    Called to use this service to and from the airport. Absolutely wonderful service. Felt so relaxed and released some of my anxiety

    So professional and accommodating making me feel relaxed going to the airport. I had Angel on 10/13 at 10 am and my return trip was 10/17 at 3:44 pm a very nice man. They came early and kept up to date on my flights without me having to do anything. Will use them in December when going to Europe.

    Great party bus

    A step above was so easy to work with for our wedding day. Both of our drivers showed up on time (and early) and I never once had to worry about a thing.

    Great Limo Service

    Reliable and courteous

    We hired A Step Above Limo for our daughter's wedding in September. We contacted them a couple of weeks before the wedding, and had an excellent experience, both in planning and on the day of the wedding. They showed us the vehicle ahead of time, and assured us that we could contact them easily on the day of. The driver called my husband while he was on the way to pick up the bridal party, to give his name and cell phone number, in case we needed to contact. He arrived early, and was most courteous and helpful. After he had brought the bridal party to the church and left, our photographer realized she had left a camera in the limo. Because he had given us his number, we were able to call him. He came right back with the camera. A Step Above was a pleasure to deal with, and helped make our daughter;s day so special.

    Great company. Friendly staff. Our driver was very professional and got us home safely from our wedding. The car was nice, clean and in good condition. We will definitely use this company in the future and recommend them to anyone who asks. Thanks for doing a great job! It was the perfect end to our perfect day.

    My daughters wedding was last month and with all the chaos going on I forgot to book a limo for the wedding party. Thank Goodness for this company for taking my reservation so last minute for such a huge trip! I am forever grateful! Thank you guys!!

    They did a fantastic job for our wedding! Got us where we needed to be on time, safe and sound. Every limo we rode in smelled fresh, was totally clean and didn't smell of smoke or anything. Really enjoyed working with them!

    Lied to me, late, dirty bus

    They were supposed to arrive at 4pm. They called me at 3:15 to let me know that they were going to be running about 15 minutes late. At 4:42 I received another call from the bus driver letting me know he was still 35 minutes away, at which point we had to delay the ceremony. When the bus finally did arrive around 5:20, the floor and several of the seats were covered in what appeared to be dried coca-cola. I paid for a shuttle back-and-forth service, but due to the fact that many of my guests ended up having to call ubers, there were not as many passengers, so only one trip each way ended up happening. When I called Monday asking for a refund, they offered me only about 1/3 of my money back - I told them this was not acceptable, as they had only provided about 1/3 of the service I paid for, I expected 2/3 of my money back. I was told this had to go through management and they told me they would call me back. I called back Wednesday morning after not hearing anything, and the person I spoke with hustled me off the phone and sent me that same refund amount.

    I WOULD NOT!!!!! recommend this company, they are very Unprofessional, Definitely have no sense of customer service and will RIP YOU OFF!!! for your money!! I paid for 3 hours making sure we would be picked up from hotel and dropped off accordingly to our night outing and pickup from night outing back to the hotel. During the ride the driver didnt GREET, he didnt give us a nice WELCOME, just let us in the car and slams door, ATTITUDE was AWFUL!! To top it off, DROVE so AGGRESSIVE!!! After the night outing their services was no where to be found. Couldnt find him, called the company and they had no words and two WEEKS has gone by from this situation and NO CALLBACK from manager or REFUND!! I would suggest going somewhere else so you guys won't get RIPPED OFF!!!

    Do not under any circumstances book "A Step Above Limousine Service". I traveled out of town for business and booked a town car to pick me up from the Airport and drive me home at 5:30 pm on 08/04/2017. I live an hour and a 1/2 from the airport and I made that perfectly clear when requesting a quote for their car service. I received a quote in the amount of $96.00 from "A Step Above Limousine Service". I then called them to book the reservation on 08/03/2017. I spoke with a woman and she stated that I would receive an additional email confirm my booking. I even called the day of my scheduled pickup on 08/04/2017 at 6:30 in the morning just to confirm my reservation and to get clarification where to meet the driver. I never received the booking confirmation email and began to worry. As soon at I got off of my flight at 4:47pm I called them again. This time I spoke with another woman than I had spoken with in the morning. Explained that I had not yet received any additional email confirmation from them. She placed me on hold and then came back to inform me that I would receive the confirmation email that I hadn't gotten earlier. I did receive the booking email however, the area where normally my price would be stated was empty. This concerned me because on my Quote I received previously, again it stated that the cost for my travel would be $96.00. The driver arrived for pick up st 5:15 pm at the airport on 08/04/17 and stated that he needed to get a credit card on file for my reservation. I was confused because I had spoken with two women who were no doubt in charge of booking and reservations, yet not one of them stated that a credit card was needed to confirm the reservation. There is absolutely no excuse or explanation as to why I wasn't informed of this. Though a little irritated at this point, I told him that providing him with a credit card wouldn't be an issue. The driver then went on to state that the price of driving me from the airport to my home would cost
