wedding with our friends and family every single day, and wish we could relive our perfect day. It truly was the greatest most beautiful day, thanks to Aberdeen Manor! We are so grateful!

I can’t say enough good things about Aberdeen. We had Megan as our coordinator and from the moment we met her I knew we were in good hands. She was super responsive and helpful throughout our planning process. Even on the day of the wedding she was on the floor helping my bridesmaid bustle my dress. Food was delicious and decor was amazing. Our wedding dreams truly became a reality at Aberdeen, there isn’t one thing we would do differently!!

Truth be told the Aberdeen was not our original choice. Our venue burned down shortly before our wedding. Their slogan is something like "we only need one chance" and let me tell you that is true. We gave them a chance and it was the best thing that we ever did. I think that the Aberdeen turned out to be better than our original venue. Here's why:
-it's extremely clean. They've been in business for years and years but the place looks IMMACULATE. You have to see it to understand what I mean.
-it's family owned. How cute is that?? From the bar tenders to the chef and everyone in between. Many of the employees have worked there for like 20 years which tells you that the place is quality.
-indoor/outdoor space. We had our ceremony outside because the weather was kind but in the event of heat or rain they allow you to use their beautiful chapel.
-the food. We booked the place without having tasted it because it was so last minute. We loved it and so did our guests.
-setup/teardown is included! It is one less thing that you have to worry about and pay for.
-flexibility. You have 1000's of different options. You can decorate the ballroom as you wish and include or take out what you want and don't want (lighting, centerpieces, decorations, etc.)
-Kelsea. You don't know her yet but you should. She was an amazing wedding coordinator and we can't say enough good things about her. Lisa and Megan and several others helped us out as well. They are all great!

If you haven't booked your venue yet just go see the place and talk to them.

Not too long after the engagement, I knew I wanted to book the Aberdeen. My parents recommended them and they are not easy people to impress so I hired them with full confidence. One of the comments that I received most about the venue is how good the food was there. After having New York Strip as a main entree on our wedding night, I have to agree 110%. The Aberdeen was absolutely gorgeous for our special day and we received many compliments on it. I myself was happy with how the venue turned out. Made it look very magical. Kelsea was our coordinator and did a great job guiding me through all the planning and really went above and beyond expectations. She went with all my ideas and helped me make them come true. She was so sweet and very caring. I think it is important to have coordinators who have experience with planning their own weddings because it helps them truly relate and fully help out their clients. She was a bonus that the venue offered with their services. Thank you Kelsea and Aberdeen Manor for throwing the best wedding of my life. Martin & Sarah Medina.

I cannot speak highly enough about Megan and her team at Aberdeen Manor. Not only did she make the whole wedding planning process seamless, but she was kind, supportive, and creative. Megan is very knowledgeable with event planning and has great relationships with vendors. She asks the questions you don't think to ask and is incredibly organized and resourceful. I especially appreciated her calming presence throughout the whole process. The day of the wedding, I was stress-free because I knew Megan was behind the scenes working it all out for me. I would not hesitate to recommend Aberdeen Manor to future couples, as they exceeded our expectations in every way possible.

Beautiful reception venue. They offer several décor upgrades (ceiling décor/up lighting/pin spot lighting for centerpieces/décor on the wall behind the head table, bling table numbers, bling napkin rings, etc.) which give you the opportunity to go as subtle or as over-the-top as you’d like to fit your wedding vision.

We were married in December and had a Christmas-themed wedding. It was amazing that they let us bring in several of our own Christmas trees and a very large Christmas arch to enhance their minimal Christmas décor. When you walked in the door it looked like you stepped foot into a Hallmark Christmas Movie! They also let us bring in rented LOVE letters to put in front of the head table and fire shooters placed on the corners of the dance floor (provided by 219 Productions). I’m not sure if other reception venues let you bring in such large décor items, but I was impressed that they allowed this!

We had the Flower Cart in Chesterton do all our flowers/decorate all our Christmas trees and of course we chose to go with the pin spot lighting which enhanced the centerpieces. You wouldn’t normally think about it, but it really does take the centerpieces and give them even more of a wow factor.

