This company is so easy to work with! They helped me from the start figure out our transportation needs and helped me change things as we got closer to the big day and the game plan had changed some. Our driver for the night was great and would highly recommend this company for any transportation needs for anything.

Advanced limo service saved the day!!!

We had a limo service cancel on our group event last minute for a group of 9 year olds, yikes! We were frantically trying to figure out what to do with one hour to go! We called Advanced limo services and they offered a last minute option for us so that I didn’t have to break the bad news to our girls! They true saved the day in an awesome limo with an awesome driver!

Took us for a ride!

Aadvanced took us for a ride in the best way possible! Having just celebrated our wedding day with family and friends we knew it would be safest to get transportation figured out early. Working with Tony made the whole experience easy. From booking to confirmation to arrival the communication was excellent. Our Driver Rashid was early and very polite. He spoke to us during the ride in a very professional manner and chexk to make sure we had everything we needed. Including bottled water to quench our thirst. It was an amazing trip!

Great Service

The team at Aadvanced Limo were so helpful! They were able to work with our needs to find us the right type of vehicle for transporting our wedding party. Their prices were very reasonable compared to others around Indianapolis, and our driver was so nice!

Great Transportation

Aadvanced Limos was exactly what we needed for our wedding! Our wedding was in December so we weren't sure if we would even be able to get any outdoor pictures, but I decided as the event got closer to book some transportation for our wedding party just in case! I am so glad we did as Jack was great to work with and we ended up having 60 degree weather and had a blast taking the shuttle around for pictures! The driver was professional and timely and we are so happy we decided to get transportation!!

So easy to work with!

Aadvanced Limos was the perfect transportation for our large wedding party. Communicating with them before our wedding day was easy and they made me feel so confident in our day-of plan. They were timely, professional, and made our day so much more fun. We highly recommend them for any event!

Perfect transportation

We hired Aadvanced Limousine to take our entourage from the ceremony, to photos downtown, to the reception. They showed up on time with a friendly driver that got us everywhere we needed to be. Our transportation was comfortable and clean. We definitely recommend their services!

My husband and I used Aadvanced Limousines for transportation between our ceremony and reception venues for our wedding. The driver was prompt and professional and the car looked and smelled clean. Prices were also very reasonable and submitting payment was easy. We would definitely recommend their services.

We worked with Linda on arranging our wedding transportation. She was instrumental in getting all our arrangements made. Easy to talk to and was able to answer all my questions. The drivers were very professional. They were all dressed appropriately, friendly and knowledgeable of the downtown Indy area. We needed multiple vehicles to multiple events and everything went perfectly. I received texts when the drivers were on their way including a picture so I knew who I would be greeted by. Over the course of a weekend we used a sedan, a SUV, a shuttle van and a bus, all the vehicles where clean and ran without problems. A great service with fantastic people.

Advanced Limousines were VERY accommodating to my aunts' booking them in the last two weeks before our wedding. Our limo ride wasn't for a long distance, but it was beautifully set up, we had wine in the car, the driver was professional and did his job wonderfully. Thank you guys so much for making my day of transportation so special!

We used Aadvanced Limo for wedding day transportation around downtown Indy. We received a text when the driver arrived. She waited while we took some photos outside the hotel. She helped everyone, including our photographers, in and out of the limo. It's harder than it looks when wearing a ball gown! She dropped us out at the locations where we wanted to take photos and picked us up. Very courteous and kind. A great experience.

I got married on June 28th and my reception was 15 minutes from our hotel. We had about 200 people attend our wedding....hiring Aadvanced Limousines to provide our guests with a shuttle was the best decision we could've made! Our drivers Ken & Grant were absolutely amazing! We got the 22 passenger party bus and everyone had a blast (even my husband's oldest aunts)!

I can't express how satisfied I was using Aadvanced Limo. It was easy to get everything setup, the pricing was good and the service was great. We needed to make a few changes after the initial reservation and their response was "no problem". What more could I ask for? Well... my wife told me that her driver was extremely polite and professional. The driver we had for after the wedding was also extremely polite and professional. I will be keeping them in mind for future events for sure!

Working with Aadvanced was so great! They were on time, professional, and so helpful and accommodating! Picking a limo was hard but Aadvanced was a great choice. I called and e-mailed TONS of transportation places before deciding on Aadvanced Limo. I could not have been happier with the service, especially after reading some of the horror story reviews people gave to other companies. They were professional, nice, on time, and incredibly easy to work with, not to mention VERY reasonably priced. They went above and beyond to make sure we were completely taken care of. They worked with us to create a package that included a limo for the wedding party and shuttle transportation for our guests to the reception as well as coming back later at night to take everyone back to the hotels without having to reserve the shuttle for an entire 8 or 10 hours like other companies offer.

