The staff of A Photo Reflection were very easy to work with. They were young, energetic people who were on top of everything. I had many people come up to me after the wedding and asked where I found them. I would recommend them to others over and over!

Wedding planning is very overwhelming and we were in way over our heads. Fortunately, our DJ referred us to 'A Photo Reflection'. Mike talked us through what he and his team could offer within hours of our first contact. We booked them for wedding day only (no separate sessions). Once the contract was signed, I worked with the primary photographer, Steve. He was very professional and has clearly had a lot of experience photographing weddings. We really enjoyed Steve's sense of humor and he definitely helped us make the right decisions along the way. He maximized the limited time we had. Even before we got our pictures back, we received many compliments from friends and family about our photographers (not something I expected them to comment on).

So our wedding day was great! We went on our honeymoon and shortly after we got back, Mike sent us a link to the online gallery. The photos were everything we could have hoped for. They were just as good as the samples - nah, better than the ones - he shared with us months ago. Rather than go on at length about the very positive experience we have had with Mike and his team, I'll just say that we were thoroughly impressed and will be happy to recommend them to anyone who asks. Given the opportunity, we would choose them again in a heartbeat.

Mike was amazing, and the photos have turned out beautifully! He worked so hard the day of to get us what we wanted. The photo booth set up was a huge hit as well!

Mike and his wife Danielle so professional and prepared. Danielle even offered to get me something to drink during the busy part of our photo session. I thought that was so sweet. Our photos and video turned out great!

Mike and his team were very easy to work with. I found a few pictures on Pinterest that I really liked an passed them on to Mike and he made them work. They are some of my favorites. They are very welcoming of suggestions and ideas that you have. If there was a negative, it would be that they have their standard pictures and don't veer much from that unless you make suggestions. We also didn't have many candid shots of people dancing at the reception but we also never communicated that that would be something we might like. I'm sure if we would have mentioned it, it would have been done. Overall, I would recommend A Photo Reflection because they are so easy to work with and very prompt with replying to emails or phone calls.

We had the privilege of having A Photo Reflection photograph our son's wedding day and we are more than happy with the photos we have received. Through the moments captured by Mike and Trav Swardson it is easy to feel like you were actually there. The photos these two talented men take tell a story and provide amazing visual documentation of life's special events.
Another important aspect of A Photo Reflection is their ability to fit into a group and to 'fade' into the background. Mike and Trav are able to capture amazing photos without being intrusive. Moreover, they are easy to communicate with, prompt to reply and flexible too with making sure we could get the special requests we wanted at the salon with the bride and at dusk with the sparklers. Because they release the rights to their photos, it provides endless possibilities of what can be done with the photos. We have plans to use their amazing productions for everything from large wall photos and canvasses to cards. Thank you Mike and Trav for providing an exceptional service on our special day and for the stunning story in photos. We will continue to value these for years to come and look forward to the next event in which we can utilize your skills and talents!

Mike is a great guy to work with, and my husband and I are very pleased with our photographs. During the wedding day, our families were very pleased and loved working with him. He is very efficient with his time. The reason my husband and I went with A Photo Reflection is because the cost is literally half of what other photographers are asking for, and we couldn't be more pleased with Mike and his photographs.

I really enjoyed working with A Photo Reflection. They took tons of pictures and some were available online just days after the wedding. They were very professional and I never had a a problem contacting them. They were open to changes and had several wedding packages to choose from. I felt the pricing was very reasonable. I received MANY compliments from my guests on the photographers. The guests were also excited about being able to see the photos online and with their ability to be able to order photos they choose.
I would certainly recommend A Photo Reflection to future brides and anyone else who is in need of a photographer.

Mike and Danielle were AMAZING to work with! The pictures were beautiful and they were open to everything we wanted. They took their expertise and took my daughters wedding photos above and beyond anything we could've expected. When my next daughter gets married we will not look for anyone other than them to do the photos! 5 STARS all the way!!

Mike and Danielle were amazing to work with, I highly recommend them for your next event. They were very flexible and easy to get along with. Timely and flexible to our specific needs. We originally scheduled Mike and Danielle for videography only. When the photographer was late, without us having to ask, they jumped right in and took photos as well. We will for sure be using them with any of our future needs!