I highly recommend getting ceiling décor. When you look at their price sheet (pretty much everything is a la carte which can add up very quickly) you’ll see that the up lighting/ceiling décor/décor on the wall behind the head table are hundreds of dollars. It’s overwhelming at first, but it truly does make your reception look magical! They also offer off-season discounts on some décor and snow during your first dance…a must! They also give a slight percentage off if you have several décor upgrades.

I HIGHLY recommend the mac and cheese bites for appetizers. They were like a party in your mouth!

Lisa Allyn was our coordinator and she was absolutely spectacular! She was so over-the-top helpful and so sweet and caring. You know she deals with several brides at the same time, yet she truly cared about giving us the most stress-free reception ever! The servers were also amazing and super attentive.

Megan was our event planner and not only was she so sweet and friendly but so easy to talk to and she never once made me feel like a burden, even when I was emailing her questions at midnight. I reccomend Aberdeen a million times over the food was excellent everyone is so nice and helpful and they seriously take so much stress off your shoulders!

We had our wedding on 12/15 and used both the chapel and the ballroom. Words cannot describe how happy we are with how our wedding turned out. It was truly our dream wedding. Lisa was our coordinator and we cannot say stress enough how amazing she was to work with. We told her our vision and she helped us make it come to life and even better than we could have imagined. She was so helpful and responsive to all our questions and concerned. Anyone who gets to work with Lisa to plan their wedding is truly blessed.

Our day went off without a hitch. The food was absolutely phenomenal. We had so many guest before and after the reception comment on how good it was. Aberdeen coordinates with all your vendors for a truly stress-free day.

We were initially drawn to Aberdeen because it is a one stop shop for everything; tuxes, invitations, centerpieces, and more. They make everything so easy and fun. We highly recommend them.

Aberdeen was a beautiful event to have our reception at, the chapel is very nice looking but we decided to get married off site and just hold our reception there. The food was amazing! Mac and Cheese bites and ravioli for appetizers during cocktail hour were a hit from everyone, and the pecan crusted chicken was absolutely delicious! The only downside of aberdeen is most things cost extra, it kind of feels like they "nickel and dime" you, but everything was very affordable and well explained during the entire process and we only paid for what we wanted. It was a beautiful place to have our most special day and I definitely recommend it to anyone in the area! Working with Lisa leading up to our wedding, she was very attentive and quick to communicate for all things during the planning process.

I loved having our wedding at Aberdeen Manor and would highly recommend them to anyone planning a wedding! They are really good at what they do and everything about our wedding was well ran and perfect. Our wedding coordinator, Lisa did a fantastic job! All of the extra little touches such as the wedding photo book at the end of the night, the snow machine for our first dance, being able to have our ceremony and reception in the same place, and all of the customization options for the venue decorations was so fun and beautiful. Our guests and we both loved the food as well!

Our only daughter was recently married and both the ceremony and reception took place at the Aberdeen. The experience was exceptional. Megan is the quintessential wedding coordinator with a calmness, professionalism, and patience that expels all anxiety and results in a seamless, beautiful day from start to finish. The staff and service throughout the reception were top-notch and lacked for nothing. Of particular note was the provision of live-stream video available for our family and friends who live out of the country. This gave them the opportunity to share the entire event with us. We have only praise for this venue and would not hesitate to recommend.

In one sentence, choose Aberdeen as your wedding venue! You won't regret it. Our wedding day was incredible and stress-free, like it should be! Megan was amazing throughout the whole process, from planning all the way through the wedding day. We communicated a lot through email, answering all of my many questions and offering great advice. She never made me feel like an inconvenience, and she was super responsive. We live in Minnesota, so communication was really important to us. Aberdeen is also a one-stop-shop which was very helpful. We purchased our wedding invitations, place cards, & table numbers, rented tuxes, purchased jewelry for bridal party gifts, and rented decor, all through the venue! Megan helped us design our centerpieces and the rest of the decor, which would not have been nearly as easy as if we would have done it ourselves. Renting vases, candles, etc. was very convenient so we didn't have to worry about purchasing our own. For the items we did choose to provide on our own, like champagne flutes and favors, we dropped them off at Aberdeen and Megan took it from there. When we visited the venue a few days before our wedding, it was already decorated and we were blown away. It looked AMAZING and so much better than we ever would have imagined. We also received so many compliments. The wedding day was flawless and beautiful, and Megan & team took care of everything. We are so grateful! I could go on and on!

