Excellent Service & Well Worth It!
The staff at A Touch of Class was very kind and accommodating in providing transportation for my sister’s wedding. They provided buses to take guests from the hotel to the wedding venue, and back at the end of the night. Everything went smoothly and the buses were classy, roomy, and comfortable. The bus driver was also very friendly and competent, and made sure to call a few days beforehand just to introduce herself and confirm the travel plans for wedding day.

Well organized and friendly!
Touch of Class was a pleasure to work with. They got our guests to and from our wedding efficiently!
They were very flexible with some last minute details we had to sort out. We also booked a larger bus, that happened to be out of commission the day of the wedding. They acted quick, replaced the vehicle with two smaller shuttles which were much nicer than the large bus we originally booked. On top of that they were still on time, and on schedule for everything.
At the end of the night, Terrance, one of our drivers was so kind to direct our not-so-sober guests to the correct shuttles and get everyone where they needed to go. They really kept things organized at the end of our reception, and we can't thank them enough!
I definitely would recommend Touch of Class for your wedding. They were friendly and professional!

Great experience!
We used a touch of class as shuttles to/from our wedding. We had two 38 passenger shuttles and we filled them both. I cannot say enough about the professionalism of our driver, Tyler. Our guests were extremely rowdy and intoxicated and I apologized for that. I even had a guest vomit on the driver and was SO CALM AND PROFESSIONAL about the situation. I was honestly so impressed with the way they handled it. Additionally, they were punctual and the bus was very nice inside! Thank you again Tyler for being so professional during a less than ideal situation. Highly highly recommend!!

Great service
We booked A Touch of Class prior to COVID thinking most of our guests would use it. We significantly reduced our numbers, leaving only about 10 people to use our shuttle. For those that did, they had a great experience.

Very professional and helpful!
Becky was so helpful in setting up our plan/contract and pick up/drop off times. Our driver was on time, very professional, and drove our party safely from the venue back to the hotels. Would definitely recommend On the Town Limousines!

A True Red Carpet Experience!
Great service! The driver arrived early and was super professional and friendly, helping me with my dress getting into the car. The car was beautiful inside and out, clean, comfortable, fully stocked with water with ice, and easy to connect to our phones for great tunes. The driver was ready to go when we were, and rolled out the literal red carpet for us! The only drawback is the driver was not wearing a mask, but we also didn't explicitly ask him to do so.

Wonderful transportation service!
My husband and I used their transportation services for our wedding and are so happy we did! They were so helpful when we were trying to figure out what car to use and when we had to reschedule our original wedding due to COVID, they were flexible and understanding. On our wedding day, our driver was on time and professional and the car was very clean and well kept. My husband and I had such a great time with our driver, he was conversational, kind, and fun! We're so glad we used A Touch of Class Limousine's services for our wedding.

Great Wedding Day Transportation
To be honest, we weren’t planning on having wedding transportation, however I’m glad we changed our minds. We hired A Touch of Class Limousines for our wedding to provide transport for our out-of-town guests staying at 2 nearby hotels. After a brief phone call to A Touch of Class, explaining what we were looking for, they were able to provide us with a quote and timeline of events. The driver, Kyle, was great, providing safe, round-trip transportation for our guests from the 2 hotels, to the venue, and back again. The office staff at A Touch of Class were very accommodating, allowing us to make small schedule changes up until a few days before the wedding at no extra cost. We would definitely recommend A Touch of Class to anyone looking for safe, clean, and timely wedding transportation!

Great experience with TOC
Touch of Class was responsive when getting a quote and finalizing details for the event. Their pricing was highly competitive. The drivers on the day of the event were friendly, on time, and successfully got our wedding party and guests between two hotels, a church, and the reception venue. Our "getaway car" driver, when he circled back to the venue and had no one else to pick up, stayed and helped my parents pack up their car - talk about above and beyond. Would highly recommend.

Excellent service!
We had such a great experience with A Touch of Class with providing transportation for our wedding guests. They were incredibly responsive by email, helpful, and provided guidance to help us set up the timing for our shuttles. The shuttles were all on-time, exactly as described, clean – and we really enjoyed getting to meet Margo and Mike, our chauffeurs for the evening.
It was so important to us to know that our guests would be able to enjoy their time at our wedding without having to worry about how to get to and from their hotels, so it was really wonderful to work with a company that helped everything run so smoothly! We highly recommend A Touch of Class for any event you are planning.

