Wonderful wedding!

We decided to have a wedding in Prague coming from Los Angeles and we found A&A on the website because the portfolio with very nice wedding photos and videos, and they didn’t disappoint us. Anna helped us planning the wedding, and she connected us with wonderful hairstylist, makeup artist, wedding official, photographer, and videographer. She also recommended a restaurant at the Prague castle, and we had a fabulous post wedding dinner there. We had the wedding in one of the beautiful castle on the list, and everything went smoothly, and the photos exceeded our expectation. Anna was very helpful and such a wonderful person to work with! Highly recommend to anyone who is looking for a trusted wedding agency to have a wedding in the beautiful city.

Dream Come True

We don’t even know where to begin with how wonderful Anna is! There are far too many compliments to give.

Right away, we knew working with Anna would be wonderful. From the start, she took the time to understand our needs and wishes (much more than others had) and was able to turn our vision into reality. Anna listened closely to our desires and worked hard in order to help us achieve the perfect wedding day. Even with our mistakes and late paperwork, she was able to address the issues quickly and offer creative solutions. She truly made our dreams come to life without any stress.

Because of Anna, our wedding day was better than anything we could have imagined. She coordinated every single detail perfectly and left nothing amiss. In fact, we were incredibly touched by her hard work and understanding. You often hear the term “fairytale wedding” - but ours absolutely was and it was all because of her diligent work.

Best wedding planner

I would like to thank A&A team so much for a wonderful wedding we had. Thank you for such a clear planning, everything went as we wanted. Thanks for the MC and DJ and for the restaurant. Not only we, but the guests were delighted 😊 as the guests later admitted to us, they did not believe that such a wedding could be organized in such a short time.

Excellent experience

Honestly, I was very worried when choosing a wedding planner, since all communication was from distance (we are from Moscow) and I did not have any personal recommendations regarding A&A. As a result, I can say with full confidence that we were not mistaken with the choice :)
We want to say a big thank you to Andrew and Anna for the excellent organization of the wedding. Andrew from the very beginning “bribed” us with sincere and open communication, and he is the only one we contacted, who did not refuse to organize a wedding in Karlstejn castle on the day we needed, although it was not easy to agree on that date. The restaurant was also offered excellent - it perfectly matched our request, so we were very pleased. The process with the documents was also absolutely easy, we received the marriage certificate, and there were no problems with it in Russia.

Princess wedding - dream come true

When your a little girl you dream of your big day and you plan and stress and plan some more and then you picture this fairytale that you cant imagine being possible.

Firstly the castle was picture perfect and the venue at the back was perfection with the golden pillars. The reception venue was gorgeous by the river and all the decorations from the ceremony to the reception were just spectacular. Thank you so much for making a girls dreams come true

Perfect palnning to a tiny detail

The first thing that comes to mind is our first telephone conversation with Andrey from A&A, when we had just thought about a destination wedding and found their website! Communication immediately began in a friendly tone, which we liked very much - there was no imposition, everything was very positive, polite and informative! We received all the information we were interested in with detailed comments and tips, even recommendations about booking hotels and air tickets for the best deals, which was very important for us!
I was glad that the planning had been worked out from the very beginning of the acquaintance - what documents to prepare, send, etc., there were no questions left. Then we met with Andrey personally in Prague - and once again our right choice was confirmed! No nerves, but on the contrary, an ever-growing atmosphere of the upcoming holiday! Everything was thought thorough to the smallest detail - a visit to the police and registry office, the coordination of all our further actions, there was not a single hitch!
Only we had time to return - and after a couple of days we received a video from the wedding ceremony at 360 degrees, all our relatives were delighted !!! It created a feeling of full presence !!!

My review is rather brief :) Having looked for dozens of event planning companies in Prague, I decided to write to A&A, and they answered my million questions with pleasure, although it was still one year before the wedding :) I will not go into hundreds of details now, only I will say that I haven’t regret for a second, that I have chosen exactly this company! Considering that I'm very choosy and I loove to criticize, I say with full responsibility that there was nothing to complain about! Help in everything, accomponying to the authorities in the Czech Republic, the assistance all the time of the wedding planning, flawless floral decoration in the castle with the help of Anna, my bouquet was stunning, fragrant! The flower decor, which was transported to the restaurant from the castle, pleased us and smelled sweet. I do not know if there are any cheaper agents or more expensive, but believe me, the most important thing is the impression of the company and communication with them. I write my review solely from the heart, I think that Andrew & Anna and their team deserve such words. Thank you!

