Outstanding Experience

From the first time we spoke with Dave to the last picture we took on our wedding day, our experience with APM is nothing short of amazing! APM is very timely with communication and flexible. Melissa was always friendly and helpful in answering my questions each step of the way when I called or emailed! We chose to have photography and videography at our wedding and we are so thankful with our decision. Eric and Andrew did an excellent job on our wedding day and were on time! Garrett was great to work with as well with the videography and we can't wait to see our video! We received our teaser photos within 1 week of our wedding, thank you Dave! We would choose APM over and over again, they were phenomenal. Not sure we can say enough about them other than they are amazing and produce exceptional photographs that we will cherish forever!

10/10 Experience!

We had a 10/10 experience with APM, and specifically Gavin and Tyler as our wedding photographers! APM was incredibly accommodating and responsive throughout the coordinating process. Gavin and Tyler are unbelievably talented at their crafts. Our pictures came out phenomenal with the perfect angles, golden hour lighting, and poses! We felt so comfortable with them. We could not be happier with our experience with APM!

Best Photographers Ever!

I cannot praise APM enough for the fantastic job they did at our wedding! We had the pleasure of having Dave and Gavin as our talented photographers, and they absolutely exceeded our expectations! They were both so great to work with, very professional, and made the experience so fun! Even the guests were raving about how wonderful they were. Because we had two photographers, they were able to get lovely photos of so many of our guests, which made us and them so happy!(Gavin even braved a wasp in an old pickup truck for a great shot!) We just got our photos back and we laughed and happy cried all over again. They beautifully captured all the best moments of our special day. Thank you so much APM for coming to Virginia and giving us these wonderfully captured memories to have forever!

5 star experience with this team!

We had a great experience with APM for our wedding on 9.21.24! Everyone was absolutely amazing to work with from our engagement shoot with Sam to our wedding day team of Melissa, Keith, Bobby, and Peter! We could not be happier with our photos and video footage. I was so worried that we would not get the beautiful outdoor shots we were hoping for because it rained on the day of our wedding, but the team was not phased by the rain at all and still made sure to capture everything we hoped for. They were so much fun to spend time with and we are so happy with our results!

Simply the best!

Melissa from A Photographic Memory was, without exaggeration, the glue that kept our wedding together. Not only did she make sure to photograph every moment, but she did a whole lot of running around and making sure everything was perfectly coordinated for us. She didn’t miss a beat, and she got some amazing shots of our special moments. I can’t speak highly enough of how amazing she was. I would recommend Melissa to anyone and everyone! In fact, I’m pretty sure my brother will be hitting her up for her incredible skills for his wedding, when that time comes! Thank you, Melissa. A Photographic Memory

I had previously been a part of weddings who used APM and I loved the vibe of their photographers! We used APM for our engagement photos as well, and knew we had to use them for our wedding day. Eric and Ling were our photographers the day of, and Eric was amazing in the bridal suite. He made sure to capture all of the little details as well as the intimate and special moments of reading a card from my husband and my first look with my dad. Ling was on ceremony site with the groomsmen and captured shots of my husband with his closest friends. Walker was our videographer. We just received our wedding highlight video so I dan confidently say how amazingly talented he is. Our video brought my husband and i to happy tears as we remembered the best moments from our wedding. The music selection and voice over from speeches was amazing. The only downfall to our photography was the hour long loss of shooting time due to the trolley issue. Because of this, we only had photographers around for about 20-30 min of dancing time. Walker was able to capture good moments, however my husband and I were bummed at how rushed we were getting shots in the greenhouse in the dark due to the loss of time. No one’s fault, and if I could go back in time I would have asked them to stay an extra hour and paid for it after the fact. Regardless, APM was amazing to work with and I hope to use them again for upcoming life events!

You want to work with APM!!!!

We hired APM for our wedding on 3/18/23, they did not disappoint! From the start APM was very transparent, communicated and always responded very quickly to any questions that we had! Gavin, Vikki and Lina were our photographers at the wedding - AMAZING!!! They were so much fun to work with and just got our personalities! We got out sneak peak about a week after the wedding and they were phenomenal! We thought it would take several weeks to get our photos back, we were wrong, 8 days after the wedding we got all our photos! We were blown away! The pictures came out ABSOLUTELY STUNNING! We highly highly highly recommend APM for any of your photography needs! We also used APM for our photobooth and that was a big hit as well!

I am so happy with APM. Eric started off by doing my engagement photos. Not only was he super patient when we showed up late, but then he still did an incredible job fitting all of the photos / session in a limited timeframe. The pictures were given back to us within a week and were so beautiful. I was so excited to work with him for the wedding! The wedding day plan was a mess due to vendor timing issues, but Eric worked with me to make it work. He kept me calm and told me he would get it done and he absolutely delivered. Eric and Vicki both did such a great job dealing with our energetic wedding party! We had to fight the sunlight, but they both nailed it and got done what we asked. They were both friendly, professional, and made us laugh! I cannot recommend them enough and cannot wait to see the pictures!

No one compares!