I was so impressed with this business! I asked for a quote one evening with no expectation of hearing back until the next day. They responded almost immediately, and they were very transparent about their pricing, which is hard to find in vendors these days! I needed a shuttle and limo service and they quoted the best price by far. It truly was an awesome experience, and I look forward to working with them!

Perfect Wedding Party Transportation
We hired A Touch of Class Limousines to transport our wedding party from our hotel to our wedding venue about 2 miles away. We needed at least two trips to transport the bridal party and the groom and groomsmen separately. A Touch of Class was easy to work with and provided an 8-10 passenger party bus with driver in formal garb. We also contracted for a sedan to transport the bride and groom to the hotel at the end of the night. Both drivers were excellent and very courteous and professional. It was a rainy day, and the bus driver was prepared with umbrellas for all. The price was reasonable and we felt we received a good value.

Professional. Courteous. Goes Above and Beyond. A Touch of Class Limos Saved our Cocktail Hour!
I’m going to do my best to explain just how amazing this company is, but I know it will still come short! Before the wedding, Jennifer was fantastic to work with; she answered my numerous questions quickly, provided additional details that helped in the decision-making process, and guaranteed all needs would be met. On the wedding day, the superstar was absolutely our limo driver Jeff; he was incredibly patient, kind, and had a calming presence. He was extremely flexible as our plans kept changing and was willing to go to places not on our original schedule. He always helped me out and helped to make sure the dress did not get caught or messed up on the ground. The bus we scheduled via a different company forgot to show up to transport our guests from ceremony to reception; Jeff then took it upon himself to help and transported guests who needed the ride to the reception in rounds, ensuring everyone got there on time, something he was not scheduled or anticipated doing. Guests loved it as they got to ride in a limo and my husband and I loved it as they were able to get there on time. Jeff came back just in time to transport my husband and I where we had our photographer take a picture of us and our limo hero. A Touch of Class is professional, courteous, and goes above and beyond to ensure everything is taken care – my husband and I highly recommend!

Our driver arrived to our wedding location right on time (early to be exact), and gave us some time to make sure all of our guests had left before coming out to the car. When we arrived, there was a red carpet waiting for us, and bottled water to drink. He assisted us in bringing our things, and made our ride home from our wedding super easy. I would recommend using A Touch of Class Limousines for your big day transportation needs!

Touch of class was AWESOME. I contacted them less than two weeks before my wedding date. They were able arrange a pick-up and drop-off shuttle to and from the hotel to my wedding venue. SO HAPPY WE WENT WITH A TOUCH OF CLASS LIMO'S. Our entire guest list traveled from out of town and we had 150 guest that we wanted transported to and from the hotel to our wedding venue which was on a military base. This was the only vendor who allowed us to break up our 4 hour minimum into 2 separate trips. So we had 2 hours in the beginning to transport people and 2 hours in the end to take them home. It saved us so much money versus having to rent the bus for 8 hours to cover the whole day. SO GRATEFUL I found this vendor. They were amazing and friendly. Thank you

A Touch of Class provided shuttle service for my wedding. The converted school bus was perfect for the cool fall day and my guests loved the party atmosphere on board! Our driver was so flexible. He adjusted quickly when I realized we had given him the wrong pick up address! He also waited for us even when we were running late leaving the venue. The office staff were very responsive and made sure to consider all the details and my special requests. They also gave me a great deal and were willing to work with my budget. Feel confident booking with these professionals!

Finding transportation was literally the last thing on my list of to-dos. We only needed someone to drive us 30 minutes from our venue to our hotel in DC at 4pm on a Saturday, and I couldn't get any limo companies to do it! Everyone wanted to charge for a 4-hour minimum, making what should've been a cheap booking a $500 expense. We were all set to use Uber Black before my dad found A Touch of Class, and I'm so glad he did. They were more than welcome to take our business without charging us for extra hours, and they service was incredible! The red carpet was a nice touch, and our driver was super nice. Thank you so much for the special ending to a special day!

Touch of Class were very patient with the many many changes we made to our multiple shuttle schedules. Since we had folks staying in a couple different places we needed multiple forms of transportation and they were able to get everyone where they needed to be and when -- which was a minor miracle. The driver of our SUV shuttle even saved the day by passing a message to her passengers to bring the forgotten boutonnières! I would highly recommend them for anyone looking for shuttle services.

