  Incredible Experience

  DJ Shaun did a phenomenal job. Not only was the music on point and the dance floor jam packed all night long, but he was excellent to work with, too. So kind, and so talented! Guests from the wedding kept commenting how much fun they had and how great DJ Shaun was. 10/10 recommend!

  Best DJ Ever!!!

  Shaun is an amazing DJ! From the very beginning, he was so easy to work with and answered all of our questions and requests with ease. His song input system was super easy to use and made us confident that all of the songs we were hoping to hear throughout the day would be played. He was even able to put together a mashup mix of two songs for our first dance! He was extremely professional throughout the entire planning process but especially on the big day. Our dance floor was packed all night and our guests are still raving about the music at our wedding! Shaun also did the music for our ceremony and everything went off without a hitch. Book Shaun for your wedding, you won't regret it!!!

  We couldn’t recommend DJ Shaun enough!! He was a thorough planner and paid close attention to each detail. He brought his expert opinions to our ideas and worked with us to make our dreams a reality. His music and attention to our guests kept people on the dance floor all night long. His partner, Randa, helped keep the night running smoothly and efficiently. It was extra fun when she joined the dance floor and taught our enthusiastic guests line dances. Definitely book with Shaun for a super fun, unforgettable night!!

  DJ Shaun is a must have!!

  We had DJ Shaun do the music for our cocktail hour and reception. Simply put, he was fantastic! From our first meeting all the way to our wedding day, Shaun was very responsive, professional and wonderful to work with. During the reception Shaun absolutely killed it with the music selection, the dance floor was packed all night long. I would highly recommend Shaun, he helped make our wedding day spectacular and I guarantee he will do the same for you!

  Attentive and Professional DJ

  Shaun was the DJ for our wedding ceremony, cocktail hour, and reception in September 2022. From the start, he was attentive to our questions. We had a call with him several months before the big day to chat about our music styles and our overall wishes for the wedding. He was so friendly and quickly built our trust. We were able to load lots of favorite songs into a portal he could see to select from. He was exceptional at transitioning songs, reading the room, creating a fun vibe. So professional and kind. We highly recommend Shaun!!

  Amazing DJ!!

  Shaun did such a good job working with us to make sure all our ideas were just the way we wanted, and help with ideas of his own as needed. So happy with the way he engaged the crowd and got people on their feet!!

  Absolutely amazing! Would highly recommend to anybody. Shaun is an amazing DJ with lots of talent and is very knowledgeable. He can definitely read a crowd which brought tons of people to the dance floor. The planning process was a breeze and Shaun was able to answer all of questions. Highly recommend!

  DJ Shaun at the Wedding!

  I had DJ Shaun do the music during the dinner and reception at my wedding. He was excellent. I've never seen so many people stick around until the end of the evening. The dance floor was packed in large part to DJ Shaun. Just make sure to double check the last dance song with him ahead of time!

  Shaun made everything so easy and made us comfortable with the music and DJ services for our wedding. Shaun provided the music for our ceremony, social hour, and reception dance and things went off without a hitch.
  
  From our first phone call, Shaun made selecting the music that we wanted so easy and made sure that everything was just right. He even went out of his way to make sure our first dance(that was played on guitar and sang live) was just right.
  
  I cannot give a higher recommendation for Shaun Louis. You won’t regret booking him.

  Burned the house down

  I can’t say enough good about Shaun. In the stressful process of planning a wedding in about 100 days it was always a treat to hear from Shaun. He was so much fun and brought everyone close during the slow songs and the high energy songs hit twice as hard with his talents. I would recommend him to all my friends getting married in the twin cities area. Reasonably priced and wants to work with you. His services are completely customizable. The more effort and variety of music you recommend for him the better he will perform. He even did a WWE/WWF style intro for our walkouts which Shaun himself MC’d. 10/10 could not have asked for better.

  The best ever

  Shaun was great through the whole wedding process from start to finish. He set up super fast and in multiple locations! He had great interaction with our friends and family and kept the energy fun and high. We had so many people tell us he was the best DJ they had seen at a wedding, and other friends asking for his info. He was super fun and kind. We would highly recommend him for any event!!

  Shaun did an amazing job playing music at our wedding. He was so friendly and easy to work with. He attended to all of our needs and really helped in making the day special. Everything went smoothly and he was really able to read the crowd and play the music accordingly. I would 100% recommend Shaun for your wedding if your looking for someone easy going, friendly, attentive and overall fun! All my guests had so much fun!

  At every step of the way, Shaun did an amazing job. The meeting before the event was simple and easy, and we could tell right away he was going to do a great job.   Blown away!

  We had a different DJ who unexpectedly couldn’t do our wedding just a few weeks before our wedding. Fortunately, out of the unfortunate situation, we found Shaun. I was worried with only a few weeks before our wedding, but I was worried over nothing as Shaun turned out to be the biggest blessing! Our guests were blown away and we have had numerous people grab his contact info for their future events. He played a wide range of music and adapted to the scene. He went over the time scheduled as people didn’t want to stop dancing! I’m forever grateful we found him just in time to make our night amazing! If you have any hesitations booking with him, I assure you, you won’t be disappointed! My only regret is that we didn’t start out with him! Thank you again Shaun!

  The greatest!!

  We finally got to have our reception, almost a year after our wedding.. a few days before the reception, We realized that our original DJ was not responding to us, but also to the company.
  Shaun was set up within an hour and happily agreed to be part of our day! He was prompt to set up and went with the flow of being set up so last minute. He turned out to be the BIGGEST AND MOST MEMORABLE part of our day!
  There wasn’t a single issue with our reception and our 150+ guests are STILL RAVING at Shaun’s service. The top things we have heard so far- he played great music during supper hour, he was very easy to talk to, he played the music that he could, that was requested, he was funny and professional.
  He was fun, respectful, played our guest’s requests. He’s professional and is great at communicating. He chose the perfect amount of music for our guests.

  We loved having Shaun swoop in and save the day for our wedding. Our original DJ double booked us and was absolutely horrible. We reached out to Shaun and he helped us and made us feel so much better after being in a horrible situation. We had so many compliments from our guests and even had a few people ask for his information to book him for their wedding in the future. He made us feel like we didn't have to worry about anything throughout the day and knew he had it all handled. We can't thank him enough and would hire him again without hesitation.

  Shaun was absolutely awesome at our wedding in May! He was extremely professional, accommodating, and fun! His attention to detail and planning before the reception made everything flow perfectly! He had the dance floor packed and dancing for hours! We would highly recommend him to anyone and would love to have him DJ for us again anytime!! Thank you so much for making our day perfect Shaun!!!!

  Shaun was awesome! Cannot thank him enough for a great night! I am getting compliments all over the place for everything including music/DJ. Exactly what I was looking for and even better than I had hoped! Would totally recommend him and Abbey Road Events. I will think of Shaun & Abbey Road Events the next time I need a DJ for a special event!!! Thank you so much!

  Shaun was a good value for the services he offered. His system was great and the lights were all beautiful. My friends and family enjoyed dancing while he played. Spend extra time with him so that he knows what you want, otherwise you will get something that you don't want.