I truly believe there is no better company out there for wedding photography and videography than APM!
I can't say enough about the team at APM. My engagement photos were done by Melanie. My fiancé (at the time) and I were so nervous about getting the right poses and the right look. Melanie made it so easy! She knew exactly how to help us feel comfortable and took the most breathtaking photos of us, It was clear she knew how to work with the light and the sun to prevent unwanted shadows and to highlight our best features. She truly is so talented and we absolutely adore these photos!
For the wedding, we had Emma and Saige. I can't believe what they were able to capture from all angles of the ceremony and the reception! We had several very large family shots that we wanted, which involved careful coordination with the DJ. I don't know of any other team that could have gotten everyone together for such a great photo.
Then, there's Bobby - likely the nation's best videographer. Having scoured the internet for potential wedding video vendors, no one comes close to what APM can do. Every time I watch my video, I can't help but cry tears of joy! The way Bobby put the video together is incredible - a true masterpiece.
I am beyond satisfied with the final products thanks to all the hard work of these amazing APM workers! You made our day so special and we are so grateful to be able to look back on these photos and videos for years to come!

Apm is amazing!

We are so happy we chose to go with APM! We met Gavin for our engagement shoot and he instantly put us at ease even though we started out camera shy. He took the most amazing engagement pictures and we cannot wait to see the shots he has captured from the wedding! Vikki was our second photographer and she was also the sweetest. We added on videography as it was a great deal and could not be happier with Jack! Hands down would recommend APM for any photography/videography needs!!

Riley was fantastic!

We had Riley as our wedding photographer for our backyard wedding and she was very easy going. Her calm nature and her gentle suggestions were a perfect fit for us and our guests. From what I've seen of our pictures so far, she did an excellent job. When I first decided to hire this company the first call I received was from the owner, which I thought was a great personal touch. When I was first planning my wedding I wasn’t even sure I wanted to have a photographer just because I hate getting my picture taking. Well, of course everyone talked me into getting one. I am so happy we did! With APM they were so great with understanding that and taking down any specific things we did or didn’t want. Gavin was great to work with not only making me comfortable with the photos but with cheering on my husband as he modeled away for the camera. Friendly, flexible and fun!

They were wonderful!! Melissa and the rest of the team were so flexible and responsive. My husband and I are such awkward picture takers, but they guides us abs we felt at ease and comfortable the entire time- and they were subtle during our ceremony and reception. COVID may have been unpredictable, but APM was consistently there to help and guide us with our photography/videography. The photos came out beautiful and I would highly recommend them!

Great to work with!

We had the pleasure of working with APM at the bedford village inn in New Hampshire as a fellow wedding vendor. Eric was an absolute pleasure to work with as a person and as a professional. he was capturing all of the important moments while at the same time not being overly obtrusive.
I was able to view the final cut of the short film that he produced for the bride and groom and was blown away!

Thanks APM!

My experience using APM for both photo and video was very positive! I did a lot of research before selecting photographers/videographers because it meant a lot to me and they were certainly the best price (I needed 10 hours, and wanted 2 photographers/videographers) without compromising on the quality. Not only is their work wonderful, but they were beyond pleasant to work with. Eric and Jack were our photographers.. they were super nice, experienced, got us out of our comfort zones resulting in some beautiful pictures, and managed our very large families and wedding parties well. Bobby and Sam were our videographers.. and let me tell you, I am obsessed with our video. Not kidding, I watch that edited 8 minute video every day and it has brought many family and friends to tears. Knowing years down the line that I will be able to look back on that amazing video that perfectly captured our day makes me so happy. I would also love to give a shout out to Melissa, who was my point of contact throughout the process. She was professional, responsive, and very patient with my many questions and day of details. Such a great team to work with!

I'd like to give one last thank you to APM for helping me navigate being a COVID bride. It was such a stressful time, re-planning an entire wedding day, but the support and consideration I felt from APM had a larger impact than they may know. I would very much recommend them for both photography and videography!

Very accommodating and friendly

My husband and I were so happy to work with Melissa. She was so accommodating with the changes that needed to happen due to Covid. She was fun and wonderful as we walked around our home taking pictures and they were BEAUTIFUL. She really made it look as if we were in a much more luxurious location than our backyard! Phenomenal Service

My husband and I were beyond lucky to work with Eric from APM, who was able to capture our wedding and the beauty of our day even amidst the pandemic. Our wedding date was set for May 16th, and despite a change in venue location, a change in time, and a complete change in all of our plans, guest numbers, Eric and APM were phenomenal throughout. They were extremely professional, supportive, and told us that they would capture the love and magic of our day regardless of all of the curveballs we were thrown, and Eric was able to do exactly that.

Eric went above and beyond to capture a variety of photos, landscapes, and poses for my husband and I. More than anything, he made us feel that our day and our photos were just as special as we were hoping they would be prior to the pandemic, and that is truly a gift that is beyond explanation.

He was incredibly professional, very easy to work with, patient and helpful in keeping us on schedule, and creative with the shots that he captured. Quite honestly, our photos were one of our favorite moments of our day. We cannot thank him enough for being so flexible, continuing to work through the obstacles we were dealt, and making our wedding day and memories so special.

Beautiful Photos- Wonderful Team!