Class act service! The driver personally called my the night before and confirmed all details. On the day of, she kept me informed of her time to our home. Once they arrived, the limo was very clean and had a red carpet. My kids were so excited beyond words!! Great vendor to work with!

I contacted many vendors about providing transportation for my daughter's wedding party and Touch of Class was by far the most accommodating, professional, and reasonably price. From the booking to wedding day everything was smooth. Stephen was our driver and was top notch, he was dressed to the nine. We had the Charger Limo for transportation of our wedding party to and from the ceremony sites. They arrived on time and the vehicle was as described on their website. I definitely would utilize A Touch of Class Limousines should I need limo services again.

I booked a limo w/ touch of class to use for my wedding. Jennifer was extremely helpful in the booking process and they even worked out a deal w/ Fairfield Inn and Suites to save us money on a room/ limo deal! Our limo driver Angela was awesome and made it an extra special drive for out two little boys on the way back to the hotel after the wedding. Great service!

A touch of class and our driver were amazing, we last minute booked. The driver was so much fun, he even texted us and let us know that some peoples belongings were left on the bus and he let us come get them from his house!!

I was surprised to see the negative reviews for this company. We recently used the company for an SUV limo for our wedding and had no issues whatsoever. Jennifer was extremely helpful during the planning process, and was flexible when we wanted to make changes or upgrades. Our limo driver the day of was prompt, friendly and professional. She helped us to use the limo features and assisted me in getting in and out in my dress. The limo may have been a bit outdated, but we were able to view pictures on the website and were still impressed with it's cleanliness. I would recommend, but have only experienced the Expedition SUV limo.

I am actually glad I didn't read these reviews prior to booking because we probably wouldn't have done it. I feel terrible for the brides that had a negative experience. I really hope that if these stories are accurate that customer service does something to better it or I will no longer feel comfortable in using or recommending them. I however had a wonderful experience. My wedding party and I had the starship limo bus transfer from ceremony to reception. Our driver was very friendly and prompt. And the bus was comfortable and spacious.

Awesome vehicles (I got the Starship limo bus to transport the wedding party around and a 6 passenger white limo for bride and groom's end of night transportation) and excellent service! The drivers are punctual, know where they are going, and very pleasant to work with. They helped me in and out of the cars because my dress was so big, and the vehicles were very clean and comfortable. I think the prices were very reasonable, and I would definitely recommend.

Great service!! They definitely gave us the best deal in the area and our driver, JJ, was so great. The plan changed a little when we realized our Best Man forgot some very important car keys and he was so flexible in the change of plans. The office staff was very easy to work with and responded quickly to my request.

I found "A touch of class limousines" through limos.com, it was very simple to book them. The price was very reasonable and the driver was amazing! James was very nice and drove us very fast from our church to the reception. I highly recommend them!

We booked the limo for two hours before the wedding to transport bridal party to venue, and we also booked the shuttle bus for 2 hours before and 2 hours after for the hotel guests. Everything worked out perfectly, and they gave us a discount for using them for a Friday night wedding instead of a Saturday! I did everything by email which was convenient too!

This limo service was great! The company worked with us a great deal and worked out everything we needed well in advance! We were given our limo driver's name and contact info. early so we could get in touch with him ahead of time to make sure things were all set... they were! We had a great time in the limo and the driving was great, even in the terrible snowy weather we had (January wedding). This would be a good, safe choice!

A touch of class Limos, were wonderful. We had to call them late in the planning stages, and they still found the right limo for us. We were able to meet with someone a few weeks in advance to check them out, and they were there with the car running and cool so we could get in and see it. We booked them right away and on our wedding day, our drive was Frances. She was so much fun. She did it all for us that day. She took care of the details.

I used a limo and their shuttle service.
The limo was nice, it was spacious, it had working A/C and the driver was kind enough to let me know that his USB port doesn't work for music but I didn't mind. After dropping off the bridal party he went to get the groomsmen, but when they got their he took them around the back of the venue where I was taking photos. I had to run away so my husband didn't see me. I wasn't too upset because the place had multiple roads, but I told him before he left to go drop them off at the circle up front and next thing I knew a limo was right next to me.
The shuttle was great. I was running around trying to get all of the details back into my parents car and it was so nice of her to wait for me. My guests didn't mind to wait in the shuttle until I was ready to leave.
Overall I was happy with the service and would go with them again.