I can’t even begin to describe how grateful we are to Aberdeen Manor. Our wedding day was an absolute dream come true. From the moment we walked into Aberdeen to see if it was our future wedding venue, we knew right away it was the place our forever would start. Megan our coordinator, made us so comfortable from the beginning. I had complete trust in her and the Aberdeen team. They made our planning experience so easy and stress free. Their recommended vendors were all AMAZING. They too made our planning so easy. Everyone complimented me as we were getting ready for the day how calm I was. I knew everything was taken care of, and I had complete trust in Aberdeen. Everything was absolutely PERFECT. The garden was absolutely breathtaking. The flowers from Kristinalynn Floral were gorgeous. The ballroom was astonishing. From the lights, to the hanging cake stand everything was beautiful. They truly take pride in their work and it shows. Our DJ Mike from Trans Audio, kept the dance floor going all night long. Megan our coordinator, checked on myself, my husband, and our families constantly throughout the night. The bartenders and servers were fantastic as well. I heard so many compliments about Carol. Aberdeen Staff all truly care about your day being magical. They do this because they love making your day the best. It was the best day of my life, and I wouldn’t change an absolute thing. This venue is literally worth every penny. It made all of my dreams come true. If i had questions, our coordinator was there through email or appointment no matter what. They literally did everything and were so helpful and on top of everything. We could not have picked a better venue

My wedding was better than I had imagined. Megan was my planner and she took care of everything. I got rave reviews on the food and the service from all of my guests - they even cooked a new meal for a guest that I did not know was allergic to the one I they had chosen! The drinks were strong, the decorations were perfect. I work a lot, and this place had all the decorations I needed, set them up and took them down for me. Aberdeen is great!

Aberdeen Manor was worth every penny. Our daughter's wedding and reception was everything they wanted and more. 100% perfection! Lauren our wedding coordinator was fantastic, she knew and anticipated things we hadn't even thought of when planning the wedding. I would highly recommend Aberdeen to anyone looking for a wedding venue.

If I could give this place a 10 I would! The staff was amazing!!!!! Everything went smoothly and exactly how we planned and was everything and more then I could have dreamed... the night before when we were there for rehearsal and I got to see the room only semi set up I was amazed and wanted to cry!! I would recommend this place to anyone and everyone in a heartbeat!!!

I can't say enough about Aberdeen and their outstanding service! As if they weren't helpful enough during our short 6 months of planning, they saved the wedding day! We had a wardrobe malfunction and they took the time to actually sew the dress back together. Aside from that, I love how they had so much included in their services. And the venue is just beautiful even if you don't do any add-ons.

My wife & I got married here June 25, 2017. We received nothing but compliments on the venue as well as the amazing food! The venue is AMAZING inside & out! Our ceremony was in the outside chapel & God blessed us with a beautiful day for that. Megan, the wedding planner, is the BEST when it comes to making recommendations as well as an amazing communicator. Couldn't have chosen a better place to celebrate one of the most important milestones in my life

Our experience at Aberdeen was memorable. Megan and her entire team made us feel welcome, and we were assisted every step of the way in planning our wedding day to be exactly what we envisioned. Megan was responsive to emails and phone calls, and answered the plethora of questions we continually threw at her, all with a calmness and grace that was in line with what Aberdeen promotes. We never felt rushed to make decisions or be pressured into making an uncomfortable choice in terms of decorations or food.

The hall was decorated beautifully for our reception, and the ceremony - transitioned to the chapel in lieu of the garden area due to the rain - went smoothly. The bistro filet, cranberry chicken, prosciutto wrapped asparagus, and mac & cheese bites were delicious. They were even able to accommodate my request to have a gluten/dairy free cupcake (which I provided) brought to the table for my Matron of Honor! She was so surprised and I was extremely pleased that they were able to bring it out with the cake like no big deal! That and other smallest details were taken care of by the team, and we were able to ENJOY OUR DAY.. which is really what it's all about! Thank you Aberdeen :)

Aberdeen Manor is a naturally beautiful venue with the option of chapel ceremony or a garden ceremony. We chose the garden and it was beautiful! The hall was decorated beyond our expectations! They have many different centerpiece, ceiling decor, lighting, backdrop, etc, options to choose from when planning your reception, at a reasonable cost. They rent tuxedos, print wedding invitations, and have jewelry, gifts, etc, all right there. They also assign a wedding planner when booking so you have someone there to help you throughout the entire planning process. Which is one of the main reasons I chose to book with Aberdeen besides the venue being gorgeous. A professional planner really relieves the stress that comes with planning a wedding!! They all know exactly what they are doing! The food was fabulous. The service was fabulous. Our day was fabulous. I can't even tell you if anything went wrong because the staff at Aberdeen were on the tip of their toes the entire day. Anything we needed, done. Anything we asked for, we received. I wish I could do it all over again! Only because it was such a perfect day!! Thank you, again, to all the staff at Aberdeen for a picture perfect wedding day!