APM photographed our wedding in September of 2019. We had the pleasure of working with Eric who was assisted by Garret. Eric was also our photographer for our engagement photos in October of 2018. We loved working with Eric and felt comfortable throughout the entire process which was important to us. Eric was always made sure to listen and ask if there were specific photographs we wanted but came through with a lot of his own great ideas to make the process more fun and give us such a great variety of photos to have. During the day-of, Eric was borderline acrobatic to get the most phenomenal shots of my dress and amazing photographs of our flowers and rings. We got married at LaBelle Winery and Eric and Garret were able to brilliantly incorporate the vineyard and flowers at the venue into the photos. They knew the venue well and had a lot of confidence which put us both at ease during the day.
During the wedding ceremony/reception we somehow hardly saw them. They did not interfere with the event but were able to capture every wonderful moment of the day. When needed they were able to get ahold of us and check-in seamlessly.
Dave Soucy and his team were able to put together a great package for us which fit our price range well. He was great about listening to what was important to us and crafting a package that worked best - allowing us to mix, match, and replace items as needed. One item of note was the photo booth. We absolutely LOVE photo booths and it was such a great addition to our wedding. Although the day was super hectic, being able to take home a package of fun photos from our family and friends who had a blast in the photo booth was beyond words. We put them in a small album and love going through and seeing all the props, faces, and fun everyone had. We had Tom running the photo booth who was great at keeping it organized and flowing so there were no back-ups or lines forming.

Go with APM!

Although I am from NH, we were planning from out of state. After speaking with both Eric and Melissa, and Dave, we felt so confident in APM's ability and product. Melissa was amazing to work with and was quick to respond to any email questions or phone calls. Since we were out of state, we weren't able to meet with Eric and Melissa until two days before the wedding. They were beyond accommodating in scheduling our meeting, and once we met them in person we felt even more comfortable and confident in our selection.

We had Eric and Melissa as photographers and Bobby as the videographer. Everyone was amazing to work with. They were professional and friendly, fun and patient. They directed us and suggested poses, but also allowed us to be ourselves and have fun in the process. We had a vision for our photos and after seeing the teasers, they nailed it!

It seemed like they were EVERYWHERE at the wedding and captured amazing photos and memories that we will be looking at for years to come. They were organzied and knew what they were doing, and it helped us to relax and ENJOY the moment. On your wedding day, you cant be everywhere, and you cant see everything, but we feel confident we will see everything through Eric, Melissa and Bobby. Thank you SO much for being with us on our day. Because of all three of you and the rest of the dream team, our day was perfect and we couldn't be happier!

Absolutely Amazing Experience!

We used APM for our wedding in July and were blown away by the details that were put into our engagement and wedding photos and videos. We worked with Melissa as our photographer and Bobby as our videographer- they were both simply amazing!!! From day one of hiring, they were just so easy to work with and never made anything feel stressful. They truly listened to us as a couple and what was most important for us to have captured and had so many recommendations and ideas of their own. Their thoughtful planning and attention to detail helped the actual wedding day run so smoothly. They had a unique way of slowing down each moment, allowing us to enjoy it all, while somehow keeping everything moving along according to schedule. They were unintrusive throughout the event, yet were always there to capture every special moment. We have had many family members and friends comment on their professionalism and kindness. We recently received our photo and video file and getting to relive all the moments of our special day and see moments we didn’t even know about, is something you simply cannot put into words. We would add to anyone who is on the fence about a videographer, to not even think twice. Great experience!!

I got married at the Chocksett Inn in Sterling, MA and our photographers were Eric & Emma and they were amazing! They were with us for 8 hours and made sure we stayed on track and got all of the pictures (and extra pictures) we wanted. We were already late for our first look but we still got all our pictures done and pictures were super important to me! I wanted to do grandparent pictures during the reception and without having to remember myself Eric pulled me aside to remind me (thank god) and we got those done too! Emma was so great with my husband and his friends (they are a lot to deal with) and she got a lot of groomsmen pictures before our first look since we were running late. Eric & Emma were great at communicating the whole day and directing us - we aren't great at posing so the direction from both of them was great!! Our bridal party was also super loud and distracting but they made sure to keep everyone in check - I have only seen teasers but they are so beautiful and I can't wait to see the rest of the pictures!

Cannot say enough good things!!!

We had an amazing experience with APM! Photography was SO important to me through our planning process. When I reached out, Dave was so nice and spoke to me over the phone about the packages available. I met with him in the office to look through their albums and sign my contract. We chose Melissa and we could not recommend her enough! She took the best pictures for our engagement pictures and we knew she would be perfect for our wedding. Come the wedding day, we couldn't get enough of how sweet she and Emma were. She even remembered the shots that I requested during our last phone call prior to the wedding, and made sure to ask me the day of to get them! Melissa and Emma were snapping pictures of everyone and everything all night. I was absolutely blown away by our teasers, and we cannot wait to get the rest back!! :) I have had so many family and friends reach out to mention how amazing our photographers were, and my aunt who is a coordinator even asked for their names to recommend to a current bride she has! I am so thankful we chose APM! Thank you so much for capturing our beautiful day!

Beyond incredible.. 5 stars is not enough!!

APM came into our lives as a known company that takes amazing photos and videos, but they will remain in our lives as incredible friends. From day one, I had the feeling that APM was not your typical photography company, they are so much more. My husband and I live in Florida and were planning a wedding back in New England, where we are originally from, and Melissa and Dave were very responsive and great to communicate with about what we wanted on the day or even any concerns that came up. Dave was also helpful in recommending other venders that we still needed, and I am so glad we went with his suggestions. Dave reached out to us while he was down in Florida and arranged an engagement shoot with us, just the many ways APM went above and beyond to make sure this moment in our lives was a special one. Melissa was amazing to work with, she interacted with all our venders to be sure that they captured all the important moments on that day and even got my brother to smile, which he does not do in pictures. Melissa, Gavin and Bobby made a special trip to my Dads grave site before the ceremony to capture a moment that most girls dream about, but I would not get to experience. They were comforting and made such a difficult moment one I will never forget. We could not have asked for better people to be a part of our day. I can honestly say, although my Husband and I live in Florida, we would not choose anyone else to capture our wedding or other future occasions. We will be collaborating with APM for every special moment that comes our way in the future.