We are so happy we went with A Touch of Class Limousines for transportation of the wedding wedding party to our wedding ceremony and our reception. They were very flexible with pickup and drop off locations - they picked my husband and me (plus wedding party) up from separate locations to drop off at the church, then took all of us from the ceremony to the reception. They were very cognizant of timing and also patient with our photographer. They also had the limo stocked with water and ice, plus they let us bring beer that the wedding party drank after the ceremony to celebrate. While it did seem expensive, we are also very happy with the service we received. Our driver was friendly and our transportation went very smoothly.

The chauffeur made all the appropriate pick ups at the correct time and got everyone where they were suppose to be. The home office was responsive to my emails leading up to the event. We went with the party shuttle and that was a lot of fun! Way better then a cramped limo.

We used A Touch of Class to provide a guest shuttle to and from the hotel. I'd found them when looking for a minibus to go to a concert earlier in the year and discovering how much cheaper they were than other companies in the area. When it came time to get quotes for our wedding, my now-husband had trouble getting most companies to even respond to his inquiries! Those that did respond were way more expensive than A Touch of Class. They provided one large bus, which was enough to get everyone to the ceremony in one trip. We then ran two trips back at the end of the night. Our driver was very professional, and I would definitely recommend!

Wow! This company was just wonderful. When we called in for information they helped us out in figuring how many vehicles we needed and how many trips were needed. They were all so helpful. I had the opportunity of dealing with polite staff, Keith, Sunny, and Jennifer who were all responsive. Keith worked with me in making final adjustments to the schedule he called the day before the wedding to confirm all my reservations and had all final information emailed to me with the driver’s contact information. They seemed well organized. Their system was down one day when they had told me they’d call me back but didn’t that was a little bothersome but other than that the communication was there. All the drivers were so professional and right on time. We had two limo services and a bus service. Jason was our morning limo driver and he was polite and attentive. For the afternoon at the end of our wedding we had Patrick who I can’t say enough wonderful things about. He was professional and courteous. He handled our fake exit wonderfully and came back around waited for us to finish gathering our things and helped the entire bridal party load up in the limo. It was raining that day and he was concerned about my wedding dress and being so careful to help me get in the limo! Kendall was our bus service driver. Can’t say enough wonderful things about her either. She made sure the guest were all accommodated in the van and was patient while we made sure everyone was accounted for. Patrick and Kendall made sure that the guest made it to the after party safe and sound. Kendall was our transportation from the after party back to the hotel and again she was in such a wonderful mood always with a smile on her face. After dropping off the last bus she found a cell phone that was left behind. She knew we had one more trip with Patrick the following day and made sure to get it to him so we could get it back. We will definitely be using a touch of class again.

I had a good experience with Touch of Class - we rented two shuttle vans for wedding guests and a sedan for my groom and myself. They called a couple days before the wedding to confirm everything and one of the driver's called as well. We were given all the drivers' numbers in case we needed to get in touch with them. A touch of class provided us with one of their biggest vehicles, the Raven. It fit 24 people and I thought it was the best value. They provided us with champagne glasses in the vehicle, as well as a red carpet to get into the car. They were one of the close vendors to my venue (Ceresville Mansion) and they provided fast responses.

We used Touch of Class as a shuttle between the hotel and the venue, and the shuttle ran smoothly between both with no problems. Just make sure you stick to your allotted time, otherwise there will be an additional hourly charge tacked on. A Touch of Class was perfect for my wedding! Jennifer worked closely with me to figure out exactly what my needs were for the day of. I used them for a party bus to take bridal party, then groom party, wrap back around to pick up guests, shuttle bus before and after wedding for guests and the party bus again at the end of the night to pick up the entire wedding party.
My only thing, and this may be industry standard, but I know this annoys a lot of other brides... is I wish they would offer 1 hour minimums. It was very frustrating to know I am paying for a 2 hour minimum when I only need for an hour. This caused me to not pay for a second shuttle bus which probably would have been helpful. This is nothing against A Touch of Class personally, I know each company has to have their standards, but again.. just frustrating when it comes to weddings when guests don't need to be there so far ahead of time... I just think they should work out a better package for weddings. Also the 2 hour minimum cannot be split.
But overall I would definitely use their services again. The quality of the drivers and transportation are top notch!

