Wedding shuttle

Highly recommend using AA for their wedding shuttle services. They were easy to communicate with, confirmed details and schedules multiple times, and were timely and got our guests to and from our venue safely on our wedding day.

Highly recommend!

We used AA transportation for our wedding at the Grand View in Mendon, MA 10/28. We used 3 school buses that transferred guests to and from the hotel/venue. AA transportation was easy to work with, timely, professional and reliable.

Super reliable

AA Transportation was great to work with for our wedding! We used two school buses through them for transportation to/from the hotel & venue the day of the wedding. They were extremely communicative, easy to work with, and the bus drivers themselves were so nice and timely! Would absolutely recommend their services in the future.

Reliable in a Blizzard!

We loved working with AA Transportation, and would definitely recommend them to anyone looking for safe, reliable transportation for a wedding or event!

Wedding Preparation: AA Transportation was recommended to us by our venue. We booked a shuttle bus (school bus) from the Doubletree Hotel in Leominster to Harrington Farm in Princeton. When we realized a month before the date that we needed a second shuttle, they were able to add it with no problems. TIP: I recommend calling and speaking with someone on the phone for everything, it’s much quicker than trying to go through email.

Wedding Day: Our wedding was held up a mountain during a record-breaking snowstorm - over a foot of snow and blizzard conditions on the day of our wedding. While I wanted some snow on the ground, I think this was more than anyone planned for. I was so nervous with two school buses bringing our guests up and down a mountain, but when I called AA the Thursday before to confirm they were still coming, they were wondering why I thought they would cancel. Both buses showed up to our venue on time, and got our almost 100 guests there and back safely.

I’m so grateful that we had such competent and friendly drivers to get us through the record-breaking storm with nothing to worry about.

Reliable transportation !

We were very happy with the service and the coach bus was very clean and comfortable. Great customer service and pricing was also very reasonable.

Flexible, affordable and fun!

We used AA Transportation for their school bus service to shuttle our guests between the hotel and venue (30 minutes). Missy was awesome in coordinating a timeline for pick-up/drop-off and flexible when the wedding day times changed a bit towards the end Our driver was really nice, arrived early and didn't seem to mind that my crazy family sang (as loud as they could) the whole way back from the wedding! The school bus was wicked clean too! If you're thinking about getting a school bus for your wedding give them a call for sure!

We hired a limo and shuttle from AA Transportation for our wedding last weekend. They could not have been easier or more pleasant to work with. Amanda, the limo manager, is extremely helpful and responsive. She made the whole process absolutely painless for us.

AA has competitive prices - the price I listed includes all fees and gratuities for a three hour stretch limo package and a 7 hour shuttle bus package. The value that we got for the price is truly outstanding. Both vehicles were beautiful, perfectly clean, and the limo was outfitted with champagne and napkins in our wedding colors as an extra special touch.

I had full confidence in AA which helped to reduce my anxiety regarding vendors prior to and on the day of the wedding. Amanda made herself available constantly and the drivers were both professional, punctual, and very helpful.

We look forward to recommending AA Transportation at every opportunity!

AA Transportation provided the limo service for my wedding. They were professional, friendly, flexible, and easy to work with. Our driver was wonderful. She was friendly, professional, and flexible. The limo was in excellent and immaculate condition. They even matched their napkins to my wedding colors! I will definitely recommend AA Transportation for their limo services.

We used AA Transportation for our wedding. We rented two school busses to transport our guests and a Yukon Stretch Limo (driven by Doug) for the wedding party. We were very impressed by their service and couldn't have been happier. They were very easy to work with and helped out in any way they could.

We used the 56 person bus to shuttle our guests between the hotel and the venue. AA transportation was great to work with! The pricing and value were the best we found. Our driver was polite, professional, and he went out of his way to help us. At the end of the night he opened up the undercarriage storage to hold the many totes of stuff we had to bring back to the hotel with us. When we arrived back at the hotel he went out of his way to see if there was a room we could unload the totes into (and then grab them the next day.) There was no such room available at the hotel, but we certainly appreciated him asking! He arrived on time and was very prompt with the schedule and travel stops. We would definitely recommend AA transportation and will use them again.

We used AA for a bus for our wedding shuttle. They were easy to book and work with throughout. I got a confirmation call the week before and then followed up the week of the wedding to get the drivers name and cell phone. The driver was right on time and did a great job. Friendly and great service. Highly recommended! And they allowed our dog on the bus too! They also had a stool for grandparents - very prepared!

Great wedding choice

absolutely a great choice for shuttling a large number of wedding guests all visiting from around the country throughout the city. Great value, on time, flexible with changes to itinerary and excellent communication throughout the process.
We also loved that they were a company that gave a veteran discount because my husband (and many of the guests) are all veterans too!

AA Transportation was a suggested vendor from our reception site (the Publick House). I was very pleased with their service. Georgia was really easy to talk to on the phone to coordinate the event. The driver was very nice (it's been a few months now, so unfortunately I don't remember his name). We needed someone to drive the men and women separately to the ceremony site, and then to drive all of us back to the Publick House after the ceremony and photos. We got a stretch SUV, and it fit us all perfectly. There was champagne and water, which was great, and it was spacious and comfortable. We had a delay beyond our control leaving the ceremony site, but the driver was able to accommodate the change to the schedule. Overall, everything worked out well, and I would definitely recommend AA Transportation to anyone getting married in the Worcester area!

My limo was late... Our ceremony was at 1:30, typically its a 15min drive from my house to the church so to be safe I scheduled the limo to pick us up at 1:00pm. Had to call the driver at 1:10 to find out where our limo is, which created additional stress. Also forgot something at home and because the limo was already 15 minutes late we didn't have time to turn around and get it which literally made me cry just before the ceremony.

We hired A&A for our wedding transportation from the hotel to the venue. We requested two school buses for the beginning and end of the night. Towards the end of the night a bus pulled up shortly before the agreed upon departure time of 10:30. 4 guests boarded the bus thinking they would just hang out until the rest of the party died down but the bus driver took off, leaving 1 bus for ALL the other guests. The groom and I were sent into a panic trying to figure out what happened to the 1st bus and how we were going to fit everyone since they were already cleaning up and shutting off lights at the venue. We asked the bus driver what happened to the other bus and would it be coming back and his only reply was "I dunno." When I tried to speak to the company rep afterwards, she was rude and more or less said you paid for 2 buses, and there were 2 buses and we can pull camera footage to prove it. Apparently our specific time requests or common sense don't really matter. Between the driver being rude to those 4 guests when they simply asked if they were on the correct bus, to the contract that had to be revised multiple times to fix mistakes prior to the event, I would definitely NOT recommend A&A transportation.