Amazing experience with APM!

I found the process of selecting a wedding photographer to be extremely stressful, but the second I saw the work of the photographers at APM, I knew that I HAD to have them take photos of my big day! Being a military bride from out of state, I planned my wedding from thousands of miles away. Dave made the process super easy by explaining all of the package options over the phone and by sending me the catalog to review on my own time. Dave ended up helping me come up with a custom package that fit all of our needs. On the day of the wedding, Melanie, our photographer, blew me away! She is AMAZING and made my husband and I feel so special on our wedding day! She arrived to the venue early and immediately went right to work taking gorgeous photo after gorgeous photo. She wasted no time by taking photos of our rings, flowers and venue as we all scrambled to finish getting ready. She really took time to take creative, beautiful photos in countless poses and locations which exceeded all of my expectations. I am so excited for our photos to be ready! Planning a wedding is stressful- do yourself a favor and inquire about APM because I promise you that you will not regret it

Amazing Job

APM was absolutely wonderful to work with. We are so pleased with our photos. Eric is very talented and knows exactly how to make the photos look great, the way you need to turn or move, where to stand so the background looks just right, etc. He was so professional and so easy to work with and we can't say enough. Do NOT skimp on your photos, it's one of the few memories you have of your wedding day that last forever and APM truly made ours precious. THANK YOU!

APM beautifully captured our love and happiness and the people we love around us

On October 7, 2018 my husband and I got married at Lakeview Pavilion. We had a tradition tea ceremony early in the morning and ended our reception very late at night, APM's Melissa and Eric were there through it all. Despite the hecticness and amount of people everywhere, Melissa and Eric remained gracious and were capturing shots left and right! They were able to capture all of the beautiful and precious moments that made our dream wedding as beautiful as it was; Melissa and Eric were the dream team! We also had Tom be our JP who was extremely delightful to work with! He made the vowing/ceremony process easy, he has a calm and inviting persona that made our ceremony extra special. APM truly delivered and we can't say enough good things about them! I highly recommend APM and will continue working with them for any future events. They were easy, flexible, creative, and most of all felt like family throughout the whole process! Thank you Melissa, Eric, Tom, Dave, and the APM family!

Perfect Photographers for your Perfect Day!

APM was everything we needed in a photographer. We live in Virginia, so planning a wedding in NH was tough. They made it easy. We started talking with Dave and he made booking them so easy and they were really good at communicating back and forth with us by phone and email. We then chose Melissa to be our photographer. She was able to meet with us on our tight schedule when we were in NH and was very good at going over the packages and the game plan for the day. I couldn't have asked for a better photographer for my wedding day. She showed up on time and found the perfect spots for pictures, especially my sunset ones. Her assistant Bobby was amazing too (making sure my dress looked perfect in every shot and getting down on the ground for that perfect shot). She saw a picture of my parents wedding photo at the house and wanted to reenact it - which I loved. She was quick to be there when I wanted pictures during the reception. I got a sneak peak of my wedding day photos and I am obsessed with every single one of them. I am sure every photographer at APM is amazing but Melissa was perfect in every way! I highly suggest them if you want a great photographer.

We were lucky enough to have Eric and Paul photograph our wedding and Bobby taking video. We couldn't be happier with the results. On the day of, they made sure we got all the shots we wanted and more. During the entire wedding they were professional and efficient, which was great considering how busy that day was. They got a bunch of amazing pictures and a fantastic video back to us only a few days after the wedding and we are looking forward to seeing the rest. I would wholeheartedly recommend APM for anyone looking for a photographer or videographer for their big day!

We had the pleasure of having Melissa and Shelby photograph our wedding on September 1st. They exceeded our expectations! Melissa and Shelby were both very professional, got all the shots we asked for in the time frame they had to work with, and made us feel calm- so much that we had fun while taking pictures! We hired Niki and Paul for our August wedding, and we could not be any happier! We have only seen the “teaser” photos on Facebook and we are completely impressed. Niki was open to our ideas for photos as well as incorporating her own creative input. They were prompt, professional, and a joy to work with. Niki was fast in her photo taking without seeming to rush us, and Paul was willing to do whatever was needed to get the perfect shot. They went above and beyond all of our expectations for the day and we are so pleased with how everything turned out. To anyone looking for a photographer- for any occasion- I highly recommend using APM.

My wedding was 9/2/2018
I cannot tell you how amazing it was to work with Melissa and vera! Absolutely fantastic. By the time they get to the venue you are a ball of nerves, but they step right in and make you feel comfortable. We have already received teasers and I cannot tell you how beautiful they are. More than that, we had a photo booth and are receiving an Italian made photo album through them. We got all the copies of the photos from the photo booth. It was wonderful to look at the copies and see how much fun our guests had. I seriously cannot wait to receive the rest of our photos. They are going to be beautiful.

My husband and I just got married on August 24th and we cannot say enough about APM. They were part of our preferred vendor package at The Oaks and we were thrilled to use them once we saw their body of work. We also used Melanie for our engagement pictures and she was fantastic, so we were very excited they would be used for our wedding as well. Melanie and Paul were out of this world fantastic. They were so helpful and knowledgeable about putting us into the best positions and knowing what would photograph the best. Especially with the incredible firework shots and the gorgeous silhouettes. They were fun and engaging with us, our family, and entire bridal party. We recently saw our “teaser” photos and they are the most beautiful pictures we have ever seen. We cannot wait to see the rest!! I would recommend APM to anyone and everyone, specifically Melanie and Paul! They truly helped to make our wedding the best day of our lives!!

