  Abby Made it happen

  We found out very late in the process that our event would need to be outside. To complicate matters another event was occurring the previous evening at the same venue. Lindsay, ours sales rep coordinated with both parties and accommodated our needs and even saved us money by allowing us to split the cost of the tent, lighting and dance floor. Our event could not have happened with out them.

  I worked with Abbey Tent & Party Rentals on the recommendation of our wedding venue, The Inn at Longshore. We were having some difficulties with another rental vendor and Abbey Rentals saved the day at the last minute! They were helpful and professional and our tables and linens were delivered on-time and in great condition for the wedding day. I would highly recommend them for any party or wedding rental needs!

  My wife and I used Abbey Tent for our backyard wedding on our property. We rented at 30x60 ft tent which was beautiful. We also rented tables and chairs for about 85 people. Because our backyard is a slight hill, were decided to have them construct a stage which provided a level surface for the reception to take place on. We could not have been any more pleased with this decision. The construction crew came three days before the wedding date and built the stage, put up the tent, put down the dance floor, hooked up the perimeter lighting and space heater in one day. The stage was 4 feet off the ground on the downhill side and about 1 foot high on the uphill side. The stage was beautiful. We opted for the black AstroTurf carpeting on the stage floor which provided a warm feel. The construction crew came and took down the entire structure in one day as well. All of our guests were as blown away as we were. We are extremely grateful that we chose Abbey Tent for this project as the stage exceeded our expectations. The construction crew was very courteous and professional. The sales rep, Lou, was a true professional as well and answers any questions you will have. Go with Abbey Tent for your event day and you will not be disappointed.

  We booked Abbey Tent on a recommendation from our wedding planner, Amy Champagne Events. Originally, we were hoping to have a Sperry tent for our outdoor wedding, but once we saw the clear tents Abbey had to offer, we signed on and never gave the other tent a second thought. Our wedding guests were blown away by the look of the clear tent and are still mentioning it to us over 3 months later. The setup team was amazing and got the tent up and ready in the course of an afternoon. They even set it all up 2 days before the wedding which we thought was a very nice bonus. Breakdown day was as smooth as setup – we really couldn’t have asked for more. We definitely recommend Abbey Tent for any wedding or outdoor event.

  I used Abbey Tent to rent the ballroom chairs for my wedding. They were great to work with and were extremely accommodating. We rented 380 chairs, and they all came with no problem, and were the perfect touch to our reception venue.

  I cannot say enough good things about George and his staff at Abbey! I must've changed my mind a dozen times about the most minor details and they took it all in stride with a smile! Great customer service, extremely responsive to both calls and e-mails, very professional from showroom to delivery to pick-up, great value - an all around GREAT wedding vendor!

  Great rental experience!

  Jarl at Abbey Rentals was very flexible and easy to work with. He was flexible for scheduling a time to visit their showroom to choose rentals for our wedding and was then quick to communicate changes to our order. The delivery was on time and everything that we needed was there. It was an easy process and we very much appreciated it!

  In this area, with the venue and caterer we used, Abbey Party Tent & Rentals was really the only option we had for tables, chairs, space heaters, etc. but at the end of the day it all worked out perfectly and was exactly as we had hoped. Our caterer dealt with them directly, so we didn't have much interaction and the cost was rolled into our caterers bill, which made everything very easy for us. My one big gripe, however, was when I reached out to the company to obtain a quote for the amount of space heaters we were looking for and asking how far in advance we needed to decide by to rent items, I received a not-super-pleasant response that essentially said "talk to the caterer, not us" and that was that. After my caterer had recommended we reach out to see what the cost would be before letting them know what our decision was. So that made me a little uneasy, but after that our caterer just made the decisions for me on the amount of space heaters and such and it all ended up working out with honestly, less work for me to worry about so I'm happy with it!

  She said she would email me the quote. I emailed her after some time to remind her. She never responded. I had to call for it.