Aberdeen Manor was the PERFECT venue. What I liked best is that it is essentially a one stop shop. Our wedding coordinator (Lauren) took care of all of the details and made the whole wedding planning process so so easy. All of the staff was extremely professional and helpful. Our coordinator was great about staying in touch and responding quickly to any questions I had. We were able to have our wedding invitations done in their shop and they turned out great! They also offer tuxedo rentals, place card printing, they have items available for centerpieces, card boxes, cake stands, specialty linens, flower girl baskets, jewelry, garters.. everything! We had our ceremony in the chapel and it was beautiful. Since it was Christmas, they had their holiday decor up in the chapel and the ballroom and it really is a nice touch. The reception was also perfect. Their lighting options and decor options are beautiful. You definitely get what you pay for and I do not regret any of the decor or lighting options I added to my package. Our coordinator took care of all of the details the night of and it went so smoothly. The service staff was wonderful and I have had many family/friends compliment how well the service was. I definitely recommend this venue to anyone getting married!

I cannot put into words how amazing the ENTIRE staff is at Aberdeen Manor - seriously, everyone! We began our journey with Aberdeen in January 2015 and had our wedding there on September 10th, 2016. From the moment we walked in and met Lisa, we couldn't picture having our wedding anywhere else. They made the entire process easy, exciting, and fun. They give you guidance when you need it and are always easy to get in touch with. We had the absolute pleasure of working with both Lisa and Lauren and we can't say enough good things about them. My wedding was everything I ever wanted and more. From the very first time I toured the facility I fell in love! The staff went above and beyond to do everything to make my day special! One might think that you are treated like just another number considering the amount of weddings Aberdeen has but this is the farthest thing from the truth. Every staff member treated me like I was their only bride. I worked with Lisa, Lauren, and Megan and they were all amazing! From the wait staff to the bartenders to the chef everyone was wonderful. My guests were blown away by the food, decor, and how well everything flowed perfectly! I truly wouldn't change one thing and would do it all over again without hesitation. We had an outdoor ceremony and reception at Aberdeen Manor on June 11, 2016. It was absolutely beautiful! We worked with Lauren and Trey who both made our day perfect. They work with you on every last detail. We received so many compliments on our wedding day ranging from the food to the decor. We did appetizers before dinner, as well as the chicken bruschetta or prime rib for dinner. All of the food tasted great! The outdoor ceremony area was beautiful, as well as our reception decor. We loved our hanging cake table and the crystals hanging from the ceiling! Aberdeen is great at working with all of our various vendors as well. Everyone we worked with at Aberdeen Manor was a pleasure to work with and made our day absolutely perfect!

Aberdeen is AMAZING. We booked them for our May 28th wedding and it was absolutely perfect. Megan and her team were so helpful in making our day perfect. Everyone loved the food, even the appetizers. We had the cheese stuffed peppers and the artichoke crostinis. One of our guests loved the cheese stuffed peppers so much they tried to recreate them at home later. We had three entree choices because we had a few vegetarians. We went with the vegetarian lasagna and only heard rave reviews. The pecan chicken and pork tenderloin were fantastic. I recommend Aberdeen to all couples I know getting married. Well worth the price, because you get so much value! Megan totally rocked it as our planner. She helped us along when we were stuck or getting stressed about deadlines and picking vendors. She was always available during email and replied very promptly answering any questions we had! I cannot tell you enough how great Aberdeen is for your wedding venue!