Aadvanced Limousines was fantastic to work with. We hired them for a New Year's Eve party, the number of guests changed a few times and they were so flexible to work with when we were considering changing the type of vehicle. It truly seemed like their number one priority was to make sure that I/we were happy.

Our driver, Kurt, was professional, friendly, accommodating and we would definitely request him again.

We had 12 people in a stretch Hummer limousine and everyone said it was the nicest limo they had ever been in.

There is no question in my mind that we would absolutely, 100% use Aadvanced Limousines when ever we need a limo service again.

They were prompt in their arrival to the event, courteous, and since there was still time leftover - there was no problem in giving the children a ride when the bride and groom didn't need the limo anymore.
We had booked 2 limos and needed to cancel one and unfortunately their policy does not allow for refunds on the deposit.

We were getting married about an hour outside of Indianapolis where limo services are pretty rare so we decided to go with an Indy limo company and I'm so glad we did. The small amount we paid extra to have Advanced Limousines travel to our city was well worth it. The driver showed up a few minutes early, was ready for us when the ceremony was over, and was great about driving us around town while the guests had cocktail hour.

Not to mention they were incredibly flexible. I booked the limo before we had our day-of timeline done and i changed our reservation not once but twice. They never complained and were happy to make adjustments for us. The limo was extremely clean as well. All-in-all very happy with our choice

We rented the pink limo for my bachelorette party in May - it was a great experience! The limo actually blew a fuse while we were at the winery in the afternoon and they drove another pink limo to us with time to spare! Our limo driver was great - he carefully transferred our stuff from limo to limo, and the new one was even nicer than the first! We had Kevin - definitely worth requesting him! Great experience!

We also rented the black Cadillac limo to drive us to the hotel after our wedding in May. This experience was also good, but the driver took a few wrong turns and I actually had to tell her a light was green when we were sitting at an intersection. She was kind, and it was very late, so she might have just been tired. In the grand scheme of things it was still a great experience!

Great price, great limo, great flexibility

We were really satisfied with our experience with this company. There were some miscommunications closer to the wedding that we had to work through, but they were very flexible and willing to help as much as they could. They let us drop off drinks beforehand that we wanted to have in the limo so we didn't have to worry about transporting them day-of. The inside was very clean, spacious, and comfortable. It was a little hot for June but they can only do so much about that. Our driver let us play the music we wanted, was very kind, friendly and drove safely. They had a great value for the price we paid & overall we would definitely recommend them!

We couldn't decide what transportation to use after our reception to take us, our bridal party, and additional friends around town and back to the hall and hotel when we were done affordably. I called this company the day before the wedding and was able to reserve a coach bus for 3 hours following the reception for close to the same price a limo would have been everywhere else, and it allowed us to transport everyone where they needed to go. They were very friendly and courteous on the phone when booking and the driver was as well. He gave us a stack of cards with his number when we got on the bus so that after he dropped us off in Broad Ripple we could call him from wherever we were to come back and pick us up.

Was on time! Limo was stocked with beverages for us. Drove us to site for our outside photo shots. Driver was courteous and friendly.

We had rented the party bus for our wedding party, however when my wedding planner called to confirm the rental the week of the wedding she discovered the bus was in the shop and would not be available for our wedding. We were instead upgraded to the Hummer Limo which was beautiful. It was a little harder to get in with my dress but overall worked out well. The only issue I had was that while my wedding planner was listed as the contact person, the driver for the afternoon photos and the driver for our ride back to our hotel at the end of the night both called my cell phone. I did not have my cell phone on me so I think they waited for quite some time since my wedding planner wasn't notified they were there. Overall excellent service by all of the drivers and beautiful vehicles.

Aadvanced limousines transported my entire wedding party from the Barn at Bay horse Inn to the Church and then back to the Barn. They were right on time and made everyone very comfortable. There was a little confusion with the confirmation, but everything worked out great.

The limo was held up in traffic and arrived about 15 minutes late. The driver was quite apologetic and it worked out fine because the wedding party wasn't ready till then anyway. The only thing I would have liked was a call to let me know the limo was running late. When she arrived, the driver was humble, friendly, accommodating, and very helpful. Everyone in the wedding party enjoyed the ride.

They did a good job even drove through grass for us. They did need my credit card on the ride to the reception though which was kind of inconvenient.

The limo was awesome! The price was right - just a little frustrated when I spoke with one of the guys that works there - Ken - who was very rude to me over the phone. He talked a completely different game when he spoke with my fiance. Janice and Christy were a pleasure to deal with. But when you spend over $1000 on a company - I think you should be able to expect good service all around.

