    Best party rental service there is in Miami. I’ve been doing business with Marcos since he started more than 10 years ago. He’s done birthday parties of mine, baby shower and weddings of my family members. He has A LOT of experience and honestly gives you the BEST price you’ll get here in Miami. I highly recommend him always to everyone I know because he’s work is miraculous. I wouldn’t go anywhere else.

    Hi i am marcos owner of a touch of elegance
    I want to thank all the people who commented positive about me and to those who gave fake negative feed back thank you aswell ... to alex and katrina 20 percent of what you wrote was true i did stop answering your phone calls becouse you lied to me you only used me to get the caterers discount you went from a 20k wedding to deducting almost 95 percent of the equipment you first reserved your new total after deducting was 2k on equiptment that was already disounted because you were getting alot of stuff you made my wife and i go to the venue twice to give you ideas and me like and idiot went and told you how to set up ..you ordered a whole lot and waited for the last minute to deduct mostly everything and stay with the caterer discount and than call me and cancel everthing 2 weeks before your event ... you never gave me a deposit for my equiptment it all went to the caterer because i trusted that you werent going to cancel .you had a party rental who was gonna serviceyour event since day one and used me for my discount.. you played me real dirty and yes i did yell my lungs out that is 100 percent true ..     great to have done buisness with marcos ,my wedding was held in the deering estate in february 2nd (gabriel and martha machado ) i cannot explain how happy i was to know everything was set and done on time my wedding was perfect ,the uplighting looked extravagant i have not one negative thing to say about this company ..i will definitly recommend..

    i saw the comments from alegandro and lucy and i know you have to be haters ..my wedding was held 2 weeks ago and marcos and his wife were spectacular, they not only gave me a great price but they did an amazing job in decorating. all my guest were amazed in the work they did ,i will recommend them to everybody ..haters will be haters marcos ..lol...besitos"""

    I had such great service from A Touch of Elegance that I wouldhighly recommend them to everyone. They were easy to communicate with, tried really hard to make sure everything was exactly what I wanted and ultimately they delivered perfectly. Their products were clearn and in perfect shape.

    my wedding was on 11/11/11 very symbolic ,it was a crazy month for lots of vendors in miami for weddings , i found a touch of elegance on craigslist bcouse i figured i would get a better price and i did every party rental was charging me almost double than what he was ,his chiavari chairs were in perfect condition and their service was great i also used him for chritmas and i will continue using always ..

    buenisimo ,bonitisimo y barratisimo ,lol ...we are very happy to say that marcos was amazing, my daughters wedding was spectacular ,as i read some of the other reviews i noticed i felt the same way when we first met him becouse he is so young but the turn out was great he trully went out of his way to please us ..we had a last minute issue where we needed 2 more tables and chairs and he came through faster than we imagined ..he is definitly on my chrismas list lol..i highly recomend him..     Their professionalism and quality of product is like no other! they are genuine people with lots of class! They are never late! I will continue using their services as I have for years to come I am thrilled that they have this survey so people can see their wonderful work and product! They are a one stop shop!     Marcos was outstanding. I made his life a little difficult the last 2-3 days before the wedding, but he was outstanding. His professionalism and attitude really made working with him all the worthwhile. I would definitely recommend his services to everyone...I actually have!! :)

    when i first called the company i spoke to a gentle man who attend me really good and gave me prices over the phone when i got to his warehouse he looked really young ,not what i expected and i trully judge him and i got kinda ify about him being responsible ..i was kinda rude at first and he managed to deal with me in a respectfull way ,we spoke for about 2 hours we laughed he joked around naturally and made me feel super confortable he gave me a package that i had gotten quoted by other party rentals $2000 dollars less everything included i was on a budget already and that would of saved me so much plus in the end he gave me extra stuff without charge ..the wedding turned out a amazing my fam and friends still talk about that special day and i am so happy i didnt leave that day i met him Thank you Marcos may God bless you always ... i recommend him to the world with my eyes closed ..love, mary

    Do not book!

    Do not be fooled by the low rental prices this company has to offer. Although it is true that they can beat out most vendors price-wise, how unorganized, unresponsive and unreliable this vendor can be is absolutely not worth the stress or anger. I placed my deposit with Marcos and received one work responses to specific questions I asked regarding colors/sizes of items on my invoice. Once it had been long enough and I needed more details from him in order to move forward with the rest of my planning, Marcos sent me an email that he had overbooked my wedding day (somehow within the two week since I had sent in my deposit and not to mention how odd that seemed since my wedding was about a year away) and that he had no record of my deposit so my date was no longer secure anyway. I, as any other bride spending thousands of dollars on this day, grew very upset and called Marcos to figure out the issue. After some time he decided to refund me. But wait, the story gets every better. This was not a happy ever after. Marcos grew more upset every day since he agreed to that refund and less and less responsible until he ignored my messages all together when I would check up on him and my refund. I often times had to message him twice in one day. After the second message he would send very angry messages to my phone about how it was unnecessary. Ask yourself how necessary your money is before you invest in anything to do with this man. He has no regard for anyone but himself. OVER A MONTH went by with no resolution so I finally decided to fight the battle via PayPal claim. Shortly after the claim was sent Marcos sent me a threatening message about how I had to go to such measures. Only then was my money returned to me after which I received another message from Marcos about how he knows my job doesn't pay well and supposedly the money was always going to be returned to me. ABSOLUTELY RIDICULOUS, RUDE AND DISGUSTING. I have contacted vendors I know he's worked with to notify them of this transaction and will continue to do so to prevent any other family from having to undergo any more fraud from this man.

    Thank you Alex and Karina for writing this review, I could not agree with you more! We used Marcos a couple of months back and it was a horrible experience. He is very rude and unprofessional. He makes excuses for everything and gets very defensive once you try to point anything out. I have no idea how he’s still in business.

    Do not use this company under any circumstances! Marcos was referred to us by a coworker and we thought we were in good hands. That couldn't have been farther from the truth. If you read some reviews below, you'll see some positive comments. But analyze them and you'll notice the same punctuation and spelling mistakes in all of the positive posts. Marcos writes these himself (see his use of ellipses in the reviews). Pay attention to the negative reviews. Those are the ones that are real.

    To cut a long story short, Marcos doesn't return phone calls once he has secured your business. He will tell you he is extremely busy week after week. After this constant struggle and after flat out missing an important meeting we had scheduled with him, we decided to fire him. What ensued after that was something I could have never imagined. Marcos, at the top of his lungs, cursed me out, cursed out my fiance, and said he was not returning my deposit even though the terms of the agreement required him to do so (minus 25%). This was just over one month before the wedding, but Marcos was so unreliable that we had to go with someone else. It cost us more money, but it was worth the peace of mind.

    We had to wait until after the wedding was over to write this review out of fear that he would show up at the wedding venue and trash the place on our wedding day. Yes, that is the kind of person that Marcos is. Seriously. So I urge you to use a different vendor.