Aberdeen Manor worked with us every step of the way to create the best wedding we could have hoped for. All the prices are comparable to other locations, but they also provide a wedding coordinator to take care of all the details for us, offer us advice, and set up/take down all of our decorations. WOW! I cannot say enough how much I enjoyed working with Aberdeen. I am not by any means experienced in planning any kind of event, so the idea of putting together our wedding was daunting. I met with Lauren Cianci when I first visited Aberdeen and she was beyond helpful and professional. She showed us around and explained everything that Aberdeen had to offer. We visited multiple other venues that day and myself and my husband could not help but compare them all to Aberdeen and they did not come close. We wanted an outdoor wedding but were concerned about the possibility of bed weather. No problem! You have access to a BEAUTIFUL chapel on the grounds where they were able to move my wedding (because it rained...A LOT) into without any issue. The reception hall is beautiful and you really have a lot of options to make it your own. The staff were ALL friendly, flexible and helpful. My husband and I both felt like the staff were genuine in working with us and that they truly were passionate about making sure our day was perfect for us. I no longer reside in NW Indiana so I was worried about finding vendors, but Aberdeen provided me with a list of their "preferred vendors" and I selected my DJ and photographer from that list and I couldn't be happier with who I went with. The day of our wedding the staff (Lauren in particular) made sure that everything went without a hitch and I have to say that there is not a single thing I would have changed about our day, including the rain. I would HIGHLY recommend Aberdeen Manor. In short, the venue is GORGEOUS inside and out, the staff are all wonderful and go above and beyond for you, the food is delicious, and the pricing is reasonable compared to other venues in the area. I heard a lot of people say that there is always some sort of hitch at every wedding but I can honestly say that I don't feel like we had that experience and I owe a lot of that to Aberdeen Manor!

My husband Nathan and I had our reception at Aberdeen. The entire process, from our first planning meeting with Megan to hugs from the staff as we left our reception on 3/27/15, was amazing.
We are both in power chairs so accessibility was a major concern. When I called Megan, and told her my concerns and health issues, she immediately offered to take a video of the entire ballroom, bride’s room, and restrooms to ease my mind.
I am thankful to everyone at Aberdeen for treating me with normalcy, kindness, and compassion. I felt so cared for throughout the planning process, and just a heads up for future brides and individuals with special needs, the grounds and ballroom are extremely accessible.
I have had serious health concerns for almost three years now, so even though I live in Indiana most of our reception had to be planned via phone and email. I have a type A personality; however, the minute I met Megan and Denna I was immediately at ease and honestly consider the whole Aberdeen team a part of our family at this point. They planned everything perfectly from our AMAZING menu to the coordination of our wedding theme into the minute details like linen color! Many of the final details were left up to my husband and Denna due to some unexpected health issues. Everything was beyond my wildest dreams; a completely wonderful beginning to our next enchanted chapter together.
We also had some unexpected expenses pop up which made a significant negative impact on our wedding budget. The staff worked tirelessly to make our dreams come true with far less than what we started with and they did just that.

Seriously couldn't ask for a better staff! Everyone was super helpful, they did practically everything, and made the whole wedding process like super easy! I would recommend them to anyone, they are great!

We had our wedding in October at Aberdeen and it was beyond beautiful. We had it in the garden and the burning bushes and fall foliage made all our pictures look stunning, I almost didn't even need flowers.

Denna was my wedding planner and she was so great to work with -- just like all the staff there. They think of everything. My husband and I both work full time so we didn't have a lot of time to put into wedding planning, but we didn't need to do that much. I didn't have to worry at all that my wedding would work out perfectly, and it did! The few things we weren't sure how to handle (table visits or receiving line, etc.) they had fantastic perspective on and helped us come up with perfect solutions. The decorations they provided were picture perfect and fit with the fall theme beautifully.

In the weeks since our wedding, I have been shocked at how many guests have said that it was sincerely the best wedding they've ever been to. All my guests have had nothing but good things to say about our wedding and I know Aberdeen, and Denna, were the reason.

I cannot say enough good things about Aberdeen Manor and their staff! They were so helpful from the beginning to the end. We would not have been able to have the dream wedding we wanted without them. The chapel is beautiful, as well as their garden. The reception was everything we wanted and more. Our invitations from the Affairs part of Aberdeen were GORGEOUS. We're so happy with how everything turned out, it couldn't have been more perfect!!

We ordered our invitations from the store, and were very pleased! On our first visit we weren't ready to buy, but the woman went through several books of invitations with us. When we went back a couple months later, she remembered who we were without looking it up! The customer service was wonderful. And we got our invitations in just a couple weeks!