I was very impressed with Swardson in every aspect. Their professionalism stood out to us. There was great sense of excellence from their attire to their punctuality. They were very easy contact, and never had any issue in working with us to determine meeting times and details of the wedding. I was very impressed with Swardson's approach to making our wedding day very special and memorable in a good way, and they were more affordable than anyone else that we looked at.

Mike was wonderful! He photographed my wedding and an engagment session. I am very satisfied with all the pictures he took. He is very creative and it shows in the photos he takes. Because of his photos I have lasting memories of one of the best days of my life. I would highly recommend him to anyone who was in need of a photographer. He is not only great at taking pictures, but is very friendly, professional, and makes you feel comfortable. He is easy to get a hold of and talk on the phone or via text as well. We needed to find a new photographer just 2 months before our wedding and were thrilled to find Mike and Travers at A Photo Reflection. They are incredibly fun and easy to work with and very affordable. We were able to get so many pictures from our wedding day and have received a lot of complements from friends and family. We definitely recommend them!

Travis and Mike were fantastic!! They photographed and took video of our ceremony, unless we were doing formal shots you never knew they were there. I have been a part of a wedding party where the photographer was overbearing and obnoxious. These guys were the complete opposite, easy going, but creative and professional. We took shots at the war memorial and they were there From 12pm until 11:00pm, 11hours!!! Most photographers will stay for only part of the reception. And the pictures are the best part!!! They were able to obtain candid shots, I loved the shots of the cake and rings, and my shoes in the aisle before everyone arrived! All of my pictures are great, it's going to be hard to choose which to hang. They truly care about their customers and the wishes of the bride and groom.

Mike and Trav are awesome! They were professional, patient, and a lot of fun. When we requested a last-minute video of the ceremony, they were able to make it work under pressure and were nothing but positive professionals all day long. The images that we have received from our wedding day are beautiful, high-quality shots of "us" and our guests. Don't be fooled by the lower price than other photographers - you are definitely getting the best there is if you hire A Photo Reflection for your wedding! Thanks for everything, Mike!

Mike and Danielle were extremely professional in every way but felt like part of the family. They captured my daughters big day without feeling intrusive or pushy yet were there for every moment we wanted captured. All this would have been worth any price but they remained very affordable. I just want to let everyone know how amazing Mike and Trav are at a photo reflection. We were given their name by my brother and sister in law when they were getting married. They were so professional and unobtrusive and took amazing pictures so we instantly decided to use them for our wedding. We had Trav as our photographer and he got so many great pictures, we didn't feel rushed and he got the pictures without being pushy and taking too much time. We liked them so much we gave their information to my brother in law and sister in law for their wedding in July. Once again, they took amazing pictures and were extremely flexible. We will definitely use a photo reflection for future family pictures. We love them!!!!

Mike and Trav were wonderful! They were very open minded and flexible. Even with the threat of rain we got some pictures in outside. One note: Make sure you are forward with exactly what types of pictures you want. I found myself coming up with ideas for them on the fly, however, they are very good with going with what YOU want. Great photos and inexpensive cost!

Mike is an excellent photographer. He took the time to find out about us and what kind of pictures we wanted within our budget. He took the time to visit our venue before the ceremony so he had an idea of what the lighting would be like on our big day. He was punctual, professional, and personable to our friends and family. We were very happy with the quality of our photos as well as the timeliness that he had them posted to the website. I would absolutely recommend a photo reflection to any bride!

Mike was not only professional, but made it very easy for Todd and I to schedule our engagement photos to wherever we wanted to go. He was willing to drive wherever and not charge a dime. He made us feel comfortable during the entire photo session both at the engagement and wedding sessions. He really knows how to capture key moments that make a photo unforgettable. He also is very willing to help create images or ideas you may have and turn them into a creative reality on a printed page. If you want somebody who knows how to take amazing photos at a reasonable price, then your only way to go is with A Photo Reflection!

Mike and Danielle are absolutely fantastic! They are so personable, extremely knowledgeable and really wanted to make sure they captured our day the way we wanted to. The guys/girl from A Photo Reflection were very fun, friendly, flexible and easy to work with; they made sure to ask my (the bride) opinions and valued my input and wishes. The communication and contact was very open and my pictures turned out wonderful!! The editing was fantastic, so many great photos to remember my special day. I would definitely recommend them!

