    The team at Villa Louisa were very accommodating and helpful when other aspects of the day (out of their control) became an issue. The food was a big hit with everyone as well.

    Vila Louisa!!! No regrets whatsoever!! Perfect place for a wedding. Food stunting, staff lovely ?? great communication. Everything I asked for they made it happen. I had the most beautiful wedding thanks Vila Louisa

    Our first venue closed on us and we were specifically looking for a venue that had a brunch menu. We fell in love with Villa Louisa and working with Lana was very easy to work with. Unfortunately, a month before our wedding we found out that Lana had left and while Asim, the owner, was very helpful it was stressful thinking that we had to start all over. The new coordinator Gigi and their banquet manager Amy were fantastic day of though. The weather worked out, the staff was great and everything was very smooth. I would definitely recommend A Villa Louisa to anyone who asked.

    They changed our wedding coordinator 3 times, no one knew what was going on. They over charged us then refunded the money when I realized they screwed up. Had to have 3 finalization appointments. Paid for Venetian table that barely anyone touched and they wouldn't let anyone take a dessert home. As far as I see it we paid for the food and if my guest wanted to take something home they could have. On top of that they never put out our favors. And had a fit that they needed to put up another table because some people did not want to sit with one another, I was told their was no point of place cards because people would still end up sitting where they want. We contacted them to let them know what the issue is and they wanted to know what we wanted from them and they said they would call us back and they never did. A month later and we still don't have our favors back.

    Sadly our experience with the venue was not what we had hoped it would be. After going through 3 onsite coordinators we were thrilled to end up with Harold. He made sure everything was wonderful on our day. From getting the bridal party snacks pre ceremony to meeting my husband and I with our favorite drinks as we reached the end of the aisle after our ceremony. He was just wonderful. If only we could say this about the owner, who 4 days before the wedding wanted to charge us for things not in our contract nor things we had never discussed with Jim or any event corridntor while in the planning process. This made for a difficult and uncomfortable final meeting that had the bride in tears and the owner being very unprofessional and disrespectful to us. Thankfully, we had hired our own wedding planner (who was amazing) so she was able to help with this process because it got ugly quickly. I became worried that the day of this meeting would be reflected in service. To our dismay it was quickly found out he shared this meeting with service staff who was taking about it to our guests. Again, our fantastic wedding planners to the rescue to help get a stop to that. The other disappointment was the crepes station. I thought it would be a station with a cook and fresh made crepes. However, they were pre-made and in a warmer. Nothing special. Despite the horriable meeting potential contract issues the owner attempted to through at us the food was amazing and plenty. Harold made sure we left with our meals and some desserts. It's sad that we will not be able to return to this venue and celebrate with family this wonderful occasion because of how we were treated by a money hungry disrespectful so called business owner. P

    I booked my wedding ceremony and reception with A Villa Louisa. I trusted that this venue would be nothing short of flawless and that they would be the best to deal with. My experience was the complete opposite. I was bounced around between the owner Asim, Harold, and Lana. No one was on the same page in regards to my big day. Myself, the coordinator, and my mother had confirmed with the venue on numerous occassions with email threads as proof our scheduling for for the ceremony rehearsal, setup time and date, and wedding date. The only thing it seemed like everyone was invested in was the money and not the outcome and success of my special day. Upon arrival for my ceremony rehearsal, not only was the grounds in horrible condition, flowers were literally dead or dying, flower pots were in the middle of the walk through aisle which elimated a thorough rehearsal that was planned and discussed with the owner, and no one was there at the premises to greet us. When I called the owner he mentioned that he left at 6pm when we have email threads and text messages confirming 7pm. Still with contacting the owner he did not come or have anyone show up to make the accomodations. This was not only embarrassing to me, but to my bridal party as well. We asked the owner if we would be able to set up the day prior and his exact words were "yes, no problem". Upon arrival of setup the ceremony area was in even a worst estate than imaginable. My mother and those who came to assist with setting up couldn't get a single thing done due to the condition of the ceremony area. There were no chairs, plants and filthy dirt on the ceremony stairs and walk way, gazebo had branches and stems all over it. The staff that was there knew nothing about my mother coming and stated that the owner never mentioned anything to them. These issues caused so may discrepancies and heartaches for my wedding day and family. I reached out to the venue with attached email threads, text messages, and ceremony photo