My wife and I cannot say enough how much we loved Melissa and APM! It was one of the easiest decisions we made because photos meant a lot to us and every photo that we loved from our venue seemed to be from APM. Melissa made us feel at ease and comfortable the entire time. It definitely helped having an engagement session with her first so we could be completely comfortable on our actual wedding. My wife loves photos and art and Melissa was able to take our requests and expand on them even more. We highly recommend Melissa and APM. There is honestly no better photographer in our opinion in the area!

A Photographic Memory photographed my sister’s wedding a couple of years ago and her pictures came out beautiful! I knew I could trust them as well for my wedding this June. Dave, Shelby, and Vera (we were lucky to have a third person who was in training!) were the photographers of my wedding and they absolutely hit it out of the park! My husband and I often feel very awkward taking photos but throughout the day I felt so comfortable and confident that the photos were going to turn out great before I even saw them. They posted a full album for me as a sneak peak (their “sneak peeks” consist of a very generous amount by the way) and the pictures came out even better than I could have imagined. My sister even returned to APM for pictures of her newborn. Despite how quickly APM books weddings and the many other sessions they book, they were FANTASTIC about communicating with me prior to the wedding to ensure they knew what I was looking for from them. Thank you APM!

Our experience with A Photographic Memory was amazing! Eric, Shelby, and Ashley photographed our wedding, and they made our experience great! While we were bummed that it was raining, they were able to accommodate us and took us outside for some shots that still came out amazing! Everyone on the team that we interacted with was very professional and courteous, and were always quick to respond to our questions. If you want your photos to be even better than you could imagine, A Photographic Memory is the photographer you need to book!

The first time we visited The Margate Resort, which ended up being our venue, the brochure that instantly made me look at my soon-to-be husband and say "we're getting married here," was shot by APM. The photography by APM is simply the best, bar none. We had Eric as our lead photographer and Melissa as the assistant. Both of them were so professional and really kept us on time while also getting all the shots we wanted on our special day. We actually just got the flash drives in the mail (less than two weeks later!). We haven't had time to look through all the photos yet but they all look exceptional. We knew from the beginning that APM would take care of us and they did NOT disappoint!!

I was left without a photographer unexpectedly a month before my wedding, when Dave and his team came to the rescue. All I can say is that I am so happy it ended up the way it did, because they were great to work with and took AMAZING pictures. They truly made my day that much more special and one that I will never forget! This is someone I would definitely go with if you are looking to get great quality pictures.

We used A Photographic Memory for our wedding in November. Throughout the entire process they were incredibly professional and courteous, answering all of our questions quickly and adapting to all our changes without missing a beat. Melissa and Melanie were incredible the day of as well! They were sure to take advantage of any and all opportunities to help us make memories that will last a lifetime. From our engagement shoot with Taylor, to the surprise boudoir shoot with Melissa to the beautiful wedding day photos taken by Eric and Niki at LSVR... my husband and I are so incredibly happy! I can not say enough amazing things about APM. No reason to keep looking. Stop now and BOOK with APM now. Dave and Eric are two wonderful photographers that captured so many beautiful pictures at my wedding. The pictures they take are so creative and I'm so excited that I have so many pictures to remember my special day. APM is overall the BEST company to have your pictures taken. We're so happy that we decided to go with APM for our photographer. We had Melanie and Corey on our special day and we couldn't have asked for better photographers! I cannot say enough about APM! Our photographers were Melissa and Nicki. Our families are still raving about our photos. Both Nicki and Melissa created natural and beautiful shots. They were accommodating and made me and my husband feel comfortable. Most of the day we did not even know that they were there. They were unobtrusive, but still able to take pictures that came alive and that we will be able to cherish for the rest of our lives. I would recommend APM to anyone looking to work for an incredible team who takes amazing photos!

Stop looking now because you've found the company you need. APM was awesome, that's the only way to describe them. We worked with Eric as our main photographer who was nothing short of amazing and Melanie who was awesome. Eric was super accommodating, knew what he was doing, and took the lead which is exactly what we were looking for. We only had an hour to take all the photos we needed after the wedding and we ended up with an extra 10 minutes in the end. Him and Melanie worked awesome together and both were a pleasure to spend out wedding day with. I found APM fell in love with their work and their pricing was some of the most reasonable I had found. They were the first vendor I booked for our wedding! Work with APM!

Trust them. There are few events in life more special than a wedding, and I wanted memories that would last a lifetime with class, beauty, and most of all, love. APM captured them, and exceeded my expectations. The pictures- both engagement and wedding- were absolutely beautiful and truly reflected our personalities and our families. The photographers: Eric, Melanie, and Shleby, were top notch- professional, respectful, creative, friendly. I would hire them again in a heartbeat. In fact, I already plan to reach out to them whenever its time for baby pictures!

Dave and Shelby did such an outstanding job with our wedding photography. We had a very long day planned with multiple photo locations. They followed us everywhere and took the lead in directing everyone. The photos came out amazing! We had a super early start and Dave messaged me the day before to assure us that they arrived at a hotel nearby and will be with us at 7am! APM took most of the stress out of our big day. Our guests loved Dave & Shelby and multiple people came up to me to say the APM team was fantastic. I highly recommend!