I used this vendor for my transportation on my wedding day. The company called and confirmed twice the week of the event. I got a call from the limo driver himself. He showed up on time for the pickup and was very professional. The only issue was when we went to call him back to pick us up after the reception, the number on the card did not work. Luckily he had called me earlier in the week and I just used that number and everything worked out. It was maybe only a 5 minute delay. Great service and good driver!

We recently booked this company for our wedding day. We used two of their limos and had excellent service. The drivers were early, the limos were clean, and everything went off without a hitch. Now a family member also used them for a 35 passenger the same day to transport multiple people. It happened to be one of the hottest days of the year so far, and the company sent a bus that had a broken air conditioner. Now, they stated that they didn't know it was broken, however many reviews mention a broken AC in the buses so I have a hard time believing that. It was also not the same bus that was on the website. However, a phone call was made and they brought down a new shuttle (school bus) during the ceremony that thankfully had working AC. They did give us a discount on the shuttle originally because we had already booked the limos, and the fixed the situation even though there were a few hiccups not mentioned here during the fixing. However, I didn't pay for the shuttle bus, nor did I use it, so my rating isn't really reflective of that. In the future I would hire again for the limos, but maybe stay away from the shuttle buses.

A Touch of Class Limousines was the only place that could provide us a smaller white limo for our wedding, since it was just the bride and groom. The chauffeur was very prompt and courteous during the entire service. I was hoping the inside of the limo was a bit cleaner and smelled a bit nicer. Although we ran over a bit of our time, the chauffeur was kind enough to provide us 30 minutes free of charge but just pay another 30 minutes from the hourly charge.

We booked two different limos for our wedding through A Touch of Class and the driver for the first limo was very professional and friendly. It poured rain on our wedding day and the driver escorted everyone one at a time in and out of the limo under an umbrella. The driver for the 2nd limo (a town car) was not as friendly and made a rude comment at the end of the trip to us. Our driver was Kingsley and he was friendly yet professional. He showed up on time, took the bridal party to the church, waited outside and then took the bridal party to the reception. He opened the doors and helped the ladies enter and exit.
The limo was nice and clean with ice and bottled water available. I believe champagne was available at an extra cost. Our only complaint was that the radio stations were difficult to hear and had a lot of static. Some other form of music would have been nice and we were not made aware of it if it was available.

We rented the 45 passenger bus to get our guests from the hotels to the wedding venue. Our guests seemed pleased with the service! They were flexible with us when we ended up asking them to make 2 stops at different hotels on the way to the venue and back. Pretty affordable compared to other companies in the area.

As the bride, I never got to ride in the party buses, but I did get lots of "chatter." The one negative about the buses was that the driver was speeding excessively down a busy highway- many passengers on Sunday morning told me how concerned they were. The company also had our wedding marked for the 18th (instead of the 19th) for quite awhile. However, I never noticed it on my contract, so I suppose that's partly my fault, too. They also moved offices while we were planning and never contacted us- for a split second we thought that maybe they went out of business.
All in all, they got all our guests to and from our wedding, and, thankfully safely.

Overall it was an OK experience. The people who speak with to book are great, very helpful and professional. Unfortunately it was brought to my attention that the various drivers (we had 1 SUV, 2 limos (the Chrysler 300 stretch) and 1 SUV stretch that fit like 24 or so people) were very rude to a good amount of my bridal party / friends. Of course, me being the one in the big white dress they all were very polite to me, but it didn't make me too happy to hear that they weren't as polite to my friends or even my husband at the time. So, professionalism could be better!

I found A Touch of Class by searching nearby transportation to our reception venue. After booking I was so alarmed to read the negative reviews that I started to freak out a little bit. I did voice my concerns to the company and they did re-assure me that my wedding would be perfect and not to worry. Still I always did worry.
I will be first to say that transportation for my wedding was indeed perfect! I did lay our every single detail from the start regarding transportation for the wedding party from the church to the reception as well as shuttles to run in the evening from the overflow hotel.
Working with Anna Ellis and Jennifer Cuozzo was a breathe of fresh air after talking and emailing a few times with a gentlemen in the office. Anna and Jennifer let me explain all of my details and always responded to emails in a professional way.
The day of the drivers were very professional and we had no problems! Everything ran as scheduled believe it or not. We did however only use the shuttles not limos which I see are a bit of a problem with other reviews. We used the Executive Shuttle for the wedding party and we used smaller shuttles for the evening transportation back to the overflow hotel. Bobby Henriksen was our driver for the wedding party and he was nice and very professional. Eric Gettleman drove the evening shuttles and I didn't get to meet him but our guests said he was nice as well! That he let them even stop at Sheetz haha - that's awesome!
Regardless I'm glad it worked out great for us. So from my opinion with the shuttles I would refer A Touch of Class. Ask to speak with Anna or Jennifer and they will help get it all figured out.