I just got married at Aberdeen Manor this past week and could not be happier. I had my ceremony and reception both at Aberdeen and it was absolutely perfect! Everything was even more beautiful than I ever dreamed of. Denna helped us with our planning every step of the way and is a perfectionist in her work. Every detail was spot on! From the food to the decor and linens, the staff at Aberdeen really knows their stuff. I felt we got the wedding of our dreams at an affordable price. I am blown away by Aberdeen and highly recommend them. They exceeded my expectations in every way.

My daughter was just married last weekend at Aberdeen Manor. I cannot say enough nice things about Aberdeen, Denna Fyock and the entire staff. Everything was first-class and the suggestions they made for the ceremony and reception all turned out to be major winners! II had a baby shower for my son and his wife at Aberdeen Manor. Lisa and Megan were so very helpful and knowledgeable helping me plan the event. After my initial visit, I worked with Meagan. She was patient, answered all my questions quickly and was very accommodating. The staff that worked the event were very efficient and looked adorable in their pink bow ties. Every one that I encountered were very professional and I would highly recommend this venue. Also, the grounds outside were lovely with flowers in bloom and could be seen from the room that we had the shower.

Aberdeen was an absolute wonderful place to get married! Lisa and her team took care of EVERYTHING! All I had to do was show up! We had a beautiful day and were able to have our dream wedding in the garden that went flawlessly and a perfect reception! Although we didn't need it, Aberdeen has a one of a kind back up plan of a beautiful chapel for those who want an outdoor wedding but can't guarantee the northwest indiana weather. We had an awesome experience and are so so so glad we chose Aberdeen to handle our big day!

I can not say enough good things about Aberdeen Manor and the staff. My husband I and I worked with Denna very closely during the planning process, she was nothing short of amazing. I live in Michigan my husband is in Chicago we were planning a wedding in Valparaiso imagine the challenges. Not a problem for Denna and her staff I did not stress about one detail! We were able to have the wedding of our dreams, the food was delicious, The ballroom was spectacular! The chapel was like a setting out of a magical fairytale. The wedding was a winder wedding so it was so beautiful. The decorations in the chapel and in the hall were great. The guests loved it and thought it was the most beautiful place to have a ceremony and reception. Im happy to say most of the guests stated it was the best wedding they attended. Everything went wonderful especially the fake snow falling when we had our first dance and when I danced with my daughter.

Aberdeen is an absolutely amazing place to have a wedding! Megan was my wedding planner and she was a pleasure to work with. She always responded to any questions I had through email within a few hours, and made everything that I wanted possible for my day. The venue itself is gorgeous, and they have a lot of fun extra things that I loved like the crystal curtain behind the head table, the pin lights on the centerpieces, the uplighting around the room, and the mood lighting that made it look like you were dancing underneath the stars. They put my centerpieces together just like I wanted them to be and the candy table with Albanese candy turned out great!!! When I walked into the reception I started crying because my breath was literally taken away by how beautiful it was. The food for the reception and the appetizers during cocktail hour were delicious. We also did a late night snack that was a lot of fun, and something that I had never had at a wedding before so it was unique! The bartenders were nice enough to let us make a few "signature drinks" and they were a hit at the wedding! I would highly recommend getting married here, and ask for Megan :) She made everything wonderful that day and took a lot of the normal wedding stress that brides have away! Aberdeen is the best!

The evening of our wedding went off without a hitch! We expected SOMETHING to go wrong, but nothing did! The evening flowed from one stage into the next! I will never be able to stop saying enough wonderful things about Aberdeen Manor. I had my wedding and reception there and from the day I chose them as my venue until the very last minute before we left the night of my wedding, they were right there helping me along the way to make sure my wedding was everything I wanted. Denna, Megan, and Trey and the rest of staff do an amazing job! I also got my invitations from their shop "Affairs" and they were better than I ever could have imagined. You won't be disappointed with anything. Ask any questions you want and they are right there to guide you. The food is delicious. The staff is amazing. I hosted a bridal shower for my future daughter-in-law at Aberdeen Manor, Valparaiso, IN. The shower was wonderful. The south ballroom was perfect for our luncheon. The food was very good and the service was grand. The servers were very efficient and you hardly noticed them doing their job. My guests did not have to ask for a thing. They cover all the details for you and even took the gifts to our vehicles. I enjoyed myself and it was a stress-free event for me.