My wife and I were married in June of 2017, and had Jim and Shelby as our photographers. They were absolutely incredible, and the results speak for themselves. We were thoroughly impressed with everything from start to finish. We couldn't have asked for better photographers - putting up with our craziness and our families', mountain photo requests :), and fireworks - all while maintaining a balance of being in the background and directing the shots. I would absolutely recommend them - especially Jim and Shelby!

We also leveraged the photobooth and it was a big hit - nice that it all came from the same place. It would be nice if it could be open all night instead of just a few hours, but I'm splitting hairs.

What an incredible experience we had with APM! We met with Dave and decided to go with Jim and assistant Nicki for our wedding. They were so professional, incredibly accommodating and so easy to deal with. We have already received the sneak peek for our wedding photos and the APM team exceeded our expectations by far. We got married on 8/13/16 and knew that pictures capturing our special day were very important to us, so we wanted to make sure we made the right choice. We decided to go with APM because we liked the style of photos and there were many good reviews. We had Melissa and she was great. We were felt a little awkward at the engagement shoot but she made us feel comfortable and coached us through it. Then came the wedding day and we had Melissa as our main photographer and Eric as our second photographer. We can not say enough about how professional, punctual, hardworking and great these two were. Melissa kept me very calm and dealt with all my craziness before the ceremony and honored all my requests. We were thrilled with the pictures when they finally came in and are gorgeous memories that will last a lifetime. We would definitely recommend APM to anyone to capture their special day!

I just got married on September 16th, 2016 and used APM for my wedding. Melissa and Melanie were our photographers and they were amazing! Both my husband and I were getting ready at different locations and Melissa met me at my now mother in laws house to take pictures of me and the girls. She was right on time and so helpful with everything. Prior to our wedding date Melissa and I had spoke about some of the "fun" photos I was hoping to do and I was able to email her a link to my pintrest page where she was able to look at and print out different pictures to make sure I got the exact pictures I was hoping for. Although we have only got back the "teasers" from our pictures I can tell the rest are going to be just as amazing! When my husband and I were first looking around for a photographer we had a budget in mind, we did end up going over our budget on the photographer just a little bit but I can tell it was totally worth every penny! I would highly recommended APM for any wedding!

We were nervous booking a photographer because the photos are what we care most about since they are what we will look back on in years and there seemed to be so many options when it came to photographers. I went with Melissa from A Photographic Memory because she was within our price range and I loved her portfolios online. My fiancé and I just had our engagement session a few weeks, which we were apprehensive about because we thought it would be super awkward, but Melissa was awesome and made the whole session a lot of fun! She told us at the end of the night that we should expect an email in 1-2 weeks with a code to look at our pictures, and the pictures were done exactly one week later and we are thrilled at how they came out! We are so exited to have Melissa as our photographer at our wedding! I highly recommend doing an engagement session with the photographer so that you get to know them, this really eases the anxiety of wondering what it will be like the day of the wedding. I can't say enough about how happy we are with the atmosphere of our engagement session and how the photos came out, and now how excited we are to have Melissa for our wedding!

This company sends top notch, super skilled and prepared photographers to there jobs. My wife and I couldn't be happier to have APM photograph our wedding. They were ultra professional and willing to work with all our needs. They kept our pictures organized and I was grateful as it can be pretty hectic in the moment for us and our family. The pics look great too. The owner Dave is great too and very into his customers as he immediately leaked some photos on Facebook. He even tagged 30 family members somehow. It kept the excitement alive for days with all the pics getting sent. Cant say enough good things about this company and how they came through for us on our big day.

I visited APM for a budoir maternity shoot. At first, I was nervous and a little skeptical about the whole process. I had never been photographed by anyone, for any type of event, but APM addressed every concern I had from the beginning. The location was easy to find and the desk staff very personable. I was greeted by Melissa (my photographer) immediately upon arrival with a huge smile that made me feel at ease. The studio was private, quiet, and intimate which gives you a sense of security that was welcomed by my nerves. This studio is mind-blowing; it looked like something taken right out of my Pinterest board. Melissa offered options and directions for me as I felt a little lost as to what to do with myself as this was a foreign experience. Being in intimate attire is intimidating, especially in the home-stretch of pregnancy when you feel like a whale... But the whole team at APM made me feel so beautiful. I spent multiple hours with Melissa and Dave and not once did they make me feel obligated to do anything, in fact, they asked frequently if I would be comfortable with this pose, and that outfit. The selection of different poses and maternity dresses was fantastic! After spending five minutes with Melissa, I felt right at home. The pictures they produced are so breathtaking it brought me to tears. Classy, tasteful, and heartfelt. I will cherish these photos for the rest of my life, and will absolutely be returning to APM for my newborn pictures with Sophia, as well as any other photo needs I have in my future.

We used A Photographic Memory for our wedding photos and had a fantastic experience with them so far!! Melissa and Nate were our two photographers on our big day and they were both great. We had worked with Melissa for our Engagement photos, which came out amazing, so I knew we were in great hands for our wedding! They were able to capture everything without being intrusive at all. They worked with us to capture both sunset and fireworks photos outside of our venue on the beach, as we requested, all while making sure we didn't miss too much of our reception. So far we've seen about 20 photos from the Sneak Peek - and they are all AMAZING. I can't wait to see the rest! The company has been great to work with as well. My mom was able to surprise us with an enlarged print from our Engagement session as a Christmas gift - and APM helped her and did an excellent job, all while keeping it a surprise for us! Their packages are easily customizable to provide exactly what you want, and nothing you don't. We are very happy with our choice using APM and we would highly recommend them!!