Thank you very much for arrangement of our wedding ceremony at St. Nicholas Church in Prague. Though we were a little bit worried at first because we lived far in Japan and all communication needed to be held by email. Our wedding was planned for the winter in the castle of Hluboka. Like any couple, we had many expectations and hopes that everything will go smoothly. We have checked different event planners on internet, and our choice fell on A&A Wedding Agency. As a result, we only needed a dress and a suit (which we wanted to bring from home), and all other issues related to documents, receptions, restaurants, cars, flowers, photo etc. were perfectly organised by the guys from the agency. And a pleasant bonus for us was a live stream. Our parents could not be with us, but they could see the whole ceremony online. Everything went great, despite the cold (-12). Being a travel agent, I was selecting a wedding agency very carefully.
We have been in contact with many people - with my colleagues and with colleagues from the Czech Republic , and in the end we have chosen A&A Wedding Agency
And we have not regret a bit!
The wedding was on 05/10/2017 in Prague in the Liben Castle.
Andrew has a calm, measured speech, and he knows the answers to absolutely all questions.
We were very stressful at first, BUT as soon as we met Andrew, we have immediately calmed down, she and Anna decided all "unresolved issues" such as a bouquet bride (the day before the wedding, we didn't even plan to order it at firt), parking problems and so on.
A&A Wedding Agency team realised all our wishes.
The very day of the wedding, it was so easy, so calm and joyful.
Thank you very much from our big and noisy family, many thanks to the wedding agency.
PS. Special thanks from our grandmothers (who are 90 years old) they watched us on the live stream, this is a great idea.

A&A Wedding agency are true professionals who make dreams come true. Wedding in Prague offers a large selection of organizers, but A&A is beyond competition. Andrew in particular conquers with his politeness and sensitivity.
After talking with more than 10 brides, I noted that everyone answers questions with great pleasure and leaves extremely positive feedback. In Prague and beyond, an incredibly large number of venues for the wedding ceremony. On the website of the A&A Wedding Agency, you can find enough information to make your decision. If you have any doubt, ask Andrew's advice. We chose the Troja castle, since it is located in Prague itself, we were inspired by its baroque architecture and exquisite hall for the ceremony. The choice is difficult to make, I recommend to rely on intuition and take into account the comfort factor: for us it was more convenient to choose a place for the ceremony in Prague itself and in a beautiful room, not outdoor.
Separately I want to mention the work of Anna on floristry and decoration. It was Anna who suggested to choose additional sorts of flowers for the bridal bouquet and has created a unique design of the ceremony decoration, which made a perfect romantic atmosphere to the ceremony hall. The ceremony itself was perfect without exaggeration! we felt an individual approach to our couple ...

Our wedding took place on 03.10.2014. It was an unusual wedding in a hot air baloon. We are so lucky our wedding has been organized by the A&A Wedding Agency in fairly short terms, slightly more than a month (we were going on journey to Europe and suddenly decided to marry:)). I wanted something unusual and the proposal of the A&A Wedding Agency to hold the official wedding ceremony in a hot air balloon became ideal option for us. Particular thanks to Andrew, who replied to all the questions quickly, had always been in contact and, what is important, always gave the comprehensive information, so we did not have to worry. All the additional services ordered in the agency were great as well. For example, bouquet of bride was wonderful, exact copy of what we asked for, and the makeup expert Yana was just a bomb! In general, Prague is perhaps the nicest and most suitable city for the wedding. Thanks to the A&A Wedding Agency for this beautiful holiday!