A Photo Reflection did a great job at my wedding. It was outside on a golf course, and it was very very hot throughout the entire day, and they tried to make sure everyone was comfortable as possible in the heat. They made sure we took breaks from pictures, so everyone could cool off. They were at the wedding from start to finish, and took fabulous candid shots, and those are my favorite. They also did some great creative shots with our wedding rings, unity ceremony items, the cake, etc. Looking back the only thing I would have wanted different would be a few more formal shots of my husband and I, to give to our parents and relatives, but we've got some fantastic candid and creative shots of us that we're very happy with. I would use A Photo Reflection again.

Definitely book if you are looking for a photographer for your special occasion. They are prompt and will get the pictures that you want. What we did was print out certain pictures that others had and Mike was able to get the ones we wanted.

Overall, a great experience. Our wedding day was very hectic but we were able to get some good pictures in before the ceremony (though the best ones came after the ceremony and before the reception). I'm a very picky person so, of course, I could nit-pick them to death but we did get some very good pics.

I would recommend adding the videography to your photo package...we did not and kind of regret it. At the time, the videography seemed like an unnecessary expense, but the reality is, the day will go so quickly that you'll miss many of the details and will wish you could've seen it through someone else's eyes. As a bride, you don't get too see everything (because you're tucked away somewhere, off taking photos, etc.) so trust me, you'll want the video.

Both photographers were on time, professional, and understanding when we were crunched for time. If you refuse to pay for an overpriced photographer, A Photo Reflection is the way to go. You won't be disappointed.

A Photo Reflection is a great value for the money! We only needed four hours of photography for our wedding, which was very small, and we were extremely happy with the service and quality of the pictures. Meagan was our photographer, and she was great to work with. She contacted me prior to our wedding to get an idea of what kind of pictures I was looking for, and she listened! She delivered all the shots I had asked for, and her quality was very good. Mike (the owner) was also great to work with - he was very flexible and responsive, a genuinely nice guy who made sure we were satisfied with our experience from beginning to end.

Very professional and accommodating. The final video turned out well. I loved they added in a slide show of our pictures even though they weren't our photographer.

After many hours of research and an interview with the owner, Mike Swardson, my husband and I selected A Photo Reflection for coverage of our wedding day. We were highly impressed by the high ratings on both the website and WeddingWire and by the owner’s portfolio. We chose a package that included 8 hours of photography with two photographers and 6 hours of videography. We were willing to pay higher than average prices for high-quality, professional photography and videography. Unfortunately, we were both underwhelmed and disappointed. The first issue that we encountered was lack of professionalism on our wedding day. All three professionals were late, which caused undue stress to both bride and groom and negatively affected our timeline. Each photographer was present only 7 hours, which included an hour-long dinner with no photos. The second photographer, which I presume was a sub-contractor, lacked attention to detail. Before the ceremony, she took photos of our wedding rings, all of which have my husband’s wedding ring noticeably backwards. Additionally, there were detail pictures missing, such as a photo of our ring box custom made by my deceased grandfather. She also failed to get a picture of the back of my dress pre-bustled. I, the bride, ended up unexpectedly directing the formal church photos, which resulted in us not getting some important photos. Our photos were poorly edited the first time we received them. It took two additional attempts, before all the photos with red eye were fixed. We also had some issues with rough audio transition in our photo slideshow. Upon request, Mike Swardson attempted to fix the transitions, but they were worse on our final DVD. We received our Blu-Ray DVD after the contractual period and it was missing 9 video segments, including dancing segments and the segment of our sparkler sendoff. Upon request, Mike Swardson re-edited the video and sent us three copies as an apology. The re-edited video was much better.

Our photographer was very nice however my video sucked there was nothing good about it it was positioned poorly and far away it was not worth even paying for the video. The posed photos were nice but there was more random pictures that really was terrible. I did not get that many pictures for the price i payed and my ceremony pictures was poorly taken , very poor quality. I was disappointed with everything except the photo booth which was the best thing. I have barely any good photos to remember my special day and no video because the quality was so bad.