Melissa and Shelby did an amazing job at our wedding. It started pouring 10 minutes before the start of the ceremony, which was extremely disappointing, but the girls weren't affected by this. They captured the pictures I wanted outside despite the rain and thunder. I couldn't have asked for better photographers. The teaser are beautiful and I cannot wait to see the rest of the pictures! A Photographic Memory was extremely easy to contact and always responded within the day. They listened to my concerns and noted what pictures I wanted. They were perfect!

The very first thing I did after getting engaged was to book A Photographic Memory as our photographers (Dave had done some family photos a few years ago and my sister-in-law said her biggest wedding regret was not having APM photograph her wedding). It was hands down the best wedding decision we made! We had Melissa and Nate as our photographers and they were completely amazing in every single way - from interacting with the guests (especially the cranky kids!), to making us feel comfortable in front of the camera, to guiding us through picture taking to make sure we got all the right shots and didn't leave anything out - these guys were AMAZING. They were patient, professional, easy-going, and after seeing the pictures - extremely talented!

Working with APM was easy from day 1. I called to book and they put us on their calendar right away. I even called and emailed them for advice when deciding on a venue since they have done weddings pretty much everywhere in New Hampshire. Every single person I spoke to in the office throughout the year before the wedding were helpful and went above and beyond to make me feel like the most important bride.

I loved that Melissa called us the week before the wedding to go over the details and make sure she knew the order of events. It was great to talk through everything ahead of time so that I knew I didn't have to worry about organizing anything related to the photographers the day of the wedding. We gave her a short list of all the shots we wanted to be sure to get, which she of course did, and then part way through the evening of the wedding I added even more to that list and she went out of her way to make sure we got all of them.

The typical booking is 4 hours, but we extended to 5 and that was the perfect decision. I wanted to make sure that it wasn't all just formal photos of people posing - I wanted pictures of my friends and family dancing, doing the garter/bouquet toss, everything!

Dave and his team are absolutely amazing! The first time I met him was at a wedding expo. There were a ton of photographers there, but the moment I saw their booth I knew they were the ones I wanted to capture one of the most important days in my life. I chose to use A Photographic Memory to capture our wedding day this past Saturday. The staff always is quick to respond to you, helpful, friendly and followed up with me frequently and asked many questions to make sure that my photographs would be exactly how I wanted. I picked Jim to be our photographer and he was assisted by Nate. I have not even seen our wedding pictures yet and can tell you that I am already so pleased and happy that I had chosen this company to capture our big day. Both photographers were extremely professional, organized, personal and most importantly fun to work with!! They made us feel so comfortable in front of the camera and had us laughing all day!!! Jim is beyond creative, the way he used the scenery of our reception venue was amazing. He went above and beyond in capturing the beauty of our wedding day! Not only did he do an amazing job in capturing beautiful pictures of my bridal party, family and husband and I, but I saw him also photographing the small details of my wedding that I was not able to fully appreciate from being so busy/distracted with the craziness of the day. Jim is great at what he does, and it shows how much he loves to do it. I cannot wait to see our wedding pictures!!! We are so happy we chose APM to photograph our special day! We loved working with A photographic memory! We used Dave and Jim and Dave brought along Taylor who was training with them. They all arrived right on time and got right to work not wasting a single minute. Dave was awesome at orchestrating everyone and Taylor's personality made everyone laugh and feel very at ease. Jim was with the guys and my husband said he was very relaxed and easy going (because they were not ready :{ haha). He loved the shots he took. The photographers went unnoticed at the ceremony and the reception. They did not get in anyone's way or interrupt the guests to grab a shot. They were very respectful and in the background. Our guests even told us that too! We are very happy!

Dave and James came down for our destination wedding and from the moment they stepped foot on the island they began working – they explored the island and scoped out the wedding venue to ensure they were fully ready to photograph our big day – I don’t think they ever stopped working while they were down there! They attended the rehearsal, and with their incredible eye, were able to suggest some critical changes to the layout to ensure the wedding day photos would come out perfectly. On the day of the wedding, Dave and James executed flawlessly. They quickly blended into the background, getting all the best shots, but were always there to lend a hand or provide a suggestion when needed. Dave and James were both extremely professional, polite, friendly, creative, and efficient. My mom, who was very nervous about all the photography, grew to love the two of them and how at ease they made her feel, and our wedding party had a blast with them. They made sure to get all the key photos we requested, but also went above and beyond with endless creative ideas for poses and shots, some of which became hilarious memories from our wedding week! They are exceptionally talented, and always knew how to capture the moment, whether it was the first look with the bridesmaids, an artistic shot in an old sugar mill, the opening of a card to the groom, or the treasured moments during the ceremony and reception. Their photography skills are second to none – the photos they showed us on the day of the wedding, as well as the sneak peek albums we received five days later, were nothing short of incredible and I can’t help but look at them daily! Between the colors, the lighting, the angles, and our wedding party, our photos are absolute perfection! We are so thankful we were able to have Dave and James photograph our wedding; having them at our St. John wedding was one of the best decisions we made as they truly captured all the memories we never want to forget!

Amazing Pictures!