We had a horrible experience with Aadvanced Limousines. Although they seem like a nice company with very caring workers, we were very disappointed with their services on our Wedding Day. On the afternoon ofour wedding, they accused us of not paying (which we had already done prior to our wedding day).

Their #319 wedding package consisted of simply dropping us off at a site and then picking us up two hours later. We assumed that "service" meant that we'd have access to the limousine during our two hour reservation. However, this was not the case. We were dropped off near some gardens for some outdoor photos and then left to pick up a different wedding party. While we were waiting outside, it started to rain. My whole bridal party got wet while we waiting for the limo to come back and pick us up. My dress got wet, and my hair was ruined. It was awful.

After the wedding, a representative from this company apologized for the mishap. Ultimately, I think they are very nice people with a great fleet of limos. However, if you decide to book with them-- please make sure to read the fine print and understand the FULL terms of your limo package.

Funeral Disappointment

This service is terrible! I hired them to pick myself and my siblings from our mother's funeral and take us out to the cemetery. When I gave them the pick up time. The funeral started at 11 so I told them I was just guessing but to be there at 11:50 and hopefully we would be out by 12 or 12:15. The funeral ran over and they company was texting and calling me during the service asking me to contact the driver because we were late. I gave the driver a good tip at the cemetery because we were late. Then I received a text a couple of days later saying we had additional charges. I called and the person I spoke to said they were charging us an additional $270! I was very upset and the person from Aadvanced was extremely rude. He actually hung up on me after telling me he didn't care if I gave them a bad review. I will not use them again and cannot recommend them to others.

Ruined My Wedding Day

Aadvanced Limousines ruined my wedding day. I am absolutely disgusted with this company’s business practices and would not recommend this vendor to even my worst enemy. Just two hours before the 32 passenger bus was supposed to arrive and take our wedding party around Indy to different photo locations, they called and cancelled our service because they said the bus wasn’t working. They were completely unapologetic and simply told us we could get an 80 percent refund and use the 6 passenger SUV that was available (still leaving us to scramble to find 3 other cars that could transport everyone else). When we insisted on a full refund, they said they would only give us a full refund if we didn’t use the SUV. We let them know that was unacceptable and that we should receive a full refund as well as use of the SUV as a courtesy for cancelling our reservation less than 2 hours before it was scheduled to begin. They then proceeded to try haggling with us and offered to do an 85 percent refund. Mind you, this is all going on while I’m trying to finish my hair and makeup, so I don’t have the time or energy to be going back and forth with them over price. We told them we wouldn’t be paying them a dime and so the SUV sat in their lot the whole afternoon, unused, while we scrambled to make new plans. Aadvanced Limousines was unprofessional and did absolutely nothing to try to make things right for cancelling our service on the day of our wedding, causing us to spend a half hour making calls to find alternative transportation and ruining the entire photo schedule. ZERO STARS!!

The limo was more than 20 minutes late and made us late to the wedding. He did not follow instructions to our venue and got lost on the way home.

This was by far the WORST vendor I encountered. The level of unprofessionalism was astounding. When I booked in February it was stated in 5x the normal size, bolded & highlighted font that you must have a credit card form on file for payment of service. I filled this out and sent it in with a question about 10 days before our wedding. I had to follow up with them because the person was on vacation and didn't respond for 5 days. THEN, the day before you receive an email confirmation. I quickly responded to these; however, I still received a call from a representative to confirm. I also had to authorize this for my credit card. I thought this was odd since I had already authorized it through the credit card payment form. This call was extremely inconvenient since I was walking into our rehearsal. Little did I know, they weren't using the credit card form I filled out but used the credit card I used in February to pay the deposit. Luckily, this worked out. Next, the day of was extremely memorable due to this vendor. We had booked 2 separate reservations. The first one ended right at the start of our ceremony. The driver was running behind on his last shuttle from the hotel, instead of telling someone he was stopping service early, he just left. OUR WEDDING STARTED A HALF AN HOUR LATE BECAUSE OF THIS VENDOR. The shuttle was MIA and my wedding planner & venue couldn't get a hold of him; no one knew where he was at or if he still had guests with him. We held the gratuity due to this. THEN, for our 2nd shuttle reservation, my husband and I are getting off the bus with our guests and the bus driver asks us where his gratuity is. We told him we would be calling in on Monday to discuss the situation and we wouldn't be providing any this evening. LASTLY, on the Tuesday following they called me to ask how our service was (because we didn't tip). I told her what happened and she said she would get back with me. Here we are 6 weeks later, still no call back. Do not recommend.

The limo driver was late picking us up. She had no idea where to go, on top of it. The limo had no air conditioning, and nothing worked. When I got back from my honeymoon, I called to complain, and they told me I "was making things up" and questioned why I hadn't called sooner...it's called a HONEYMOON! TERRIBLE SERVICE.