A Touch of Class was extremely quick to respond to my e-mailed request and immediately set us up with transportation for myself and my bridesmaids for the big day, even though I had only called a week in advance. I think their pricing was a tad high for only a half hour of service, but Francis, the driver, was very kind and friendly.

Very nice limousine and the driver was very good. We had a rough drive for him, going through the Gettysburg Battlefield for pictures, but he did a great job. Shadow was the limo we chose, it's a 12-passenger, but there were only 10 of us in there, and I'm not sure any more adults would have fit. Overall, very nice quality.

I had a very good experience. Everything was easy to book and reserve. No hidden fees. Jennifer was really helpful with booking and payment processing. On the wedding day, we ended up falling nearly one hour behind schedule. The driver, Tom, was totally professional and patiently texted me. He was still there and got the party to their destinations. The shuttle was supposed to have cider as a bonus for booking three FABNet vendors, but my party told me they didn't get any. It could have been there, though and maybe they missed it.
The GPS in the van was programmed incorrectly, but I do understand that it was peak wedding season and kind of of difficult to keep up with (although, getting people to places is your #1 job). Thankfully, the party knew where they were going and told Tom before it was too late. I'm sure Tom didn't do it intentionally. I appreciated him waiting on us.

Transportation was a bit lower on my list of priorities, so I chose A Touch of Class because they gave me the best deal on the 40 passenger bus that we used to transport hotel guests to and from the wedding, as well as limo to bring me, my husband and our wedding party back to the hotel after the wedding. The shuttle buses were on time on both ends, but our limo got a flat tire before we had even made it out of the venue driveway! It was also extremely hot in the limo because they had not run the A/C prior to picking us up. The driver could not change the tire and had to have a replacement party bus sent. Needless to say we did not want to wait and got on the shuttle bus with our guests. This was not the most glamorous way to end the night, but we got where we were going. They immediately refunded us for the limo the following Monday and contacted my wedding planner about it so that I could enjoy my honeymoon which I thought was very professional. Overall we had great service, I was just very disappointed with the limo.

Due to other circumstances, we had to book our limo service last minute, and A Touch of Class was quick to respond. We were looking for white limos, and even though they were booked for the day, they were able to squeeze us in within the timeline we needed between other appointments. The driver was a little frazzled to be on a time crunch, but I suppose that's to be expected. He still rolled out the red carpet for us and everything. When he came back to pick me and my groom up at the end of the night, though, he never called to notify us that he was there! He did not make a big deal of it, but we felt bad for keeping him waiting. He was very sweet about it and we got home safe and sound.

The car was clean and on-time, and it was easy to set up the reservation. I was a little annoyed that the driver didn't know where our hotel was (The Four Seasons in Baltimore is apparently hard to find?!) If he wasn't sure, he should have looked it up ahead of time, but we got there in the end. But for the short time we worked with them, it seemed like a good value.

We were pretty worried about booking with A Touch of Class for our wedding transport needs in Frederick, MD after reading a lot of the reviews on here. We ended up booking 2 shuttle buses and 2 vans for guest transport to and from our wedding. We had a stretch limo for the bridal party transport to the venue. At the end of the night we had a sedan for the bride and groom to be taken back to the hotel. Overall, there were no real issues and every arrived to and from on time and safely.
The most worrisome part though, is how each driver worked differently. Some were wonderful and organized (our end of the night pickup lady especially!), but a couple did not contact us ahead of time to confirm plans. Our limo driver to the venue felt a bit unsafe (i.e extremely fast driver on the back roads), but we made it on time and that's all that mattered! Also, the entertainment system in the (Dodge Charger) limo didn't work, but we used our phone for music and made the best of it.
The main reason we picked a Touch of Class was that we could save some money, customize and have less shuttles on the front end for multiple trips and multiple shuttles show up at the end of the night to get all guests off the property by the correct time. Other companies in the area did not offer this, cost would have been much more.
Long story short....you get what you pay for with this company.