Aberdeen was the most perfect place to get married. They were very professional and honest. We had an all adult wedding and one of the couples invited brought there kids. All I had to do was tell Megan and she told me to relax and she took care of finding room for them. We also received photos from the wedding as we were leaving! It was the most perfect day!!

Our reception was absolutely beautiful! The reception hall was decorated more beautiful than I could have ever imagined. The staff was so helpful in the entire wedding planning process down to the last detail. I bought both my veil and my entire jewelry set from the shop attached to the ballroom. Not only were the prices very reasonable but the jewelry and veil were of very good quality. I can't tell you how many compliments we received when I returned to work after our honeymoon. I had many people approach me and tell me it was one of the most beautiful wedding receptions that they had ever been to. I would definitely recommend this venue to any bride searching for a flawless experience.

We had our Wedding and Reception at Aberdeen, and It was absolutely amazing! From the moment I walked into Aberdeen, over a year before my wedding, I knew I had to have it there. The venue is beautiful, and unlike some places in the area, it is decorated in neutral colors. (Everything is done in shades of Grey within the ballroom, we viewed several places with bold colored walls, which for a wedding venue i think is tacky.)

Denna coordinated our entire event, and everything was perfect. She was incredibly organized, and didn't miss a single detail. All of the minor issues we had the day of were non Aberdeen related. Denna walked us through everything, making sure dresses were purchased on time, assuring that I kept consistent in my color choices, and with the overall look I was going for. She was incredibly attentive, and didn't miss a beat. The poor woman had her gallbladder removed two weeks before our wedding, and was still present, and had everything under control that day! I was and still am amazed by her!

The hall was set up perfectly when I arrived before the ceremony, it was more than I could ever have hoped for. It literally took my breathe away. The food was delicious, and the staff was beyond amazing! There was no waiting around for them to get things done like I've experienced as a guest at other venues, everything happened exactly as it should have, and they were very friendly and attentive.

Our wedding was July 22,2012. WE HAD TO GO LOOK AT ABERDEEN MANOR.When we walked in it was spectacular it took our breath away!!!! The reception hall is beautiful,it doesn't look like your typical convention center/banquet hall.It's gorgeous and elegant,and they decorate!!!!So many places do not allow decorations and do nothing of their own,some allow a few but you have to decorate yourself the morning of your wedding(like there's time for that.)Aberdeen Manor is all about weddings there every bit as involved in the excitement of your day as you are,that's so rare.The garden is just BEAUTIFUL!!!! there is a stone walkway with a little arbor and the pathway continues up to a grand 6 pillar pergola where you say your I-DO'S.Bonus if there is inclimate weather they have a beautiful chapel!!You can choose to have ceiling decor,uplighting,and on and on.The food is FABULOUS!!!! No typical wedding food here,this is 5 star restaraunt quisine!! Everyone is so wonderful you feel more like family then just business.They spend as much time with you as you need planning your wedding day!!You made our Wedding Day truely magical!!!! It was so romantic and so elegant!!!!You gave us the wedding of our dreams!!!! The services at Aberdeen Manor are amazing! Denna and her staff are always professional, kind, understanding, organized and helpful. We had a large reception, over 250 people, and every detail was addressed perfectly. They guided us through the whole planning process and the result was better than we could have hoped for. The food was delicious, served quickly and hot. Hard to do with so many people. The venue was beautiful. They offer many lighting options and discounts that really do make a huge difference. I could say more but running out of space! Thank you Aberdeen Manor!!!!

My husband and I had the most memorable wedding planning experience and wedding day that was a dream come true. The family owners at Aberdeen Manor are amazing!!!! They made us feel like family and were always cheerful and welcoming. They ordered samples of fabric when I needed it for the tables, they worked well with my florist and wedding coordinator. The day of the wedding was hot on many fronts. I was told it was the "hottest!" aka best wedding ever. The weather was hot and Aberdeen had water waiting for my guests since we used the beautiful outdoor area. The food was just delicious. Again, many people commented on the food being the best and it was! The bartenders were excellent providing any mixed drinks, the ones you don't expect to have at a wedding. After the reception, Aberdeen had a surprise and it was very special! We would do it all over again without changing a thing as long as we could do it at Aberdeen Manor. As my husband says best, "We should get married more often, to each other of course!"