My husband and I were married over Labor Day weekend at The Oaks. The venue recommended APM. I went to see Dave, the owner, at their beautiful space in Manchester. He was professional, informative and I felt comfortable trusting him and his company from the start. Tim did our engagement photos and Eric was the main photographer for the wedding. Eric and Brittany photographed our wedding and we couldn't be happier! They are both professional but fun and easy going. Some of our bridal party were not being as cooperative as I would have liked and they handled it in a seamless manner. They both have a creative eye for details. I cannot say enough amazing things about APM!! The entire experience from start to finish was just fantastic. Every single person I interacted with was personable, pleasant, and professional. We had Eric and Nate photograph our wedding on 10/11/15 and we also had a photo-booth through APM (which everyone loved!). The photographers were amazing and truly captured our special day without a hitch. They were easy to work with and made a point to ensure they captured any photos we wanted to be sure to have. Teaser photos were put on facebook just 3 days after the wedding - I was blown away!! The pictures are so amazing and I am SO glad I chose APM. I honestly can't say enough how amazing Dave & Jim are. They photographed our wedding at Zorvino Vineyards and from the pictures I've already seen, they are absolutely stunning. They were both great to work with! Very responsive and made sure we looked our best :) I love that they post a couple pictures very soon after the wedding because I'm sure every bride (like I was) to start looking at pictures! We also had fireworks and I can't describe how incredible they came out. I'm so happy we chose APM! I highly recommend choosing them for your wedding- you won't regret it!!

I don't even know where to begin with how truly amazing everyone is at "A Photographic Memory" We have used a photographic memory for all our memorable events! Dave did an amazing beach sunset shoot with me, we had family photos done with Eric, our engagement pictures with Brittany, my professional head shots with dave and last but not least our amazing wedding with Dave, Shelby, Melissa, and Nikki. I can't say enough amazing things about the whole staff at a photographic memory, everyone is so friendly, helpful, professional, creative and will go above and beyond to make your day the most memorable day ever! We got married on August 20th, 2016 and we are now a month away and people are still telling me how gorgeous our pictures are from our wedding day! Dave and his whole team were amazing the day of the wedding, they posed everyone and made sure we stayed on time through the whole day. They all had very creative ways of posing us and made sure to capture every single memory and moment! "A photographic memory" will work with you to give you the best package for your budget! Dave and his team at APM were amazing. Dave sat with us personally to talk about our options for our wedding day and answered all of our questions. Along with helping us build a package that met all of our needs and budget.
We had our engagment session and wedding photos with them. And were blown away with both!
It was really important to us that our pictures showed all moments. between candid photos and staged. Dave knew what we meant and that was exactly what we got!
Dave and Jim were great, they asked me first what pictures I really wanted and then they took it from there. They were so creative and had great ideas, but even more they helped us and our wedding party feel comfortable and relaxed.
The pictures were done and given to us so much faster then we expected. They were beautiful and captured every moment and more.

If you are looking for trustworthy and talented photographers that seamlessly capture special moments of your life, look no further than A Photographic Memory! APM exceeded every expectation we had for a wedding photography vendor from day one. From our individual meeting with Dave to our preparation calls/emails with the APM team, we were confident we were in great hands! Eric and Jamie played roles in helping the groomsmen and bridesmaids get ready. They were very respectful and reverent during our ceremony in a Catholic Church, and worked collaboratively with our videographers. I honestly didn't even know they were there when I walked down the aisle!!! Our photographs are more than just your traditional "wedding photos." Both Eric and Jamie were so creative, capturing the littlest details of our day. I loved that the photos were not staged, fake, or cliche - they created lovely images that capture the excitement and romance of our fall wedding day without pulling us away from enjoying our own reception. When looking for a photographer, we were very picky. The photographs are the one thing that you keep with you to remember the day, so naturally I wanted them to be perfect. Dave and Jim went beyond our expectations. Dave was right there with me the minute I arrived. He made sure everything on me was perfect, from my hair to my shoes. He straightened out my dress and veil, and hair sprayed my hair so I would look flawless in my pictures. One of my eyes is slightly bigger than the other. In person it’s not noticeable, but it comes out in pictures. He did an amazing job at hiding the flaw. The entire time, he was leading me around the venue carrying my train so it didn’t collect dirt. They guys had an awesome time with Jim too! I cannot wait to see the rest of the pictures! From what I have seen from the teasers, they came out absolutely amazing! I am very excited to see the photo albums as well

I highly recommend the photo booth. My guests had a BLAST with it. The photo strips are hilarious and I have a flash drive with every single one on it! There was a guest book with an attendant to paste the pictures in while the guests signed it. The booth was a huge hit. Guests could immediately upload the pictures to social media or send it to their phones. I don’t think there was a single guest who didn’t take a turn! It gave the guests something to do between the cocktail hour and when the food was served. Definitely one of the highlights of the wedding!
Dave and Jim were absolutely amazing and completely exceeded our expectations. I HIGHLY recommend this group of photographers!

We booked APM for our wedding 2 years out. We are now 4 months away! They did a wonderful job with our engagement photos and dealing with my 5 million questions. I can't wait to have them photograph our wedding!

We had an engagement session with APM and the photos came out fantastic! Such quality work and professionalism. We are certainly looking forward to APM photographing our wedding and telling our story through images.

Dave will be traveling with us to the Riviera Maya in Mexico for our destination wedding in July. The professionalism and passion that the APM team possesses is unparallelled.