Wonderful wedding

It is very complicated to find necessary people when you plan to organize and celebrate the wedding in another country, also in another language as well. Therefore we treated the choice of the agency very seriously. When I was viewing web site of the A&A Wedding Agency, the number of proposed places and services and also appearance under every description of the place the cost of holding of ceremony and what is included took my fancy very much. Everything above listed brought us confidence, and we signed an agreement. Our wedding took place on the 18th June, 2016, we began to plan it already in the autumn. And all this time I was making continuous mailing with Andrey. Andrey's reminding several days ago before our arrival to Prague several times about what documents and things we need not to forget was very much liked. Andrey personally escorted us everywhere and, when all the bureaucratic questions were settled, it remained for us to wait for a wedding day.
Particular many thanks for Victoria's hairstyle, and for make-up to me and my mother. The girls came in the morning, without being late for a single minute, very thoughtfully and professionally treated my requests. As a result, I looked just so as I imagined myself. Also many thanks to the florists. Andrey passed on all my wishes and the bouquet turned excellent. Thanks to the excellent confectioners. The cake was made from the photo which I sent in advance. It turned out amazing! We remained very pleased with all the ordered services . The master of ceremonies, the translator girl, was also much liked. Very sweet and charming one! Many thanks to photographer Roman! Very pleasant, attentive, patient young man, possessing wonderful sense of humor! His passion for work was very much liked! Time was spent very well and cheerily with him! And the pictures turn just charming! Аnd now about the castle Pruhonice itself. The photographs do not reflect the beauty of this place in full! The castle is just magic!

Thanks to A&A Wedding Agency we and our guests were transported into a real fairy tale for one day ! The incredible beauty of the Clementinum and the medieval atmosphere of the castle Pruhonice is beyond words!
After hearing many stories of friends about the incidents at weddings, we subconsciously were ready for any accidents. But, everything was just perfect! Of course, this perfection we owe to the professionalism and responsibility of Andrew and the team. Andrew is very patient in answering endless questions (which when organizing your wedding abroad can not be avoided), attentive, punctual (which ensures the timely arrival of transport and other important things). Andrew was with us all day from early morning until nightfall, constantly coordinating the whole process. The professionalism and genuine kindness of Andrew noticed all our relatives, so please accept my gratitude from all of us! We are very pleased to have trusted this important day in our lives to your hands.
Additionally I want to thank everyone who participated in the design of the Banquet hall: floral arch and other flower decorations brought additional romance of to this medieval castle. The performance of the knights at our party was really memorable, executed very professionally, emotionally, and exciting! I am from the United States and we decided to elope to Prague. Anna picked vendors that were truely passionate about what they do. The day ran so smoothly and everyone was on time. Everything Anna picked was so beautiful (bouquet, dinner reservation, venue). Anna was also very helpful with all the legal paperwork. Andrew was our coordinator during the wedding day and he was awesome as well, answering any questions I had and he was very informative. I definitely recommend this agency! I had never been to Prague and they made my elopement dream wedding come true!

Be cautious. Not what we expected at all

We found A&A through weddingwire and contracted with them based on all five star reviews here. Didn't expect it to be the start of a dramatic nightmare.

We have them plan our destination wedding in Europe. A&A asked us to wire them $1500 at the first place, out of which $1000 as venue deposit. We didn't think much and did as were told. It was later when we wanted to terminate the service because we were very unsatisfied that we found out the venue never required the deposit at the first place and A&A paid ZERO to venue. Instead, they kept that money to themselves.

They are inflexible of comparing prices and services across florists and catering vendors, the main reason why we decided to terminate, They only want to use their own florist or those vendors "connected" with them. They kept emphasizing that the venue we booked has strict rules and only allow selected number of vendors. Even though I found a michelin level fine dining catering company who has provided services at the venue before and approved by the venue, A&A still insisted that we should use the catering vendor they recommended but refused to give us the name of the vendor. We don't even know what catering company they recommended to us until now.

I am writing this review to remind all those we are selecting their wedding planners to be CAUTIOUS! A&A said they are a "full-service planner" that's why they use their own florists, provide selected vendor options and we signed up for it. If you are fine with this business model and their way of doing businss, go for it. If you are like us, who like transparency and fair comparisons across vendors, think twice. Otherwise, terminating contract with them is even more FRUSTRATING.

We told them VERY NICELY our mindsets didn't fit, we needed to end the contract roughly 1-2 months into the contract, 3-4 months before the planned wedding. We were in the phase of choosing designs, didn't finalize anything. A&A demanded us to pay them additional $1300 to cover the full contract amount and told us the venue would be transferred to their other guests, which is RIDICULOIUS and UNHEARD OF!! After we contacted the venue ourselves, found out they never paid the deposit to the venue and the venue never said it was non-refundable deposit, A&A kept the $1000 deposit themselves and demanded us to pay them $300 more otherwise they would take all legal actions.

I am posting this review here because I don't know why and how their previous reviews are all five stars, but other newly weds considering planners to be cautious, to be mindful of what you are expecting. A&A also "threatened" us if we ever post bad reviews, they will involve lawyers. We are not scared of their threats, we need to let people know what we've been through.