Just a brief story about this wonderful staff. I walked into the door as the groom without my fiance at the time and they were shocked to see that I was one of the first males ever to come alone to pick out INVITATOINS. It was like love at first sight, we laughed about it and than I was treated like a king over there. The owner and her daughter who was about to have a beautiful baby girl spent hours upon hours with us providing input and ideas for our invitations, which ultimately were the most beautiful invitations we have ever seen! The staff was very friendly, always in constant communications and everything turned out better than we could ever imagine!

Denna was very helpful, listened to everything we said and made everything easier. Being out of town and planning a wedding is hard but not with Denna, everything was done through e-mail and over the phone which worked out really well. We couldn't have asked for a better wedding planner to help us. Aberdeen offers so much when planning a ceremony and reception.

Aberdeen Manor was absolutely the best choice for my wedding, if I had to do it all over again, I wouldn't change a thing. The thing that I found most helpful is that Denna was available to answer any and all of my questions within 24 hours. It was such a great help & took so much stress away & was such a big help through the whole process.

Every single person that works at aberdeen manor REALLY cares about making your day absolute perfection! I was planning from all the way across the country and they were on top of every single detail, every question, every request, and they are always 5 steps ahead! Denna, Jim,
Trey, and megan are not only wonderful business people but they are kind and caring! There isn't one thing I wish i would have done differently at my wedding and that's thanks to Aberdeen's amazing staff! Also, I highly recommend using any of the vendors they suggest. I used Trans audio for my DJ and Linda Monroe for my cake and it was fabulous!!!

I cant believe how nice the venue was and how smooth everything went. I still have guests calling me to say how the food, staff, and venue was excellent. I wouldn’t have changed a thing if I had to do it again. The staff are more then accommodating to make sure everything is perfect. Plus, they had plenty of options to choose from to make it affordable. I always heard how stressful planning a wedding was but I didn’t have all that stress thanks to the help at Aberdeen. Perfect!!!

I had my wedding ceremony and reception at Aberdeen Manor on December 30, 2010 and it couldn’t have been more perfect! I had less than three months to plan our wedding so it was very important to me to find a one-stop-shop for all my needs and Aberdeen was definitely the place for that!
Every step of the way owner Denna Fyock was there to help me plan the details. I couldn't have asked for a more beautiful and magical wedding day. The Aberdeen Manor team exceeded our expectations and my husband and I couldn't be more thrilled! All of the Aberdeen Manor staff were terrific - professional, friendly and always extremely helpful! Everyone especially loved the awesome bartender!
AND, the food! The food was to die for! Everyone commented on how delicious and beautifully presented the food was!

My Aberdeen wedding was the fairytale day I had always dreamed of!

I had both my ceremony and reception at Aberdeen Manor and was very pleased. The owners are very friendly and the personal attention was great. My guests LOVED the fact that we had an evening ceremony and reception directly afterwards just steps away. Food was great as well. I would highly recommend this venue.

Ladies - if you live in Northwest Indiana, Western Michigan or even Chicago...Aberdeen Manor is an EXCELLENT venue to consider for your ceremony and/or reception. My husband and I were married in the Aberdeen Chapel in Sep 2008 and then had a fantastic reception in their ballroom. The entire staff at Aberdeen is exceptional. They provide extremely courteous and professional service. I worked very closely with Denna Fyock (owner) on the details of our day and she was incredible to work with. She listened to our ideas and offered excellent suggestions to fine tune some things so that our wedding would be top notch! They also provide you with a comprehensive list of their preferred vendors (we used their favored DJ and one of the photographers), which saves you a ton of time from having to research the hundreds of vendors out there yourself. We received many compliments from our guests that our wedding was one of the best and classiest weddings they had ever been too. I know without a doubt that it had everything to do with the way the Aberdeen staff executed our plans. Aberdeen is full service, one-stop shopping..everything from invitations, menu cards, tuxes, jewelry, veils...you name it, they have it. And if they don't...I'm positive Denna and her team would find a way to get it for you. Planning my wedding was a ton of fun and I had zero stress. I have Aberdeen to thank for that. They know the wedding business and are superior people to work with. I could go on and on......
