    We booked this limo company days before the wedding & they even showed up early, had the doors open ready for us to get in, A/C was cold inside & the vehicle was pre-stocked as requested. Our driver was very professional in every way, even showed us a quicker way to get to the CBD.

    We had several out of town guests and hired A Regal Limo to provide 4 shuttles from Windsor Court Hotel to Stella Plantation, a 40 minute shuttle ride. All the guests reported that the shuttles we on time and convenient. My husband also surprised me with a rolls royce for our exit at the end of our reception. The drive was so sweet and took us safely home to our hotel after our wedding. My husband enjoyed working with A Regal to book their services and we were overall very happy with them.

    The service was Great. The price was spectacular.. I was on a budget and I was still able to afford My Rose Royce, two limousine and get away car. Might I add Great service.

    Their package was very affordable and the drivers were friendly and attentive.

    We rented 3 limo buses and a Rolls Royce in advance. They worked with us to give us the best deal possible. They were on time and even early. The drivers of the limo bus drove wildly and very aggresively considering everyone on board was dressed in after 5 attire. When told to slow dowm, they did. The Rolls Royce was a smooth and romantic ride. The driver was so generous. He gave us a long ride along the Lake and through historic streets before dropping us off. We needed that kind of ride to mellow out.

    Since there was traffic heading to the wedding, the dirver commented that we better get this thing done in time of we will have to more before he drove us to the reception. Other than that, that had a wide variety to choose from.

    Overall, the experience was horrible!! I booked A Regal Limo well in advance- my 1st super stretch limo booked for 4hrs on Nov'14 for my Oct'15 wedding and a 2nd super stretch limo in Jan'15. I received e-mail confirmations for both reservations and I called and spoke with a person to confirm. For one of my reservations, there was a note in the reservation that gratuity was 15% and in the other 20% + 5% fuel surcharge. We didn't think much of this in the beginning because we had no problem tipping in the event of good service and professionalism. Fast forward to the week before my wedding...I called A Regal, to confirm my reservations. The representative (Aimee) was nice. She asked me to forward my e-mail confirmations back to her. I did so and she responded that I would receive a follow-up a day or two before the event. It was at this time that I also confirmed that both limos would be WHITE super stretch. On Fri, Oct 9th at 3pm, I received a call from A Regal confirming my reservation and stating that it would be for a 2-hr rental. I immediately responded that my reservations were paid in advance for 4-hrs and I had the e-mails to back that up. I was told a Mgr would have to call me back. Within 20 minutes, the Mgr was calling me back and to make a long story short, stated that they would honor my 4-hr rentals, but that we had to pay the driver another $75 each for each car (addt'l $150). After a little back and forth, he agreed to $75 and the other for $60 as per the 15% and 20% gratuity reference in the notes of my e-mail confirmation. His parting statement was that "If my drivers don't receive this money upon arrival, they will not take you anywhere tomorrow." When the limos arrived on the next day, one was black, the other was white. One of the doors didn't work and all the wedding party had to exit on the street-side. Sure enough the first thing the limo drivers asked for was the money. This is just not a service I would recommend to any bride.

    We booked this service months in advance, and when it came time to leave our service, my groom and my transportation was just not there. They said that they got caught in traffic (the bus driver that was providing transportation for our guests said they routinely double book), and would be at our reception to pick us up. Just as we were about to leave, my day of wedding planner told me that they had still not arrived. They finally showed up JUST as we were about to leave. I don't even know if we were able to hang the decorations that I had bought for the car or not.

    We were reimbursed, but honestly, we wanted to spend the money to have this service. Do not use this company if you value reliability and would like headache-free transportation for your wedding.

    If you are looking for the best looking limousine for your budget, this is the company for you. HOWEVER, if you are looking for someone who will pick you up on time, send the right amount of cars, or not drive you around for 30 minutes of your reception while you are begging to be brought there, THS IS NOT THE COMPANY FOR YOU!!! They were disrespectful, and I am in the process of requesting my money back.

    My limo driver didn't pick us up from our reception. He answered once and said he was on his way and then never answered any other calls from us. We sat at our venue for almost an hour waiting and ended up being picked up by my brother in law. I was in tears! They ruined my exit on my wedding day! When I called frank was very rude to me and unprofessional. He even stated that I didn't pay for both drop off and pick up services when I know I did. The cost was $150 each way. Even the drop of to the venue was horrible. We were rushed out of the limo because the driver had somewhere else to go. It was humid and rainy outside so our hair started to frizz waiting on the ceremony to start. It took almost 2 weeks before I was refunded only half of my money. DO NOT USE THIS LIMO SERVICE!!!

    DO NOT USE A REGAL LIMOUSINE Service out of Kenner, LA. The horrible service begin with a couple of unprofessional, rude phone conversations & ended with an appalling request for more money as I walked down the aisle at my wedding. Both my wife & I had a couple of phone conversations with them regarding the pickup times. Although very unprofessional and rude such as calling Mary "bridezilla," telling her "you don't have to be at the church on time", etc., they agreed to show up at the desired time & wouldn't charge extra "although they could". On the wedding day, the ride hadn't shown up at my house (10 mins late) so I called out of concern & to get a status of the limo. They simply told me that I was flat out wrong which was quite upsetting. We obviously had some miscommunication, but for you to tell me "you are wrong and my driver will get there when he gets there" infuriated me. Lastly & most upsetting, the limo driver entered the church & caught my wife & I as we were walking down the aisle to tell us we had to pay $200 (with no breakdown) on the spot or they wouldn't take us to the reception b/c we were over time. First of all, nothing was mentioned to me beforehand by you when discussing the early pick up other than "you could charge me for this, but wouldn't." I'm expecting to exit the church to my family & friends & head to my reception for an unforgettable night. They didn't approach my parents, the bride's parents, or the wedding coordinator, but us as we are walking down the aisle. I was simply floored that 1) the chauffeur would come to us in that moment and tell us that, and 2) this was not discussed with me beforehand. I asked if this could be handled when we got to the reception so that I could have my father deal with the business as we continued to enjoy the evening. Their immediate response was "No, I don't think that will work." Luckily, I had a blank check on me or my entire bridal party would have been stuck! Not to mention the wrong turns...
